The Black girl who works there is ignorant. She gave me a attitude because I didn't know you had to call and order in I mean I understand you have rules and I respect that but getting ignorant with me with her little attitude was not needed. If she don't like her job she should work somewhere else. And it has nothing to do with race cause I'm black too. I will never go there again

I live in the area and went and first visited here primarily due to it being the only nearby option, Have been here twice both of which have been good experiences. They keep their menu that's on their website updated according to what's in stock at any time, and also offer different random deals of the day, everyday of the week.  Last Friday I stopped in and it was 20% off all carts and disposables, which makes a big difference given how expensive product is in this market right now, and especially the Harvest PA stores (only downside I've encountered). Definitely will be returning again. Oh & they do a discount for first time customers at the shop.

I love this place!!! Very quick and efficient people are super friendly and very very knowledgeable about the products... and they always have different things from the other dispensaries

I NEVER write reviews and I typically have nothing but good things to tell people from past experiences here.  However, today was unsettling.  when I arrived and checked in there was a line to the back of the store.. which is understandable since it is a Friday evening.  I had a few questions regarding the weekly special and other promos going on and waited til it was my turn @ the window to inquire.  The guy behind the glass was awesome the last time I was here (I remembered him) but this time around when I started asking questions pertaining to the promos I received the absolute WORST customer service.  He was snark, short, and kept telling me to lose my place in line and come back when all I wanted was info.  Information from an associate.  I didn't realize that is a no-go @ this establishment.  He even left his post and had some other girl finish my transaction stating I was being difficult.  The girl that took over seemed nice and more people friendly however, not a single thank you or anything when handing over the goods in this transaction.  I said thank you and left.  Unreal.  I am extremely disappointed in this kind of sales hospitality.  I guess if you have a business that generates $$ regardless of a properly trained and courteous staff it doesn't matter for the bottomline @ Harvest.

Highest prices in the state, everything here is $10-15 more than it is at any other dispensary but harvest is the only one in the area so there's no competition. Service can be very cold and awkward some days other days you get someone really kind and enthusiastic. I just wish us patients weren't abused by this monopoly, gauging medicine prices should be illegal.

Great service and a great selection. I love that they do Franklin labs on Fridays it's a great mix and match deal  Will keep going here when i'm in Reading!

Went in for a purchase yesterday. Get in line because I wanted 1 thing, and when I get to the window I get screamed at that I have to leave the line so I can write down my order. I explain it's simply one thing I'm asking for, this lady proceeded to scream again they she will not take my order because it's not written. I don't think I've experienced that bad customer service before in my life. I was also on my lunch break so I didn't have time to get back in line. The other lady behind.the counter takes me and apologized for her coworker. I don't understand how a person who screams and yells and has no real customer service skills is working with people. She continued to do this to every person. Also refused to answer another customers question. Ill make sure I never shop here again. Don't waste your money and time

When they first opened the place was great nice wide selections. Now it's a joke mostly hybrids and over priced to compare to other. But I come here to support local businesses instead of outside berks County. Not mention waited at the window and line for almost a hour to have them move a snails pace and one worker went on a 20 minute phone break while the other must have taken a 15 minute nap in the back with a line all the way to the other side of the store

I absolutely love Harvest HOC Medical Marijuana dispensary on Lancaster Ave in Reading. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Its clean and they only let so many people in the back to purchase their items. If you need help or have questions they are very knowledgeable. I love going there.

This location just keeps getting worse. The employees you interact with are polite and I can tell they're doing their best. Whoever manages this location must have no idea what they're doing. I've spent a total of 3 hours on the phone to place an online order and have NEVER had the phone answered...not a single time. I wrote this entire review while listening to the 10 second loop they play while you wait. They are understaffed, never enough workers. The entrance procedure is clunky and confusing. Half the time I have no idea if/when I will even get inside the establishment. Sometimes there is a SHRIEKING alarm that sounds constantly in the waiting room that the employee has to come out from behind the desk to silence. Half the time I feel like I need to go get more medicine somewhere else just to deal with the experience of getting medicine here. Once again, all the workers I have spoken with or interacted with are perfectly fine. It is painfully obvious the issues reside with people higher up in management. Please....get your act together. If you weren't selling a highly desirable medication then you would have ZERO customers running a store like this.

this location is rough. the employees are nice, but the female manager is rude. I had asked for two 7gs, and used a $25 off coupon. i was then given an 8th instead, so when I brought this to the attention of the employee, she said she needed the manager, and it can be fixed. no problem. 5 minutes later, the manager walks out, helps another guest, and then comes over. when she was fixing the issue, she never told me what was going on, and just gave me a total. I had thought I was just going to pay the difference, which I assumed was easiest, but she then said I had to pay full price. when I was just double checking I got my coupon, she snapped and said “math is math, she didn’t do anything wrong.” and started to walk away. I said, “She did, she gave me the wrong product,” she then repeated herself and said “math is math” and turned to the girl and told her she was doing great. It’s not the first time the manager has been unprofessional. She swears loudly and talks about how much she wants customers to “stop coming in because we’ve been so busy and want to go be able to start closing up” to the other employees as if we can’t hear her. If you want a good dispensary with people who know a great deal of what they’re talking about, go to Beyond/Hello on Cherry St.
