Website contact for questions didn't work. Rep on phone was unbelievably curt and rude. I/8 0Z. limit on flower is ridiculous.

If you need to get high or cure cancer this is a good spot to do it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Kinda pricy but better than a back alley drug deal.

I personally have not had good experiences here and have not gone back in about  year. I have read a number of horrible reviews and have no plans on returning. I go elsewhere.. I find it interesting that the only reviews that get a response from Temescal are the good ones. Apparently they have no interest in correcting or addressing the issues that people express after paying they're hard earned money here. Not sure why they are even still open

Employees are very friendly and they're doing well with accommodating customers with new changes due to COVID19. I thought the online order and pick up system worked well and was quick and easy.

The Herb was prepackaged so it was dry. It smelt like hay because it wasn't treated properly

very rude worker at the front desk on Sunday afternoon at approximately 2 pm, I went inside after a customer who was leaving held the door for me and the young lady at the front desk screamed at me for walking in without showing my id (which I was not aware of that) and wanted me to go back outside to show my id into the camera. I replied to her "I'm already inside, what is the sense of that?" she said under her breath "a**hole" At this point I asked her to repeat what she said but would not. She doesn't belong at the front desk, just no people skills or any amount of class.

The customer service is horrible. We had trouble ordering online and when we called the store for help the girl who answered the phone was super rude. Do not recommend.

I've been going there for about a year because it's convenient. Customer service was always fine until today when  when I was "helped" by an older female manager in Pittsfield. I missed a note about a pricing policy when I'd ordered online, so I asked if I could modify my order. She (and another employee) seemed most interested in blaming me for the mistake, obviously didn't want to accommodate me from the outset, said they had very little product left despite the website saying otherwise, then claimed they're not responsible for the website.When I got noticeably annoyed at her stonewalling, she claimed I yelled at her (which is a lie) and told me to take it or leave with nothing. It was like the Bill Burr bit about phone customer service representatives who don't want to help you, so they drag their feet until you get so frustrated you swear at them, then they hang up on you.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are better places nearby.

The reviews for this place are sooooo inaccurate on here. I drove here from buffalo NY yesterday & I was greeted by a very friendly security guard who checked our ID's & let us in. My friend even had a problem ordering & he took care of it for her right away. The staff inside was extremely nice & friendly. I was cashed out by an African American guy (super cute, don't remember his name ) he was sooooo helpful & friendly. It was worth the drive & I'll definitely be back here. Quality of everything I bought is on point.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would.  Worst dispensary experience I've ever had and I've had a lot.  We didn't realize there was an appointment system so when we arrived "early" the girl (skinny, long blonde hair in a braid) made sure to let us know just how much of an inconvenience we were over and over again.  Even after we told her we would leave since it was such a hassle.  The selection isn't that great and the weed smells like hay because it's handled improperly.  I would not recommend going here when bloom brothers is right up the road.

I was not familiar with other dispensaries in the area at the time. BR is not the place to go instead of Temescal Wellness. Go to Canna Prov or Theory Wellness instead.

Buyer beware Do not order online!This place is taking advantage of covid to take advantage of their customers The website offers discounts on various weights right above all the products that are not eligible for the discountThen at the end it gives a total and says discounts will be applied at checkoutBut when you get there they say there are no discounts for this you can either pay much more for what you ordered or reshop other products for the price you expect.If you're going to have to re order, there is no point in pre ordering anything.Also the security woman has a really bad attitude.I will not be back

These people are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide variety and they helped me survive the madness of the pandemic. 10s across the board!! Well worth the trip!

I have been to most dispensaries in western Mass as a medical patient but I have always consistently had the best experiences at Temescal Wellness. Preorders are always fulfilled within minutes, their strains consistently have some of the highest THC's in the Berkshires at close to 30%, and their med prices are the most reasonable compared to other dispensaries in the area. The staff is some of the friendliest I have ever encountered, and they have great product, and I am always in and out. Highly recommend.Edit: I am lowering my review from five stars to three since a lot has changed since Rec has opened back up. The thc levels on the strains aren't consistently great anymore and haven't been for weeks now. Plus, they often put the highest testing thc strains on the rec menu only and not available for medical. Unfortunately I am not as impressed anymore as they seem more driven to cater to recreational customers than medical.

I love this place! Always get great goodies from here and some things have a discount! Place is awesome. Great staff, very helpful and even the Paul Blart mall cop out front is alright

Staff were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. In and out within 5 minutes with all the goodies I was hoping to get. Quality flower, I love it and so will you.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and easy to get to. Best prices on flower and pre rolls compared to other dispensaries. Good selection of product and accessories.

The CBD formulas are potient thx guys

This is an okay dispensary but unlike others in town, the website does not offer descriptions of what you might expect from a given product.  The other dispensaries' websites do.  Also, I have found it much easier to ask questions and get answers that don't include obscure language that likely only a highly educated cannabis connoisseur would use.  Also, this is a large corporate company and I prefer to give my patronage to small local businesses.
