And once again, I have to say that even two years later, Phresh Start is my #1 shop in Springfield to go to.  These people are real people, where friendly faces greet you each time and their desire to help get what's right for you grows with each visit. So many strains with new names these days and claims to boot, it's not easy to know what's right for each individual or how it'll work for them. It takes a couple visits sometimes to find each person's individual formula for 'cannabis success'. The reviews stating less than this simple awareness or consideration, I chalk up to someone's bad day, which we all have and it's no fun expecting one experience and getting another...I'm sorry that happened to her.  No place is perfect, but These guys and gals have done me solid since the first time I stepped through their door. I highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice product displays. Prices seem fair. I have had a couple pleasant experiences here and think most folks will find this store a good place to shop. Billy has been quite helpful.

Poor customer service and the weed for $5 is mostly outdoor and is going to hurt your head if you smoke it consistently

When I first went into this Dispensary I was looking for some clear oil. They recommend this stuff from Dr.Who it had no name but Clear and they didn't know much about it. I bought it and went home and the oil wouldn't come out of the container. I tried to push it, Heat it, then I broke it and even after braking it the oil still wouldn't come out. I called them after I already left to see if I could exchange it and bring back the one I had they said no and wouldn't work with me. Pretty shitty when they don't really want your business

I have shopped here at this dispensary since it's opening until now. These people are selling buds laced with seeds and seem to think that they are above all this blather on seeds. They wouldn't take it back or exchange it. As a matter of fact they were rude and condensing. There were two other people in the store at the time I bitched. When I said you just ripped me off and I'll never come back here. They also turned around and left. I told 4 other people on the way out but only two stoped. I will never go back to a store that won't stand behind their products. At this point in time dispensary are a dime a dozen. And this one is not here for long ripping people off.

Don't go here!!! We were sold the most disgusting bud I have ever had the misfortune of smoking. We are not picky by any means and usually get the 50$ ounces but this garbage bud wasn't worth the water it took to grow it. At least 50% of the weight was stem, we can hardly find any bud in this mess. We used to be regular customers here but we will not be returning. Dispos are a dime a dozen and we can spend our money elsewhere.

Maybe the guy who helped me was having a bad day, but I wasn't sent home with the selection I made.  When I returned to talk to management, I was told the salesman  would be moved to a slower shift. Beyond that, I was thinking they'd maybe give me a discount on my next purchase-- something to make things right..Unfortunately, all he had to offer was : call the owner. Never going there again.

These folks are knowledgeable, personable, and move the lines nicely. They also have some fine product, with nice discounts on different days. Highly recommend.

It as really nice to walk into a dispensary and not feel like I was doing something wrong. The store is nice and clean, very well organized with really friendly folks behind the counter.  Me? I was clueless so they were really great. They showed me what the store offered, what I might enjoy and what kind of deals they currently had going on. The store also has a great hand in the community and does a food drive, if you bring in canned food you get an additional 5% off, on top of other discounts, that's pretty generous. They had all sorts of weed, medical and recreational from flower to oil and everything in between and all the things you need to use it. Their selection was exceptional and their employees, Billy and Desiree were so helpful.  I visited the store twice while I was visiting Springfield.

Are  masked and safe distanced!3 Rd time here and happy camper! Bud on a budget too!  Great helpful peeps there. Friendly and knowledgeable. Have been happy all three times! Hopefully will also add Belushi's farm to the mix!Zei Gezunt y'all be well!

Has great stock 98% of the time. Only time they don't is when they get so busy they run out of stock because of their great prices and deals. Highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable so they can get you exactly what your looking for be it taste, smell, or type.

It is one of the better ones I've visited. They are very nice and helpful. It was busy but I still got in and out in no time at all and i didn't have to brake the bank to get anything. Will be going back next time I'm on that side of town...

Really awesome dispensary with a 10/10 parking lot, and 10/10 customer service. The layout flows nicely and the decorations are exactly what you'd look for in a dispensary. They have a huge selection, with competitive pricing and deal days. Their flower display is beautiful set out in the middle of the walkway with a glass top so you can see all the colors and textures of the flower. Definitely an awesome place to pick up your rec.
