I have supported this dispensary since they opened. Will never spend another dime with them. An employee spread a rumor that was 100% untrue about my personal life. Don't know why, but completely innapropriate. I am a patient, this is a medical facility. My private life (especially a lie) should not be spoken about to employees and patients. UNPROFESSIONAL AND A VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY. Don't go here if you respect your self. Apparently I'm not the only patient that this has happened to.

Omg they are the nicest people. There was a slight mix up with my order. They were so friendly and accommodating. It's worth it for great customer service. Definitely will return.
The staff is nothing short of amazing!!!! My mother in law who is elderly is also a customer here and they treat her with such kindness and are always going out of their way for her! My husband and I cant tell you how much we truly appreciate it!!!! Every single staff member is soo sweet!!!! Where can you say that now a days!? Their products are always top notch quality as well
Added new update 3.10.21 Love the staff love the prices and most of all the owners! Need to update 8.27.2020 The new hires are so kind I love everyone here. The new men are great to look at and of course sweet kind and caring. Update 3.10.21 yet another positive experience I lost my job yesterday. I was feeling down about coming in since my vape broke. I'm in the parking lot now trying not to cry. I'm thankful that the hi tide team is part of this community. Thank you all so much
