Friendly and informative staff! Huge selection and daily specials are awesome! This dispensary is open every day of the year!

Wouldn't take back a product they sold they had quit working after two months. Then called me petty as I left the product with them.

First visit was fine. Second time I Called to see if they had what I needed and cost since its cash only. I was left on hold on an open line. After 30 minutes listening to transaction after transaction and every conversation I gave up. I went to Green Collar Cannabis and had excellent customer service by Devon and it was less expensive.  So guess who gets my business....

I've been coming here forever and the manager was just so rude to me I couldn't even describe what happened really. She jumped into a discussion I was having with a cashier about a policy about online ordering, and they were both just really rude right at the start. Then I started getting upset (felling attacked) and she told me to stop rolling my eyes at her, and one thing led to another and she told me to "get the fuck out of her store!" I was kind of shocked I guess at this point because Ive never been kicked out of anywhere ever lol I said what?? She's like " Hurry up and Finnish your order and get out of my store" obviously the whole story isn't here but the manager who says her "mommy and daddy" own the store was maybe having a bad day or something but I have never been treated like that by someone, especially if she's the owners daughter you think that me being a long time, almost every day, dedicated customer she would have maybe not have been so rude so fast. I even tried apologizing for getting upsets and that for next time I would know the policy and she didn't want to hear anything i had to say. I work in customer service and I have to deal with some upset/hostile people and I would never treat someone the way I was treated today.

The absolute best place to go. Happy and very helpful people. There are lots of places to go but there are not any like this place. THE BEST!!!!!!  A customer forever!!!

All staff members are knowledgeable with the products, so whoever you get after waiting in the roped off queue area will be able to help with anything in the store. Prices have been consistent with other shops in the area, plus 15% off Monday-Thursday before 10am and 30% off the last day of every month. I like having Safeway across the street so I can load up on munchies for the inevidable later on.

This is one of my favorites! Friendly staff, and great prices! So happy they're open until 11!Only problem there really has been is the poor return policy. Otherwise another great weed shop!

Selection looked pretty big. Came to select some CBD products. Would not recommend coming here unless you already know what you like, and want. They weren't able to answer a basic question on what is the strongest CBD product they have, so I left empty handed. Went to 112th Street instead.

I only occasionally visit this store and probably won't return. Yesterday it took over an hour to get inside and get service. The guard who let people in disappeared and left the line just standing. People kept showing up and cutting to the front of the line without any explanation from the staff. Turns out they were online orders. So today I intended to take advantage of the online feature. The website repeatedly hung up and froze. I called the store to get some help and after having to listen to one of the most annoying recordings I asked to speak to the sales floor. Once speaking to a human I commented that the website wasn't working, and he replies "yea, we hear that all the time, just keep trying it'll eventually work" wth? Why don't you fix the problem on your site I implored. "Oh, I'm just the security guard, I have nothing to do with that". Terrible. No one cares over there.

Don't forget your ID as you have to be at least 21and they card you right when you walk in.  Very friendly staff, very helpful.  Everything is behind the counter but displayed in an organized manner and visible. They have edibles including hazelnut chocolate. Serious candy shop for pot heads who are visiting or live here as recreational use is legal here. Friend says the chocolate is good...word isn't out on the smokeables yet.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I visited 3 times and will NEVER shop here again. The people you rely on to give you accurate information about their strains are more than happy to lie to you about what you asked for and then hide behind their no return policy when you come back 15 minutes later with your receipt and unopened packaging because you caught them in the lie. So they gladly take your money, defend the fact that they did it and do nothing to make the situation right. Absolutely disgusted with the service and their products aren't that great either. Find some integrity or get out of the game, hardworking  people who spend their money in your shop don't deserve to be taken advantage of. If I could give negative 50 stars I absolutely would.

Don't come here if you are a minor medical patient unless your lookin to get kicked out and embarrassed for trying to get some medicine.

I used to go here to get prerolls. The last couple of times that I have bought them here they were super weak and it was like there was barely any potency. I understand that prerolls aren't the best way to get high, but still it was like there was nothing in them. Super disappointing. Also the customer service is hit or miss in my opinion. Some of the people working here are nice, others aren't so friendly. I think there are way better places to get product in the area.

DO NOT BUY vape products or cartridges here. They only have a 3 day return/exchange policy, even if you have packaging and receipt. I literally bought a vape pen 4 days ago, and after charging it for hours at different outlets and bases I can't get it to pull. I took it there and they "tested" it in the back, and they brought it out, saying that it's magically functional and said that the cartridge has "air holes" that won't flow if you screw it too tight, and lectured me about a button. It's still not working, still not pulling, I know you don't have to push a button, and I know how to screw on my cartridges. I'm not a novice, and I just wanted an exchange. They could have taken me outside so I could show them, as we did at my old job when I was a Budtender... but they didn't and just assumed that I was full of it. They only are getting two stars because the bud tender was a polite person. Don't buy anything that you have to charge or screw onto a vape pen. Absolute no purchase security or trust.

Alright place. Wish it was cheaper- its up there. Has this areas better growers. Rotates stock, so check back several times a year.

They still require masks even if you are vaccinated.  That right there tells me that they are too stupid for me to do business with swift.  I prefer to shop at businesses that have a little common sense.  Pretty sure a brain dead vegetable has more sense than these people

So disrespected by staff. A younger boy acted 'too cool got school' because he was either high on the job of just lazy because he couldn't enunciate any of his words on the products. He had no knowledge of Wyatt strain does what, and after working in a dispo for 7 years, I felt like I was the one giving him training. They rush you in and out, and look irritated if you request a different strain than the original ones that brought out to show you. I will no longer come to the place. I spend pver$100 a week here, but they have truly pushed me away and it hurts because I had so much go to say about them and now my experience had been nothing but tainted.

I would love to brag about Sasha. I have come here on and off and this last week Sasha helped me with a lot of knowledge within different products and different vendors. She really set a high standard of the other customer service I have received in here. I have never gotten bad service ever just unexperienced bud tenders but again a special thanks to Sasha I appreciate your amazing customer service and for starting my days out right!

Since this place has opened I have never once had a bad experience. Everyone is respectful and helpful. Not sure why I go anywhere else because I usually regret it. They have the best deals around and I get good vibes from the people that work here. I always feel comfortable here and leave happy. This is the best dispensary in the area. I drive from lakewood to come here.
