This has to be the best shop out of all the other dispensaries out in la , they not only accommodate to your every need but they also go above and beyond to make sure that you leave feeling fulfilled and satisfied with your visit , I really love when I go into any business and it feels like family , one of my favorite budtenders is John he is always makin sure I get everything that I need so if you ever visit this shop just ask for John and you will be a happy camper , I guarantee it (:

I love coming here. The guy at the counter is awesome. He's such a good help when you can't decide what to get. And he's so nice and patient. I  "HIGHLY" recommend this spot. Another bonus: great parking!

This place is sick the weed is wonderful! Prices are awesome. The only thing is that they charged me for taxes that didn't make sense. Last time I was charged around a 10% tax down to pennies and this time I spent $30 and I was charged a flat rate "tax" of $10 and it was extremely sketchy... $40 total and last time I spent $40 total and paid $44 and some change with tax. Something weird is going on with that. Very awesome bud tenders though besides that.

I went here one night in December and was very happy with their prices and their product. They did not have what I was looking for in stock. Huff, the guy working there, was so helpful. The products he recommended areMy new favorites. They have lots of specials.

This place is the best so far. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel very welcome and took the time to explain the products to me. Great energy from the moment you see the place.

Good dispensary! Super friendly staff. Went in for some high CBD flower, and they had just what I was after. I was a first timer in this shop, and they threw in a $1 pre-roll. Walked out feeling happy with my bag of goodies:)

i had just left after sending my boyfriend in to buy sativa/dominant hybrid and he comes out with a bag no receipt (fine). drive to my gas station and search the strains to realize he was given two indica dominant hybrids which is the exact opposite of what we asked the woman for-so i drive back to HAI myself and they are closing/closed by 10. i catch the security guy and let him know i got something i couldn't smoke and he helps me out- tells me to pull up and i go inside to exchange. not sure names of the guys helping me but everyone was very nice and i appreciated how quick he was to exchange for me. very good service- please make sure the girls are aware of what they are selling!! i understand it was late and closing but giving people exactly what they didn't ask for is a whoopsie that cost me gas. thank you to the guys in the parking lot for helping me out and bringing me inside for exchange. amazing customer service for that in my book.

After some trial & error with choosing my cannabis shop, H.A.I. is top choice in the CSUN area of the valley. Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful , compassionate & the collective genuinely cares about their patients . Don't spend anywhere else, they have THE best products !

Sent me a text for product updates even though I did not sign up for anything or even reach out to the company.  I am in Sacramento. I have no interest.

I called to get information about how the delivery usually works. A male picks up the phone he didn't sound very happy, I asked my questions & he didn't seem to care or be very helpful midway of me asking a question he likes "hold up" I wait on hold then a hang up.  I WAS gonna place an order online NOT anymore how unprofessional & rude. Will not be spending my money here.

Easy to find, alway a parking spot open, fast service, great employees and customer service and best of all, Quality product!! Some people don't understand that these people do their best to provide the best for us. I love this place!!!!

They sent me a reply:"Hello Jeff. We did sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, as we did not lose your order, but there were simply overwhelmed and we had hoped to get a driver out to you before the legally mandated dispensary closing time of 10 AM. Our last driver was making every available effort to complete all orders.It was me that you spoke with on the phone, after closing hours, and I attempted to apologize and make it right, but I was unable to do so due to the large amounts of yelling and threats I was receiving from you.We also did not appreciate the large amount of continuous ringing to our landline from a 'not listed', 'out-of-state' phone number the very next evening, which took down our entire phone system for the rest of the evening. You managed to take a series of unfortunate events within our new delivery system and made it a personal vandetta to 'punish' us...while hiding behind your wife's name and picture ID"---------------------Here's my reply to H.A.I.:Thank you for the response. My name isn't Jeff, but good guess!My name is Michelle. I placed the order and, after waiting 2 hours, I called and spoke with a woman at your office who told me that she remember our order, the driver had it with him, and that we were the next stop. She promised to call and check in with the driver and then she would update me. We waited another hour and she never called back, so we called you back. We originally placed the order on my husband's phone, which quite frankly shouldn't matter.When, after many calls/texts, you didn't answer, we tried calling on my phone. You answered after the first ring. It was apparently you, sir, who spoke with my husband when he explained that we had been waiting three hours for our order and asked for an eta. You told him our order was lost, then you said it "somehow" got canceled, and then that you were closed and couldn't help us. You never once apologized (you were on speakerphone, so I heard). In response, he told you that he was going to leave H.A. I. a bad review, and, I will admit, he did hang up on you at that point. He never in any way yelled at or threatened you. But you know, good try! I really appreciate your response to my review, because you yourself have just proven why no one should ever, under any circumstances, order from your dispensary. Well done! *golf clap*

Nothing but good stuff to write!The parking lot has plenty of spaces. Covid instructions posted clearly... nice, clean exterior too. When going in, on left, I was greeted by the security guy... checked my ID and offered a smile. Directed me inside, and wow. Nice, clean, well-lit 'showroom. Again, greeted warmly. My call in order was ready. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Overall, a great first impression. My OG Kush is spectacular quality. I can't wait to go back!Thank you!

I’m high It has me teleporting, I went to the past. I did some war crimes I think, they made me feel it down to my bones as punishment. I tried to fight it but it kept pulling me back, I over came conquering . I’m back sometimes for long other times for a short amount. Don’t let them take me. I feel like I’m becoming more grounded. They take me but I keep coming back. I’m not high at the moment, I’m grounded, these aliens taking me back it’s a possession. I know what goes on in areas 51 it’s so clear now. We’re at the end of this world and journey. We are going to see the end of this, we can survive humans band together we can defeat the terminator it made me see war. It got me talking about a cannibalism restaurant, it got me talking about its chicken leg arm and roasting. It had me seeing a show that actually showed an ulternate universe. My friend herlyn is so pretty, she kept us going like a good leader does through war. She tried to ground us and she fought long and hard. It’s cold on here, but if you are reading this, you made it out alive. The den is sleeping now, slumber is upon us. Quiet. Rest and peace of this time and twilight zone. Dun dun dun. O_O Would recommend kanha gummies 10/10 ??

They have an assortment of edibles and tinctures, but seem to rotate them often. They don't have exhaustive knowledge about them so do your own research. Seems more like they know about the plant and bud they sell. Definitely got home once to find one of my tinctures expired in 3 days and they wouldn't help me get a newer version and sent me to talk to the manufacturer directly. Otherwise, they are clean, quick, and easy to work with.
