They make the process so easy! Love the delivery option and their prices

2 stars for the fact that this space is huge and looks clean. I can see the time taken to make this place look nice. Now I can’t give it a 5 because my first visit here was my “First Visit” where usually you get a gift or some sort of Discount. I received nothing but thought to myself; maybe they roll different. But then when I referred my friend here (we literally both pulled up together but went inside differently) she tried to give me a referral credit and says the lady with the “pink hair” wrote my name on a sticky note and flipped it upside down & my friend herself said “that didn’t seem right she should’ve put it in the system not a random note that will be thrown away or forgotten” so when I went back a week and half later, to my surprise there was no credit applied to me for referring. Then lol I got broken the system of “referring” and was told that I needed 3 referrals to get a discount... okay that’s cool I get that but now I need 4? Cause I already referred one person who came from an hour drive. All I was told was “sorry”. Btw when my friend came out with her bag this was when I found out new patients get a really cute treat bag for first time visits as I’ve always been given goodies or discount on my first visits to ANY dispensary, That’s not it right there, I’ve been told different prices for things by different people and again the lady who is really nice but WORKS TOO FAST with the pink hair had over charged me. That was upsetting because her and I went back and forward for a moment and I let her know “look I’ve been granted this deal twice now you’re telling me it’s not a deal” and she said “oh! You’re right I forgot about that” that pisses me off that they have workers who are not in the same page of the deals and prices. Makes me not want to refer anyone else, I mean it’s not like my credits get applied anyways ?. I manage an office and all I can say is Staff needs to have a meeting and get it together as far as efficiency, being in the same page and also PLEASE GIVE PEOPLE THEIR REFERRAL CREDIT?! My office for sure takes care of our patients who refer others to us we truly appreciate them. There should be more professionalism, I understand it’s a vibe in there and maybe workers smoke during work or breaks but if you can’t manage being high and working you shouldn’t do both at the same time.

This was my 1st time having delivery & I was very impressed. The driver was very pleasant & arrived within the window time. Thank you so much ? ?

I wish I can this place 10 stars! HAZE is the best dispensary/ delivery service I have ever used. Let’s start with customer service: Their dispatch are very helpful, polite, responds quick, give great recommendations as to what to purchase. I love that! I’m a huge Sativa fan and recommendations are important to me. They’re ETA are honest and direct. If they’re going running behind dispatch informs you through texts. The majority of these delivery services don’t do that. They don’t forget about you and it’s nice to feel important. On to the menu WOW! Wow! Amazing selections! I only purchase from HAZE because they always have new products, recent packaging date, the prices are in point, they have a rewards program that’s also great. If you’re looking for a delivery service/ dispensary forget about the rest, go to best and that’s HAZE!

I’ve been ordering directly from them for about a year now. Great variety for flower and edibles (my preference). Consistent levels and amazing customer service. Also like that they have VIP/ rewards points.. nothing better than money off or free product for being a loyal customer! Only feedback would be to maybe add basic effects of the products online. That was the ONLY thing I actually liked about weedmaps.
