I don't where to start but, all my past visits have been amazing with this company always super friendly and welcoming. Their prodect are great especially one of them, which is the CDC prerolls absolutely amazing is all I can say.

Website down so no idea if they are still alive.  You would think they would keep it updated during the pandemic

Surf City Delivery was great!! They far exceeded my expectations and past experiences with other deliver services. They were friendly, fast, and very low priced. They made it really easy to register with them and the delivery got here even quicker than I thought they would! I strongly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future :)

I come here all the time with my Boyfriend Dru. We originally left a good review because the owner is nice and the bud tenders are usually on point. Plus the weed is good. However recently has been a different case. Last week we ordered 4 joints. They accidently gave us 5. Being the good people we are we returned the joint unopened and they were MORE than happy to accept the returned joint. Today we purchased bud that was not to the standard this company usually sells us since they have been out of smooth for over a month. When we saw how bad the weed was we tried to return it unopened and they said they dont accept returns. How Ironic they take retruns when their employees mess up but they wont accept a return to keep loyal customers. If you dont accept returns then we should have been able to keep the joint!!! They care about whats best for them not their customeraAlso The bud tender hannah had a terrible attitude and when my gf asked to see the weed she pointed at it through the counter.....like that helps....bud tenders should be happy to help out always. The other girl is much more professional than hannah. Wish we had the pleasure of seeing her all the time!!!Time to look for a new place.

This place is awesome! I will recommend and return! I visited on Saturday with my best friend. I called before to make sure they had a certain product and they did! Phone and in person service was friendly and knowledgeable! All products were top notch! Thanks for the awesome dispensary experience! We will be back!!

Great shop, super friendly staff and great selection of product, best prices in santa cruz by far. They have your top shelf fire buds and good budget buds as well, all great quality. 10 out of 10 recommend. I can't wait to go back

This is their new location but they've been around for a while. Lots of parking. Great prices and very friendly staff. Happy to have found my local shop since moving to the area. They have daily deals too & the coolest logo.

Best shop in the county. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Plus they have the best prices and a rewards program too. I highly recommend for first timers and pros alike. Oh and they actually bother to remember your name which is rare anywhere these days ?

Budtenders are always friendly and helpful, and i love their selection. I always go here because they have great daily sales and additional special sales often, and they also have a loyalty points system for customers. Highly recommend!

Always friendly and eager to help, the cheerful staff at Surf City OG provide a wonderful variety of cannabis products at good value. I pop in for Happy hour or one of their sales, or anytime I need something just because I know they have what I need and will be happy to see me. - I love Surf City!
