This place is great! Great member benefits with a very friendly staff! One of the best shops around.

Nothing wrong with having 5 rec shops in a 5 square mile radius of each other. With that said, I was eager to try this heralded "organic" strain they have here over the others. Even though it came out to be the same price, from the same company, the product wasn't really the same strain as advertised on the menu. I know, and I'm usually not a nit-pick guy but it was a kind of lack of knowledge by the bud tender that made me give this place a 3 instead of 4. For instance, I asked about the strain listed on the menu, if it was indica or sativa and I was told it to be a hybrid. Since the strain listed on the menu didn't match up with what was on the package I had no idea what I was really smoking all said and done. The competition is tough around here so I would just say that bringing your A game, every day, with every customer is essential as keeping an updated menu to reflect your inventory.

Never go anywhere else for my herb. Friendly staff, vast knowledge of all products, this place is AMAZING!

There are a lot of businesses in the area opening up that do what Crockpot does, but I find the staff here to be knowledgable, pleasant, and easy to work with. I had an issue with a faulty product about a month after they opened and though state regulations made remedying the situation long and tedious, the owners were helpful and fixed it asap, constantly keeping me updated. Try the Berry White or blueberry sour cream pre rolled.

Went to check out the Tacoma store. Had $100+ to spend, but the staff wasn't knowledgeable and seemed very racist towards me. Great deals, but staff that doesn't know Cannabis just isn't worth it to me.

Very good recreational shop. I personally don't prefer THC. More of a CBD user. They totally catered to what I wanted in a professional manner!

Great place to go. You never ever feel rushed they take their time and explain everything even if there is a person waiting. And as always great prices! And great people!

I am a medical patient and very sensitive to pesticides and when I asked for pesticide free rosin, I was told that Phat Panda products were pesticide free and the rosin I would be getting was as well. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with the staff here and their lack of knowledge. Not everyone is trying to get high and since the state has removed medical marijuana dispensaries these shops are the only option for patients so if you are going to appropriately serve your customers you need to be making sure your employees are educated, and definitely not rude. On 2 separate occasions they have been rude to me and this time did not offer to make things right and was told "well we don't have any other pesticide free rosins" that definitely doesn't mean to lie and sell someone a $60 gram that could potentially cause issues.

Update: I have to give a shout out to Melody. She is absolutely awesome. She gives the best suggestions of what to try, is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Sold me 3 grams of stale wax from lifted that was over a year old. The brand is good this dispensary is terrible. U want old stale product go here

Any time I'm in port orchard I make sure I stop here to re stock my bud ! Best place to go to get multi packs of infused pre rolls. I always seem to not find them in other stores. Very helpful in helping me find what I want because most times I'm not sure. They have good deals and prices on top shelf buds !

When you go to have the best thing telling you know where to go here and there they're everywhere
