Of the many dispensaries in Sarasota, Columbia cafe in Sarasota is the most unfriendly.  No one smiles or welcomes you. No personality at this location whatsoever.  Their product is fine but their hospitality sucks.

Very unhappy.Being new to this, with the different varieties and the effects they have can be confusing.  I went in for a sale, buy 3 get 2 free.  After some fast talking I went home and realized that I was charged about $115 dollars more then it should have been.  I went back to explain and basically was told it was my fault and too bad. The manager was rude and not helpful at all.  I was duped at the moment of the final sale and that is my fault for trusting them to steer me in the right direction.It's been a few weeks now and it still bugs me.  So be careful when dealing with Columbia Care or whatever new name they go by.I now go to Trulieve.  They are much more honest and helpful so beware of Columbia Care.  I'll never go back.

The employees are very educated. One of them took the time to type out the benefits of each strain. They are always nice and give you the best deals going. In fact, I've noticed they have the best prices in town

While pretty inside the ladies behind the counter could barely be bothered with a visit. I said I had never been in before and a grungy binder was pushed to me to pick. I probably won’t be back.

I had my first visit to Columbia Care on Saturday. Bryan was my bud tender, he was quite patient with all my questions and had a great attitude and substantial knowledge on everything. It was a fun, great shopping experience everyone there were friendly and good vibes overall. Make sure this dispensary is at the top of your list to visit. I'll certainly be back ?

The amount of product this dispensary has in stock is tremendous. The flower was cured perfect not to mention a 1/2oz smalls container for 100 bucks what a steal! Definitely a hidden gem! The staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding their products as well as very friendly.

I genuinely love coming here! I love Cynthia and everyone working there. They are so helpful and are really knowledgeable with their products. There is never any judgement and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you to the staff for all their hard work!!!!

This is my neighborhood dispensary. The staff in general is very pleasant and I'm always greeted by my first name. An indispensable staff member Nathalie has always provided exceptional service whenever I showed up whether I have a pre-order or ordering at time of visit. I appreciate all of you. Thanks!
