The manager rectified the situation and I appreciate that very much.  The recognized I'm a good customer there. Good stuff !

I appreciate the efforts of all the staff to stay safe and keep customers safe during COVID. I also am grateful for the knowledgeable staff. Last time I went in, I was looking for something to contradict the medicine I'm taking that doesn't allow me to rest and get a good night sleep. I didn't want to blow my cash on gummies and end up eating too many to get rest, as it is not cost efficient. The counter took the time to listen and search for a cure-he hooked me up with some tincture that was made for the job! I'm honestly relieved to rest and owe it all to Tahoe Well was Center and it's awesome staff!

Out of all the dispensaries in the neighborhood this one consistently deceivers with competence pricing, granted their never seem to be good half ounce pricing, but for pre-rolls and edibles it's definitely my go to!

Came here while on vacation from Michigan. One of my friends was looking for some CBD gummies with a bit of THC to help with joint pain. While touring Lake Tahoe area I told her I saw this place on the map. Never having been to a dispensary before we didn't know what to expect. There were four of us, all 50+ ladies, and they treated us great.  After getting signed in, we waited to be let into the back, where we then queued up with everyone else while waiting to talk to a budtender. Since we had no experience we asked them if all 4 of us could go up at once so we could pick out what we wanted. They said sure and the young lady that helped up was wonderful and took her time explaining the different options. We finally picked some Wyld peach gummies and got a free joint for being first time customers.Did they help with joint pain? None of us thought so. Did we get high? Yes, but it took a whole gummy. It was a fun buzz and we laughed and really enjoyed our nights out by the pool catching up with each other (family/friend visit). So if you find yourself in the area and want to try out some local edibles or sample other wares, this is a great and friendly place to do it.

It was our first time visiting. Had a good time talking to the staff and getting the goods. My friend has been raving about the first timer special :) .

BEWARE!!! I made a $20. dollar credit card purchase and two days later I was charged a $10. fee from chase. Upon calling chase Tahoe wellness center charges it as "a cash advance" and the fee is charged for that.BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Wow! Top tier customer service at this place blew my socks off! =]Was on Vacay in the great little town of Lake Tahoe and someone recommended this place. We stopped by after a long day at the beach to pick up a few goodies. Immediately, we were greeted by warm colorful decor and great customer service. Being from the Sacramento / Bay Area area I am used to being treated as another customer just coming in. No real stand out service. But at this place they made us feel so welcomed. They had a vendor set up giving away free merch and that's always a plus. Prices are the usual and you'll only need a valid ID to enter. Check them out if you're in the area.

Bud tenders know their stuff and directed me to some pretty great edibles and some killer flower. Sorta new to edibles so to have the differences explained (live resin, and so on) to me was great. All the staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Place was new I think as it said Grand Opening. Very open and nicely done interior. Prices seemed in line with other stores.

Upon arrival you are greeted by someone at the front desk. Very friendly and asked if we have been here before and volunteered current specials and deals. Extremely helpful! Seem to have great product for someone not super familiar but I will be back for sure!

I have been lived in South Lake Tahoe for 5 year and tahoe wellness has stepped they game up pick time for all the heady people that like good name brand smoke! Happy to call them the home team!

Very nice shop and folks. From the moment you step in and sign in, they offer warm welcomes and a quick tour of the place for first time customers. We didn't have to wait in line too long and were promptly helped out by a budtender.  Product prices are a little high but what do you expect. Not a whole lot of other dispensaries in the close proximity. Menu is wide and the budtender was able to help us out with choices. She was very knowledgeable about the product and how each could help with various ailments. I would go back for that service again.One additional thing that we liked: local art on the walls! So amazing. Very trippy and original. I wish I had picked some up. Also penny prerolls for first timers!

ONLY shop in town so they own the market. Prices aren't bad but holy smokes the TAXES 28%!! Yikes!! They have some options to satisfy all needs-Top shelf eighth only $35. The line was long but staffIs friendly and quick to serve.Only super BUMMER, NO first time discounts or free pre rolls (heart breaker) But remember the ONLY shop in town so they own the monopoly.Definitely could utilize their open floor plan much better! They stuff everything in a corner and leave ample room for an unused table and coffee area. The shop will have a better flow and vibe when they place full surround counter tops for customers and tenders. Just your average shop, I will be back if I'm in need in Tahoe.

I came in to TWC a few weeks back with my mom and we were helped by the ever so kind and knowledgeable MJ. I have severe chronic pain after a serious spinal injury and require more assistance than just flower to get high. Although I do enjoy that too. I came in with questions about CBN, CBD sleep issues and managing pain. Everything MJ recommend was fantastic. My ex used to make me very strong edibles and I was worried I wouldn't find something comparable. Well thanks to MJ I did. Both my mom and I were so happy with our purchases. I came in today and was pleasantly surprised to be helped yet again by MJ. I came to repurchase a few items he recommended before while also wanting some new flower and some edibles to cope with the impending caldor fire and my dog needing spinal surgery. Once again MJ was kinda, listened to my concerns and immediately recommended some new goodies to try. Thank you so much MJ for helping me manage my pain and for making the experience delightful. He's a gem!

Very convenient location, staff is friendly and well organized. My issue with them is pricing: theirs is much higher in my opinion than other dispensaries I frequent. Then there's their hours which, given Covid19, can fluctuate. I get that. But when you call and their hours say open 'till 10 and they closed at 8, that's not acceptable. Thanks for all you do but closer attention to your pricing and posting of store hours is clearly needed.

I'm never shopping here again. I told the    worker exactly what I wanted and he brought me something else. I opened the bag not the container. Useless fake hippies! FYI: If they make a mistake You will have to pay for. They don't give a f-- if its their mistake. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!

Bud tender was helpful, and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is the prices are really steep compared to the Bay Area. That being said it was a good experience otherwise.

I've been coming here for probably almost 10 years... slowly it has gotten worse and worse. Some of the bud tenders are really bad and manage to mess up simple orders. They will make you feel like you are in the wrong when they are the ones that mess up. Happened to me.. such a shame, it was honestly my favorite spot In town. Not anymore. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Also... Anyone who leaves a good review of this place just did it for the discount they offer. don't fall for the fake "good reviews" on Yelp and weed maps

Paid for some potcorn on their website for curbside pickup that had a picture of 10 servings, but on picking it up, I realized that they gave me only ONE serving. Two phone calls and driving again to the store, I was told that the 10 serving product wasn't available, and I had to go into the store to get something else(the point of curbside pickup was to not enter a store during these times, ugh). It looks like their website isn't fixed yet either to fix the serving size on the product. Would not recommend.

Get here early! And order online early! Great selection though. They keep it updated online so come informed.

Situation was honestly hilarious, I have NEVER met a more pretentious ignorant rude bud tender since Washington was the first state to become legal ( I'm from Seattle) and open up shops. Short Asian girl with the neck tattoo...looking at you here. She told me I had NO IDEA about marijuana and that only THIS South Lake Tahoe bud will "make my head spin" as if I was totally ignorant in comparison to her. Asked her how she figured it was so much better than the 15 years, 20 states and 14 countries I've smoked weed in the past...and she had no answer but to talk to me in a tone or voice as if she's speaking to an infant.  After trying to converse with her about their over priced and shitty products, she decided she was done answering my questions and just silently pointed at stuff lol! Hard to convey her terribly silly rude attitude through text but it was a shock! If y'all want to have customers continue coming through those doors I'd sit that chick down and teach her how to work retail and customer service. She could stand to learn some more about marijuana as well! ;)

The operations logistics are weird. You can't look at what they have in stock you have to wait in line along the far wall. I was directed to the TV screen which scrolls at a glacial pace and sometimes isn't even on.  The staff is pretty run of the mill to below ab. It's nice recreational is allowed in S Lake and only 5 min away but I would rather go to Rise in Carson City. Updating this given the ridiculous experience with one of the staff. In the 30 seconds they went to the back to get what I had asked for and came back out they apparently forgot who I was. I asked another question and I was reprimanded and had to wait in line I can't just walk up. I said okay...well I just had a question about this one I may want to get. Again told to go wait in line until someone calls me up. I said you did. Was told I wasn't called up - it took the next person in line to say "YOU WERE JUST HELPING HIM" and I said "the stuff in your hand is what you went to get for me". The apology and excuse was that they just got back from their break...I guess that was code for them being high??The closing early on New Year Day is a bit strange...I get opening late but closing early?Honestly the 2nd star is just because for now it's the only recreational spot in South Lake.

Customer service is great! Good selection. Very clean and abiding to Covid guidelines.

When I walked in I was warmly welcomed by Bella with a huge smile and lovely greeting. I was promptly taken in back and was once again welcomed with a huge smile and warm welcome. I came in for some edibles and cartridges and I had the joy of interacting with Jade who was knowledgeable, kind, and patient while I asked her a million questions, all of which she answered for me and took the time to explain each item I was purchasing.  Thank you Jade for your amazing service.  You went above and beyond to properly explain and guide me in the right direction for what I needed. I will be back soon!

Amazing place! I've been to a lot of dispensaries from here to Sacramento all the way to Fresno and San Jose and I can definitely say this is the warmest and most welcoming one I have ever been to all the employees are amazing and helpful!

Best place in South Tahoe to purchase marijuana. So friendly and excellent selection. Faith was so helpful, friendly and loved all of her suggestions. Prices were good and not overpriced. When the line got a little long they made an announcement for all of us to enjoy a free juice! So kind! Will definitely come back the next time I come to Tahoe. Also, if you are a first time purchaser there are all kinds of specials and deals. 20% off an over $100 purchase plus a free joint and juice - can't beat it! Tahoe wellness is an awesome place for all your medical needs. They have top of the line products and for every budget.  The bud tenders are great, always happy and friendly.  I love this place, if you are in Tahoe's it's a must place to stop by.

I've been to many dispensaries here in Tahoe and Carson City and this is hands down one of my favorites. The line was pretty long so a bud tender offered us drinks/smoothies on the house. I didn't get the name of the bud tender that helped me today but she was awesome! I'll be back!

Dope spot with a lot of great selection, Budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful! The specials could be better but their menu is awesome, they give you full prices up front with tax. Makes it much easier.

I didn't really have a good experience and that isn't the first time.  The inconsistency of the employees and what they will offer you.  Some offer freebies while others don't even smile and offer nothing.  I'm older so I need a bit of information on the product and I often get the feeling that I am taking up their time.  I can't wait until another dispensary opens.  When your only gig in town it changes the attitude.  Hopefully with some competition they will be a little nicer.

It's lit  and  complimentary Earthy beverages while you wait in line! Found some prerolls and first time visitor gummies. Good vibes over here.

This place is kind of awesome. They are totally prepared to guide tourists through the process so it can feel a little "up in your grill" but once I realized that's why they are acting like bellman at the Ritz, I calmed down & found it to be a totally well stocked & super efficient dispensary.

Great little spot!  I was visiting Tahoe and just popped in here.  Great selection, super friendly staff.  I was in and out in less than ten minutes.  They have a nice little chill zone there, too.  Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

I went in no proble. But when I was in the guy said no browsing. How do you find what you want if you can not look? So we went to incline. Much better service!

Best dispensary I've been to in a while. Great staff, Lauren and Stephen(forget his exact name)  were super helpful and really knew a lot about pot. Definitely recommend a million times over! One of the best experiences I've had this year.

The worker who took care of me her name is CC and I knew no knowledge of the place nor Cannabis and she helped me understand. She was very patient and had me pick out the right strain and everything. Her customer service is great I tried to tip $5 and she wouldn't take it. Couldn't be more satisfied with this place aswell. Batteries cartridges and more with great prices!!! Recommending it to more people for sure

This store is WHACK. Prices are high. Bought a one gram oil cartridge for my pen, dropped it one time and the glass mouthpiece shattered. My boyfriend brought it back and they stated they don't assume any responsibility and can't replace it (even though it's completely full) In Seattle, our stores don't sell glass tip mouthpieces for this exact reason. Customer service sucks!

Hooked me up with a freebie while I was in town. Super convenient only 5 min from my condo.

If you're out of town, even if you have a medical card in a state other than California, you'd have to get your medical card in Cali. Also, these prices are crazy high.

Went in for the first time yesterday and Isabelle was beyond helpful!! They also have a really good selection of different strains and products. Definitely recommend!

Horrible customer service. Girl at the counter was rude and uninformed. Asked to be shown stuff in one case that she had to walk a foot over to and she refused. Said it was the same stuff. Seemed like she didn't want anything to be sold. Exits weren't clear either.

Had a great first time experience. Worked with Jade and was blown away with the amazing customer service! I thought it'd be a long wait but the bud tenders take there job serious so you'll appreciate it when your turn comes!

Felt some kind of way after my poc friend was treated so poorly by staff. White folks are definitely the target audience here, so be prepared when you walk in as a poc. I would never recommend anyone come here, awful racist experience. Tahoe Wellness Co-op needs a lesson on how to avoid prejudice in the work place. Highly disappointed in them for not treating all patients with equal respect and care.

This review is for the community center room connected to the Co-op. I stumbled across this place while visiting the cafe next door and had remembered seeing their ads in some local publication with the calendar of events. I walked over to see what it was all about. I was surprised to see it was a dispensary, didn't see that coming (yeah I guess I'm a little slow). But I looked passed that fact and found out there is a room that they have all kinds of classes and services offered to the public for free! Yes FREE you will want to donate though cause these people are fabulous. They have massages, yoga, reiki, music classes, art classes, acupuncture, and tons of more things including my favorite Cranio Sacral Therapy with Colleen. I have been in here on several occasions now whenever I am in the Tahoe area. I think it is awesome that they have this space available to provide these services to the community. They even do a free meal on Sundays. They welcome everyone and it is such a friendly environment and if you every want to try out something different or take a class just check out their website under calendar of events and see what they have going on each day. It changes but there are some really good people giving back to the community here and offering their services. I know nothing about the dispensary and what goes on on that side but this little portion is a hidden gem for sure.

Visited TWC while in South Lake Tahoe for work. The experience was really great from start to finish. The front desk reception/patient intake staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, as were the budtenders. Their flower selection was healthy, with a nice variety of edibles and concentrates as well. I was able to get some Birthday Cake and the Purps, both of which were awesome. The vibe of the shop is really cool. They are constantly playing good music, displaying some awesome art by an artist from LA, and welcome everyone into their smoking lounge. All stations were well staffed, and everyone was super personable. There is a strong feeling that everyone that came in knew not only the owners, but the budtenders as well. I can't rave enough about this shop. If you are in South Lake Tahoe, you just have to stop by.

This place is awesome, they have friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. It's cool that they have a smokers lounge too! I will most certainly come back anytime I'm in the area visiting. The product was also good, a little sticky still.

I have come in here many times, I love the Co-operative. The staff is caring, helpful, and quite knowledgeable, they are exactly what one is looking for, when it comes to people, that care about the product, and the people that surround their business. Well operated, well managed, with better prices than I have seen at other places around California.

These guys are GREAT! I'm hiking the PCT and stopped by to pick up some meds and after showing them my credentials they treated me so nicely, even referring me to other shops in town that had a better selection of hardware. Based on what I bought their prices are fair and product is high quality. I definitely recommend TWC!

Owner is a scam artist and continually sells you outdoor as indoor. At least have some respect for the people you are banking huge profits from and give us decent meds at decent prices.

Just stopped in on a vacation, looked promissing with the lovely new age artwork, prayer flags and bulletin board about their yoga and fitness classes. Ladies at the desk were kind but clearly focusing on too many things to give exceptional customer service. Loved that they have the smoking lounge, can be hard to find sometimes. The selection was ehh, great quality but only $15 to $17 grams and a few consentrates and the basic sensi edibles...guy in the back was nice but didnt know much about the herb. Tourist trap dispensery? Lol

I'm so glad they are here! With that said, I paid over 400 per oz bc they make you buy in eighths that are already jarred up (and dried up)  at 65 ea.  So thanks for being there ...but wow. Poor quality and super high prices. I hope they make it!!

First timer here, visiting for the weekend and needed some flower. Everybody was super nice and helpful. The lady inside hooked me up.

Good selection for this time of year. Everything is pre packaged in glass jars 1/8th and grams there is a dollar something deposit for the jar but you can always use a glass jar and it saves waste. The prices are okay I would like to see some sales or specials but it's off season. They have lots of nice art that's constantly changing. You can medicate on the premiss I never liked that but since I am traveling it's nice to hit the water pipes they have are clean and have alcohol wipes to sanitize.

They definitely teach their employees the sales concept of "upselling." I went in to grab some Sativa flowers for my wife because what I brought for her meds for our trip was too heavy for her daytime medical needs.  I went in asking specifically for Sativa flowers, nothing else. After trying to sell me rosin, shatter, and live resin, he finally took me over to the flower section and procceded to tell me they only had one pure Sativa. Then he tried to sell me 3 different hybrid flowers, instead of what I asked for.  I then told him again I only wanted Sativa flowers and had plenty of everything else.  I get it, you're trying to do a job.  But the primary job of a customer service person, or salesman, is TO LISTEN!  I knew what I wanted, I asked for what I wanted, why should I have to navigate through your sales pitch to get what I came for? And then to the register, where I was hit with nearly as many taxes as the flowers cost (not their fault, but still unnerving).  I had been happy to hear that the 8th I was grabbing was only $40, but add the taxes and it was $60.  Guess that's not a bad price for vacation meds, but I am definitely not used to be being the victim of what I considered damn near highway robbery on both ends of the transaction...

This is a great place!  Easy to find, the employees are super chill, especially Dylan!  Didn't have to wait and great selections!  Thanks Tahoe Wellness!

On a weekend getaway to Lake Tahoe, we stopped in at Tahoe Wellness where we were waited on by a lovely lady named Cheryl. Stopped by during our vacation to Tahoe.  Very inviting  place. Picked up some Apollo & GSC & headed back to the hotel to medicate. We also purshased some citrus herbal tea bags. Super yummy.

I've come in plenty of times and only ever had a handful of times where there was a new employee who didn't know what they were doing but otherwise it's always been pretty great. Cool atmosphere, good workers, and dank products. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place! The staff is top notch, they know there stuff and will make recommendations on what may help you. I have found the quality of their product is very good, though they do run out of some things every now and then. I love this place and will keep coming here for as long as they will have me.

This was my 1st time going here great environment love the fact you can hang out in their lounge. Coming from sf I was shocked at the prices bt understandable for the location. I also found out that TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN the pricing. Other than that seemed like a cool place. They also offer $5 credit for new patients which goes to tax which I remember now I never got my change and a $1 credit if you return the jar. Bt still I'd go back just better prepared. NO ATM too bt CVS is in same parking lot so...

"Ever since City of Angels 2 & Patient 2 Patient closed, TWC has become the most appalling dispensary  I've been to. They might treat people who spend hundreds of dollars at a time well, but for the low income clientele or at least me, they  treat you with no dignity or respect. I am 53 and disabled and have been around  longer than half of the employees there. They get 2 stars because they offer a compassionate program and a few of the employees treat me well. The compassion program is a program for low income people with disabilities that allows a patient to get a free 2 grams each week.When I would go in for my compassion some of the staff would begrudge me and speak to me with a condescending attitude, it is disrespectful and I don't appreciate it. Another reason they don't get much stars is that they pre-package all of their bud and if they don't have it bagged in an 1/8, they make you buy it by the gram which makes it more expensive. Not to mention you don't get pick out your bag, they do  and I've been practically skipped a whole gram because of the amount of stems. This is NOT how you treat LOCALS." - My mother - MMJ Patient

Love this place. Friends have been talking about it a lot so i decided to go up to tahoe and check it out. First time the receptionist walked me through everything and showed me around. The bud tenders are kind inviting and recommend the right strain for you. Their edibles taste amazing and the cindy 99 concentrate is an affordable for of concentrate at 15 a gram. Highly recommend will go again very soon!!!!!P.S. 10 dollar king size pre roll cones. Can't top that.

This place is great. Sucks that it's the only cooperative in the area but its amazing service and great vibes make up for it! I would def recommend coming here.

We have been coming here for two years now and have gotten to know almost all of the staff and front desk workers. Everyone has been so kind and generous. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I read some of the other reviews which talked negatively about the people who work here. Remember you get what you give! The people who work here are some of the best I've met. Yes, the inventory can be hit or miss sometimes. It is what it is. We love TWC!! Keep doing what you're doing!

The community center is amazing and I was amazed at all the free classes they offered! Dance classes, yoga, and donation based massages! How can it get any bettwr than that? The instructors were professional and well versed and very friendly. What an amazing resource! I am most certainly going to continue going to their events.

Stopped by just to register with the dispensary and check out the options. They have a wide variety of flowers, concentrates, and edibles. Was not really interested in spending to much but was able to get a really good deal on a gram(I think it may have been slightly over a gram) of high grade at a discounted price for being a new member. I regret not going for the eighth! They also have cheeba chews and kiva bars!

I love this place. I'm from the Sacramento area, and this place is nothing like the sac dispensaries. Everyone was laid back and the atmosphere was very relaxed

What a great place to go . Great atmosphere. The art is always changing. Love the lounging area. Love the required testing on all medicine.!! The menu is great, lots of choices. The interaction with the community center and all you offer to the community is so wonderful. Thanks for all you do to make sure patients have quality safe medicine. The monthly events at the centre are always awesome.

This is one of the worst dispensaries that I've ever been to.  They give literally NO information over the phone, they have no web site, no member benefits.  It's like they think because they are the only place left in South Lake that we as customers have no other options, they are wrong.  They never have what I want in stock and it's always "coming in tomorrow".  If you can avoid coming here, I strongly recommend that.

Great collective.  Friendly people.  Great assortment of edibles, THC caps, buds, hash, etc.  Large selection of bongs on site so you can get high right away. My fave place and fave people in South Lake.  Love Shack in SF totally rocks, but I don't miss it with the TWC.   Come for the Cannabis Cup on 4/20!

Clean, (well-behaved) dog friendly, dab bar with a lounge to relax in before/during/after medicating. I am impressed. Their community center next-door has some interesting classes and events, which are open to non-members and that's pretty cool. I have yet to attend but the variety interests me.EDITI'm not sure how but I seem to have double posted.

Every time I go here the atmosphere is great, and the staff is so friendly! It's really great to be treated with respect and dignity and get help to find the best medicine for you. Also the medicating lounge is very comfortable and you will always find someone interesting to talk to! Plus it's pet friendly, one of my favorite things about many of the businesses here in Tahoe.

Only been 2 times. But both times they were very responsive and told me all about their club/product! Had anything and everything I'd needed!! Hope to see you guys tomorrow for my third time in 4 days! @ see you in Valhalla

very very very bad place! went in needing meads and after a 45 minute workout filling paper work the staff would not let me in. not at all friendly or helpful. they made me sick.

i frequent this club weekly cause i enjoy quality and yes its over priced, but the staff is always friendly. this place has had an obvious turn around after become the only dispensary before ud be lucky to even see indoor meds....but with that they need to drop prices cause 45 dollars a g for wax is criminal

Tahoe Wellness Center, tucked away in mini Amsterdam (weed, donuts, pizza, beer).Very friendly service. Why is everyone so happy at dispensaries? Lol. I'm a returning customer, but it's been a few years, so we had to get my name back in system....a VERY quick process. And BTW, I'm a NEW member, so I get a FREE joint!They had 3 Budtenders on staff. That moves a line quick......I overhear a Budtender say, "It's the best looking bud I've ever seen." Wait, what?! Exaggeration? Perhaps, but a ringing endorsement, nonetheless. "It's called, HOLY MOLY...Indica." SOLD! Everyone walked out with HOLY MOLY." And let me say, FIG FARMS (Oakland) HOLY MOLY is TOP 5 strain/harvest in my 40 year professional weed smoking career. Looks great, smells awesome, taste fresh, and at one point, I had to feel my head to make sure it was still there. LOL.

Positives: cool ppl with decent knowledge of their products. Negative: doubles the price of the products on their shelves. Paid $200 for a $90 puffco.

Top shelf flower and concentrates, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the best prices in town!! There may be other dispensary's in South Lake, but none give you the help and advice like these folks!!

The art inside and outside is beautiful. The employees were incredibly knowable of the product and they were friendly. Oh, I loved the fish tank. We will definitely be  back.

Best dispensary in town,good prices,local discounts and great bud tenders...except for "MJ" he has the worst customer service, it kinda seems like he doesn't like his job (unless he's just like that with me, still not right since I go there pretty often)Other than that, best dispensary in town and highly recommended

We were visiting Tahoe over the weekend and we wanted to buy a couple pre-rolls so we stopped it was very easy sign up with them It didn't take any longer than five minutes and then we got a 10% discount for a first time visit which was nice! The prices are a bit high for actual bud and things but they have great prices for pre rolls and blunts! They didn't tax an arm or a leg either which is always a plus! Everyone was super friendly and the vibe was everything !

I visited this place for the last time this evening. After coming here for over eight years it's a sad goodbye. They sold me a product that was unusable and we're unapologetic about it. There's too much competition these days to offer such terrible service. Know your product better and don't sell cheap unusable products. You were an original here in Tahoe, but there's now competition and service like this will not get you repeat customers. Your budtender told me that few people return to complain about the shitty product. Please tell him it's because they go to a different dispensary where they get better products. Please do better and goodbye.

This is an updated review of TWC, and my review of TWC is now back to 5 star.After my last experience, the owner Cody reached out and wanted to discuss what happened and ultimately make things right.  It took a while for us to connect since I live outside of the area, but we eventually connected in person yesterday. Cody also brought along his General Manager Ryan to the meeting to hear about my experience.  As I described the situation, how information can be communicated, and how it can make a customer feel, they both agreed the situation could have been handled differently and ensure their staff understands this as well.I really appreciate them reaching out to ensure they can provide the best service possible and understand their areas of opportunity.  For me, products and prices are only pieces of the equation for a business to earn a 5 star rating.  The other piece is customer service and making sure the customer is treated right.  My meeting and visit yesterday demonstrated their commitment to customer service.Now for my visit inside.  As I arrived, I had the door opened for me and was greeted by multiple staff members in the lobby. The check-in process was very fast and easy - probably 30 seconds.  Then I was escorted inside.  I picked up an orange juice for the road and was guided towards an open counter.  I had a couple items in mind to purchase already, and wanted to get some recommendations on a couple other products in order to try products I haven't had before.  The budtender was well versed in his product knowledge, and guided me towards the products that met my criteria, thus making my selection very easy.  The budtender was attentive, respectful, polite, and didn't rush me whatsoever even with other customers waiting in line.This was a great experience at TWC, and is the type of visit that will keep me coming back!

Lena is pretty great. This is my first time here, and it was so great to talk to Lena, such a knowledgable and helpful budtender. I appreciate the patience with me and being super chill answering a bunch of questions I had about products and prices and just personal preference in general. I love a dispensary that doesn't rush me too much and let's me really feel the vibe out (it also wasn't that busy today so that helped). Dispensaries can just be so much fun and I really liked the people here and the set up. You check in at the front and then are lead into a room where you wait for a budtender. There's no photos and they are very professional and discrete. They had a pretty good variety of products and I found a cool drink for $5! I also got 10% for being new and a $1 joint. I mean... wow. thank you! They also had mints, gummies, chocolates, tinctures, flower, cartridges all your favorites and for pretty good prices plus daily deals (sign up for their emails to get the most up to date deal)

After coming back a year later to this shop, dramatic improvement. Prices listed accurately reflect the cost, which was horribly askew last year with all the taxes in Tahoe. While waiting in a long line on a hot day, staff grabbed juice for the patrons waiting. The product was good as well as the selection. The lobby remodel is nice as well. They've come a long way in the last year, and all for the better. Great job ?
