Love the new shop! Same great staff and products as the other two locations! Keep it up!

They were so friendly and their online ordering and pick up was so easy to do! Definitely will be returning! Also very clean establishment with clear signage and helpful employees!

So I loooove the gallery but I keep getting the same weird attitude from one employee there at the Canyon Road location. I come in and ask for the Kronik Joint deal (which they hardly ever have in stock and that's not their fault but they do keep advertising it). If I get this lady she always is super short with me about the deal. I am just there to get weed not an attitude about their pricing. The other employees are super kind always suggesting other products; this lady just stands there annoyed with me and telling me they don't have those and they only have some other lame ones in its place. Since I don't like the alternate brand I asked to peek at some others. This annoyed her. Why? I am the customer and I'm being very reasonable I just didn't prefer that one brand. And it's always the same lady being rude! I'm irritated enough to write a review. She corrected the other employees in front of all of us other customers. I felt bad for her coworkers. Maybe she's just stressed from all the COVID stuff I understand. But please take a moment to let your employees know we love them and we want them to love us too. We tip them for good service. I didn't tip today and I felt like a jerk. But I just couldn't.

Fantastic place! They seem to have stock of everything you could want, the tenders are well informed and friendly. The location is really easy to get in and out of the the store has a very friendly feel to it. I will be returning despite the distance from me, well worth the drive!

The staff is nice but so slow, I understand that a manager or a shift lead has to serve a medical minor but god damn I have to sit there and wait for 20+ minutes to get served!! That's ridiculous I'm just sitting there watching  10+people getting served before me. Why am I sitting here waiting 20+ minutes to be helped for 2 minutes.

I was visiting from FL and decided to check this dispensary out. They have great quality products and knowledgeable bud tenders. I wasn't too sure what I wanted and she helped me find something just right. The Gallery has a wide variety of good quality products. They are also very affordable compared to other shops I've been to. I will definitely be shopping here again! Only downside is they only take cash.. which is why I gave 4 stars

Bought an eighth, very very very dry and very hard. Would not recommend. Was told all sales are final. Going tomorrow to try again

Just went here to this location for the first time a couple days ago and I was really impressed. Brenica (sorry if I'm misspelling your name) she was amazing and had excellent customer service such a sweetheart and she went above and beyond for me and looked for things on her own in the back for me for products. I ended up getting a joint and steam roller. Amazing prices and deals here! Spent $20 out the door! I will be coming back because of Brenicas customer service. Fife location could use come work with products and customer service and needs to adjust on prices but this location is GREAT :)

Thus is the only dispensary I'll go to! The service is always great, clean, friendly staff and a wide variety. I usually go online to place an order. The wait is never long for them to send a text that my order is ready. I never have to wait in line. It's always in and out!!

Wow-it was amazing to go into a dispensary that didn't try to oversell! The really nice guy who's helped me the last 3 times I've been in was VERY nice, helpful, & answered any & all questions I had...which btw was a lot Lol! They also have different items on sale every day of the week, & they always will let you know. Every single item I've purchased from the Gallery has been great, & I have zero complaints

The products are outdated or too old and dry and the prices are high so that probably explains why. And if you are a medical patient the most they will Discount you is 10% which is b/s because you're not supposed to tax on medical. The medical tax exemption is significantly higher than 10%. If you do happen to buy from this location always check the harvest date. It's not worth paying your hard earned money if you are risking to get something that's old and dry. I've been in this location 10 times and all 10 times I've been disappointed mainly at the price and the product. Only time I did not feel completely duped was when I bought a Vape cartridge and some edibles. Shops like Northwest cannabis connections and Commencement Bay will have the exact same products or more for much less plus they give constant deals, a point system or a loyalty program and each day has its own deal. My last seven visits at Commencement Bay I was getting 30% off.

Prices are too high and the products aren't that great. I will definitely go somewhere else now.

Great spot did online order on a cookie strain and a electric vape the transaction was smoothe didnt take long of a wait so much selections on any strain

The Gallery has great people who are kind and helpful. The store stocks a nice variety of products at different price points which is nice because I can stay within my budget. I usually let the person who is helping me know how much I want to spend on a particular product unless they ask first. The glass & wares store next door is nice, too. There are so many unique, beautiful and fun items - it's definitely worth a stop to check out this store as well.

They help you right away and the Staff is always friendly. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

Fast and friendly. Just got off a long shift at work. Thanks to the Gallery being open later than others, I was able to get get in quick, get exactly what I wanted, and met some very nice employees.

Small dispensary with friendly employees. Only reason for the missing star is that they could work on prioritizing customers who make online reservations. There have been times where I've made a reservation because I'm in a hurry, but still had to wait 5-10 mins for the walk-ins to be addressed. Still a great dispensary though.
