Still SUPER HAPPY with everything we've tried here. We've been taking advantage of their Saturday deal, I think it's 15% off eighths $60 and over. We live in Morgan Hill, and you factor in that deal and the insane taxes at places in San Jose, and it's half the price!! I'm not sure about people saying they have limited selection. They have a lot of flower, stuff I haven't seen up in San Jose...and I've been to numerous places up here. Huge selection of carts too. I will agree their "wellness" type stuff is limited. I haven't seen a 4:1 or 2:1 tincture here yet. I've also been really happy with their carts. I've been using a Candescent Calm one for a while now....it takes me a while cause it's not a daily thing. Anyways, it's almost empty and I'm still getting hits that are just as strong as the first puffs. Feel like with most carts when you get close to the end, it's either not effective, or starts to be kinda harsh. I've also been happy with the CBX carts too. So! We will keep scooting down here on a Saturday or Tax free Tuesday, because we are still super happy.

I'm from out of town, and The Reef was recommended by some friends who were here a couple of weeks ago. It didn't disappoint. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They were all wearing masks, and made me feel both safe, and looking forward to coming back!

I come here all the time. Everyone that works here is extremely nice and so helpful! I love coming here and can't imagine going anywhere else for my needs!! They have amazing deals too!

They assign an employee to every client to make sure you get the best care. Rashel (maybe Rachel I'm not sure how to spell it) was amazing. Super knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and over all great service. She even went to find out  what song was playing when she noticed I was trying to Shazam it. Great service, love it, would recommend it !

Quick, friendly service, online ordering, huge selection! You can make a reservation and everything you select online is ready when you arrive.

Bud tenders actually knew all about the strains and products they are selling. A1 service

This spot has a huge selection of products, plus they got wraps and glass in the check out line. This is the place for quality flower and medicine.

This has been my go-to spot for a long while. I drive all the way from Santa Cruz where there are as many dispensaries as there are coffee shops. Course they have Brands I've been loyal to and it worked well for me. Today I showed up and while I was in line place my order ahead of time a young lady comes out and says oh we don't carry those products anymore because they're not down with black lives matter and we're not down with that! I replied well that's really shity and actually not very smart should get your personal opinions mixed up in your business you're going to run your business down to the ground she informed me that I had a problem with that I could talk to the manager quite a little snarky ass attitude. First and foremost BLM is becoming a Homeland terrorist organization I'm sorry but as a veteran an American who loves his country and would never burn down someone else's business I can't get behind that. Of course, the lives of African American people certainly do matter and I know plenty of them that are best friends I've ever had being in combat you don't see color you just know that the dude next to you is going to save your ass and you're going to save his it doesn't matter if he has a green dick hanging off his head. But what I heard today broke my heart you're getting behind something that is a nasty terrible disease it does not support the lives of its own people throwing off a negative attitude and also causing more separation as well as now losing customers myself and another Caucasian gentleman that was in line with each other and said well I guess this is not the place for us but it seem like they want us here so that's it for me you're lucky I even gave you two stars.  Pitiful.

store seems a little scattered. employees are dressed too casually to identify. not sure if there's like... name badges that they wear but if they are i couldn't tell. i wish the store was a little more streamlined to make it easier for the customers. it may seem normal to workers cos well you're there everyday but for customers... it's... disorganized. great products though! the cashier was nice! didnt catch his name cos there was no name tag.

I just want to start off with if you have been to this store you already know their product is top shelf but more importantly their team is excellent !! I would just like to take a moment and name the All star team they have, Gabe, Thai , Jesse , Zebe , Oscar ( the guy with a huge cute dog ) not to forget Mike also Aklili and the coolest guard at the front Ezra !  They really put together a great team. Their customer service is unmatchable.

I really like this dispensary, the clerks seem knowledgeable and happy to help.  The young lady who helped me, Thai, was the first person to convince me live resin was worth trying, and it didn't feel like it was an upsell, just someone answering questions in a nice way. I liked that the staff seems to communicate and help each other out.

Quick and easy trip, good service, great prices. Will for sure be back if I'm in the area.

Love The Reef!The staff are very knowledgeable and I learn something new and try something new all the time!   Just got some pure Rosin to try for the first time  and  Gabe was very helpful in choosing the best product and strain for me. I love the layout on the floor  in this dispensary makes it easy to explore and meet other community members.   The awesome staff that were there when I went was Gabe, Akili, Ashley, and Juan.  My previous visit Nate was super helpful in locating my favorite strains.   I also Love I can save points and redeem them.  This is reflective of a business that sees and appreciates its customer loyalty.

I cannot say enough about this place!!! Super knowledgeable and helpful staff! They always have the best recommendations and they're always so nice! I'm here at least once a week!

Hands down the best dispensary on the peninsula!!!  A lot of good quality product to pick from and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!!!  Go check them out!!

I've been a Reefer for about a year or so and have always been satisfied with what they offer ,though limited.The staff are great. Always cheerful and willing to help. The point system is typical like the others. What stood apart is on how they treated veterans, with a generous 15%  discount. I won a swagger hat on a free spin on veterans day . It was a cool hat with "the reef" logo on it. I was told if I wear it in the store I'll get 5% on top of my 15%. 20%off? I asked are you sure? They said yes. It's a swag 5% extra.So, over the past year it has been given and at times it has not. At times I say something when I catch it, sometimes They remind me about it. I go to buy more weed and am told flat out, "You are not getting 20%!I told him I've been getting it and he said No!He said as a manager I'll put a stop to it. It was quite embarrassing for him to treat me like that. I will stop going to the Reef and never go back again.

Really liked it overall, but staff and the whole payment procedure seemed pretty disorganized, and after spending a hefty sum they still charged me another buck for a few screens. Positives: live music on Friday evenings, a fairly large, comfortable showroom, the option to enjoy the aromas of different blends, friendly staff, and you don't have to go through ridiculous security screening to get in...I'll be back.

I finally had a chance to go visit this store.  Entering the establishment, I'd expected a nice place - but not this nice.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and cool.  One of the products I bought was defective - and I went to return it and the manager took care of this immediately with little to no hassle (note to readers:  be sure to save your packaging and receipt for those 'just in case' moments.)  Stoked to have my local store be the best.  Cheers to "The Reef".

Drove 2 hours to get some clones! After placing an online order on their website, to pick them up, they texted me later saying the ones I ordered weren't available and they only had a couple left of a random strain. It would've been nice to have the inventory stock updated regularly or not have the option available to complete the order and put things in the cart. Another option could be to tell people to call to confirm the stock.....Very disappointed :(

I placed an order for delivery which was received at 1045am. Upon receiving the product I noticed it wasn't what I ordered. Called the store from 11am-4pm and never got to speak to anyone, just forwarded to voicemail. Drove to store to get an exchange, only for the associate to tell me that what I ordered wasn't actually in stock and that the website auto populates carts to disposable pens which doesn't make sense.

Have to say I am a frequent supporter of The Reef, and tonight they sealed the deal for me. They had a sign with the wrong price they still gave me a deal where I felt that I paid a great price. Have to say they just made my evening so much better by saving me some money. Great prices and products. Thank to the staff that are doing a great job. Satisfied customer

I was stoked when I saw this place opening up super close to my house, but they've really disappointed me. No loyalty program, no daily deals, just full price buds and accessories. I would still shop there sometimes.But yesterday after racing over to their store after work to make a purchase, I got there at 9.50 and they refused to let me in even though they close at 10. How are you guys gonna turn away business like that? There were at least 2 other people just like me who got turned away. I would have been in and out in 2 minutes.Terrible business practice, I will not come back

I went to the reef for the first time a few days ago, and oh man what rude bud tenders they have! The guy at the line was nice but when I got in one of the young lady budtenders kept bombarding me with questions if I was going to buy anything or else she told me to go outside. I felt offended as I had only been in there for 5 minutes and she literally kept telling me the same thing even though I had told her I was just looking for something to buy. Her attitude was unprofessional and very rude with no customer care and I will not be coming back here ever and will tell and my friends to stay away! I was going to spend $250 that day but decided not to because of the lack of respect and lack of customer service! Horrible experience literally ruined my day

I made an online order they processed and said it was ready. When I got there they didn't have my order ready and they did not have what I wanted in stock.

This was my first experience at this dispensary as I was only visiting the area for two days. I was checked in and inside the door within seconds. I was promptly met by an employee who assisted me in making my selections. At checkout I received my first time patron 10% off discount. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful!

My favorite dispensary to visit in Seaside. The staff is very friendly and seems very knowledgeable when asking about strains of flower. The point system is also great and the daily deals are also a plus!!

I have to say I have came to this dispensary since it opened. I wanted to see what they had to offer that my normal dispensary didn't, and let me tell you this place is IT! From their products to the help offered by every single staff memebers! Kind, through service each time . I had ALOT of questions based on my needs for pain management, and they ALWAYS have the most courteous and friendly people here. I have to say as well the level of customer service is out of this world! Emani (I'm so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) Sam and Oscar are my top favs if you will! Excellent service ALL THE TIME. I recommend them to everyone I know and I'll continue to give my business to them.

I come to the reef on a weekly basis for about 3 months now, I was never asked about wether I was in the loyalty program. I initially had thought I was part of it and assumed I was accruing points. So wrong!!! Tell me why it took over 3 months for a staff member to finally mention to me that I wasn't enrolled. I'm so sad knowing that I spent well over $1,000 and I didn't get one single point for it. Aside from this I've had great experiences here,I honestly just feel jipped :(

We were greeted warmly and checked in by the security guard at the door.  The artistic iron works in a reef motif provide a wall of safety and beauty. The products are displayed with so much flair that it makes it a pleasure to spend time there. I enjoyed chatting with the very knowledgable staff who were so helpful with recommendations. Be sure to stop in and become a Reefer, too!

I have been going to the Reef since it opened always a good vibe in the place and a supply of what I have needed.  Have tried others places and either too high security or yuppie for me.  Great staff recommendations when I have asked and they have been right on.  Thanks again and see you all soon.

I like this place for the selection of cartridges they have, but the customer service has brought the rating way down for me. They were busy around the time I went but you can tell they are not very friendly compared to the other spots I have been too in Monterey and Seaside. They take forever to come and get a order in and also the girl I was speaking too was a manager and she told me in her own words when I asked for a select cartridge that "We don't  f** with select cartridges here.... so I left. Not very nice or quick.

I may have to come back to this review.  Staff was very nice and I guess helpful, although I am not very familiar with all this so it's relative.  They have samples TO SMELL.  Also, it seems really expensive, but I wouldn't know a good deal on weed either.  Maybe I should walk into more before leaving a review.

I have been here twice now and everyone that has helped me has been amazing!!! I am a huge fan of great customer service and recommendations, the Reef has both!! Hands down the best dispensary in the area, by far!!! Thank you Celeste (I'm sorry if that's spelled wrong) and Sarah. You both listened to me and gave me great recommendations. When everyone offers a lot of the same stuff it's the people in the stores that make the difference!!! Keep up the amazing work!

Awesome dispensary with a lot of variety! The best deal in town for just about anything! First time there, I walked in had no idea what I was going to buy until a guy named Christian mentioned some information on the flower. I came in with a Budget, he helped me get a flower plus wax to get more than what I expected which was nice. I went for the second time last night 30 min before they were about to close Christian, Imani, and Sam were working. They all worked so well as a team, I loved how welcomed I felt and the knowledge they had on everything I asked about. The staff is always welcoming and super informative. I also recommend trying out their Hybrid Canndescent - Calm 101 All flower is hand trimmed off the stem and pre-packaged with a design that consumers will appreciate and build brand loyalty weed. Super tasty and aromatic! Not to mention! they have some kind of deal everyday, I get points every dollar I spend. I would totally go back again.

Wow this is hands down the best dispensary I've been to... and I've seen my fair share. Everyone is so aware and helpful but not annoying!! Love that. I was helped by Daniel and he was able to navigate me to a good pax pod. Also this place has everything you need, hands down. Was there yesterday with my sister and the lady standing at the door was really nice didn't catch her name but loved her attitude very positive. And it being our 1st time there we got 10% off our purchase. We were greeted by a  young man named Micheal. He was very personable assisted us with the type of edibles we were looking for. We made our purchase and when we left he already knew our names. That type of service make an impression on some makes you wanna come back. My sister lives in Missouri and I in Washington and when we come back to Cali will definitely stop by again

After overhearing a conversation between a customer and an employee, they informed him respectfully that they will no longer be carrying flower brands that do not support the Black Lives Matter movement. In return the clearly agitated man said "business is business and that was a dumb mistake on your guys' part". But maybe what he doesn't recognize is business is no longer "just business". Where you spend your money is a visual representation of the things you support. And I am proud to shop at a dispensary that recognizes this as well. The only dispensary I'll shop at from now on because human lives outweighs bud from companies that stand for nothing.

i love the design of this store. they've got so many products but it's extremely well organized. the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and easy to converse with. also, i like that the prices already include taxes so there's no surprises at the checkout. stay dope

I spent $160 I got top shelf flower, vape pen, multiple edibles and cheap paraphernalia. The customer service was excellent. They greet at the door and take your order via iPad, with all of your purchase info already tallied when you reach the front counter. When you give your name they pull your purchase and deliver it to the front with a  quick and speedy check out. I got a 15% military discount or you can also get a 10% first time customer discount. Over all I was very pleased and very high with my THC vape pen! :)

I was stoked on this place,I even put up with there security guard who doesnt know how to check people in.He takes forever. The last time I was there we walked in looking for an indica cartridge. Nothing. So as I stood there try to get help. One woman stood behind the counter laughing joking with a co worker. She would not stop to acknowledge we needed help. So we waited another guy came out behind a door did a couple of things went back through the door never saw him.she is still at counter doing nothing but enjoying herself. Another guy helping someone else,didn't say a word not I will be with you in a minute or tell someone else to help us. So 4 employees working and we are just staring at them. Finally my husband went up to the brunette at the counter (the one having fun)and asked if they had cartridges. She laughs says yea right here and points to whatever was on or in counter.THEN SHE SAYS JUST KIDDING NO WE ARE OUT.  Are you kidding me. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. Go over to Plantacea on fremont,professional.

Friendly staff, great selection, comfortable environment, I like that you can get in  and  get what you want fast. Sometimes parking can be an issue.

Awesome service. Great vibes and selections! I could almost say I'm a regular now and for sure Oscar has been  recommending all of the dankest strains . For sure a Go To Spot if you are ever in the area.

Passing by from Fresno, decided to look up some local stuff to try for the day. Customer service was excellent and prices were great. Grabbed a few edibles and some carts - will definitely go back next time I'm in town

Love these guys they're super friendly super helpful and super cool. There's a huge selection to pick from and you're able to roam around without feeling like you're being surveilled. And the prices have I mentioned those they are better than my other favorite place because every dollar counts he stays

I really think is the 'hippie version' of a cannabis dispensary - my speed.  If you're looking for a luxurious experience, there are a few of those in Carmel. The Reef staff actually walk the floor!  A terrific concept, like having a 'personal shopper'.   Lots of room to walk around and browse.

Best experience, best peeps, best everything! Edit: A series of very bad experiences with a few newer and a couple older employees has completely changed this in recent weeks. Unfortunate for such a great place.

This place has the best deals and the highest quality of customer service. Staff is always friendly and on point and creates an extremely welcoming environment, I am local so I have been using them for quite some time and they have always been my go to and will continue to use their services. In my opinion this is the go to club in town, others can’t compare. Shout out to Oscar for his killer management skills and awesome customer service!

The variety of product and you can’t beat their prices. But this covid drama makes it to where they can only have 3 people inside. The security guy was pushing the “online orders first” which I believe is their policy now, but this meant people in the line had to wait in the cold outside while the online orders didn’t wait at all. So I suggest you order online. This is okay for the people who already know what they want because the product isn’t uploaded frequently & you can’t possibly know what there is to choose from. Good luck.

I went in every store in town asking about the best deals. they all said they had me covered. Not one of them could come even close to The Reefs prices. I'm on a fixed income and really have to stretch my money. Everyone is awesome and helpful. u guys ROCK
