Stupidity reigns over customer service at CoCo Farms.I am an almost 71 year old man. When you turn 70 the CA DMV makes you take the written test before they renew your license. Due to Covid-19 the DMV suspended this requirement and  issued a one year extension to expiring licenses. Every other dispensary I've been to accepts the printed letter of extension EXCEPT CoCo Farms  I have been using this extension letter along with my expired license (with my picture on it) every other time I've been to CoCo Farms.I ordered online today and went to pick up my order. This time the woman at the window said they wouldn't accept this form of ID. She checked with her supervisor who told me they never accepted these letters.Had they taken ten seconds to check my order history they would have seen I have been a customer many times since I turned 70 in September.  I admit I raised a fuss and some woman came storming out, took a picture of my car and license plate and told me I was banned and if I ever came back they would call the police.I drove over to Delta Dispensary where they accepted my expired CA license with the letter and I purchased what I needed. Delta offers a 10% discount to seniors which CoCo Farms does not (They once told me it was TOO HARD for them to keep track of who was a senior even though they check the birthdate on your ID).CoCo Farms has lost me as a customer so they can shove their threat where the sun don't shine.I WOULD GIVE THESE MORONS ZERO STARS IF I COULD. YOU CAN TELL BY LOOKING AT ME I AM MANY YEARS PAST THE MINIMUM AGE OF 21. I'M NOT A KID TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE TO BUY PRODUCTAVOID THE STUPIDITY THAT PERMIATES COCO FARMS!!! GO TO ONE PLANT OR DELTA DISPENSARY WHERE THEY RESPECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!UPDATE: Read below. The owner called me a liar so let me quote from the Temporary Driver License Extension:"Due to the temporary unavailability of many services at the DMV Field Office, the DMV has issued this temporary driver license extension to extend the expiration date of your current license. Please note the expiration date.  We recommend that you schedule an appointment in a field office prior to that date in order to process your regular renewal."

Omg this place is amazing the service was outstanding and Kaitlyn w was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond I recommended coming to this club to all my friends and family.

Left a note on a brown paper bag today (07/11/2021) --regarding how awesome, knowledgeable and friendly the new hire Matt (or Matthew) was, took his time to explain different products, from the gummies to the "flower". IDK SH!T about marijuana as I'm from UTAH but he explained what I was sent to look for. Also, Katie was my cashier, super rad chick who looks like she supports her team and has a quick friendship w/ the guests or patrons. Great job staffing the building Coco Farms

Quality products with great prices! Staff is awesome, customer service is top priority. Very clean environment. TJ is the best and is always there to answer any questions about products and strains.Always happy when I visit Coco farms!!

Excellent Variety and decently priced. There's something for everyone; they have $25- $70 eighths and mostly you get what you pay for( thought I'd never pay over $55 for an eighth on average myself) . Concentrations are lovely as well, I've had sum good shatter and wax. You have to try different brands to see what you like, price isn't always the proper indicator, but it is a good guide. Great staff, friendly and patient. I'm always satisfied when I leave CoCo.

I went in to purchase a battery and a cartridge.  Kelsey, my budtender, was super friendly and helpful.  I'm older and need a little bit more help and she could not any nicer.  Please give her a huge raise.  Such superb customer service.

First timer over here!!! Came here with my mom as she just moved to the area. I walked in solo because she wanted to be Covid conscious. Wasn't sure what to expect. I was scanned in within 5 minutes, and a few minutes later, Scott was my assigned budtender. Hoping that by writing this review I don't get him in trouble or anything but my customer experience with him was so profound that I had to share it. He is so genuine and the model example of exemplary customer service. I walked into the dispensary (having just borrowed some cash from my own mom). I had $47 cash on me and my total was $50. I called my mom outside by phone and she said she had another $1.75 in change on her. I told Scott I'd still be $1.25 short and to just remove one of my two vape pen cartridges. Scott took my stack of cash, busted out his own wallet, and slapped a $20 on top to cover my $3. I think in my lifetime I have either witnessed and or experienced the same kind of random generosity from a total stranger in this fashion perhaps once or twice in my lifetime. I have the money I just came out unprepared with cash and it was my first time here as I am new to the area. I told Scott I got him an IOU of $3 back soon as I KNOW I'll be a returning customer at CocoFarms REAL SOON. Being from the South Bay Area, these prices are truly unbeatable and include the tax! I'm paying at least $7-8 less per cartridge here because of the tax. CocoFarms! Your staff is kind and friendly and I witnessed other interactions from cashiers to other customers, even the door guy scanning IDs, and the African American security guard by the online pickup area, despite being quiet and reserved he seemed friendly and attentive. Thank you to your staff, the organization, the smiles, and the affordable prices! I can't wait to bring my mom inside next time, and bring back purchases for friends back in the South Bay Area. I seriously just go to Caliva when I'm desperate and visiting town again, and because they recycle old vape cartridges. That's the one suggestion I have, CoCoFarms. PLEASE ACCEPT OLD CARTRIDGES! Be a leader in Northern California. Ask for a tax break from the governor. Write to local congressman for tax benefits because of your recycling and environmentally friendly business habits! I would have everything truly all at one dispensary if you guys took back empty/used cartridges. But other than that, keep up the good work and see you soon :)

I try and support ANY local grower/Clubs, but I feel like the CoCo has gone down hill steadily since day 1.. Overpriced Flowers, Small buds! High prices on low quality. Rio Vista Farms products SUCK no matter what the packaging says! I go for two qualities when flower shopping.. 1) The High. 2) Taste. everything else doesn't matter to me! And the only way you can get both of those qualities you have to go with the 75 dollar eighths, but who really want to pay that! The selection of Concentrates have tank Tremendously! I'll go one more time and use all my points and wash my hands with CoCo!! Because to some people Quality still matter way more convenience!! Step your game up CoCo!!

I had two issues within 2 days. I purchased 7 grams for  $60.00 on both days for 25% THC. Instead I was given 17% THC one day then 20% THC the next day. Basically look before you leave this store door at what your THC levels are before you leave out the door.

Still servin boof! Cant wait til I move this place has gotten out of hand. My biggest complaint is the lack of consistency. 30 dollars an eighth should be solid when you have 10 and 15 dollar eighths. 20 or 25 i understand a questionable smoke. I cannot believe i spent $120 on 4 super mid eighths.  Whoever you have estimating strains fire him and hire me.

I have been there twice as I recently found out I had cancer and needed relief but had no idea what I needed. Both times the employees were so helpful. Even the security was friendly. I would give 5 stars but I'm disappointed that the first time I got a pack of pre rolls that were so helpful the next time not available.

Really love this place, love how conveniently close it is to my house, always plenty of parking, everyone super friendly and Inviting from the leads/managers here at coco farms down to the security guards ! I appreciate you all for always being so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. It's near my house the staff is knowledgeable and they have a lot of stations set up to go as fast as possible there security in the parking lots directing traffic and looking out for anything sus. They are kinda pricey.

Mannn I love this place, but our most recent visit was not a positive one. My wife went in to buy some stuff and the lady that helped her was in such a bad mood that it put my wife in a bad mood. Y'all need to do something about Jennifer. We can understand that it was a busy day at the dispensary but why have a shit attitude towards my wife? We will be coming back but will be staying away from Jennifer as our "Bud-tender"

Plenty of parking, tons to choose from VERY helpful staff!  It is a very comfortable environment even for a first time visitor.  Highly recommend!!

Said I'd be given my money back and a proper replacement was just given my money and was told to have a good night this is just sad.

Finally got to check out Coco farms and I was highly impressed by the amazing customer service all around. Dominic helped me out and I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting coco farms. He was super helpful and nice. Will be back for sure, can't wait!

Meh, ok, but with a lot to be desired.The pro's for me include near my home, decent selection of cartridges, and, helpful staff.The con's for me include no discount for veterans and seniors (it's the only shop in 2 states that I use that doesn't have this important recognition with 10% discount the most common), and, the process of selecting is difficult (let us see for ourselves in a glass case).No discount for seniors is huge and since I can get the same carts plus more variety elsewhere it's a no-brainer until something changes here in this regard.

I had to put my cat down today and knew I'd need some relaxation. I preordered at coco farms at 2:54. My order was accepted. I did not get any messages so at 5:00 I called to inquire about my order. When I was called I was 1st given the excuse that their new ordering system came online an hour before I called, yet I was able to make the order 2 hours before my call, so a blatant lie there. Then I was told that they couldnt complete my order due to stock so they cancelled it. They never bothered to text or email. The person I talked to wasnt even willing to offer comparable products.All in all this was an absolute fail and no attempt to make it right.

I was about this place until I realized they let anyone who says they have a "disability" cut the line. I know not all disabilities are physical, I suffer from PTSD and you don't see me faking a disability to cut the line. This broad was allowed to walk up past everyone who waited in line and was allowed to go before me. She didn't have any proof of any disability. So next time I am going to walk right in, cut, and use the same excuse. She waltzed right in with all the entitlement in the world. Why? Cuz no one is gonna hold her accountable and take her word for it. When I fly with my emotional support animal I have to show proof. Not at Coco Farms. You just got to look like you will pop off on someone and get loud and say you have a disability. They won't hold you accountable. Meanwhile, everyone else waits in line in the sun.

Love CoCo Farms! Good prices, friendly staff, and a wide selection. The interior is gorgeous and feels very inviting. I love how they have their products displayed on the walls and counters because it lets you explore more instead of just having an employee bring individual things out. They also always have something for every budget and almost always have the prices displayed which is very helpful. I really appreciate the person who makes those handwritten spreadsheets for the flower too.The only issues I've had were with the website. Most of the products I've looked at have absolutely no description. Even the most necessary info like how much THC is in a certain strain is unavailable. This makes it so I have to call each time before I order online to see what I am getting. Also, it seems like they often have things in store that they do not have listed online. So be aware of that when placing an order.Other than the slight website issues, I highly recommend CoCo Farms! If you are an in-person shopper you should have a great experience. Much better than delivery.EDIT: review updated because website totally changed and is much better now

Absolutely amazing place. Great selection and we had the BEST bud tender ever. Scott S. He did such an awesome job helping us get everything we wanted, telling us about the deals of the day and also showcasing different products/brands. Will definitely be coming back here lots!! Hands down one of my favorite establishments!

If I could give zero I would my budtender Emily didn't help me out Had zero patience didn't listen to me when I specifically asked for a certain product and was too busy talking to other budtenders I'm definitely not coming back to this location. The staff is mainly new faces now hopefully things change but for now I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good selection, the line moves rather quickly and the staff are helpful. The place has a constant flow of people in and out so if you are paranoid about the pandemic then this might not be the spot of you. They practice 6 feet and all that jazz but there is really a whole operation that's being ran here. There's a parking lot that you might pass if you're driving too fast on the street. There's a security guard for the parking lot and a director of traffic, there's a checker of ID's, there a line for pick up in store and a separate one for online orders. There is a lot going on here like I stated but the variety is decent. So many options for flowers, there is some dab stuff I believe and for the most part the employees do know what they're taking about. Worth a try, prices vary a lot but again it is the home of the $20 eighth so if your funds are low they always got you.

Ari was the most personable and knowledgeable person !! I was pleasantly surprised by her demeanor and she definitely made me want to come back. They also have GREAT prices!!! If you're looking for a dispensary this place is it !!

You can have a negative experience somewhere and it's how the company-people respond that should determine a rating. The selection is always great here with knowledgeable friendly staff. When I had a bad couple of days here the ownership and mgt. stepped in and made things comfortable again. Cheers!

The staff and bud tenders are great and make you feel like family when you come through! Also the assortment of flower and concentrated items are good quality products! You definitely don't feel cheated leaving this place!!!

I took my niece to Coco farms and it was my first time as well. My budtender was Isaiah, was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. I am not a smoker but my niece enjoyed herself.

The first time I ever went here Logan Key helped me very well, so well in fact he was the only person I could spot out . Just got done shopping here and was helped by him again and when I asked questions about the product he amazed me in the knowledge he knew , you guys have a Gem employee and when I asked the manager how I could give him a review the manager was amazing too great energy and vibes at this place always the best , I've been to a lot of dispensary's from here to Oregon but this one really has great service while knowing their products. Shout out to Logan Key !!

Love Coco Farms!! They have huge selection of products and have wide variety of their own branded flower and more the line goes pretty fast and they have a lot of cute swag to choose from inside too. Every time I'm there the staff is friendly and it seems like their prices are less expensive than most shops I have been. Highly recommend!

First time to be here a week ago and budtender already look pissed! I did bought something but regret doing business with this "COCO FARMS" i was asking about the pens they have since its my first time buying one and this girl (black hair with piercing on the side lip) looks pissed and giving me and my friend a rolling eyes like judging us. Oh well better find a better dispensaries than going to this one.

I used to love this club. They have decent prices and the products they carried were great. However over the past year and a half I've begun shopping elsewhere because of several reasons. The lack of transparency on some of their house products is a little ridiculous. How about posting a picture of the actual products state required labeling so we can all see the actual THC percentages of your products as well as the harvest/packaging dates? I have purchased several Rio Vista/Coco Farms eighths that were either considerably low in THC content for the strain or they were old and dry and several times both issues applied. Freshness is important to many consumers such as myself. Also I wish you would consider selling strain specific prerolls of your house flower so we can try out some of the new strains that you keep releasing. As more competition moves into the area, I hope you remember your actual customer base;  I used to drive to Rio Vista for your herb. I'd love to come back as a loyal customer. Your staff is always awesome and I hope your storefront's selection and information online will follow suit.

I've had the opportunity to come here a couple of times I've utilize their online order and shopping in store over the counter. Staff is nice if you live in the area and know you will come back make sure you add your phone number to your order so you can accumulate points sometimes the staff don't prompt your enrollment .With online orders dont place your order 5 hours in advance because it won't sit around that long maybe order about an hour in advance.  Since covid 19 they have two lines one for online and one for instore. The length of the lines fluctuate so I cant recommend one over the other just try your luck. Staff is quick and efficient at getting people serviced and promoting "social distancing". They also offer freebies on certain days as well. This dispensary offers an array of products from $8 per rolls to $20 eighths to beverages and gummies.  For each product I feel that the have a range of strains and strength. Their house brands are rio vista farms and in believe coco farms

I shop here alll the time usually w no problems. Today i bought an 8th for 35$ and when i got home & opened it there was a hair inside. When i called back they said to come back and switch it out for another one. When i asked if ill be compensated for the inconvenience the manager responded theres nothing he can do because they dnt package the weed. Im upset because his customer service was terrible. And during this time of covid i figured the establishment would take this more serious

I've visited countless dispensary's in over 4 states and this is my favorite one! The only thing lately I can tell is the new management is causing issues and you can feel the vibe was off with staff when I walked in. The new system they have to check out isn't ideal, and the new guy there constantly worrying about the lines of duct tape people may be stepping on to resume in their 6 feet distanced space was very annoying. I hope they work these issues out for the wonderful staffs sake! Other than that I love the points system and the buy 4-5 deal.

This was my first time coming to Coco Farms and I am 100% sure I will be back again. I was nervous and didn't quite know what to expect but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Nothing beats the sight of quality cannabis and CBD products that line the shelves The staff was amazing, welcoming, and sweet. The lovely gentleman, Isaac, helped me with my purchase. He made amazing recommendations and had quite the great small talk. He didn't make me feel awkward for not really knowing what I was looking for but helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm so happy to have this place close by! Thanks everyone! Be back soon!

I love this place!! First time visitor and my mind was blown away by the amount of selections available. Dominic was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable about the product. First time to Coco Farm and I will absolutely be back! Taz helped me and a friend out at the same time and handled it very professionally. Very impressed with the walk up window; may use that next time. Got there around 10ish and didn't wait long to get in. Face mask are required witch I like. When we left there was a long line so maybe the earlier the better but they had awnings up for shade for the people waiting. Very awesome experience. Thanks Coco farms and Taz!

08/30/2020 I don't normally take my time to review any businesses on Yelp however Clarissa R. at CoCo deserves her props. I've been to over 50 Bay Area dispensaries, used to grow and was a vendor and frequently go to Delta Dispensary. Clarissa has won over my business here. She deserves a raise/promotion, for she really knows how to treat/win over customers. Not only did she greet me with a smile (through her mask), she showed me numerous strains and allowed me to change my mind over and over with a welcoming attitude the entire time. She took it upon herself to lookup my old points account and have it merged with their new system. I've been stuck with Harborside points that expired simply due to their change of system which is VERY frustrating. Also it is noteworthy to mention they have long lines but I got in and out of their dispensary quicker than I wait in line at Delta for an online pickup order. I ended up leaving with a KG baller jar of wedding gushers, north country pharms Dutch crunch and wedding cake 8ths, an 8th if fatso by phinest and alien labs kryptochronic 8th. In the past I went to Coco and got some dried up Rio Vista bud that I would have never purchased again however this time all the bud was fresh, pungent, and sticky not old/expired dried out bud. Coco is definitely my new go to dispensary when ANYWHERE in the east bay. Thanks guys! I really hope this review reaches management! Ps: Their security team is also very accommodating and watched my motorcycle helmet and backpack for me while I shopped. Couldn't appreciate it more guys!

Place is a joke! Hella overpriced. They make you wait in a long ass line to get in the front door then they say it's appointment onlythen you go stay in another lineso while my friend waited in line I ran back to the truck to grab my medical card and ID cardWhile there  I grabbed a can out of the back of the truck to throw away in the trash can and one of the customers informed me "they're gonna call the police for an open container!!!!" Empty two day old  beer  fuk these guys

They buff me by posting something on their website that they didn't have pretty much forced me to grab something else that I didn't want plus  The oregano is no good they literally sold me oregano. Ol4fingers n humble anything thats not their brand too coz they giving out reggie. I will never spend 100 dollars there ever again. I got to spend 50/60 dollars for middle grade no if I'm paying 50/60 and eight I'll take my ass to delta or deliver from indika CoCo you a disgrace to this county. All them unknown brands are a joke they are a few real selections looks like they just started to carry North farm county which they over pricing. Sometimes indika has a have OZ of  same brand but for 85/90 dollars. Soool I know what is what coco a joke don't go waste your time plus their cashiers always having mood swings. They ain't budtenders they cashisrs

I emailed your company on October 7th, but got No Response, so now I have to give you 1 star. I used to go to this place twice a week, but because I made it clear to the Manager, that a certain Rent A Cop wasn't doing his job and creating an Unsafe Incident in the parking lot, I was put on a 30 Day Suspension. Management says it's because I curse at the Rent A Cop. I did tell the Rent A Cop, "Fuck You", this is after he told me, "Shut Up and Mind My Business", because I told him he needed to get off his Phone, quit Vaping and Direct the Traffic. I am a Female and I don't think your Rent A Cop would have said this to a Male, if so you may have had more than just a couple of curse words being an issue. This 30 day Suspension is Bad Business. I was also allowed to come into the store approximately 8 days after the incident, make a purchase through the Manager without a problem, only to come back 4 days later to be refused service at the door. This is when I found out about the 30 day Suspension. Why almost 2 weeks after incident took place. What took so long, since it warranted a 30 day Suspension ? Very Unprofessional!

I have been going here since the day they opened. I went in today and had the best experience today. The woman who helped me "Emily" was the kindest, most informative and professional I have encountered at both the coco farms and rio vista establishment. If you have the pressure of going I highly suggest you speak to Emily. You will not be dissatisfied. Thanks for your help Emily in making my experience great!!!!

I got shorted two packs of flower, and I just want to say that they did not want to help me. It seemed like no one believed me. First I had to go inside to talk to the manager. The manager then proceeded to be all "LOOK DUDE." with me like she would never believe me. She made me go back to my car and get my whole order, which was in a bag that ripped in half on the way to the car because he gave it to me ripped. Then, she looked at my receipt and tried to tell me I had my whole order before actually processing the receipt in her mind and finally, after making me wait 5 more minutes after being there a half hour, giving me what I paid for. She was so rude and accusatory, made me feel like an absolute criminal. If someone tells you there's a problem with the order--duh--fix it! Any modern business would. Don't accuse your customers of lying and stealing--especially when its your mistake.

Came for CBD for my doggos. They had a great selection and the budtender was super knowledgable in answering all of my questions. Everything is organized in a way that made product easy to find.  The store is clean and brightly lit.

I stopped by this morning to pick up some weed before celebrating the New Years tonight. The line was really long, but understandable when I came inside I realized they had changed the way the customers are helped for covid safety measures (in my opinion, for the better). I was thinking it was pretty cool given that I have an immunocompromised father that I care for. My experience took a strange turn when I was I was being helped by one of the staff members in the flower section when a larger man started making a commotion regarding the line- soon after the once closed tills were opened back up and employees were rushed to help more customers. I'm not sure if this is due to the holiday line and they want to make it faster but I'd like to think that my health wouldn't be at risk when I come to an establishment to get my medicine. The lack of social distancing is saw shortly afterwards was concerning. If you do come here, I guess I would say, bring wipes and double layer on the masks. I'm not sure if this place has your health at best interest for its customers or it's employees for that matter. Stay safe! Overall, experience wise: strange and uncomfortable. Might give it another shot, or will do an online order next time. Product wise: they've got some good things going on!

Amazing store.  Was helped by a gentlemen name TJ. Didn't know  a lot about the different kinda of buds as sativa Indica and hybrid. Now I feel like a bud expert thanks to him.  One of the best parts about this store is I was told I could request him if he is working. To get to have that one on one with someone that knows what you like is the best.  The store it's self was clean ,  door staff was friendly .  The selections were amazingly wax carts and buds.  Customer for life.

This is a new staple in our community. The mental health community reds them and anyone else who needs to unwind without side effects of liquor. My husband and I had another great experience there today with Danny. His service was warm and knowledgeable. He even gave us some great drink ideas to pair. We will always come here as long as there in CoCo

The store is very well organized and clean. Patrick was amazing! Very helpful, informative and lastly extremely patient with us. My MIL and I had 21 questions and didn't know what the hell we were looking for. Best customer service ever!!!!!!!Would definitely refer to others and return for more product!!!!

I came in to CoCo Farms last week for some cannabis products that would help with anxiety and sleep. I'm really uninformed and new to the world of medicating with cannabis so I felt a little nervous about coming in and feeling intimidated. There's just so many options and different products now, it felt overwhelming. Anyways, luckily I ended up being helped by your employee, Jen, and she immediately put me at ease. She was so helpful, educational, kind and easy to talk you. I got way more information than I expected, and the products she recommended have been working really well for me so far. Jen really made the shopping experience much more accessible and comfortable than I was expecting. I'll definitely be back, and hopefully I'll be lucky enough to get such incredible service again.

My first time here as I have been looking for a legit priced dispensary in contra costa for a minute. Online ordering was quick, easy and painless, line for the online ordering was nice and short compared to going inside. Huge parking lot with security, nice staff, great selection of products. Came in early Saturday morning for a change to get a cartridge and go. I entered and there was no line and security was super chill. Once I entered, I was greeted and helped by Taz; He and I had a short convo about my choice of cartridge and his recommendations. I definitely appreciated his choice and glad he was able to help me out. He also let me know about the selections of edibles because I asked lol Thanks Taz!!

Coco farms Antioch deserves a f*kn staff appreciation if one isn't already coming their way !! Brian & the whole security team, TJ, Eric, kevin, the ladies  (I'm sorry I can't name them all) but they all kick ass. That place has been PACKED all the time despite shelter in place. Thankful for this place and the amazing service always always given!  They spoiled me for my birthday and I'm so thankful lmao

My first time going to CoCo farms was such a good experience. Every budtender that's helped me has been really great. Taz specifically had great customer service! I came in for edibles and he was really knowledgeable about all the products. He brought out the edibles I wanted and a few other options I might be interested in...which I ended up buying and enjoying. I had a friend with me buying cartridges and flower...Taz had good recommendations and had something to say for every strain or brand.

They were out of the specific product I wanted, but had smaller bottles of it at a higher mark-up. I asked if they could price them so it would be the same and they refused. This is blatant proof the greed-head owner cares more about his profit margin then he does about the customer. They are incompetent/ incapable of ordering/ replenishing the product sufficiently, so I have to pay extra for that?

Amazing place in general! Can't stop coming here! but they need some new staff. I watch a girl yell at the customer infront of me about a personal matter in the pick up window... like the girl legit did nothing! An the cashier starts talking about Instagram or snap chat calling her a "bitch". I was shocked to see staff yelling at a customer. Like woah let's keep it professional.

Bad experience!! As a single mother they turned me away cause I had my child and I wouldn't  leave him in the car! I drive all the way from Martinez no where on they site does it say I can't pick up an online order with my child! As I approached the security basically told me that I need to find a babysitter because state law stated I can't leave a child unattended. Which was the stupidest thing he could have said when he was with me. I didn't leave him in the car which u are failing to realize.. Horrible I hope they close down!! I felt discriminated against due to me being a single parent as if we don't have medical issues as well!! If it was that easy to find a babysitter do u think I would have ordered ahead!! Waste of gas and time!. They dumb asses keep saying I was leaving him in the car..  I didn't leave him in the car he walked up with me to pick up an online order and no where does it state that Children can't be on the premises!! Discrimination is a real case!!

So Im a rookie when it come to places like this and really expect people working with the public to be patient ! With that being said that couldn't be further from my experience with this place the pressure to get you in and get you out and get your money as fast as possible was too much for me I will not be coming back to this place I was looking forward to this place but will continue to go to Oakland ?

Nah I'm good the girl who help me terrible customer service   There's plenty other places with tax included to go to Was worth a tryst but looks like the owner will pay to have reviews removed  so shady now I won't go for sure  If your customer service and your product is as good as you think then you would need to pay to have reviewed removed

They were great and making sure folks stood 6 ft apart during this pandemic. The staff was friendly including the security guards. The budtender was great at providing me with recommendations since I'm not much of a smoker. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this place.

3 hours agoI used to go to Rio Vista Farms , I'm a medical patient, i spent well over 800$ there, i always asked about the loyality reward points and they said i can't get it since i'm medical and it " locks it out their system". They do offer 7.6% as " medical " but in reality that's the state tax. Same thing as Coco farms, i spent atleast over 120$ and no reward appreciation. THESE PEOPLE ARE SELFISH, THeY know im on their system. Check my purchase history at both locations,. I'm willing to remove these reviews if you show some appreciation by combining my purchase history at both locations into the rewards program. THEY ALSO DELETE BAD REVIEWS PATHETIC LOL

I wish I could give this place a better rating. However we don't know much about it because our budtender was extremely stale and judgmental. Didn't help much with  the questions we had which is unusual compared to other dispensaries. He insisted me and my friends "wrap it up" while we were looking at their rather large selection of prerolls. This was my first time here so I really wanted to look at all the options but he was very pushy and rude. When we asked about the edibles CBD to THC ratio he said he didn't know and they had "whatever the fuck we wanted" and shrugged and turned around.The other workers around seemed patient and educating and the products are of good quality so it gets two stars for that.

Michael and Kristine have by far the best customer service ever. They always remember the items I buy every time I need to buy more weed. And always tell me about new weed I might be interested in.  These two deserve a promotion!!

I was going to Rio Vista Farms  but tried coco  farms today.  I only go for edibles to help me sleep at night.  The only brand I have found that I like is WYLDE and now I find out they are discontinuing using this brand!! I also likEd smokiez edibles but they stopped using that brand too!! I am very disappointed that the one product I use- they  discontinue.  I'm sorry, but other edibles taste like crap!!! So if anyone knows where I can buy wylde  brand or smokiez let me know!! Rio vista and coco farms had lost my business until they sell these products again. But the staff are very nice. UPDATE - TJ was very helpful when I went back, which made things a bit better.  So I'm glad hE was very nice and helpful.  Still hope they sell Wyld again!

I came from San Francisco because I heard they have fresh packaging dates for their flowers, and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff with good security. They also accept debit so they make it easy. Just wish they were closer.

I've been here a handful of times. They have great deals, selection, and affordable pot. My only issues with this dispensary have been the lack of friendly customer service. As you come in from the front a  decent door guy checks your I'd and then as you enter a few eager millennial employees are behind the counter  to assist you.  They ask you what they can help you with and you tell them. I'm here for  1/8, pre-rolls, dabs, whatever. The last two or three times the salesperson seems to be in a hurry to get you going.  They seem to be pre occupied with their co-workers cause they would prefer to talk to them rather than explain the inventory.  My pothead theory is they become irritable and unfriendly because they need a hit.  While at work they are either coming of a high since this is the longest part of their day without THC.  Dude I get it. I feel the same way when I'm coming off a high; However, it's their job to make it a pleasant experience not to get them in get them out.  My suggestion is allow these Millennial sales associates who don't seem to understand good customer service and allow them to get high during their lunch break. Maybe they would than appear happy to help you and a better attitude at work. I'm not saying all of them are like this but the last 2/3 times the experience was lackluster. I felt rushed and in some impersonal assembly line. A little personal experience or suggestion goes a long way.

Holy crap. Idek where to start. First off, the new location is HUGE! They have an amazing selection and the prices are affordable for the high quality product they sell. Budtenders are incredibly knowledgeable and provide 5 customer service. Make sure you check out their specials (who can pass up a great deal). And I can't even express how nice it is NOT to have to cross a bridge to get a location you can walk into.

I'm a Rio Vista Farms semi-regular. So, I was anxious to check out the closer location. It's set up well for parking. Check in at the door. Then, wait at a secondary door for a budtender. The place is bigger than their Rio Vista location and they had lots of selection, but limited quantities and options for full cartridges. They have a little bit of everything in general. The interior is really cool, with wood shiplap, spotless floors, space to move around, raw edge cut wood signs, lots of swag for sale and even a cute little Frenchie, running around. I'm giving them 4 stars for pricing, when compared to other Bay Area spots; however, they keep 4 stars because the closer location, to this side of the East Bay, is a huge plus! For non thc users, they also offer 100% CBD. We got Select cartridges, Lagunitas 4 pack, Cherry Soul Sugar edibles, Fiori Ease capsules, WYLD edibles in 3 flavors, and Moxie cartridges. They also offer a rewards program and staff was friendly. We'll be back.

These guys have great service friendly staff and excellent quality products. Their prices include all taxes. I love this place! And now they have an online order pick up window!

The online ordering process is not good at all. They let you put orders in and then they call you ten minutes later to tell you they do not have your product. The first time it happened wasn't a big deal because they had another product that was similar so I was able to get what I needed. This time I was called and told the clementine gummies were available and they had the same ratio of TCH and CBD I looked at the menu again and it had no CBD. So I called again and said I needed a 1/1 ratio and was told they had a 5/5 in a sour apple so I ordered them and they were only 50/50 milligrams each for almost the same price. So to reach the correct dosage I would have had to pay $40 instead of $25. So I didn't get any. Drove 20 minutes out there to get no gummies. The people that work there are nice but do not seem to be very informed on how their pro6and inventory works.

Earnie the security guard is really rude.I asked about the wait in line and he bit my head off. Then when I said " you don't have to be rude about it bro" trying to be friendly he said " Well you can leave if you don't like it!!" Then waived when I left . Strange little poor taste renta cop with little man syndrome basically. me and my friends spend a lot of money there and other than little rent a cop Earnie have had great experiences. I called the phone line and complained they said they " have had this problem with Ernie" Idk thinking ordering delivery from somewhere else with customer friendly people with better taste

Only place I can get 100% CBD And it doesn't taste like ass like so many you get online do. Plus the pet meds make the chihuahua a lot less insane. So glad I don't have to go out to rio vista any more.

I came here for some gummies, I have only tried one brand prior to coming here. I didn't care to try new ones just because the ones I had worked really well. Anyways, I was greeted quickly and the Bud-tender Jordan was super knowledgeable. He showed me the different kinds you carried and what was popular amongst customers. So, I ended up buying a few different products and he gave me some samples of other edibles which I thought was really awesome! Super nice guy and the store was really clean and organized. Overall great experience!

Do not come here they are very overrated they have seeds in there premium weed I am very disappointed

This place is nice and has some good product with fair pricing however their inventory is terrible. They seem to always be out of stock. I've done two will call pick ups and the items are In stock on their site. Then I get several texts confirming my order. But when I get there it's oh we're sorry were out of stock on that. So why is it on your site and why are you confirming my order. I called to ask for a manager and the guy who answered the phone said all the managers are in the back and they aren't available. This place is terrible get your meds somewhere else !!!

Love this place. It's so clean and well established with a modern aesthetic. Extremely organized with a lot of friendly security and staff. Gated, well lit parking lot. They have a rewards loyalty program and the staff are always engaging and smiling. Tax is included in the pricing. Legit. In every sense. So convenient and has exceeded my expectations.

I love this store. I mostly come here for the $20 eighths but lately I've been trying their edibles and the indica ones are really helping with my pain. The staff have also been super friendly and they keep the place well-organized surrounding all the virus stuff without it feeling oppressive, which is a huge plus.

Been to a lot of different dispensary around the Bay, but Coco Farms has more selection then any other dispensary I've been to! I live in Martinez, 20+ minute drive but well worth it! I'll be back soon

Annoying ass sales guy in my face ever second. Couldnt even see merch on wall. I dont care that you have to stay with customer. Some people need their space. No curiosity for people with PTSD. Didnt even have a menu. Not returning. I continue to go to Berkeley for better service.

Best dispensary in the East bay. Prices are affordable they have a variety of strains at affordable prices,  customer service is always on point overall my favorite place. I usually choose the online pick up due to the fact that it gets packed and the line gets pretty long I don't mind waiting it's worth the wait but in this heat I rather order and pick up.

The bud tenders are absolutely clueless. I have been in here 3 times, the first 2 times I was able to use my medicinal discount. The third time I am told in a VERY vague way that my card is not accepted and I need some "special state issued cannabis card". I thought that's what I have ? And to top it off, he sells me a half gram of concentrate after saying it was only $35 per gram. Get some bud tenders who know the difference between a gram and half gram, or maybe one who can actually explain why I don't get my discount anymore and maybe I'd give it more than one star. This place is a joke. I'm sure I could've turned around and waited in another 30 minute line to get the concentrate swapped out, but I'd rather take the L and tell people how unprofessional this place is vs wasting another 30 min of my life.

Went in with my sister today and Isaac was awesome. Excellent customer service. I've only been in twice and both times were super pleasant experiences (I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me the first time). I never feel rushed and they're always so helpful if you need suggestions.

Great selection however the bud tender wasn't very knowledgeable and over charged my credit card by $22. No wonder he was hesitant to provide me a receipt. I'll comeback if this place is my last resort.

Whenever I come to this storefront and see Kristen I instantly know that I will be given the best service possible. Extremely thorough, vastly knowledgeable and never without a smile when I see her. I usually come in for indicas or a strain with CBD but Kristen has never failed to find something for me that I'm always delighted to purchase and have yet to be disappointed with any strains or products I try. Shop is clean, merchandise is always stocked and I happily always walk out with more than I anticipated to purchase. By far the best storefront experience I've had in all my years of exploring this industry in California and Washington and will gladly recommend friends and family to stop by and check it out. I think I finally found my regular spot!

I recently visited this establishment for the first time, with my partner.  I did not know what to expect.  However, was told it was a good place of business.  Upon arriving, there were the tapes on the ground, symboling the social distancing to help everyone in line.  At the entrance, there was a professional security guard, then a staff member, checking identifications.  The items for sale, well presented, in an industrial, yet natural wood style environment. My partner stated the items are fairly priced, as she obtains the same items for higher pricing, elsewhere in California.  We purchased a few items, which staff member Edgar, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.  The only item I was surprised, is the charge for a small green bag, to bag items,  is rather high.  I was unsure if I could place the items in my purse & admittedly, did not ask.  Otherwise, the establishment is a high recommend, along with Edgar, a helpful staff member.

Yoooo, definitely 5 stars. First of all, thank God we get a dispensary in CC now.. took long enough! A friend told me about this place. Pulling up was super easy to find, they have a HUGE parking lot. I went around 7 and the line was right by the door. (It's new so this will prob be the case especially if you come closing hours like I did) but man, when it hit 7:30 the line was around the parking lot. So come in a little earlier if you're not patient! Inside size of shop was massive, they had flower, concentrates, etc you name it. Edgar was my budtender and was SO HELPFUL. Not rushing me at all, even tho the line was super long and they were gonna close. Prices go from 25+ for an 8th. One of the better highs I've had in a minute. Thank you Edgar and Coco Farms! You guys found yourself a loyal customer!

i am a very very experienced cannibis person. been to almost every dispensary in the state. amsterdam 8 times yada yada. you can find some great quality smoke for about $ 20+ cheaper (with all taxes) than any other spot in the bay area. yes, they have a section or 2 of low grade. but that helps out people on a budget. look for the specials buy 4 get 5th for a penny. if your a connoisseur, the 45.00 level usually works out good for most of their growers. rio vista farms is growing better and better stuff. be patient, let them know you want to look at all your options before purchase. i have been buying from them since both stores first opened. 97 out of 100 times they were patient with me. great go to place. thx rio nd coco farms.

Weed is great here we've always enjoyed the service and how quickly it goes. However the online ordering site is completely broken and it takes 45 minutes to place an online order. A little inconvenient but the service and product make up for it!!

Coco Farms is amazing. While they may be small they still offer just about everything you can think of. I just learned recently that they added clones, so cool. The budtenders are nice and are all extremely knowledgeable. The other day I dealt with a girl named Lindsay and she was so funny and friendly. I needed something for sleep and she was teaching me the difference between indicas and sativas. She also introduced me to vape pens, which are not only awesome but convenient as well.

Went to Coco farms for the first time ever yesterday and wow was it nice,clean and from the minute you get to the door until the time you are done you get the up right attention.. Well we liked to so much we went back again TODAY and Issac helped us a WOW he was the friendliest, nicest person. Helped us in flowers, edibles and back to pre rolls and the whole time he has a smile on his face.. Amazing customer service we will definitely be staying with Coco Farms due to the customer service we got today from Issac... And Issac Congrats on your Granddaughter.

I really like this place usually when I get there there's really no line and if there is it goes pretty fast the budtenders are great some of them are even pretty but all in all they got good products good price...it's probably one of the best clubs I've been to in the bay..

So today I did online order total was 35.00 when I went to pick up he told me 40.00 I didn't get a receipt I paid with 2 twenty when he handed me the bag I notice that the receipt on the bag says 35. Not to mention I always tip. I just hope he's not ripping the company off and usually go there every couple days but now I don't know if ill be back.

Staff was helpful but quality is apparently very subjective based on your budtender. I bought two $50+ eighths and was incredibly disappointed when I opened them. They smelled like grass clippings and smoked like them too. I echo another reviewer, if they have eighths going at $15-$70, a $50 eighth is expected to be at least mid-top shelf. The location doesn't accept refunds except for faulty cartridges. This wouldn't be a problem if they allowed you to see or smell the product prior to purchase. They don't use clear glass jars to enable customers to look at the product, I had to peer through stickers, labels, retail packaging to see the quality. Not a great experience, and won't be back unless I have to. Coco, please raise your standards.

Today was a terrible day until I went to Coco farms. Cheaper than therapy and more fun. My delightful budtender was Asher. And honest 99.98% of the staff here is super awesome. The deals were great and good selection. Very clean store and good COVID-19 safety.

Coco Farms is awesome. The customer service is unmatched, anywhere. Every business should follow what Coco is doing. Friendly, efficient service. Even if there's a line out the building, it's never a long wait.The staff is hella cool and very knowledgeable. If a brand you like isn't in stock, they know something else that'll work just as well, if not better. All I have to do is tell them what I'm looking for, maybe it's for sleep or anxiety and they know what will work for me.

One of the best dispensaries in the Bay. They always go above and beyond and have great customer service. Shout out to my man Randy who helped me today and was most generous and professional. The prices are great but the staff is not managed correctly. They are all over the place and usually aren't very knowledgeable. The online pick up window always takes so long, they never have the orders ready even though the texts say it is ready I have actually went inside to pick up online orders and it's faster. The staff never seem to know about all the specials they are having and when you try to tell them about the deals they act like your lying. I even showed them a deal on my phone right on their website and they were trying to deny me the deal because she said it wasn't on the paper given to her from management, after I asked her three times she finally got a manager and they gave me  the deal that was on the website but that was after the girl at the window was really rude to me and acting like I was lying and trying to get a deal they didn't offer. I was so irritated when I left that I really don't want to go there anymore because it's always some type of bullshit there to deal with. I spend $120-$150 a week there, you think they would treat their customers better. I loved when they were a smaller place with less cooks in the kitchen they were so much more pleasant. Sad that now it's just like a Walmart that doesn't care about their customers.

I always have such a positive experience when I visit this place. The budtenders are always super friendly and attentive. Their prices are always so low and affordable. I typically go for their $35 half ounces, they never disappoint. I'm a "hybrid" type of gal so I'd recommend the Wedding Crasher or Pacific Punch

Coco Farms was the first dispensary I came to once I started smoking. Every time I come here, it's simple and easy to get what you need. I've had from stizzys, carts and edibles, and it's top tier quality. Once arrival, always have your valid ID. Most times, I check in their website what they have in stock, and come through and get exactly that. The mango gummy edibles hit for sure  I see why they call it the Bay Area's plug

I went in here tonight and everyone was hella chill, which you'd definitely expect in a dispensary. I bought some THC/CBD lube ... can't wait to try it. I'm excited to smoke my "Halloweed" limited time pre rolled joint ... and my DoBerry. Thanks dudes. You were all hella nice.

I arrived yesterday and the security guard was very pleasant, nice, and spoke to me in a very friendly and professional tone. As I entered and stood in line, I was greeted by a tall white male, no smile, and said what can I get you, he assisted me with my product and as I went to the checkstand my card was declined and he made it a point to announce that very loudly for all to hear. I went to my car, transferred money, came back in to complete my purchase and was faced with 7 customers staring at me, as if they were shocked I returned. The look on everyone's face staring at me was very embarrassing and uncomfortable. I don't feel that I would have experienced this if I were white. I also feel he took advantage of me, by telling my the product I needed didn't come in grams, which I then had to get an eighth because I needed it for medical reasons. If I can help it, I will never come to this place again.

Quick shout out that should be heard all over the planet! Rio Vista Farms  is by far THE BEST , MOST KILLER WEED, TINCTURES , and anything else u can think of regarding high quality craft cannibis. Dont mess w the other guys, the haters gonna hate the Kings and Queens and that would be El Rio Farms! Check em out then you'll know! Medicinally speaking they have helped me manage my chronic pain and improved my quality of life greatly, way better than the majority of big pharmaceuticals that have been thrown at me thru the years, and for that I'm especially grateful.

I'm not sure what happened but the ambiance and vibe has disappeared  of comfort as I  was in dismay over then unattentive budtender or they basically  summed up every product to the basically the same thing it was very unprofessional and blatantly  disrespectful  and reminded me of a bay area dispensary ghetto  who just trying to make sales not actual caring. I will not be back the employees would be fired if I managed/Owner  as I felt they super lazy ! Get people who care that not what I would  let represent my company.

Came here for the first time today, and it was the friendliest experience I've ever had at a dispensary. The guy at security was friendly, and I was helped by Christian, he was so nice, and helpful. Prices were great too, I drove 50 min from Sacramento, because they had a better selection for what I was looking for than anywhere local, and it was well worth the drive!

The dispensary is well stocked, the folks waiting on you are very courteous and nice but apparently no one there knows that we are in a pandemic. From the security guard who checks you in to the associates that help you face to face across only a counter not one person wears a mask. The small area gets a bit congested with 4-6 customers. All of the customers except one wore masks but we walked out of there very uncomfortable. We were there as 65+ adults seeking cannibas for medical reasons. We are at increased risk for the virus and were pretty upset that the employees didn't respect the health risks by not masking up. Come to think of it, the security guard was also in the category of more at risk by his age. If for no other reason folks, protect your own employees!

Friendly helpful service.  They were happy to answer questions. Didn't talk down to me like most dispensaries tend to do.

Im always very pleased when I come here you definelty pay for quality. Ive gone to most clubs all over the bay, central and socal. And ive paid for 60 dollars eighths of some mediocre dank you got what you pay for here.. i obviously dont care how much i spend as long as its fire. They got some good, their high grade tree really high grade. Flavor, smell, presentation , nice crack when you break it down, sticky and smooth as you hit it. Nice white ashes I hate non properly cured tree. Thanks for having good weed close by to home. Go check them out , and cash out on some good.

Straight forward process. Great well priced selection of product. Micky was our budtender and she was super friendly and helpful. Very easy and safe location.  Great vibes we shall return.

I deal with fibromyalgia pain, and Rio Vista Farms always has the best products at great prices. Their staff is super friendly and their security guards are the nicest around. You can check out their products up close, your never rushed and they reimburse your bridge toll if you're like myself,  coming from Oakley. I've been to many dispensaries and this is my favourite one!

I got up and went on a Saturday from Antioch. This place is in the cut in the back. Once i reached it was amazing, the people were friendly and i was in and out. I got the Viper at the time. The security guard suggested that i try it and it was not a disappointment, I will return again.

Beautiful drive, great service, and plenty of products to choose from. Just a short trip from Brentwood.  Definitively will be returning to this hidden gem . Looking forward to trying more of their products.

I absolutely love this place. It is so worth the 30 min drive. Their prices are great. They have a great selection. And now their in the process of building a dispensary in Antioch.

Whenever I'm around this is my go to shop! Friendly  awesome staff and wonderful customer service. Great deals, cheap pre rolls that are good quality (not every shop has good quality pre rolls) haha.

Nice selection at all price points, good variety of flowers, edibles,  cartridges, etc. Our budtender was great, (should have asked his name), he knew not only what all the different varieties were made up of but also the feeling you could expect from each. Great vibe, felt very comfortable and welcome there.

The shop was beautiful and well kept. I will definitely be going back. The prices were good and you must pass security to enter so that made me at ease. You also earn points towards rewards, definitely worth it.

Absolutely love this place! Employees are so nice and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Plenty of parking. The security guards are always so nice and pleasant. Pricing is extremely fair. I went in yesterday with a rolled ankle and they helped me get what I needed to feel better. Everyone's great, but Daniel is my favorite person to go to. He's always smiling, he makes you feel comfortable and is eager to answer any questions you may have, plus he's hilarious. This place is a God send and We are fortunate to have it in our small community!

I've been here a couple times passing through on my way to Fairfield and overall they have great staff, great smoke selection and great prices. Worth checking out for sure.

Great staff and a huge selection of excellent products. Always clean, friendly, and well stocked on the shelves. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products, and helpful in deciding. Don't mind driving there from Fairfield.

Bought a coupla cartridges that were disappointing to say the least.. Didn't work til the end..Flavor.. mehNot going back

I go there at least 3x a week for the sole reason there's no cannabis clubs in Fairfield but besides that they have a good selection of top notch bud from alien labs and connected to there own flower I would love to see some backpack boyz in there and another huge plus they open at 6am!

Yea.. Be careful about buying products here, especially buying pens.Rio Vista/Coco Farms does not stand behind their products, meaning, if they are defective they don't care to make it right. They'd rather sell an item just to make a sale than to insure it's quality.Go elsewhere. Don't waste your money here.

Walked in with my medical that I've used to hit damn near every club in Stockton and Sac, including the renowned Cookies and Connected clubs, didn't let me in because they "couldn't take something like this". Was just too lazy to register me, I peeped their screen to register, same screen they use at other dispensaries, could've filled it out myself. place is a disgrace to dispensaries in the sunny state of Cali. I felt like I was going to a mafia hide out when I pulled up it's so hidden.

Never a bad experience fast easy and good in fact the best stuff! You won't be disappointed at all!

First time at any dispensary, usually hubby and daughter purchase edibles and tinctures for minor pain and sleep aids for this grandmother.  Driving by on the way back to Vacaville, I have to share that my visit to Rio Vista Farms was a great E2E experience! From the greeting and registration by their security, compliance with all Covid protocols, and only a short wait while other customers finished their purchases, the visit was quick and easy. The bud tender was patient, personable and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing me with some great products at what seemed very reasonable prices. I will be back!
