So great full to the folks at MapleGlen I got to the dispensary literally at 4 Pm when they were supposed to close and they let me come in and get what I needed which they totally could have been like sorry we closed and we open back up on Monday!!!! And had they I would have been without what I needed to relieve the severe pain I have dealt with all day it is that kind of compassion that separates them from the rest. Maple glen has the best prices for medicine in Rockford they have amazing discount and chances to win and earn free medicine not to mention the amazing staff as soon as you walk threw the front door the friendliness is vary welcoming all the bud tenders are amazing folks so friendly and helpful the take the time to know you and answer any and I mean ANY questions you may have if you are trying to decide what dispensary to go to consider Mapleglen as your first option and if you don't currently go there thing about switching you won't regret it

Mapleglen, medical dispensary really cares about their medical patients!  For over 1 year now I've been battling lung cancer. Sick from treatments & lost over 100 lbs I had problems eating. Diagnosed with lung caner I will not smoke anything!  Edible's have helped with my appetite & now I'm able to enjoy a meal or snack.  The employee's are exception!  They are  caring, informative & respectful. Always upbeat & ready to help!   If they don't know an answer to your question they will find out. I was very impressed when they kept the doors closed to the public on 1/1/20 to make sure that the medical patients were taken care of!  OMG, all that money they didn't make & they didn't care!  Now this is a business that I will continue to support, continue to praise . They deserve it!  This dispensary doesn't care about just making a sale.  They care about you! Thanks MAPLEGLEN!!! #1 ROCKFORDDISPINSARY!!

Best dispensary in Rockford. Prices are better than the only other dispensary in Rockford on Perryville. Staff are great, always friendly and go out of there way to make sure your taken care of. Great deals and a awesome point system. 5 star Illinois dispensary can't get better in this state.

Staff is great great customer service now that cannabis is legal the medical  patients barley have any product to buy it's really a joke the 15 year old done the street has more product than the dispensary it's really a sad all I'm saying is they barley have anyy product I want unless you want to pay 70 to 100 dollars for gram of wax just milk me for my whole disabilitie che

I stay over a hour away.. called to confirm they have cannabis flower I was told "yes , plenty" I left immediately and upon arriving I was informed they have been sold out all day. Thankfully Sunnyside keeps it in stock

It's a bit of an odd set up first time here, medical card holders get the closer parking lot and there's a security guard in an unmarked car protecting that parking lot.  Presumably he's also keeping an eye on the far parking lot where the apparently lower priority recreational customers park, but it's merely across the street.  It's a partially deserted light industrial area in Rockford so it's a good thing to have heavy security.  On entry they carefully examine identification, and I suppose I like that too.  There was no wait on a Friday afternoon, the product was good at a reasonable price.  There isn't much of a display but the woman selling was helpful.  I think it might be better if you window shop online first.  They don't do gift wrapping.

Mapleglen has been my dads dispensary for  almost a year now. Back and forth with some others.   This place has awesome stuff above the rest.  Any questions I ever had and they gave me more details than I could have hoped for, which ended up being exactly what we needed to find the right stuff for my dad.Price have been cheaper than medmar/sunny side.   Carts are the main reason my dad picks this place.  Much cheaper than everywhere else. Product.   Ran out of flower many times. But. Medmar and Addison also out almost same times.  This place is prepared for rec by derived to wait because  they are actually dedicated to medical patients.

Great overall experience every time I shop. You really CANNOT beat the deals offered here... since they are not so commercialized they offer great items from craft growers which is great to switch things up and help a small business.... yea best reward program for the dro

Hands down the best dispensary in the Rockford area as far as customer service and personable experiences go. The staff is very knowledgeable and do everything in their power to ensure you find the relief you're going after. The wait times are very low even when you come in during a busier wave of customers. The menu is continuously expanding as well which is awesome for medical patients and recreational users alike, especially with their daily deal promotions and text program. This is THE dispensary to visit in Rockford.

Great place to come visit at least once a week. Great prices ,great products, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Always have something new to check out on their menu. Never very busy. Probably because they're so fast and efficient at this dispensary, compared to others I've visited. I can't wait to visit their second location opening soon.
