Had a couple things to pick up and the people there were absolutely amazing. The line was pretty short for a weekend so it was super quick and easy. The person who checked me out, Amanda, could not have been better! She made sure my order was correct and fixed any problems I had! Super great!
Very happy returning customer. Both times I’ve been here the online ordering was quick, staff was nice & welcoming, lines moved quick and I was on my way within 10 mins. It takes like 1 min to order online so I always super recommend that if you wanna get in and out. Almost let the bad reviews scare me off - glad I went in. Everyone was very friendly and I informative and the line went so fast I was probably in and out in 15 minutes. Love all the security! I felt safe. Definitely will return if I’m in the area again. ? Oh and Ordering online was super easy.
I like Rockford for the reason they get you in and out quicker than other dispensaries, but I feel every time I buy a cartridge they are never full. I understand they will not be to the top, but when I pay the amount of money I do, I expect the product to come with little to no flaws. I understand stuff happens, but I have never gotten one cart from Rockford that was anything close to a half gram like they claim to be. Staff is always pleasant. I had June last week, she was very nice and quick. In and out!
