This dispensary has great people helping you sort through the inventory . They are patient kind and very friendly. The flower weed I purchased was just what I was hoping for. I had a great education. Berkshire Roots is fabulous!!!!

Such a smooth operation. Staff was very helpful. This was my fist visit and I was very comfortable. When I go back I hope to get better educated about other products. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

I have worked in customer service for 15 years across a variety of businesses, and I can say without a doubt, Colleen did a spectacular job. She was out going, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She answered our questions, offered suggestions and made the experience a real treat. She never once rushed us, she never seemed anything but the perfect person to work with. I will definitely be back and I recommend it highly!!

I reviewed this dispensary back in January’20. Since then, they’ve added online ordering, they’ve added more and better in house strains and they even get product drops from places like Nova Farms and Natures Heritage. The staff is still extremely friendly and helpful. Quality has not been lost during such a rapid growth!This will always be my main dispensary when I come from NY!
