Best budtenders. Such great customer service. Amazing product. Knowledgeable employees. Fair prices. They even include the tax into the price so you know what you'll be paying before you check out. It seems like every dispensary we've been to had been one or two things that just weren't working for us. This place has it all. Always look forward to going in.

So disappointing.  I've been a loyal customer for three years.  I don't like change, so this has been my dispensary of choice for three years.  I feel like while the store looks nice inside- it has incorporated fresh plants and decor over the past year and a half-  it doesn't feel the same.  I don't know if it's because it's part of the Mr. Nice Guy group, if it's because I only spend a hundred or two a month, but I don't feel like a valued customer any longer.  I went in today and asked why they didn't have any events on/around 4/20 (they usually send out texts).  Between the two guys in the shop they seemed to be having a hard time putting together coherent thoughts.  They told me they had had events and when I asked who was responsible for sending out texts they looked at each other like dumb and dumber (I've seen that look before.  Someone dropped the ball).  When I said I felt bad they acted like they could give a crap.  Remember how I said I hate change?  I took my happy a$$ out that door, went to four dispensaries within a mile, made my purchase, spent $5.00 more than I would have and my motto for the rest of you is this:  NEXT!  Next!  To the stores who don't respect you or your business.  NEXT!  We don't them - they need us.  Don't be afraid of change, especially in this market.  When it comes to herb, it's a buyers market.  Don't let them forget it.

My local dispensary. Always have special/daily offers.  Staff always greets you with a smile.  Only negative is that I had a ton of points saved up thru their point system & they took that away... they say they're working on a new system and my points will be back but that was months ago... hoping I get my points back as I was above 2000 points and was hoping to redeem them.

I have to say that Nadav is absolutely amazing. Haven't even met the guy in person but when you are speaking to an educated cannabis connoisseur about marijuana on the phone, you feel as if you are there viewing the strain in person.

Sorry not the best,I can name other dispensaries on commercial that are way better in quality of bud and selection and Definitely Price.

I come in here basically every weekend, never disappointed real genuine people just looking to get you stoned. My new fave dispensary ??

On 8/16/20 I was in the area, came ALL the way from Corvallis to give this South Salem dispensary a chance again. Not only was I disturbed from their poor educate of properly wearing mask and gloves during this crisis. Their customer service was not only horrible, the dude at the front desk ( around 8:45-8:55 pm) gave me attitude and refused to give me my change. side note: only 2$ but still. I was very disappointed in the customer service the guy had.

Hi-Cascade was my go to shop for a year. I love the selection, and most of the staff are awesome. But one staff member adamantly refuses to wear a mask, which means the entire store is not safe to shop at anymore. Sucks that one person can ruin the whole thing, but until all of the staff is masked we'll be driving further into town to purchase from a dispensary that takes virus safety seriously.

I literally go here all the time the workers are the chillest people, very kind, and easy going.. best dispensary in town..
