This place never lets me down, very short wait if you order online and top notch flower.

This is one of the best located close to downtown STL. Smoothly operated, staff is been extremely pleasant and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. Patient and kind peeps!

Prices were kind of on par taxes seemed hi, lol other than that the place is pretty badass. cash only, with  ATM on-site near front by the register. Cafeteria style walkthrough and Order with different sections four different things I got some Bio- alien Jesus and a little miniature pre-filled with some Skywalker OG,  two things for like a hundred and fifteen bucks I think but then with the taxes it was like almost 160. Which they gave me the price at when I ordered I told everything to be like 1:15 but I got up to the front Troy Landry age haven't sold out like 1:40 so I can go get gas something to eat then he told me I was like 156 I was like damn it was like the tax I said yeah I can let you know that when you're taking money out of the ATM what is going to be like a quote so that was really my only not complain. Super long lines they make you wait out in the cold and have a system issues Constantly. They say they close at eight but they close at 7:45 and even if you're there before 8 o'clock as it says on their door they don't let you buy anything because I wanna leave early. I will go someplace else

This place just kinda sucks as a retail business.  Super super slow!  Like everyone who works here is taking in way too much of the supply.  I have visited here 4 weeks in a row, and every visit just got worst.  1st visit came in as a walk-in customer and got out in 15 minutes.  The next 3 visits were online "express" order pickups.  Every visit got longer, with most recent taking a good 50+ minutes.  They have 6 express pickup windows but only bother to pay 1 person to work 1 window.  Then after 30+ minutes waiting for my turn, they do NOT have my order waiting for me.....  yup.  Takes another 10 minutes to get my order.... This place has basically one job to do... and they do it badly, very very badly.

This would be a zero star review if it could be possible. They attempted a bait and switch by switching the strain to one of that with a similar name with way less content I was looking for, but it was the same price. Trust gone. I told her she tried skeeting me and she goes "no I didn't" snarky. Giving someone less for the same price is the definition of skeeting. Also, when I checked in I felt like I was walking into a rehab center. The guy checking confirmation texts couldn't read. I don't know if that guy doesn't have a diploma or was smoking something other than weed, but when he mistakes my confirmed order text for preparing he continued to berate me instead of owning up to his mistake. I walked from my purchase and went 5 minutes down the road to the one next door to Diamond And was in and out within 10 minutes without them knowing who I was or what I wanted and I got signed up for rewards. They had somebody do a bag check right in front, as at the other place I had to point out the discrepancy. At Route 3 they handed it to me a smile and said enjoy. At this location it went like this, they give it to you through a lazy Susan revolving thing like a bank and immediately yell "NEXT".Bottom line is they were rude, unorganized, the interior feels like a rehab center, they tried to skeet me to my face and when caught red handed says "well the THC percent changes per yield" which I understand, but that doesn't matter if the strain is entirely different. Go to the other location. It is 10 minutes away. It is waaaay nicer on the inside and they get people in and out the door fast.

NOT FOR OUT OF STATE VETERANSMATTIE AT CHECKOUT made it very clear that they do not care to serve out of state Veterans.  I suggested an improvement and I think she was having a bad day.  She laid her head on the table as if she was banging it.  She was immediately combative so I asked the manager if he could take over.  This is when I stopped talking and she kept trying to get me to negatively engage.  Now that she had realized her mistake she was trying to get me to raise my voice or make a scene?  That's what I was guessing so I kept calm and motioned for a manager.  I would just give short answers to try to get through the experience.  She finally was relieved and sent to the break room.  Due to the service failure she failed to get my points on my account.  I don't necessarily blame Beyond Hello, Mattie just needs to be retrained or placed in a job where she doesn't work with the public.

The bud here is subpar. Now that doesn't mean it's horrible but I get at least 2x the quality at half the price in Cali. Not complaining because I realize this is the Midwest. I got an eighth of the Cresco face mints which was dry but smoked fine and produced effects. Smelled like a faint version of forum cut cookies. The buds are machine trimmed and ugly. The bigger reason why I am leaving two stars is because of my personal experience with my "bud tender". They were basically robots with iPads that knew nothing about the products they were selling. Way too overpriced. Would be great if prices were fair.

The employees here are unprofessional, unorganized, and are always screwing things up. Don't even bother with the rewards program here, it is a joke. They will very vaguely tell you what you need to do to sign up- and then act like a total jerk when they forgot to tell you there was something to sign for it to be valid. I ran into this problem last time I was here, and they assured me that everything was fixed and correct and that next time I came in I should have my remaining 1,000 points honored. This was not the case today, they totally went back on what they told me last time and said my rewards account was invalid and that they are not honoring my points. This is what I get for referring a bunch of out of state people to you and spending thousands of dollars. So here's a summary: - they will do what they can to screw over your reward points even when they insisted everything was squared away. - employees are untrained and unprofessional and you will get different information about a topic depending on who you ask. -employees are unorganized, another time I was in they served everyone that ordered after me (because one of their unorganized workers put my order in the online pick up section leaving me hanging in the lobby while everyone else who ordered after me got served first. I am done being insulted everything I visit and having to deal with the clerical errors of an ignorant and unprofessional staff. Worst place ever, and I'm finding a better place for myself, my family, and the 35 people I've gotten to come out here from out of state. Do better, it wouldn't be hard compared with your current standard.

While in town for Thanksgiving my boyfriend and I thought it would be nice to check out a recreational dispensary. Our home state doesn't have this option. Beyond Hello was a pleasant surprise. There was a line but it moved very quickly. They had an ATM on site which was very convenient. Inside was very clean. They had several attendants to assist in selections. They used iPads to help you browse their stock from their webpage. We could have placed an order to pickup but it made a huge difference having a live person to ask questions. The selection was plentiful. They filled the order quickly and the products were top notch. We can't wait for our next trip to Illinois.

I recently walked into the store hoping to use my student discount to get basically like 50% off my tax which they do offer. I was doing a combined order with my buddy who had the student ID. When the dude told me he couldn't apply the discount cause the order was in my name I told him to cancel the order and put it in my friends name. He STRAIGHT UP TOLD ME I COULDN'T CANEL IT I WAS ABOUT TO WALK OUT OF THE DAMN STORE. After arguing for a couple minutes on the matter. THIS LAZY SOB just says "yah I gotchu Ill apply the discount to make it easier no worries." I check out thinking he's applied it and then come to check my receipt and he didn't do shit. WERE TALKING ABOUT a $25 dollar discount he didn't apply. DO NOT GIVE OVERPRICED MONOPOLYS YOUR MONEY MAKE THEM SUFFER TILL THEY LOWER AND REGULATE PRICES CONSISTENT TO THOSE IN COLORADO, CALI, and NEVADA.

If you want your order to be consistently wrong, want to wait forever for your order in an empty room or to be chastised for asking why it takes twenty minutes at the window when there are no other customers......THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE!This dispensary is so unorganized! They always get our online orders filled incorrectly. I am a caregiver and I have to pick up the order and each time I have to check the order against the photo my husband has to send me to check their work!DO YOUR JOBS AND GET THE ORDER RIGHT!Also, when it takes twenty minutes of standing and waiting in a room ALONE. I wonder why it is taking so very long. So I ask when the lady who checks me out comes in (because the first lady who packed the order can't do this?) So when I question their system and say they need to do better - like ASCEND - I get told that I am being disrespectful and that I need to leave. They didn't even allow me to give them money today!!I went to Ascend like everyone else reading this review needs to do and they were VERY HAPPY to take my $250 order.Buh bye "Beyond Hello" your bad orders filling and poor customer service won't be missed. Muah.

prices & taxes way to high .weed sucks  thc % is way off.reviews are screened. the weed is bunk weed. no stonethey pack over 30 people in a waiting room . taking a chance on catching the covid.  as the heaters recirculate the warm moist air.

This location is fabulous! It's clean and it always seems like everyone is willing to help you out here! I recommend giving this place a try for all of your cannabis needs!

What can I say this is a very happy place. They need some shade to wait in or something. Very helpful people. I would love to see more variety such as hashish, clones, and seeds. I fear when Missouri comes on line they will be hurt, Illinois has a 38% tax rate. Missouri is coming in at 4% tax. Try Beyond good people and it smells great

This place has a pretty good system going. You stand outside and wait, but it hasn’t ever been too long for me. They have a variety of brands and strains to choose from, and I’ve only had good or better quality from here. The employees are friendly, and once you’re inside the process is very quick (ordering online at least). The prices are steep, but I’m sure it will go down after time. The taxes are really crazy too, but those are kind of inevitable.

This is the first dispensary I ever been too. So I do not have any standard to measure against. But I would say this place is pretty cool and well organized. Can place orders online. As well as shop in the store. Store looks really clean and upscale. Employees are very knowledgeable. The supervisor I cannot remember her name was really nice! Definitely a repeat customer when I'm in the area.
