They definitely do their best to accommodate a large crowd. It still gets a little crowded in there even with their limited capacity stuff. Great selection and helpful staff. Also they say they're LGBTQ friendly which, I'm sure is mostly true, for example they provide pronoun stickers you can throw on before you enter the shopping area, yet when they card you they shout out your name on your license at you like " thanks so much ____ can you please do xyz" and as we know that's not necessarily very trans friendly since many of us trans folks do not use the name on our license.

I went in and bought some flower with my boyfriend. He and I both had to use the restroom as we left, so he used the restroom, and then as I was in the restroom he wanted to look in the bag that we had just bought (mind you we spent $100 on 3.5 grams. I'm not complaining about price but it wasn't cheap by any means.) and a woman grabbed his arm and proceeded to push him out the back door saying "you can't open that in here!" I heard it all, but didn't realize she physically moved him until we got into the car. He didn't have a chance to apologize or anything. He had no idea he wasn't allowed to look at the things we had purchased. He doesn't smoke himself, so he doesn't go to dispensaries very often. He would have apologized and understood had she gone about it more professionally. Not impressed to say the least. Every thing else was lovely.

Purchased the cherry gorilla BHO sauce cart for $80. When i opened the package, the cart revealed that it was a dark brown substance. It looks to be completely burnt. When I took a hit it tasted completely burnt. I called five times to ask about this situation and no one answered the phone. Waste of my money & my time.

prices are to high. taxes & fees to high. weed sub par . thc % is a joke.  most weed is bunk weed.the reviews on their site are false and deceptive.  what a rip off and a good place to catch the flu or the covid as they are packing many people inside the building.takes forever to sign in.

No one here is knowledgeable about product. If you order online you can't even look in your bag before you leave, have been given the wrong items before and they refuse to fix it. Debit machine always down. Rude staff and security. Horrible excuse for a dispensary. 25% off is the only reason I come every other month.

Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be turned away.  If you do a cutoff stick to it.

just fine. but i wonder what keeps Il. Dispencaries from dispensing more than 80% cannibis. Why?
