Welcomed very nicely and love the vibes of the store, there's cool art and things you can buy other than cannabis product. The product itself is high quality and great prices, I personally wish they sold plants like Kind Peoples. Tree house sales include discounts for teachers, students and veterans from 15-20% off every time you come in with proof, which is the best deals for students and veterans around! Some people need to understand how dispensary works before coming onto here and rating them... this is one of the best local shops in Santa Cruz.. My favorite dispensary in the area

After a long day of fishing we needed to chill and who better to help than Treehouse! They are so awesome and always ready to answer my questions and educate me. We rolled through today and Whitney greeted us with eyes that smile and a sweet personality. So welcoming. She even gave me a sticker! Thanks guys!

Still giving 4 stars cuz I love this dispensary. But I just bought 2 eights and the seal on one was broken. Density of the nugs is a thing but there genuinely looked like less in the one that had the sea broke.  I hope it's not a coincidence but it is what it is. Still really great deals and I love this dispensary. I'm not saying it was even the dispensary but the bud tenders need to check for quality of the product to ensure 8th a broken seals don't go out. It's corona virus time too so not one should be opening 8ths for smell reasons

My boyfriend and I come here at least 2 times a week and this week I needed glass, when we arrive I ask the lady helping us if there is any glass for sale, her response was "sorry we only have expensive glass left".... All because I'm young doesn't mean I'm poor... little do you know, I'm a big spender when it comes to glass, so if you are working off commission then sucks for you  I only gave a 3 star because this was the first shitty experience I've had out of the last 4 years I've been coming here. Luckily kind peoples is right across the street

I have had a bad experience with them in the past, but the guy that helped me was super nice. Actually the entire staff was really nice from the girl at the door to the other workers behind the counter. I would highly recommend.

First time shopper at Treehouse and during COVID, so keep that in mind.I've always drove by it and have never entered until I was in the area and needed to restock on some things, so I figured why not? The entrance and exit is very well marked and well lit (I went at night time). Since I was a new customer, they made a new profile for me. Angelica helped me out and she had an iPad and I guess they have to walk with you and help you get your things because I wasn't allowed to touch anything. She just put the things that I wanted onto her iPad and then I would pick it up at checkout. I understand that its COVID times, but I felt like the first-time experience and just looking around at everything was robbed from me. The place was beautifully displayed and artistic and I wasn't able to appreciate that unfortunately. I got a couple vape cartridges and edibles, but was really disappointed  with their edible collection because it was almost empty, so I didn't have a lot of choices which sucked. Same thing happened with CBD for pets, they literally only had one left in stock of one brand and that was it. I would probably visit to the get the entire experience when COVID is over and hopefully they'll be stocked up then.

They forget when UCSC spring quarter ends apparently and refused to give the student discount. Bring a schedule of UCSC dates if you are trying to get that discount around finals (when it's really needed)

Visiting the area for a few days and my husband needed a new cartridge so we stopped in to TreeHouse. What a great experience!We were greeted very warmly at the front desk and told about the 20% discount for new customers. Super easy check in process and friendly greeter. Our budtender was very knowledgeable and fun. Picked up some chocolate, a cartridge and a battery, all VERY reasonably priced! The whole store has a very cool, open vibe with nice displays throughout the store. We were in the store in the evening on New Year's Eve and we never for a moment felt rushed. I'm sure all the employees were anxious to get out and enjoy some fun but they still made us feel welcome and that we were their first priority.

I went though the drive through to ask a question the lady just said you have to have a online order and just walked away and said bye there other dispensers that I would rather give my money and tips to

I bought a King Sized tarantula at Treehouse and one of the bud tenders told me that it lasted for 20 people. Convinced, I bought the $47 joint unknowing the filter was 2 in a half inches lasting only about 20 mins top. Not worth the buck and fallacies from the bud tender is not the way to go.

Go to spot whenever we come to Santa Cruz. Good prices, bomb weed. & big thank you to Jeremy for helping me out when I went in. HIGHly recommend this place!

Was my first time going here, on vacation in the area. I was searching online for vape cartridges in the area, and I saw one on treehouses website that was listed as 1g cartridge, instead of half grams like the rest. I ordered it excitedly, and went in to pick it up. When I got there I was warmly welcomed and skipped check in they sent me straight to checkout. The interactions were all great the only disappointment was that they falsely advertised the cartridge as a full gram when it was indeed only a half gram. I didn't want to cause a fuss as I assumed it was a typo but none the less it made for a less than great experience.

Treehouse is a community of wonderful people who provide a premier cannabis experience. My first visit I was greeted by some nice ladies at the front desk and signed up- first of all its 20% of your first visit and 10% if you are a medical user (very nice). There was no wait or hassle signing up, and the processes was supa quick and easy. I feel that the workers really know about the products and had good insight on the cartridges I was interested in. I bought a cartridge and was really excited about it and I took it on vacation and the thing leaked on me! An entire half gram poured into my case because the the glass compartment with the oil was off kilter. I brought it back to them and showed them what had happened and they were so helpful and accommodating! I didn't expect them to do much about it but they gave me store credit for the cartridge and even helped me clean the vape case! Overall, I think this place is really nice and so are the people. And I think they have quality products that make going to a dispensary worth it. Shoutout to Mike and all the homies that helped me out there. Thank you! Good customer service is SO important yet so hard to find!! And I think the community here is really what makes this place what it is.

Cool little dispensary hidden away in Aptos. Very clean and comfortable. My opinion is that this is the best spot for all your recreational and medical needs. Stop in and see them for yourself.

I miss the old 831 Cookie Co, and I am sad that Treehouse is not more like The Cookie Co was.I feel like the staff is very knowledgeable about the products, more so than most other dispensaries.  The staff is also pretty chill and friendly.  I only use cartridges and feel like they have a small, expensive selection to choose from.  I feel like there is kind of a sales presentation when you meet with the bud tender, which is something I am not really into.  I guess I just want to get what I want and leave, but there is kind of a process to coming here.  I'd rather not interact with so many people.  I am not here for some kind of shopping experience, but that's just me.You check in with reception and then go to the waiting area until your bud tender comes to get you.  There are probably 100 chairs in the waiting area, which is kind of a mindfuck to me for some reason.  After your bud tender comes to retrieve you, you are led through a group of various display islands of numerous marijuana products, stopping at the ones that you are interested in.  After you have made your selections, you are sent to another window where your purchases picked up and paid for.  There have been two times where the cartridges that I picked out were not the ones that I went home with, I suggest looking in the bag to confirm your order is correct.  Sometimes there are a lot of people and it takes a while from start to finish, but sometimes it doesn't take that long at all.  This place is worth checking out.  If you are a hipster, you will probably love this place with all the open space and fancy redwood reception desk with those colored acrylic puddles in it.

Website says CanPay app saves you $5.95 service charge on credit/debit card payment.  Signed up online, go to the store and they say they don't use CanPay anymore. And their credit card machine is not working. So my only onsite option is their ATM, which charges $2.25 fee. Screwed up place.

I have purchased at treehouse prior and my experience was quite pleasant. That said my online order experience was poor to say the least. We placed our order and walked straight to the checkout when we got to the store. Whilst clearly waiting by the window the cashier continued to call out names for in store orders that arrived after us. It took cutting off a customer to get his attention. Online order signage and better communication would solve this. Secondly, We ordered a 300mg 10pk of capsules. The item we actually got had 236mg.. I brought this up the the front desk staff and they told me that the testing information on the package wasn't always accurate...I am very familiar with cannabis compliance and can tell you that any product that doesn't display accurate testing information is not compliant.When I explained this, the member of staff then begin to tell me that sometimes the batches vary in testing. Makes sense.. But if it varies in testing then it needs to reflect on your site. What made this worse is the shoddy customer service.. No apology, no offer of a refund of a swap. I had to push hard for them to swap it for a 250mg indica replacment, WHICH IS STILL NOT WHAT I ORDERED.This may seem like a relatively minor issue, but I run a large E-commerce operation that does more volume than Treehouse's entire store and I can't stress enough how important accuracy is to be successful. Your Jane plugin has pushback ability and some great intergrations. This issue would be solved if you pulled Weight/dosage values from your POS API.

I like to try new dispensaries whenever I get the chance and I'm usually pretty happy with each one that I have stopped at. It was my first time going to Treehouse and when I walked in I loved the vibe, it was very calm and the appearance of the display was something I have not seen before. I had high hopes for the location, but was let down when my bud tender had zero knowledge of the products as well as the location of each product. I completely understand that there is new inventory, but I find it hard to believe all of the concentrates were new. My bud tender could not give me any recommendations even though I told him exactly what I was looking for (strain, potency and type of concentrate), he also struggled rather hard looking for the product in the iPad he carried. As a MMJ patient I expect to walk into a dispensary and the bud tenders to have knowledge of the products. I would not recommend new MMJ patients to this location as I would hate for them to feel the way I did and not feel very good about a purchase. It was a little strange that I was only given back half of my change then was asked to donate the remaining change, I would have donated on my own but I definitely felt pressured at this point because I was not given the option. I do not plan on visiting this location again, but I do hope that management can give the staff more time to learn their products considering a lot of MMJ patients do need help understanding the products they are purchasing.

I bought a single, 1 gram oil cartridge based on the bud-tender's strong recommendation. I used it once, and then the glass cartridge shattered in my pocket. I was at an event and didn't want to keep shards of glass and the leaking oil in my pocket so i disposed of what remained of the cartridge. I still had the original packaging so I assumed that Treehouse would, at the very least, exchange my story and proof of purchase for another working cartridge. Treehouse refused to offer me a replacement to the product they so highly recommended. I felt duped. Due to my experience with Treehouse, I will no longer be able to patronize this dispensary. I feel I would have had a better overall shopping experience if I had flushed my money directly down their toilet. There are plenty of options in this area as far as dispensaries are concerned. Maybe you should consider a different option than Treehouse for your needs too? Perhaps a dispensary more loyal to the customers who choose to shop there. Update: Although Treehouse was not able to provide me with a replacement, they did contact the manufacturer of my faulty cartridge. The manufacturer offered to replace their product, so not all was lost in my transaction. I was happy with the effort I received from Treehouse in response to my original review.

Had an awesome experience!! Tonight was my first time coming in to Treehouse and every part of my experience was easy and great. Very helpful staff, and most importantly actually had the product I have been looking for. This was my 3rd dispensary I tried looking for a particular product and the only one that had it in stock. Plus the first time customer discount was a major plus. Also love the local art and jewelry they have on display.

I was greeted when I answered the door by a smiling staff.  Check in process was very quick. The bud tenders know their stuff. The layout of the place is very orderly and they have quite an array of products. I have to say one of the best things I got there was a 50-50 CBD/ THC salve for my aching knees.

SNOBBERY HAS NO PLACE IN THE WEED WORLD AND THIS PLACE IS SNOBBY AS HELL. The fancy displays and individual wireless tablets ALL the employees carry around seem to set the tone for the experience. Which feels sterile and corporate the polar opposite of what I look for when What I want is some cryptic to get high with. They call it "medicine" here and take offense if you dare say dope, or pot. Isn't a recreational marijuana store? So after they've checked the ID three times and requested my phone, age, address, and a dozen other ?' To type into those tablets I mentioned your sent to a cashier where you wait in a line to pay. You'd think you'd ow get your dope and be on your way..NOPE. Your instructed to sit and wait for another employee to wait for there tablet to allow them to "pull your order" then drop it in the line for the next employee who just calls names and hands it to you.The FINAL INSULT is surprising considering the Santa Cruz locale. I bought one gum sized package of "Kushy Punch edibles" weighs about ~1/2 ounce, fits in the palm of your hand. They pulled out a large lunch bag and put it inside before they gave it over. I of course said trees are precious and I'd just use my pocket. World war three broke out, 6 employees stopped me and told me how policy says I have to use the bag. I dropped that sack on the counter put my dope in my pocket and like a running back ran for the door.NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Excellent business. Always has my favorite strain. Easy to order online and fullfillment is swift. My only wish is that they someday deliver over the hill

This place is unlike any other dispensary I've been to. I am a medical marijuana patient and Anna knew just what was right for me and my issues. Her knowledge of the products and friendliness, as well as the ambiance of the whole place, lead to one of the best MMJ buying experiences I've ever had. Plus, new patients or rec customers get 20% off of your 1st purchase.  You truly cannot beat that. The selection is slightly lacking, but that is forgivable seeing as they have been open but a month or two. I am sure we will be seeing a wider variety of cannabis and concentrates as time goes on. If they keep up the great work I have no doubt in my mind that this will become one of (if not THE) most successful clubs in the Santa Cruz area. They're making me wish I lived in the area again!They are the #2 weed shop of all time in my books even being so new. (W.A.M.M. will always hold a special place in my heart) Unfortunately wamm is closed until they can secure their rec licensing, so this is definitely gonna be my go to when I'm in the area. Special thanks again to Anna for helping make it such a memorable experience. Give that woman some praise (anf/or a raise!) for being the greatest budtender on the planet. The friendliness of budtenders is a major part of how I rate dispensaries, and I noticed while doing some people watching as i waited to pay that that sort of friendliness did not stop with her. A+ in my books, keep up the good word y'all! And thanks for not leaving us with those other dispensaries we had to put up with for far too long.

Very disappointed.  When checking out you are called up to the cashier and given your total.  I am definitely a Senior . . . yet there was not mention of giving me a senior discount.  After I left a friend asked if i received the Senior discount.  I told her I was not offered the discount or was it even mentioned.  Probably won't go back.  Other places take better care of the Seniors.

This is my favorite dispensary in Santa Cruz. I always enjoy the guided walkthrough process through this aesthetically pleasing, spacious store. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They deserve 5 stars for customer service and went the extra mile to help me feel satisfied with my purchases.

The individuals inside are wonderful..but the security guard was the biggest jerk ..because of him..I will never go back....even if the product was free. I have never been so disrespected by anyone ...especially going in for medication! He has to go!!!!!

I am very disappointed with treehouse. While the concept and store seems nice, my experience with the products and customer service left much to be desired. I went one day seeking a good indica cartridge and pen, and asked which were best, and the staff member made the recommendation of the treehouse store brand battery and the Ascnd cartridge. I took the recommendation and $65 later left hopeful that they would be quality products. A week into owning it, the cartridge leaked completely out and into the battery and when I attempted to pull from the pen, a liquid version of the oil came out, it was gross, and obviously defective. I called to let them know the issue and the person who answered my call was slow and seemingly stoned, and told me there was "nothing they would do" because I purchased the products  more than week ago. If you can't stand by your products, why sell them? They've just lost a customer, and I will make sure others know to take their business elsewhere. No thanks.

While this staff may be helpful ( once they actually help you ) they are also the laziest staff ever!!!! There could be 3 people " working " and I say that hesitantly, and only one is with a customer. They have you wait until your name is called. I waited 17 minutes while watching staffers chat it up, with only one customer in the building. I finally just left. I went to another place down the road, spent 200.00$ in less than 10 minutes and was home 5 minutes later. Won't be wasting my time on people that are obviously to stoned to even do their job!!!

Nice dispensary, not the best in the area but certainly not the worse. They didn't have any clones but they had a very nice selection of edibles and had some great sales going.Very helpful staff. Definitely worth another visit next time in the area.

Meh, I've experienced better. Looks like a bunch of very young people with the keys to dad's liquor cabinet. LOTS of young people. Not a lot of answers, and certainly no compassion program. I can't tell WHAT they do to "share the wealth," or "share their strength." If all dispensaries in California need to be not-for-profit, where is the money going if they aren't helping people? (I hope that growers and makers of other cannabis products aren't donating anything to this dispensary, thinking they'll share it with those in need. Nope, they don't.)I don't get a feeling of respect for the plant or the patients here. Maybe because I'm middle-aged but good grief. (Also, the environment is all fluorescent light, and not very welcoming, unless you like that "cubicle away from home" lighting. It's not very welcoming or comfortable a space. Look at the photos--and all the duplicates. Sad.)

Hey I was thinking about expanding services, delivery services on certain days of the week or weekend? Hire a driver and customers can either call in orders for delivering or go on line shop and request dilvery.

I've been here twice and have always felt welcome.I like that I get assigned to a person who answers all my annoying and silly questions. I like that they still respond like its the first time they've heard my question :-)Great selection! I typically stick towards low-dose edibles, and vape cartridges. There is no shortage of either, as well as flower, topicals, pre rolls, batteries, and other gear. The checkout process is also pretty cool and makes the whole transaction pretty seamless!Overall I will definitely continue to visit this location anytime I'm in Santa Cruz and need a lift!

Stoped by the tree house on soquel dr to pickup a vape cartridge my favorite place to go right well I'm been helped by Joseph d. I like to ask what am I buying what flavor and some regular details the guy is pushing me to buy anything but yet not answering my questions or knows shit of what his trying to sell me. To top it off his making weird irritated faces like I don't want to help this guy. Dude don't like your job?do you understand customer service? Keep in mind people like me want to know about the product.Not happy with the service.

I thought I would like to check out Treehouse since I was sort of nearby at my usual dispensary in Aptos. I was with a disabled friend that I drive around, we thought it would be fun to check out Treehouse even though we are very happy with our usual place. We found Treehouse easily and parking was easy. Then we went in. First off it is dark in there, i like well lit paces but thats just me. Then we approached the reception desk and the first thing out of the old guys mouth was "you know you're in a dispensary?". I guess he thought we didn't belong there. But, my friend wanted to see what was there. Not near as much merchandise or variety as our place in Aptos. Everything is displayed on top of counters, so you can't just mosey around, you have to stick with your budtender. I can understand why that is but I didn't think much of that system. All staff we came in contact with were bored or maybe just really didn't want to be there. Except the cashier. He was really nice and didn't mind smiling. So, we'll stick with the Aptos place. It's bright, friendlier, and has better variety of inventory. The Aptos place has kick ass sales too. Prices are marginally better too.

I just went in here yesterday for the first time and I'm happy I did.  This is a new fave.  They have tons to choose from in every area.  Lots of promotional days and a happy hour discount.  I'm loving this find!

I love the convenience of this location for me.  The staff are always friendly and share a promotion they have going on so that I can save some $$.  Their meds are good quality.  They usually have a sale strain for $30/eighth and prerolls at $15, $10 & $8.  Good selection of product, but kind of small inventory compared to other dispensaries in the area.  Happy hour from 3 pm to 5 pm weekdays gets you 15% off.Only complaint is the wait time in the afternoons/evenings.  Check-in is quick but getting to a budtender could take upward of 25 minutes sometimes.  I stop here when I have the time to wait, or if I am making a visit before 2 pm.

very nice place, get to see and smell up closely the lose herb you want to try.of course very friendly and prices seemed quite reasonable. anyway, we came out of there with some nice product for a nice price.

Great staff who take the time to make sure you get the best service possible. You may wait longer in the lobby, but when you're at the counter it's like you're the only person in the room. I love the new daily deals that are being promoted! Their hours are great 9am-10pm and parking is always plentiful. This shop makes it easy and fun to get medication. Ask them about their deals and specials!! Tom and Eve are very knowledgeable. They are my source of info for the best product to treat specific medical issues. This shop has changed ownership in 2015 and went through a remodel and a lot of change. Give the new owners a chance to show you how much better they can do!! They have Cookie strains and Khalifa Kush, plus they have the Santa Cruz Sherbert!!! Top strains.

Worst dispensary ive ever been too. All the display buds were stale, had no smell and was low quality. The customer service was horrible, and the kid behind the counter wolud not help me with a return, and threatened to have me removed by security. No other place in Santa Cruz have i ever been treated so rude. Im never going again.

Cookie co 831 has amazing deals and specials all the time and they also have amazing products. There Is no doubt in my mind that they are the best around . Make sure  to smell the bubblegum cookies that strain is heaven!!!

Hello I just want to express my opinion regarding this business company, it truly is a very competitive shop with regards to the prices, I've honestly seen great strains at affordable prices here at other dispensaries charging more money for example "gorilla glue#4" strain I've bought at Cookie Co. 831 at $12/ a gram ,and other places charge $17_ $20 a gram for same strain it's the truth!.anyways the other great fact about Cookie Co.831 is their variety of strains, the fullness of all kinds of great products throughout the shop itself. and there's these extra cool aspects like the appreciation of their members ,the fact that their Vendors pay visits to the shop benefitting all customers, it's not only a great company to purchase important meds for people/ community but also the attitude, and atmosphere they provide for their members, their actions tell me they are really concerned for their members and that for me Delegates them from the Average and mundane businesses. the truth whole truth nothing else peace love and joy to all people, especially the like minded folks.

This place schools all others in Santa Cruz consistent flowers amazing concentrates and the friendliest staff I've ever encountered this place is by far the best and they set a high bar for standards if you're in Santa Cruz this is the only place to go.

I've been to treehouse a few times since the start of the new year and it's awesome! If you have a medical card the taxes are just about what they were before the whole legalization and mega taxation started, they also have a ton of different price points. Their staff is also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Anna has been my bud tender the last couple times I visited and she definitely knows her stuff and has been able to give me excellent recommendations based on my budget and what I'm looking for!

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. You see, my days as a NorCal resident is coming to an end. I will be moving back to LA and am saddened that I will be parting ways with Cookie Co 831. I've never been to a collective where I genuinely felt like a part of the crew. Needless to say, I will truly miss you guys. Continue with the quality service and selection of quality flowers, concentrates, edibles, etc. Love y'all and will definitely miss ya!

Came here for the first time friday n it was great!  Wide selection of flowers, concentrates, etc.... I got several edible freebies to try out from the tenders. There were managers specials too on the buds which i was also happy about.  I left a happy camper n will be back.

I used to go to cookie co 408 could always get some proper shatter for like 25 showed up at this place nothing for even close maybe there was one for 45 but most were over 50. Not what I was expecting and annoyed that I went to the Santa Cruz location. Should have gone to the San fransisco location. I've been there before and they had comparable prices to San jose.  So dissapointed.

Went there today and I want to say that I was happy with the improvements, enjoyed the staff, strains were great tasting and quality! Happy with the managements dedication to improvements and the willingness to listen to customers feed back! Thanks you.

really chill natural ambience, friendly employees, the whole setup is really cool unlike some clubs where its just a waiting room then another room, Treehouse has it all in the same room and you can walk around and check out the place.

I am one of their original customers, been going here since they opened as CGC way back when. Definitely my favorite dispensary in town. They have a good selection of top quality strains, daily deals and specials, regular events and raffles, and super friendly and helpful staff, plus the best edibles and concentrates in town. I highly recommend them (no pun intended).

Friendly staff that really gives you personal attention, late hours, great daily deals for high quality product! 10/10 will definitely return. Oh and lots of parking.

I came into this dispensary around 9:50pm last week, from San Jose. From the moment I walked inside my experience was exceptional. With the kindness and generosity of employees Alex, Ben and Emily, I was helped to find the perfect medication. The polite staff kept the building open for me, even though I was tardy. They are very informative, offering their patients good daily deals and offers, along with information on vendors who frequent the dispensary. Their prices are very decent and they deliver an exceptional product. The flowers I have purchased here have been more potent than flowers I purchase at other dispensaries.Tom, one of their store managers, also greeted me with kindness when I called to ask a couple questions. The atmosphere is welcoming and respectful. If you are looking for an honest staff and caring community, I would visit The Cookie Co 831.

This collective is one of the most expensive ones I've been to but it also has good buds can't go wrong with "God's Gift" I take long drives from San Jose ca but hey I honestly feel is worth it. Thank you very much for your courtesy.

Fantastic staff. Super cheap. Told them my budget and ended up getting 2 prerolls an edible and a gram for under 40. Not bad at all. They do not make you feel rushed at all. Im sure many people know the feeling in some dispensaries where they just want you in and out no questions. Well i walk in not really knowing one thing from another and they explained everything to me in a very knowledgeable way. It was almost scientific how they explained how it all works. Not just the typical "this gets you high and this gets you higher" nonsense ive gotten from other places. Go here stop looking

12.31.15 Drive and walk in. lady at the front desk said that they aren't taking any new patients today ,they were closing in 10 minutes I said ok and was going to walk out and go some where else. But then I was turned around by someone saying it's ok it's new years.And from that moment on I was completely comfortable shopping . The workers were so cool and nice. definitely going back . I would write more but it's time to medicate ND celebrate.

I keep coming back every week, the service and quality combinned with late hours makes this a must shop in SC.

I've only checked this place out a couple of times.  Pretty nice spot here, friendly bud tenders, nice strains and plenty of varieties to choose from.  The only reason I give 4 stars is because they charge to use a credit card.  And a lot of times the credit card machine isn't working so you have to use their ATM and the fees on that thing are worse than the credit card fees.  I hate to complain because other than the payment issue this is a great place.  I guess I need to get cash before I go, that would make it a 5 Star destination.

Love this place. Yes it might be expensive depending on what you get, but you get what you pay for. Their quality is amazing! They have many different prices ranges! And a 15% discount for students, which is very helpful at times!Went in the other day, bought a $7 member appreciation day raffle ticket, they called me and said I won a prize. Turned out being a $80 value. Will definitely keep going back!

Every day after a long day of work where I have to think and strain body, I like to come by the cookie do and grab some great medication to help me ease my mind and body. They have great flower and I highly ;) recommend the Chiquita banita. Happy smoking!!!!

Today I got to visit Treehouse for the first time and I was able to be helped by Whitney! She was so incredibly  helpful and knowledgeable and made my visit memorable for sure! I will definitely be coming back thanks to her great recommendations!

This place has gone downhill. Terrible customer service, their website won't load the menu on my phone, very little budget weed or bargains. Just tried to order in the drive through (it's hot and my dog is in the car) and the guy wouldn't let me. Funny...I did it a few days ago with no problem.

Austin is the man. He listened to what I had to say and gave honest clear directions. Although they did not have the product I wanted I will definitely be returning.

Beware that the drive thru hours end at 8pm. Not 10pm, as STILL posted here on Yelp and their website. Also, they won't store your pick up order if you don't get there the same day as ordering. Lame. Fucking stoners giving stoners a bad name.

** This is a COVID era review **Disclaimer: This review is based solely on the process of ordering and pickup while I was with a friend. I don't have any knowledge to compare to other dispensaries or to judge their products/pricing/etc. The Treehouse website (scroll to the bottom) has a very comprehensive menu that allows you to choose what you would like to pickup. When you go to "checkout" online you enter all of your contact information but you do not pay online. The checkout form does say cash only, but when we arrived at Treehouse to pick up they did accept card. Very impressive system!When you pull into the parking lot it is very well marked to drive in one of two directions depending on whether you need to place a new order or pick up an online order. We followed the cones and signs to a window on the side of the building to pay for and pick up our order. The gal working the window was wearing a mask, took the name on the order and told us that we could pay with cash or card but there was a $4.95 charge to use a card. They did have an ATM right there for use, but my friend told me that it has a $5 withdrawal fee (not verified). Even using a card it is not a contactless transaction- we handed it to the gal, she ran it and handed it back. Quick and easy process all from the comfort of the car!If you didn't place an order ahead of time they direct you to a parking lot where I'm told an employee comes out with an iPad, helps you decide what you want and processes the order.

One of the biggest ripoff establishments in California. Run by a bunch of money hungry fo hippys. The staff can't package orders right. Managers can't run the operation right, it's a total crap show with a pile of buyers that feel outdoor ditch weed is better that anything. You lost a 14k a year (patient) not customer. Because you need that profit to afford that shitty overpriced building Stay far away unless you want overpriced weed and shitty service

Your website mentions wearing masks indoors as a requirement but yet you do not have your store open to the public. Very misleading for customers who have no vehicle and cannot go through your drive through. Why do you not have services available for all of your customers?

pre-order some of this AC/DC which will come in handy when you're feeling pain and need some CBD to soothe it. Treehouse was the only venue in town that seems to have this.   Here's the review if this strain on Leafly leafly.com/strains/acdcIt has very low THC and you can actually use it while at work in most cases, unless you're an astronaut or a TSA official.  for fastest service use the drive-through for  pickup.  such a cool setup.

Lo was really great in helping me out today, and they really knew what they were talking about product wise, as well as made it a really great visit. I started coming to Treehouse recently, and todays visit really made me want to keep coming back because the people that work there are really interesting and make it a fun place!!

I had a great experience for my first time here. Many options in this large store so it was overwhelming, but the person helping me along was great and made sure I found everything I was looking for. Probably my new spot from now.

Great prices, great service, rarely crowded, good selection, and regular discount days. All you could hope for from a dispensary. They stole me away from The Healthcare Collective.

Incredible experience and customer service. We got the opportunity to speak with Kayla, an intelligent and lovely manager (and graduate student in cannabis education!) at Treehouse. She was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. Highly recommended establishment for those just getting into cannabis or for those that are more familiar, and perhaps want to learn more. Not to mention the plant-themed interior layout is amazing!
