Wow this place is awesome! Best customer service in the world! My favorite is select Elite pens and these guys have ALL of the best flavors.

Sheldon is awesome! Totally made stopping in worth it, he was very knowledgeable and just a cool guy all around. Will definitely be back when in the area!!

Hate to say that I was disappointed with customer service. I came in and asked for deals on joints and the guy rudely cut me off for my id and was not enthusiastic about selling to me. I felt rushed when trying to look at the tablet and trying to pick what I wanted. First time feeling unwelcome and I would come back due to the good prices I hope next time around I don't feel intimidated while buying

This is my favorite place and has been for a while now. I use to live closer to it which was convinant...now I live in West Salem, but I don't care, I love this one so I go weekly. All the staff are amazing and I've met the owner once and he was a delightly sweet man.Plus quality is best too. But to me that's preference. Since all stores don't carry the same things. I'm about 95 percent happy with the joint quality (some will have resin coming out the filter on your lip)- and some are rough on the throat the next day while others aren't.. I imagine it depends on the buds but that being said, businesses that made the product are "in charge" of all those things so.....not The Joint

Tucked away on the main road just off the highway in a stand alone building sits this dispensary. It's sort of easy to locate just look for the sign and pay close attention to your mobile map.Parking is adequate you enter the store at the rear of the building. By pass the open waiting area into the mid size dispensary, it's open with a seating area just to the right of the entrance with a large lED screen display of product they offer. A large open service counter with product behind the split counters and two attentive knowledgeable budtenders to help you.Product is reasonable priced you'll find something you want surly in this dispensary. I recommend trying it out.

What!  Don't stoners yelp?  I LOVE this little Joint.   Relaxed environment, Knowledgeable staff and Stellar product.  New bud tenders happen, no need to get grumpy about it; they'll get the hang of it.  I have yet to find a reason to try any other place.

I am newer to the legalized scene, products and dispensary shopping. I had some of my staff talk about The Joint and how they really enjoyed the vibe, products & staff. I decided to stop in and check out how a dispensary works. It was overwhelming for sure but the staff were understanding and extremely helpful. Sarah, the manager, ended up helping me and not only did I leave with some products to try on her recommendation but also with some knowledge. On my return trip, Sarah and a newer budtender assisted me again. I wanted to try the cartridge options we had discussed on my last visit because since getting pneumonia, I couldn't smoke but had just pulled a muscle in my back at work and needed to sleep/relax. Sarah was awesome explaining everything about cartridge usage, price breakdown, the type of equipment to buy/what to avoid being talked into, different options in the cartridges available and recommended the best strain for my needs. She even wrote the specifics down of what I needed to ask for at the head shop. I will continue to make The Joint my top choice for advice and products. The staff is pretty awesome and helpful, if they don't know the answer,  they'll seek advice from the other staff. Sarah is a professional, friendly manager who makes newbies feel more comfortable in the available options in store and answering questions. I know there are other less expensive options in my local area at times but for a go to for advice and trust based purchasing, I'm sticking with The Joint.

After touring through different dispensaries in Salem, this is the place we return to again and again. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, consistently good product, and happy hour. This is definitely our neighborhood stop.

LOVE this place!  This is one of Leafly's most positively reviewed dispensaries in Salem, and for good reason!  The employees have always, without exception, been kind and knowledgeable.  I've been there about a dozen times in the past few months, and they never fail to welcome me warmly.  Let's talk about product:  The Joint carries many popular strains, and they consistently have something new and interesting in the jars.  They have weekly sales (including Hump Day!), and price their items very competitively.  As a recreational user, hey treat me just as well as a medical user--no bias!  I highly (harhar) recommend this store...(but don't show up 5-10 minutes before they close--like one reviewer did--and expect them to have time to explain all about the products:  Even employees working at a chill place like this deserve to get off work when the store closes!)

WoW, Where to start......First off, I got there about 5-10 minutes before closing and it was VERY obvious that they were only interested in getting me out of there by 8, PERIOD! The Edible CBD product I wanted was $20 where it sells for $3-3.50 at other dispensaries, NO Thanks!!! I thought it might just be me, but I've talked to several other "Old Timers" who voiced the same opinion of "The Joint", Young "Hipsters" who are just out to make a buck.There are MUCH better and more compassionate dispensaries in Salem down on State St. or Commercial.

Wouldn't let me in with my Arizona ID. Only dispensary in Salem that wouldn't take my out of state ID.

Went to buy some CDB oil. After being completely ignored at another shop I decided to try this place. I was immediately helped and the man helping me was very friendly and informative.I will never have any reservations about returning to this "Joint" again, and I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Ample parking, attractive signage.  Clean, professional displays.  Many glasses and strains to choose from.  Knowledgable staff and a great menu if you are not sure what you want or are wanting to try something different.  Affordable bowls as well as more pricier, but all had cool designs and colors.  Would definitely recommend to other tokers.

Ignore the negative review...customer service was great.  I stopped in to tide me over until like drove home the next day. If the product is as good as the service I will definitely be back my next trip to Salem.

The product I recieved was dried out and 8 months old. Most other dispensaries trim, weight and package when you visit. This one has everything prepackaged and you never know how old it will be until you read the label. Usually after you get home. I had to rehydrate it myself. This place needs to step up their game.

Excellent, friendly service ~ by phone, and in person. Very welcoming Staff, I felt like a valued customer. Very clean outside & easy parking. Very clean and welcoming inside, well laid out. Everything displayed well. Not a HUGE selection of flower, which is what I was there for (especially high CBD/low THC), but enough ... and nice quality ~ sticky buds, not dried out shake. Will recommend to others and will be back.

If you are into getting ripped-off, then the Joint is the place for you. ALL transparency is gone with their so called Rewards program. This new system is nothing more than a way for them to pocket more money. Keeping the customer in the dark. Greed and the people that work there...including the owners son, don't give 2 Sh*ts about customers be ripped off. Finding that Tokyo Starfish puts the Joint to shame. The last to cartridges we bought from this place didn't last more than a week and leaking seems to be a problem with some of the Joints cartridges. Do they care? No. Tokyo Starfish Rocks!

i recently went in and bought my first bong and the staff were super helpful and so friendly and welcoming and knew exactly what i needed. i'll definitely be coming back

There are a bunch of dispensaries in Salem. I have my pick of any and I love coming to The Joint. They’re always so nice and super chill. Especially Anna. She’s dope. Shout out to the lady Bud Tenders!

Super awesome place. The cannabis is super stony. Had a nice Conversation with Dave the owner in the parking lot. I highly recommend this place to get your Stoney goods in Salem. Prices are amazing and I’ll say this I travel to this location for my cannabis every week from Portland. So worth it

If you're looking for a dispensary that can help you choose the right strain to treat whatever ails you, then you find it at The Joint! They have a huge selection of herbal, edible, & "vaping" cannabis to suit all of your particular needs, whether they're medical or recreational, as well as the knowledge to help you decide what works best for you. This is also the only store that has regularly scheduled discount times and days, and that's helpful when on a budget. ☆ Come down on the 20th of every month for ALL DAY discounts on their Customer Appreciation Day celebrations. ☆ They also have special discounts for former & current military, so don't be shy showing your dog tags or military ID (they'll keep that info private, I promise). My "guru", Kat, helped me decide to buy Sun God 50/50 THC/CBD Indica Tincture when I had to stop taking fentanyl cold turkey, and I swear it saved my life! The Sativa tincture is also great for daytime activities, do keep that in mind, too. Check them out, they'll really help. They really are the BEST!
