I purchased a vape pen from this store, it quit working in 2 weeks and they would not stand behind their products. They told me to take it up with the manufacture. I even informed them that I would never buy from them again because they do not stand behind what they sell, and they didn't care.  I do not recommend supporting any business which will not stand behind what they sell. Very poor customer support

We have a choice in who we support these days when it comes to MJ. These guys and gals are great. I like toAsk for bud tender recommendations and have never been misled by the gang. They also remember me (I'm not in there that much) and know what I like and make personalized recommendations based on prior feedback. Always friendly, respectful, and stocked.

I love the staff at Herban! They are friendly, knowledgable, and greet me like an old friend.The store is clean, neat, and easy to view the products. I highly recommend visiting and finding out just how great these guys are!

Trevor has helped me out the past several times. He's the man! He knows his stuff. He nice and friendly. I've been to alot of pot shops in several different states. Trevor and Taylor are top notch and easily the best in the county. I won't go to another pot shop because of Trevor and Taylor. Best of the best. If I owned a business, those two would be people I'd want on my staff. Great guys! Will be back just because of them.

Told me if I say magic word I don't need mask. But they all were massless when I entered. Never return. Better prices at Kitsap cannabis and staff awesome

I wish I could give this place over 10 stars!! These guys are super fantastical and incredibly helpful and kind!! Best customer service I have experienced in a while! The prices and product variety were most excellent and all my questions were answered with a courteous informative response! Grateful there is a wonderful store like this close by that my family can benefit from!
