Best place in OC to get what you need for sure.!

People are getting scam here prices here are overpriced there making money off you. You can go to a dispensary in Detroit and get a ounce of weed for 100 dollars of some really good weed

First time picking our order up, we emailed it so we could ask a question about deli prices for their specials. They have deli specials but the website says they aren't available for online orders. Yet you can't go in to the store. It was confusing. My husbands order was wrong when we did pick it up. We selected no substitutions online if they didn't carry something we wanted, yet we still ended up with a gram of a strain we definitely did not order or were interested in. It wasn't even similar to the strains that we did try to order. Of course we didn't notice til we got home and looked. They do offer a 15% veteran discount, but they will not allow you to use it if you are purchasing something on special. Kind of pointless. Sunburst in Cambridge offers 22% and allows you to stack the discount with their sales/specials. The employee at the window was very nice though and they do offer some good specials. Just need to figure out how to actually order the in store specials online since in store is not available. They also really need to double check their orders and make sure it's correct. Call or send an email if anything if they aren't sure about something. My mother had 2 or 3 orders that were wrong from them as well. They once forgot to put one of the containers of her order in the bag so she paid for it bit never got it. She had to turn around and wait in line again to speak to someone and by the time she got to the window what she wanted was sold out. I know mistakes happen and they are very busy so things will get misplaced or overlooked occasionally. But when it's happened to the same customer multiple times then they should really make more of an effort to make sure it doesn't happen again. Or at least offer something like a discount or free pre-roll for inconvenience.

There are about 3 employees there who actually do have positive energy and the rest of them made me feel unwelcome I can take a hint you obviously don't want any my business so I'll be moving on thankyou to all of you who treated me kindly I'll miss y'all see y'all at a smoke fest maybe peace out
