This is one of my favorite dispensaries in San Bernardino. I got an amazing kush queen bath bomb as well as a super cute tincture of thc and raspberry extract which was called mood magic.Awesome, just rad!
Love this place... the security is respectful no perves, the front desk always friendly... menu is great... but my favorite part is that i can order online and its always ready fast!!! i have never had an issue with my order except when i ordered wrong... but great safe place, lot is big you can park as if your shy or if you dont gaf... lol also this place has never made me feel unsafe.. some dispensaries give a bad criminal basement vibe: this place does not, its very welcoming :)
Love it here. Yes there might be a weight, yes your going to pay for it (good weed ain't cheap and cheap weed ain't good!). But the knowledge of the product here is such a difference when you get the desired effect your looking for with your Budtender making sure you get the rite product. Wether it's me and my flower favorites (try the Jack Herer) or my wife and her eatables and CBD (she doesn't smoke and her pain maintenance is on point) Thanks to the crew the lady's running the show and you can always ask for "Willy wonka" for weed info (I don't know his real name)

I was way apprehensive about going to Cap'n Jack's. I'm a novice at cannabis. The girl behind the counter was helpful, patient, genuine and cared about my list of requirements . She suggested many appropriate products and alternatives. Would definitely recommend this place. If the person isn't "helping" you...ask for another. It ain't cheap so get the service you need.
Returned with my friend to pick up some edibles and I must say this place is great. The most important thing is customer service and this place has very friendly staff. If I worked around cannabis all day I would be happy too. The interior is very clean and this place sets itself apart from the ghetto dispensaries in town. If it's your first time there you have sign in and get registered so you can enter regularly. It's also important to bring cash since they don't take cards at the check out. If you're new to the world of cannabis the salespeople make great recommendations and have a good knowledge of the products. For my first time buying an edible they let me know about the measurements and how much to have so I don't freak out. I brought my friend in today and we definitely had a good time there, the salespeople were also very polite and made for a good experience. The guy that helped us today was pretty cool and helped my friend with picking out gummy edibles. If you want to get cannabis in a chill and clean space this is the place to be. I will certainly return.
This place is horrible. The people who own it are horrible. please don't support how they steal and break the law to get good reviews. They are bad people and don't deserve your money.
I had been to the old location years ago and wanted to check the new one out since I recently moved to the area and it's the same super clean friendly place it was, except way bigger. The gentleman who helped us was super helpful, kind and funny. I asked for something to help with body pain and what he gave me worked wonders, I haven't felt this pain free since before my injury.
We have come such a long way from the dispensaries of old times. I was always afraid swat like ATF guys were going to kick down the walls on the dingy places you used to have to go to. Now, dispensaries are so much cooler and not seedy like they used to be. I've been to one that had a straight up Apple Store vibe. This place is much more relaxed and has a loungey feel. Lots of variety in terms of products, and very knowledgeable and helpful budtenders. It's really cool. Highly recommend. Cash only.
Captain Jacks is a wonderful dispensary! The staff all weR face masks. They provide excellent customer service. They will help you find just what you need. It's the nicest one around. It's the only place I go! Open 7 days a week!

Friendly customer service and really cool dispensary. BUT I paid for an 8th and definitely did not receive an 8th. But all sales are final and didn't open it until I got home (obviously). So now I'm shit out of luck because it would just be my word vs theirs. They have a lounge inside, I 100% recommend opening and checking your product inside before leaving

The best customer service I've ever experienced. Have had bad experience with edibles so I was really apprehensive, but wanted to get some professional advice about treating anxiety and insomnia. The staff seemed excited to hear me out and answer any questions. Got two different products based on their recommendations.
wish i could give a fat 0 called earlier this morning in regards to a product and asked if they accepted ned cards which they said yes as does any other clinic for there and the girl was so rude to me denied me to go in said they don't accept them i tried to call to speak to a manager about this and the conniving girl denied me and actually hung up and i had to call 4 times and they put a fake manager on the phone. girl in now calling me off her work phone telling me to go fught her after her shift. this is the kind of clinics in san bernardino. Thank god Empire Gardens in Moreno Valley had great customer service with no attitudes and was happy to take my over $100 order tragic how much of a joke Captain Jack's business is.
People, this place is so far out, you should head out there as soon as possible.Not only did we go through a metal detector on the way in, once inside, the employees were all working happily. From the moment you get there....super nice security guard in the front that has such a great personality - that right there makes it worth the trip. Staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I have bone on bone hips and the pain makes me super cranky, but they helped me find this releaf balm called P&B and i loooooove it! They were out last time I went so i had to go to a different place to obtain some and that bums me out because Captain Jacks is like going to a well oiled machine! xoxo

I wanted to love this place, but I just didn't.The shop is located in a previous "exotic dancer" club. From the outside it looks like a huge place, but really it's a lot of wasted space. Parking is not plentiful. And the lot has a low-energy depressed feel. I would not come here alone at any time of the day because of the shady people hanging out in the lot. Security sucks here. They need at least 1 security guard in the parking lot.The front has a check-in and waiting area. Your ID is required or you cannot go in. Period. Or you'll be hanging out in the lot trying to get people to buy you stuff like the creepy dude who was turned away but was allowed to hang out by his car and wander the lot...ugh.After check-in you wait in the breezeway or the tiny waiting room. This area needs serious help as it is way too small! Even with the 10 or so people waiting, it was crowded. Forget going in the Summer. No air and you'll be uncomfortably roasting. If your purse looks like a backpack, regardless of its small size and smaller than the average handbag these days, they will not allow you to carry it in!!! The security guard will repeatedly tell you that you can't carry it inside and bug the crap out of you until it's time for you to go in. AND, they expect you to just leave it on the counter. NO! That is wrong! You make the handbag rule for everyone and get lockers with keys and you take your annoying, harassing, shady security guard and replace him with someone PROFESSIONAL! Thankfully the lady at the front desk understood my concern and kept my bag OFF the counter where prying eyes & hands could not go! Inside... huge disappointment!!! Looked way bigger online. So much hype!!!! They had a very small "store" section and were out of everything I requested. Everything is hard to see except the pricing menu on the tv screens. I ended up spending $22 on a small bag of 100mg gummies that were total bunk and a complete waste. For 100mg, this bag should have been $10. They only take cash so I used my atm card at their little atm machine which cost $3+ your bank fees. Pricing... some say 10% higher than average. I don't know where that person buys from but try 30-50% higher. And edibles are capped at 100mg but the price looks like a 400mg item. I felt ripped off.No delivery available. Be sure to ask about the rewards program. They will not tell you they have it. I saved $2 on my purchase only because I asked questions about sales, coupons & specials.The bud-tenders are cool but they don't listen as I had to tell the guy 4 times I wanted the gummies but he kept putting them back and showing me things I didn't want or ask for. I almost didn't buy it. Listening skills...After waiting in the 3 lines, I did not see why I couldn't take my bag in. There was nothing you can get your hands on to steal. I mean, seriously...wtf. Check for weapons if that's the problem.Overall, I decided to leave 1 star after writing this because I realize just how bad of an experience I had. I expect better so I will continue with the delivery of my meds- Half the price, good products and no b.s. unlike this place.Oh, and they do have a "lounge" area. It looked uncomfortable and unappealing. We didn't bother. I couldn't wait to leave the shady, ghetto vibes.I am NOT going back!!!
Purchased 3.5 grams of pot. When I was helped bottled did not look like the seal had been broken but when I got it home and removed it from the package the both seals were broken. Weighed it and there was 3grams not 3.5 grams. Will not return.

If you go to the dab bar, make sure with 100% positivity that Leonard is not there. He literally takes 30 minutes to get to you and another 30 just to serve you a dab because he wont let you serve yourself your own dab. He's a joke in itself and treats the people at the dab bar like he's superior. Not only that heard him admit he's "not too keen" on what they carry in the place he works at. 10/10 times you go there he's b*tching about his job. Also can't keep tabs on whose been at the bar waiting and helps someone else who just walked up. Tends to have a condescending tone too... every experience with Leonard has been mediocre at best... I've wanted to give him a chance every visit but nonetheless it's always a disappointment. Giving 2 stars because the idea of the dab bar itself is monumental.
So it's my first time and I go in. Staff is very friendly and very nice. Checked out the area and products and asked what they offered. Their products are bland AF and WAY overly priced. Blue dream 3.5 grams for 45$ ?! That's basic ass sativa that's 25$ way too much. And than after I pick what I want, they make you wait into another line? They messed my order up and helped 2 people behind me, and THAN...They make you pay 50 cents for a bag I'm never gonna bring back, no....no, their are other dispensaries that give way more for much less but than again I'm willing to travel for good stuff. Anyways the point of this 1 star is that they are overly priced, they make you do extra for nothing, and paying for a bag that's not necessary, it's just extra drama for the consumer, my buzz is killed as soon as I buy a joint. Not impressed.

Such a nice club! One of the nicest I've ever been to. Love that we can enjoy our product right inside with the cafe style set up and couches. Just a great m time, everyone was super nice and helpful, and the product was great! I just wish they had later hours but they are in the Dirty Dino and it can get pretty dangerous out there so I understand why they close early. Aside from that, no complaints!!!!
Heyy ya just dropping a quick review came here a few weeks back during quarantine n it was open the line was all the way outside.But like coming here during normal business hours .Any way let's get to the good stuff .I usually come for the flower extracts I had gotten a 1/8 of Sour diesel witch was fire I remember being sixteen n smoking some diesel so I had to pick this up smells exactly the same as before so i know it's the real sour diesel n I also had an 1/8 of some Blue dream witch is a sativa it was oky but think the diesel was better n fresher .Well anywho come check this place out if u out in Dino it's just of the 10 /215 freeway friendly staff ready to serve you
It'll get-cha high tonight...Fortunately I was allowed in with an out-of-state ID. I'm also balding, so that kinda put me over the "over-21 hump" anyway.Still, this was a very nice little place to get some 420, and the budtenders are just great. There are little glass jars of every bud available to sniff and evaluate, making you feel like a wine enthusiast without being in Marin County.And it's really reasonable. While the high-end stuff might run you $50 an eighth, we got a very pleasant strain for $30 an eighth, including the taxes and such. That's dirt cheap. But it's expected: this is California.
Totally bummed. Purchased flower yesterday, open it up, pull out a bud and it's bone dry. Like sawdust. Then I looked at the package date and it was packed March of 2019. 9 months ago!I go back with receipt in hand and the flower. I couldn't believe it, a female budtender tells me I should have noticed. I never. Ever. Had that jar in my hands. I go regularly and drop $200 most times. Captain Jack, you've totally bummed me out. You couldn't trade for fresh flower? Do you even have fresh flower? Bad customer service and I won't be back.
Ok don't like to leave bad reviews these days but what I can say is that this one is not my choice! Can't stand to sit in line have a lounge let us sit if you are gonna take awhile. It's just sit in line then hurry up and order. No friendliness no customer service then on top of that you have to stand in another line and wait to pay. Mind you I saw at least 4-5 people standing around! Needs some management! I will not be back here !
This place is really really nice I come from Arizona and this spot is just amazing because you can literally smoke your stuff here your concentrates everybody's friendly the smoke the herbs the ganja everything is top shelf very premium exclusive shit I love it I am definitely coming back.
Absolute extortion. I had an incredibly stressful day I stopped in here just now for an eighth of cannabis that I did not plan on spending more than $35 for. the budtender accidentally run me up for the wrong one which cost 15 more dollars than I intended on spending and when I came back to change it for the product I intended on buying they refuse to give me the price difference and made me swap my medicine out for something that I did not intend on spending this much for I will never shopped here again you guys extorted me out of my money without any apology this is completely unfair.
This is my 3rd time here and every one is always so pleasant, caring and helpful which is a big deal when you suffer from anxiety or any other mental disorder. They have a huge selection to choose from. The staff is very thorough so they can find the best product for you. The place is always so nice and clean and inviting. You won't be disappointed!

So I figured I'd grab some top shelf herb for my friends bday. I paid almost 110$ for 7 grams of their supposed "top shelf". Got home only to discover the herb was bone dry; hardly even smokable. I called to complain but the best they could do is 10% off next order. Don't be fooled by their clean decor and professional decorum. These guys are trash. Stick to your "guy" and what you know to be true and blue. wow im literally going to cry myself to sleep because im outta time to buy my bestie a bday present. what a sh** show.

Super clean, everything nicely displayed and easy to find. Great selection of edibles. All the people that work here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be returning soon.
This guy make sure that no other dispensary can service San Bernardino. Never planted a tree or fixed a road in this city. Why people continue to support this guy I will never know. All the flower is dry nothing like the dispensaries I have been to in Palm Springs. I have no problem paying taxes in Palm Springs because I see what they do for the community. Captain Jack is in a poor neighborhood charging $60 for an eighth. People in the surrounding area who really are dealing with health issues cannot afford his prices. If you like cartridges are CBDs he has a wide selection. At a far higher price than any other dispensary. I paid 18.99 for a top-shelf flower . Which smelled like tea leaves.. San Bernardino needs to shut you down and stop closing shops that actually help people
Why is ther allway one or two jerks at every dispencery?anyway i was geting a couple of carts .talking with nice girl that was helping me when out of no wher a tall lesbian lookin girl with glasses a grey died hair shoulder lenth comes to me and say take your hands off counter.and i said sorry i didnt see sign .but the way she told me was really mean rude and she hates men kind of adatude.so i was kinda shock. Since we all spend alot of money and they treat you like dirt.new generation.so i told the nice girl that was helping me wow all that just because my hands was resting on counter wich i understand i cant do that .its just the mean adatude.so she herd me and she was ready it looked like she was going to say ti me you got a problem.but she held her mouth .and so did i.but the rudness was not over so iam walking out i told security and front desk girl front desk was nice and said sorry .i said not your fault people shouldnt work at a place that they deal with people all day long .if ther goung to kill owners buisness .they forget thers a 1000 other DISPENCERY s.no problem and the SECURITY guy infront looked like trailor trash with rude adatude dirty scroungy looking .none professional hygiene very poor.its like if you complaine they kinda tell you to kick rocks .not directly but very poor sales.like its not ther buisness they dont care about ther job.younger people are jerks
This place is cool. You can hit the dab bar before you go only reason I'm shooting 4 stars is cuz it took forever to get me some help. But other than that I like this spot it's convenient right down they street from work! And they have raw garden on their menu
The owners of this dispensary also own the other licensed dispensaries in San Bernardino. These people have a monopoly on the cannabis retail industry in San Bernardino county. This outlines the corruption in both the local and state government. If you didn't know, Gavin Newsom oversees the Bureau of Cannabis Control, which refuses to license any of Captain Jack's competitors. How - you might wonder ; is the governor of the state licensing and overseeing the state's cannabis industry while it remains classified federally as a schedule one substance. If this isn't evidence of government corruption and racketeering, then we must admit our government is not a republic of representatives but a fascist corporatocracy with an aristocracy that has grown separated from the public and cannot be held accountable.
After going to a few other places, I realized that their prices are pretty high (pun intended.) You're basically paying for the nice look of the place. I'd rather go to a hood spot and get the same stuff for less. Their daily specials aren't very special. The line can get really long and the waiting area doesn't feel air conditioned. Then when you get inside there's another line to wait in. Not worth it.
Super friendly staff, very nice facility and made my mom and Aunt very comfortable. I'm from San Diego, but my family is up in Colton. I wanted to make sure my mom got the oils and rubs for her arthritis from a clean, safe facility and this place checks all of those boxes!
I am a loyal patron. The staff are all friendly and courteous. The price range is moderate. They have a wide variety of choices: be it tinctures, edibles, waxes, bud, etc. The staff (dare I say the marijuanistas). Sorry for the pun. This is a terrific place to do business.
The pre rolls are weak and i cant go any more due to that. Im from las vegas and there is where its at.
left there today feeling robbed 50% off is till 5 i got there @ 4:45 had to wait outside while waiting in line they let 5 online pre orders go in in front of me didnt get cashed out till 5:17 so the 50% off wasn't in play ... now thats some bullshit..... if someone is there in line before 5 they should be taken care of!! i guess their isn't any kind of customer loyalty any more .
As this is the only recreational dispensary in the Inland Empire, I have been here five times. The facility is a little seedy because it looks like you're going to a strip club. The artwork and general vibe evoke that of a college student's first apartment, but the employees are almost all patient, knowledgeable, and friendly--in fact, the employees are probably the best thing about Captain Jack's. I like them all. The selection is pretty good, although the layout of the products makes browsing nearly impossible. Most products are behind the counter, so you have to ask to look more closely at them. All in all, a friendly place that could use a little TLC in the layout and decor.

Love this place! It is always so clean and organized inside. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in what your looking for and/or need. Decent prices for high quality bud. My favorite part is the bud bar in the back where my friends and I can play board games and use our products we just purchased.

It's the staff the really sets this place apart as being the best dispensary ever. A manager paid out of his own pocket to replace a broken cart that the company wouldn't take back. Staff is always knowledgeable, will go above and beyond to help, I never spend more than 30 minutes in and out the door, and I feel very safe when I'm there. Prices can be more expensive than on the street or other non-legal dispensaries, but you really get what you pay for in product, service, and reliability. I'll never go anywhere else.
If you are in the SB area, do yourself a favor and swing by Capt Jacks. The main thing that stood out to me my first visit, was how clean the facility was. Because they have a consumption area,the shop was kept clean and sanitized at all times. They have rigs, bongs, and volcanos for use. They have a huge variety of products ranging from pre-rolls, to vapes. Anything you can need, they have!

Captain Jack's was the first dispensary I tried coming back to California from Florida . I checked them out online after being referred by a friend & I honestly won't be going anywhere else. Not a fan when I first started coming here but after checking out other spots it has become my favorite. Today made me rethink that choice. I was having a great experience with my dispensary practitioner. The manager was standing over her shoulder for a few minutes & interjected herself into our conversation--negative energy blazing. The 'manager' was a shitty beast. I was asking about the pre-rolls they gave away after spending over 100.00. She was super rude snapping at me that 'they don't 'give them away cause they're too busy to afford to 'just give them away' when people will buy them" What?! Do you know basic math? How about profit margins? Don't be a dick, show your customers a little decency. Their great over $100 thank you treats were the major was treason I spent that much money there. You'll know her when you see her. If not, ratty wavy black hair with an accidental dreadlock starting on the back of her head. (Own a brush?) RBF and something tie dye.
As a newbie was a Lil nervous but all that disappeared as soon as i was greeted with a friendly and welcoming hello from the staff .. I asked a lot of questions and answered very patiently.. received the right product I was looking for and now I'm a regular there.. :)

I just absolutely love Captain Jack's! I have had the pleasure of knowing this group of people since their days in Upland. They have since moved to their licensed facility over in San Bernardino and it is exceptional! They carry the best stuff and brands, including the ones that I supply them with - as I am a vendor for Heavy Hitters and other similar quality vapes that are carried here. They are protected by the sweetest guard, he has been there since Upland and he is just the sweetest most gentle giant. I always feel safe here and I always feel like I leave with quality products when I make purchases. The crew here is phenomenal and highly educated with cannabis. If you need to know what to buy and you were on sure this is a great place to start because they have exceptional customer service here! You absolutely will not be disappointed!

Captain Jack's was my first experience with a dispensary and I found it to be very pleasant. They are very well organized, and at one point when the clientele increased, there were 7 people behind the counter! The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and guided me to a quality purchase for CBD cream. My main purpose for going there was to find products that can help with chronic/constant pain, so I've started with just the cream for now. I will return in the future to investigate additional options, as I was impressed with them overall as a business.
While the sales people are nice and yes there's a lot of variety, this is the 3rd time in a row that the top shelf flower i purchased was dry and turned into dust when i grabbed it. Not sure what's going on. Been going there a long time. I wish they didn't have a monopoly
First time going to a dispensary and the employees were so great. Everything was easy, professional, and friendly. I never once felt intimidated as a newbie. Heads up: you must have ID and it will get scanned in their system. It's cash only, but they have an ATM. The chocolate covered almonds are freakin amazing!

This place would have five stars if there were more people like Nicole working there. We need to break away from the stereotype that only people who want to get cannabis are those who want to get high. I don't need to spend hundred dollars on the wrong items because I was directed without someone who has the knowledge. I don't need to be asked what to i want, rather what type of effects i'm looking for. I'm not a pro, i need someone who will guide me to a relief for anxiety and depression. I get it, if Nicole isn't always available because she knows her stuff and she's busy, i need someone else who will get me. The stuff I've bought are good, and i'm grateful because if it wasn't for her holding my hand through, i would have had a bad reaction or wasted my money. Lets be honest, it can't be returned or exchanged and by the time i'll realize i got the wrong thing it'll have been too late.
I'm sort of new to being able to work with dispensaries. I actually came in here regarding marketing. Nice clean location friendly staff seems like they have a lot of different types which I really don't understand since I do not partake. I do give them a five star for their friendly staff, location and the cleanliness of the place.
Extremely awesome staff. Super nice. Very professional looking. However can't say the same about the bud selection. Only a few strains on display.. when asked about pricing it was way over priced for the quality when inspected by the naked eye. I decided not to purchase due to limited selection, inspection of bud and high pricing. This is a legit storefront...license and facts are credible. All the bud is individually packaged..pre weighed..no one gets to see how much is weighed out. They never said anything about specials for first time customers. So I'm assuming no special at all. The good thing about this place is you know it won't get shut down due to legitimacy.
Loved it at first. Went twice and had no problems. Spent $400 between the two trips on all sorts of cbd products. On the 2nd trip, I bought a cbd tincture in the flavor peppermint. Had bought the lemon ginger flavor during my first trip and really liked it, so I thought I'd try the peppermint. The two girls helping me specifically told me that I could exchange it if i didn't like the flavor. Well I tried it once and I gagged. So the next day (today), i went to do an even exchange for the exact same product but in the lemon ginger flavor. NOT a refund, an exchange. The receipt does say no refunds, perfectly fine. But the girls helping me said I could exchange when I bought it. Now they won't do anything for me and I'm stuck with a $60 bottle of gag inducing cbd oil. Then a young guy came up when I was speaking to the ladies that helped me, and he was a TOTAL jerk. Talked down to me like I was garbage, was very rude, then proceeded to tell me that I could purchase the lemon ginger if I wanted to. I told them that they should honor what they told me about doing an exchange, and all three of them SNUBBED me!!!!! I'm so angry. I will be calling to speak to the manager, and more than likely, they've lost a VERY loyal customer. Or what would've been...Update: called manager and he said he'd be speaking with the employees in question. I hate that I need these products as much as I do, or I'd not be going back. Fortunately he said I can wait for another employee to help me if I come and those employees are working
As a person who deals with anxiety and panic attacks. I decided to try cannabis for the first time. The bud tender was knowledgeable regarding the medicine. She recommended blue zkittlez I smoked it and it gave me a headache afterwards and they next day I would say a weed hangover. I'm not sure if it was to strong for me or smoked to much. I heard Ringos gift is a good medicine to help with anxiety I would go back to try this Ringos gift.

This shop use to be one of my favorites even in upland the prices were very high. Now the vibe is completely different with the new laws. What seems to be the manager just stands there staring you down. They talk to much and I don't like that when I know what I want. Hopefully the vibes change soon but I won't be returning. They're out of their league here in San Bernardino I feel. It looks very clean though and professional but too slow too much talk
On our way home to Vegas we stopped by this shop! Great prices, friendly staff, very knowledgeable! Will visit again on our next trip out to Cali.
I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now started in Upland now in San Bernardino on hospitality. When the first time that I came I was very impressed with the business-like manner in which everyone conducts themselves and is very very helpful. The staff is so knowledgeable and I feel like it's a teaching moment every time I come in. If I have any problems or something is not right they will go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make me feel satisfied as a customer and as like a friend. I will continue to patronize this establishment because of the people and the staff and the quality of the products that they stand behind.

Outside it looks like a simple house, inside it's like the chill place you've always wanted to hang out at. Well, now you can. Boo Captain Jacks! I enjoy going to CJ, it feels safe, clean and knowledgeable sales persons. But today I went for some CBD oil and topical CBD. I was shown and offer a sample topical "Honey Pot" infused body lotion. When I asked the price, my sales person said $20. But at the check out it rang up at $40. I questioned it and she checked the price tag and it said $20. She questioned a supervisor and he said the computer price was the price. So be sure to ask your sales person for the computer price so as not to be surprised at check out.

Knowledgeable staff with reasonable pricing. Doctors recommendation is required. Parking is plentiful. Security guard is always vigilant and creates a sense of safety. Inside the place is clean and organized. They offer outdoor accommodations for those that prefer to medicate in the clean fresh air of Upland or a beautiful tavern style bar with all the equipment you need to medicate in your favorite ways. If you're in town, it's a cool place the locals in the area can relax before hitting the bars in the area after it closes. Check out their specials and house waxes.

Great dispensary. Super clean and good vibe. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am new to cannabis and everybody that has helped me has been very patient and answered all my questions to the best of their ability. Juan, Samantha and I think Zach have all been fantastic and friendly. Every member of the staff, down to the security guard have always been very professional and friendly each time I've gone. Cash only, in 2018? Disappointing!!! Nice place overall. Had to use an atm to pull cash out, but with the taxes and fees it still wasn't enough. Again, who uses cash only at a store?! Felt a little intimidated as well. Especially when I didn't pull out enough cash.

Absolutely love this place! The selection, in my book, is fantastic, great hours of operation and the customer service is outstanding! Justin is my, go to guy, he's so kind, takes his time with you, you tell him what you're looking for, what you need it for and he knows exactly what to recommend, he's very knowledgeable. This is a very busy hoppin' place. The only thing I would say is, they need a bigger store to accommodate their clientele.
I must say, this is one of the best experiences I have had. From the receptionist in the front to the medication attendants. They are very customer-oriented and knowledge about their products. I was nervous because it was my first, and they accommodated very professionally. Thank you , Capn Jack!!!
This place is great! Staff are friendly and most are very knowledgeable. The security guy at the door is AWESOME! Prices are slightly above others but there selection is pretty great. They more or less have everything.
This place is a really great place to get your medical needs. I've been coming here since getting my card, and everyone had given me great suggestions for what to use. It's been great coming here, and the bar is a great place to chill out.

This was my first experience purchasing like this. From the moment I called, Kellee was polite, helpful, assuaged my concerns, and I felt welcome. When I arrived, Kellee greeted me, knew who I was and walked me through the registration process. I never felt stupid or out of place. Kellee walked me back and introduced me to John, who was wonderful. He gave me all the time I needed, answered all my questions and made this a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I won't need to look any further; Capt Jack's has it in all the areas that count. ( I should note that I am not a young client, and you certainly don't need to be!)

Have been using Upland and am just about to go to San Bernardino only because my past experiences with Captain Jack has been so great. The staff is completely helpful, knowledgeable, and it is awesome to finally find a place that can fulfill a pain medication that really works. I have MS and medicate by going here and they have been so helpful!!!!! Amazing and awesome place to get things that really work.
Worst herb shop I've ever been to. Terrible prices and poor quality product. There's many more quality locations around San Bernardino than this one.
Crazy inflated prices. And any flower under $45 an 1/8 looks like schwag. Not to mention that if you pay that $50 for an 1/8 consider yourself lucky if the budtender gives you 3.6 grams. To Hell with this place. Maybe their prices will be fair down there.
I've never been to a dispensary before...such a good experience! They check your ID, scan it in and send you on your way. I was helped by Courtney and she was amazing - answered all my questions and was able to recommend very specific items for me to try. Whenever I am in the area I will 100% be back. Everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely give them a shot!
I came here because they were the only place that answered the phone and the people who I talked to gave me some good direction. There is a 14 year old Basset Hound who is mostly healthy but is susceptible to benign tumors. This is due to inflammation. These dogs have long backs and through time there going to get disc problems. I heard about Vet CBD oil and Captain Jack's carries this. I came and was helped and I'm grateful for it. Anything for our Benny. This oil costs $70.00 per larger bottle. Now for those of you New to this world I felt completely out of place. This place is next door to tropical lei strip club and on the other side is the dirty lingerie shop and across the way is a porn shop with all the toys you might want the phallic kind. I'm a house wife with a ordinary life and I was taught not to do these kinds of things, my world is Home and church not this but sometimes you have got to take a chance for those you love. This place only takes cash and they don't give receipts. Go in the day time and better yet take your husband. Update, I went back and bought two more bottles of the vet cbd and got a receipt this time, the kid behind the desk says most people don't want a receipt. He also asked me if I would like a piece of milk chocolate and I said sure sometimes a little candy is nice but only after it was stapled in the bag did he instruct me on how to get high, oh my hell!!! I came home with it cause he kinda looked like Opie and he thought he was being nice and now I have this thing sitting in my drawer wondering what to do with it. What ever happened to Hershey bars? And what's going to happen to this kid when he's my age? Is someone going to give him a bomb saying go blow yourself up and he thinks back "hey what ever happened to weed candy" why did things ever change?
Had a very bad experience with Security at the door. He was and kept using the F word. Using the metal detector pretending he was whacking a customer out of the store. Made fun of her because she didn't have enough money. Telling a co-worker. I have to know when the boss come in. He was loud, unprofessional. And has no business working at at a establishment like this. Will not ever go their again.
Nice shop, nice set up with a pretty dope dab bar... They have a good variety of herbs. A fairly large selection of Indicas, sativas and hybrids. They have concentrates bad edibles as well. I give three stars because of the prices.. They are pretty high...some "private reserve" 8ths go for 60 bucks and the reasonable priced buds are not that great. This would be my go to place if the prices weren't so steep, because I have purchased great OGs from here before. There are other shops with the same quality and better pricing

My husband & I were visiting Moreno Valley from Sacramento. I saw this place in leafly so we drove 45 mins out of our way to check them out. We had our copies of our scripts we use in Sacramento when we go to a storewith no problem. The manager said that could not accept our copies because they did not have a the actual goldsticker. He asked us to go home to Sacramento & get the original which we have hanging up. That was stupid to say. He tried to say we were lying about using our copies at home so when I get home I will email him a copy of our actual recommendations just to prove a point. I don't appreciate his rudeness or calling us liars. He proceeded to try to make my husband upset by laughing at him & telling him the police would laugh in his face also. I told my husband let's not talk to him anymore & let's go.

I feel like this place is a great one stop shop for all your needs. We stock up here about every few weeks. The only think I'm disappointed with is their Bloom pens die and get clogged. Be careful with those. They will not give you a refund over two weeks even with the receipt.
I keep coming back here for the atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I went in I got to ask Chance a couple of questions, explained to him that I was a combat veteran and needed help with sleep and anxiety. He was able to tell me so much about the products that I was actually able to pick some different items and save some money. I'll keep coming back here over and over.

Been here many times. Usually the service is excellen. Today, Friday 3/26, I was greeted by a white guy, blue bandana around his neck, blue bandana looking thing on his head. White button shirt. I should've got a name but didn't. On all visits prior to this on, it's been great. This pushy moron changed all tha. I asked for a specific brand and flavor I like. It was in stock, so no issues. This guy brings me everything but what I asked for. Why? Because that's what HE liked. Wait, what? Who am I shopping for here? You or me? The reason I go to captain jacks is the ease of the transaction. Get what I want and get out. Simple. Apparently not today. All my favorite items I like to buy were filtered and second guessed by moron white boy. Sell me what I ask for. Stop suggestive selling and get out my face. I told you exactly what I wante, and you tried to change it twice to match what YOU liked. I don't think so, chump.Will still visit here, however if this tool ever waits on me again, I will request someone else.
I love Captain Jacks! They have a wonderful selection of products-from bud to gummies, skin products, edibles and more! They are very helpful and will explain the products. I'm a little old lady and they make me feel so welcome! From wonderful Madeline who checked me in all the way to the nice young man who checked out my order. I needed some gummies to help me sleep and they gave me options and explained them well. It started pouring rain while I was in the store & I hadn't brought in my umbrella. One of the lovely employees grabbed a huge umbrella and walked me to my car! Thanks to everyone at Captain Jacks!
My first time at going to pot shop and basically since being of a certain age taking edibles for the first time. The covid compliancy was in place as well as being wanded before they go inside, checking your ID, and 6-ft compliances with masks on which I appreciated. The person that helped me she was super sweet unfortunately I can't remember her name she was a dark haired girl and recommended the one edibles that I showed her the brand for told me that they would be great products, also recommended one for sleep one for pain and one for just fun which I bought all three.I was in and out of there within 30 minutes total from getting out of my car waiting in line and being served fast prompt service highly recommend this place especially for us newbies that are just starting this thing out.
