Only place to get my medicine because its the only closest place legit.Its like im force to pay the tax, and write a statement and 5 stars for a 15% percent off... This place falsely advertised several times to me... to come here. .. all they want is that extra tax money from us.... waited until they kick me out for them not having their promo because i called them out on it..  don't come here

Went yesterday to buy things and husband said it tasted like cigarettes was very disappointed and then he bought plants about a week ago and one died it was half way dead already when he got it not like they were when we first started going there

These taxes are so high u might well be paying like 80 bucks for eighth there's a dispensary down the street called 909 authentic they don't take and have same shit fyi

Tbh I loved this place so much until this kept happening, i buy a half gram cartridge and it never fails, the cartridge has a good dent in it where you can see that the oil isn't filled up all the way so I feel kinda ripped off considering I prefer to pay $45 because I love the quality so I don't mind the expense of it tbh but I mean come on, three times in a row? & this time there is a whole bunch of sticky glue residue around the seem of the tip where the metal and oil portion connect. I'll still keep going here because I love how friendly and efficient they are but idk how I feel about the products being sealed and them being like this every time so I can't see them before I purchase them....i love the place in general, maybe I'll bring it to their attention next time I go.

I'll start off by saying everyone complaining about the taxes- what universe do you live in? Educate yourselves about what you're buying rather than being some casual, trend riding lame. All the people that decided one day "I wanna try weed cause it seems cool" and only smoke once a year on their birthdays are the ones that don't understand how basic things like excise tax works. You don't wanna pay the tax? Then go get it off the guy on the corner. All legitimate dispensaries charge tax and abide by legislation. Period. Simple as that. The shop itself it great. You get what you pay for. Same as anything else. It's always clean and tidy. Good service. Good products. I always know what I want when I go in. Straight to the order screen. Send it and I'm on my way. If you don't happen to know what you want or aren't familiar with all the nuances of different buds, the floor employees are great. I always hear them explaining THC levels etc to customers. I drive from out of the area to come here for rosin. Worth the trip.

Used to be a concierge member now I don't even want to go back. Customer service is shoddy and tried to tell me my reccomendation wasn't legit lol. Comedy.

CASH ONLY!This was my first time here. I ordered online and was texted when my order was ready for pickup. I would have tried more products if they took other forms of payment. PayPal & Zelle would have been nice since they don't take credit or debit cards. I was given a 10% off credit for using the Yelp offer. They have 20% off Sundays and Jacob explained the reward points as well as other ways to save. You are given a sealable bag to bring with you each time you make a purchase. This place looks nice, clean, orderly, secure and technically equipped. Just what the Doctor ordered and more. I'll be back!!

Shady security. Ridiculous prices for a tiny amount.  Total taxes $29!!!!!!  Don't bother.

Great place to shop at, I love the easy pick up window they have outside saves a lot of time! Their flower is also top quality.

Personally I've gone to several dispensaries around San Bernardino and I prefer this one the most because they carry top quality products. They do however run out and it can be pricey so I'd suggest checking for deals on certain days. Sometimes they have bogo deals I've gotten 2 grams in cartridges worth $50. Sign up for their emails they do send the daily deals there as well.

This place looks and feels nice but it's overpriced and the quality just isn't there for what they're asking. I went in once and I won't go back. I was disappointed with my purchase and supposedly I had bought the best bud there. Thanks for nothing.

This place has fallen off, everyone is a boss and want you to order you around. Some tenders feel offended when you tell them you don't want help. And the security guards acting tough, relax lol. The place used to be good but it makes sense why they don't have any customer service anymore. Everyone good left. The only reason they have a two star is they still have good stock sometimes.

i wouldn't go here due to there taxes are out of hand compared to other clinics kinda bullshit in my opinion and don't buy anything they are trying to sell to you it usually is ass and doesn't rly work or get u that high they jus tryna get it out

Ok so it's not the worst place in the world. But sooooo not worth it. Staff were very friendly and the entire place was organized and clean. They are following covid laws very well. The product is just way to expensive. I only bought mine because it was an emergency and it's the only place open so I thought I would give it a try. I paid 63 dollars for 3.5 grams. That's with a discount! I can only imagine how much it would have costed full price. Some of their pre rolls were 45 dollars. Ones that I could have got at captain jacks for 10-15. The prices here are ridiculous I don't know how people shop there. I also just looked at my weed and they give you the smallest nugs! I honestly don't even think it's 3.5 grams. I'm so sad I bought this little for so much.

Called on the phone and they hung up without any warning. Like okay thanks for telling me to have a great day. Plus they tax too much ridiculous.  Go to authentic they barely tax & the dispensary bags dont cost $1. They're FREE :)

I've been here 5-7 times now and I've always had a decent time, not much hassle. A little pricey but that's to be expected. But this last time there was a mix up with there inventory and long story short, I got 2 of the wrong products but I bit my tongue because I didn't want to be rude. But not even 8 full hours later one of the pens I got stopped working for no reason and its still almost full. So I hope there is something that can be done about this. Smh.

I really want to give this corporate entity a BIG 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. My husband and I were quite excited to visit this place for our first time. The specials sounded great. We get there and the place is decked out to the hilt with probably 30 high-end, extremely expensive electronic devices that tells you about each product. This place spared nothing for the flashiest decorations, lights, beautiful smoked glass and high-end wood displays. I'm not even going to go into the amount of money they must spend on security. Over-kill? I think so, but what do I know about security. Sorry back to the point. We spent 45 minutes with a sales associate looking for flower and a battery. We finally settled on a pen that we were told would work with any 510 threaded cart, and some pre-ground flower that was supposed to be 22% THC. The pen was expensive but the flower was a good price until we got home. We open the flower and literally half, if not more than half, is stems, some an inch long, and fully intact leaves. This effectively brings the THC level to 11% or less because you know they aren't testing the stem and leaves when they do their ratings. I even told our sales associate that I have asthma and need a high concentration of THC so that I don't have to expose my lungs to so much smoke. She was no help there. But wait! It gets better. When we charged up the battery and tried it with our carts, it wouldn't work with any of them. So, we called Empire and they told us, of course it doesn't, Dime batteries only work with Dime carts even though their sales associate said it would work with any 510 threaded cart. So sorry, no returns, no one-to-one exchanges, you are just out $30. I asked to speak to manager. I get passed around for a while then they say they'll have to call me back. A person calls back to tell me they are willing to do me this amazing favor and says I can come back, initially it had to be today only, and they will exchange for a cheaper battery that they cannot guarantee will work with any cart. We have used the cheaper battery pens and they don't get hot enough for our use that's why we were in the market for one that that had more power and would get hot enough. I don't need another cheap pen! Understandably my husband is starting to get quite upset so I ask for a manager again. The person just keeps talking. I ask again, She keeps talking. I ask about 5 more time when she finally has the courtesy to answer and says she is the manager. My husband gets on the phone and tells her that we shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. And she preceded to tell us that we certainly will have to pay for their mistakes and if I want my cheap battery pen that we can't use, I would have to come get it even though they deliver to my area. She did give me to Tuesday to come in. What a nice person! If you are interested in good service and keeping prices down, shop smaller local dispensaries. I have great luck with products and their service is fantastic!

I am very upset. I  always deal with Kristen, but when I asked for her, they told me she wasnt in that day. Thought, ok, maybe she is sick, and someone else would help me. I looked around and waited, and nobody helped me. I went back again, and they said the same thing. I actually called and asked when she would be in, and they said she no longer works there. I will no longer be giving Empire my business anymore. I will find another place. I dont work with liars. Trying to get a sale from me and lying to get my sale doesn't work.

BIG F IN THE CHAT BOYSLike walking into Disneyland and nobody works at the park!If you got EXTRA TIME, and LOVE being ripped off COME HERE!Took long enough to get in, then i get to the back and nothing. I walk back 1st time patient and receive no Hello, no wave, no smile, NOTHING!!! After realizing one was not coming I began walking around and looking at the selection (ONLY REASON FOR YOUR 2 STAR). Nice selection and decent flower but some JACKED UP prices for a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOBODY taught me their system or how to checkout so when i got to the checkout window that was another questionable experience! Will be going back merely to show what a terrible experience i had and claim 15% for this review ;)

Wow. Just go, if ur questioning it...no need... get in ur car & go! Promise you won't regret it. Staff, cleanliness, product knowledge, pricing & their extensive inventory is phenomenal. * Sales staff member was THE most knowledgeable I've ever encountered, working the floor at ANY dispensary in 3 counties & 15yrs in this industry. I gave him the perimeters & he gave me my perfect strain! That's never happened on the first try before. I'm that one that's extremely picky, can't have THC above certain %, must have CBD, has to be grown certain ways, no chemicals & the list goes on! Yet he nailed it! Touchdown.. Goal... 3pointer, nothing but net!!! Ya feel me? His knowledge was at the level you'd usually find in the owner or grower. * Friendly, welcoming & most importantly safe environment. From security, to front desk to the cashier... everyone is happy to see you & happy to help.  Like when you go to In-N-Out & no matter who u talk to, everyone is so friendly & professional, steps above national fast food standards. Ya know? I grew up here, we all know parts of berdoo are better left for daytime visits. This location is safe, security is there enforce but not aggressive or intimidating to the customer. Basically, I'd feel okay bringing my grandmother there at night with me.   * Pricing is average, leaning to lower end of top shelf pricing. At least they have a lot of deal events (check out the calendar for deals on ur fav product company) & have a point program which I LOVE! I'm all about having my money work for me. Right??!! For the most part, the good ol'days of free pre rolls, grinder and 20% off together for first time "patients" is a thing of the past with dispensaries. I care more about getting "perfect strain" for me & having it be affordable on a cancer patients budget. But good deals & promotions are always a plus. Like the cigarette (or joint) after sex, ur first cocktail at happy hour or finding a $50 in ur pocket you never knew was there type of feeling! Thanks Empire for your impeccable professionalism, extensive knowledge base & super friendly attitudes. (Not to mention they're taking CoVid precautions very seriously from what I could see)

Legit dispensaries in the Inland Empire are hard to come by. I've been to lots of "fly by night" locations that are open one month and closed again the next. Some, if not most, of these locations were somewhat seedy. I actually went to one that was down some dark unlit dirt road. What was I thinking? Anyway, Empire Connect is such a breath of fresh air. This is a pro, legit dispensary with great sales people, an amazing selection, and they use the latest technology to streamline the process. I am elated to finally find a dispensary that is legit, pro, and is located in an area that didn't have me constantly looking over my shoulder. Downside? Well, the government restrictions are the down side. You will be paying a total of 26-27% tax on all products which makes Empire a bit pricey. Again, not really their fault. They have to comply with the strict rules put in place so I get it. But really, having peace of mind when visiting is worth paying the extra price. Oh, cash only as well because, well, the government again. Luckily there are two ATMs located on premises. I will be back!

Not a place that I would ever go back to again. When you first go in there is someone there willing to help you. As soon as they have a chance they are gone and no where to be seen. Actually, I did see some of them standing along a far wall away from any customers. A few more we're talking to the girl at the corner station. You are asked to be socially distant while standing in line and there are tape markers on the floor. Once you get to the cash registers to pay and collect your product, if it's still in stock, you are shoulder-to-shoulder with the person at the next register. No social distancing here. Also, they spam your email address. Knew that I should have given them a fake one. Trying to unsubscribe from their spam list takes you to a site that constantly throws an error saying it was unsuccessful. Surprise! I manually blocked their domain. Definitely do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This shop is okay. I only buy p2 carts from here and my only complaint is that at the last second I was told that discounts (such as the 20% every Sunday on all orders) do not work on p2 because they changed the price on them months ago. I just think it's quite funny how I've been receiving discounts on this product just fine then when I make a large order online Sunday for the carts all the sudden the bus tender calls and tells me that the discount doesn't work on p2s because they changed the price months ago. Basically they saw I was getting too good a deal and backtracked last second, even though I've consistently received discounts on this product. If you reduce the price of something, that is now the price of the product  and should be eligible for promotions. It's not as if they are on sale and you cannot combine with another sale. Like.. why reduce the price if now you can't use discounts? Lol they don't want you to save money! So funny. Already a rip off paying over 11$ in taxes for a 35 dollar cart I can get elsewhere. Shops in perris/riverside are so much better and only 20 mins out from this shop.

I buy on average anywhere from 7-10 ounces a month, not including what I buy for the events I budtend for. Came to check this place out because the weekly drive to LA isn't something I always want to do. Daniel--who identified himself as the manager and part owner--was...well let's say his customer service skills are severely lacking. I have a passport card, one of the few items it is stated due to risk of fraud, not to take pictures and/or copies of. Daniel acknowledged this, yet did it anyway. After all of the hassle, I go to buy product, I'm not in the system. Yet, I was allowed into the dispensary without being in the system. Okay. I know y'all knew but do better. You lost a good customer over Daniel's piss poor attitude and inability to do his job.

Over priced, they tax so much on all orders, and what's the point of online ordering and telling me it's ready, if I'm going to be waiting in the pick up line for 15 minutes. Trash dispensary, you're better off hitting up your local plug.

This is a very clean place. Friendly staff that have made it known, if I have a question, anyone I see will be happy to help. I love being able to read up on the product and how their set-up works. Any constructive criticism would be, give me some specials. Get ahead of your competition and start putting specials on products, I might have been more willing to spend an extra $10-$15 extra if presented on something that is a little more than I normally would spend or buy another product more because it's older but at a price I can't pass up.

Placed an online order for pick up. When I got there I was made to stand in the same line and go through the same checkout process as walk ins. There are some deals, poke twenty percent off in Sundays.

I came here today and I purchased a $65 Heavy Hitters cartridge that was labeled as something that would pair with my 510 battery. After I left I realized that this, in fact DID not pair with my battery. It wouldn't even let me take a hit. I returned just hours after making my purchase with the cartridge and receipt in hand. The receipt clearly states they offer refunds. When I arrived I was basically told it was my bad and that I purchased the wrong cartridge and the only option would to be to PURCHASE THE $25 BATTERY that pairs correctly with it. They 100% made it seem like it was my fault and I made a mistake.. when you have a mislabeled item the customer is NOT at fault. The only thing they would "exchange" it for would be the EXACT same cartridge, not something else for equal or lesser value (like a cartridge that works, edibles, flower, etc.) I spoke to the manager and he was no help as he was the one who refused to honor their return policy. In the end I was forced to buy the $25 battery. This is not a customer focused business; they are slick and they are greedy. I have been to hundreds of dispensaries from Washington, Oregon, Northern and Southern California. This is by far the WORST customer service I have received at any of them. It could have been a simple transaction with a quick apology and exchange, instead they lost a customer, the potential  customers I would have sent to them, and now poor reviews across multiple platforms. The customer should ALWAYS be the number one focus.

Amazing staff but... I left the review and showed the cashier for the 15% discount but they didn't even add any type of discount to my order once I checked my receipt. Cmon guys

I was very impressed by the staff's enthusiasm but in all fairness i was guided towards a cartridge that was suppose to be higher end and it was completely TRASH! I wish i can return it but there's nothing wrong with it besides it taste horrid and doesn't get you high as a live resin cart should hit... DONT BUY DRIP! I hope maybe you guys will make my next trip worth coming back.. so disappointed for the money i spend..:

so this is the new "legal" dispensary in the area..finding it and parking are nice compared to most other places...you kinda feel like the way everybody is dressed and their attitudes, you're in a jewelry store...layout is nice could be set up a lil better from like high price to low price or something but other than that it's pretty nice...flowers..ok this place is still in its "soft opening" not even a grand opening and i purchased flowers that were hard(haven't opened it opened it yet) and said they were harvested last year in september and packed in january?(both the 8ths i bought)? not cool...plus it doesn't take that long to "cure" flowers..the taxing is about a quarter of the price too...until march 20th i think they said, you get 20% off tho so its like you're only getting taxed a sales tax rn..but i wouldn't buy flowers from them unless its in a glass jar cuz those boxed baggies, or even the pop tops don't keep it fresh for long and everything is prepacked and some of the 8ths are kinda pricey...wish they had marleys glass jared buds, and some in bigger quantities but yea..edibles...they only sell up to 100mg which i know is the law, but expect to pay 16-30 on average + the tax...the upside to that is they taste good like good good some of the best edibles i ever tasted, and cuz they're all tested the 100mg kinda feels like 150mgs of trikom treats so not bad i guess...they did forget to throw something in my bag and so it was kinda hard to get ahold of them but once they did, they threw in a free full size edible that had "sample" stamped on it and 2 joints (regular joints) to compensate for having to drive back out there and rewait in line, etc so that was nice of them...i've only been to 1 other "legal" dispensary so far and their layout and edibles and everything was nicer but the other place had better flowers so thinking this might just be my like last resort spot or edibles spot esp after they get rid of the 20% discount cuz not really trying to pay like $80+ for an 8th or $30 for an edible...they also make you bring back ur bag or they charge you $1..but yea overall nice..if they can just keep their flowers fresher somehow and find a way to lower the prices they could be incredible

Passing by the area and stopped here.. Man this place doesn't disappoint! It's so nice inside! Super clean! Quality of product is amazing! You get what you pay for!! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Ask about their discounts and specials!20% off in Sunday'sAlso do curbside pick up which is super convenient, great to know for future! Will definitely be back!

Empire has all the great deals and their so accommodating they really go above and beyond for their customers. Ashley U helped me and she gave me a breakdown of all the awesome deals. I just moved from LA so this shop has all the good smokes

This place waz dropped in san Bernardino on accident!I luv this spot, its big, its bright, theres plenty of parking, ur not patted down n cavity checked and everyone is so freakin happy n nice!!I got Dr Dre on tha floor, showing me tha tour, he waz patience and helped get around tha store On check out, i got Jahnyah, so nice and fast, and she was quick to make sure i was completely satisfied Theres a few extras, rolling papers n such, but weed is tha name of tha game here!Triqxee approved

I've been here several times since my first review and each time, had just an amazing experience as the first. In particular, Justin is so phenomenal. He always helps me get whatever I'm looking for even if I'm not sure of the right product yet.Their customer service, modern technology, aesthetic, and variety of product is unparalleled. I was sad to have moved away, but stoked they're opening up a new branch closer to me! Can't wait to hear about a grand opening date!

Excellent selection and prices. Sunday Funday 20% off select items is a big plus. But my main reason for frequenting Empire is the great recommendations from Dustin Brown. Always on point.

My "go to" spot for edibles.....in which I prefer to order online, rather than walking around the store, trying to figure out what I want. I've also made a mental note to myself, to keep the bags in my car, because if you don't have one, you are required to purchase one, in order to leave the store or pick up your items. I've had fast and friendly service thus far, since visiting this establishment, and I can appreciate good service.

They rip you off all the time. Overpriced weed + they changed rules randomly so you have to spend over $100 if you're paying w/credit card. But you'll be charged a $3 fee + $3 bank fee for use of the atm. So end up spending more than necessary each time, all bc of this ridiculous and illogical rule. You guys charge way too much for weed to not let us pay with card .

All flash and hype with crazy high price tags!They even charge you for the bag to put your purchase in. Way too much for the same products I can buy @ several other competitors locations, that don't over charge.

Update: second pack of empty Pre rolls! Went to Moreno Valley location and spent a considerable amount of money. Got to the beach and the box is completely empty!  They sold me an empty box! No problem accidents happen so I decided to try to call the company. Good luck!  No one answers the phone and this corporate customer service voiceMail is full! So many other options

Omg! My friend brought me here since I've been having a hard time with my mental health and sleeping and suggested some edibles to help with that. Well, when I walked in it was nothing like I expected. You get 5 star treatment right when you all in everyone says hello. Like a hotel you check in and they send you to another room with all the goods. As soon as I entered that room I was greeted by Pablo. Super nice guy. He gave me a tour, since it's pretty big, and was super helpful with finding me just what I needed. Mind you, I've never been to a dispensary at all. Definitely recommend this place! If I could give 10 stars I would!
