I had purchased a replacement oil cartridge on a Thursday afternoon. Friday morning more than 1/2 the oil leaked into the battery chamber. I called harvest and was told to email the manufacturer! I NEED this pen to manage my excruciating pain- it really helped. Never got a response from the manufacturer so I called Harvest again and was told the same thing. I told her this is medically necessary, I didn't purchase a toy! I'm in pain for 3 sleepless nights now and told the girl this is like buying a defective product at a major retailer and having them say- SEND IT BACK TO CHINA AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY! This is a medical product to manage symptoms- that's why a doctor approved getting the card. Harvest shows NO compassion towards its patients, no matter how grave the situation,  or about the products they sell! I will also be driving to Phoenixville or Lancaster from now on.If you need serious help for a serious condition- this is NOT your dispensary!

It USED to be a pretty good place when I first started going there.. But in the last 2 months, the selection of Flower has gone down to nearly nil! And more importantly, the price for their products has steadily gone up and up; nearly 30% for every item in just the past 2 or 3 months! I initially chose this dispensary because it was relatively close, however, I will now be taking a trip to Phoenixville or Lancaster, where the choice is MUCH better, and the prices are where they SHOULD be!These dispensaries were meant to HELP us, NOT squeeze every bit of money that they could out of everyone!!!

Pretty apathetic staff that can't handle the crowd when the system goes down. They will force you to wait outside for hours and won't tell you anything. Prices here are the most expensive in the state and it's the only dispensary in the area so it's a corporate monopoly on medicine. There's some good people here but the entire system is generally flawed and I can't recommend this one with good conscience. Selection is small and never consistent.

I have gone here from day one. They have always been respectful. Answered any and every question I've had, even the simple ones. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Harvest is my go to in my home city of reading. The staff is always polite and willing to go out of their way to help you!!

Great staff, and as far as dispensaries go this one is top notch. No complaints here

Awesome place, people are kind and know their product! Love the smell when first entering the business. The smell provokes a feeling like going into grandma's house as she baked cookies. Doesn't smell like cookies but I get a warm and fuzzy feeling none the less.

Give Barry A raise??? ???? I love this location..I always have a warm welcoming entry. All the staff definitely deserves a High Five !!?And a raise .. I recommend this store to anyone that has their MMJ card..Thanks for everything you all do.
