Nice shop clean parking can be a little tough at times. Prices are ok starts are more expensive than I've seen else where for the same strain. I'll be back

This shop is lovely!! Not just the actual interior (which has the most beautiful chandeliers and decor) but the staff too, they are kind and actually know about the products they sell. They went above and beyond to help me, and everything they sell here is such good quality. It's now my favorite shop.

It costs $3 to use atm machine and $1 for there sealed bag. Very expensive product. Not busy

So far, in two transactions, these folks have been friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They even have a senior discount.

This place gave me a bunch of sticks and stems and tiny a** smaller than a pebble sized "nugs." I'll never come back and their selection is pitiful anyway. No reputable growers represented in this shop.

The only place I go to on a regular. I'm a medical patient, kinda picky. No matter who I get I have never had a bad experience. I always get the truth from the bud tenders and they are all really polite. No matter on the phone, curbside or in person. Deep roots never lets me down! Thanks guys  And shoutout to this place for having a rewards system!!

An awesome experience at Deep Roots! I have been there numerous times and the staff always have great information on the various products. Deep Roots is by far a superior cannabis store in all of Lane County, selection, variety and best customer service. Keep doing it.

Nice helpful folks. They sell leaf in glass so that it doesn't dry out sitting in their store, and every morning. They check the weight of all the pot in each jar, before they open. Cool

I give this place a 4 because off the wasted space in the open building. Price ok for what I would pay staff knowledge was good. In and out fast did not have to wait. If in the area would stop here but would not go out of way to get here

I have been a loyal customer of Deep Roots in Springfield Oregon for over 2 years. Until today I thought they were the best dispensary in the area. Sadly, that opinion has changed. If you want to be the best dispensary in the area, that should include thoughtful customer service. When a customer has a problem with a product that has been sold to them by you, it would serve your business well to listen and not to disregard them. Love the product, but taking my business elsewhere.
