Sorry won't b going back there. When u buy an ounce anywhere else they charge u the ounce price even if u split it 1/2 and 1/2 with two different blends. This place charges u per their 1/2 ounce price it ended up costing $30 more here. Not a good business plan. When I told them that this was a poor policy the guy behind the window didn't care. Plenty of better places out there.

I can only smoke Sativa, last time I shopped here the attendant gave me indica, I had no idea and was smoking an 1/8 of Indica for the last two weeks until I went in and told them what I had last time, "uhh that's indica". I slept all, day, missed worked, stopped being artistic, (I'm an artist), it basically ruined my last two weeks. They didn't care that they gave me a product I'm basically allergic too. Then I got a different 1/8, the last time I went in, sativa, and I've been sneezing, itching my eyes like crazy, I have a stuffy nose and can barely swallow. Never had a problem smoking before, but I'm obviously allergic to whatever is going on with this weed. I can't smoke it. Again, I've never had a problem smoking before and the indica they gave me, although it turns me into a vegetable, I could at least keep my eyes open for more than a minute without wanting to punch myself in the face because it itches so damn bad!!! I guarantee they won't do anything to right either one of these wrongs. I'm not messing with this place again

The manager was rude and unprofessional when I had a problem with my ID. He said "what does this look like a Home Depot!?". Lol I said I'll go get my weed from Home Depot from now on. Place looked nice... If you like licking kardashian butthole

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS unless you prefer dealing with some overly predatory consumer conduct by the closely watching management. They make up their rules practically on the spot. As the manager, Vladimir was told this works in Putin's Russia, but in this country such tactics are beyond unwelcome. This customer attempted to explain Vladimir's misleading price incentive offer led to him violating California Business & Professions Code section 17200/17500 which carries misdemeanor penalties. See. When they post one price plan and "on the spot" refuse to abide by it in favor of a BRAND NEW unprinted price plan, that is conviction worthy, in this reviewer's opinion. The whole reason Vladimir is allowed to sell marijuana is obedience to California marijuana laws, but California has consumer protection laws. He should not feel empowered to break those laws. For that reason, there are so many other sellers within a short drive, it makes no sense to patronize this location. Yes, the girls at the counter are nice. Illegal business tactics are not nice.

I'm a frequent customer, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been very nice and professional. They're also very helpful and knowledgable. The facility is very well kept, and there is a large variety of products to choose from.

Wow worst experience ever i think.. L8r...They treat u like ur not a customer and even when trying to put a smile on and keep positive they just ruin ur experience... i give them 1 star out of 50.....Dont go here guys!!

I dont know why this place gets any bad reviews, I've been going here for awhile now and have a great experience every time. The girl at the counter is always super nice and welcoming and everyone else is just as sweet. The place is always kept up and very clean and comfortable. Haven't had one bad experience yet! Highly recommend.

Go to Master P in Woodland Hills. The hard candies here don't have any THC inside them. I've taken three of them now. Nothing. It's supposed to be 10 mg each. They don't smell like marijuana at all. The ones from Master P smell. They also charge tax here. They say it's the law and if someone isn't they are going to get shut down. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. They also put a sticker on the bag that says they didnt tested for THC which is required by law

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had Samantha help me out yesterday. I don't smoke weed much, so I had no clue what I was shopping for. I have REALLY bad anxiety to the point my hands can't stop shaking, and I asked what she recommended. I asked for oils, but they were out, so she recommended me the Select CBD (Cinnamon) vape pen for relaxation. I tried everything for my anxiety, but nothing has worked. This CBD pen is magical lol she walked me step by step about everything I needed to know about CBD, and she was awesome and very friendly. She answered any questions I had. 15 minutes into a couple puffs of my vape pen, and my hands stopped shaking and I felt at peace. Definitely will come back for the great customer service, and to try a different flavored CBD pen. They definitely won me over as a customer with their positive attitude and willingness to help!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is the most unprofessional and immature business owner in the history of all businesses. Worst prices, or in their words "deals," bc they're super stingy with their product and literally one time even overcharged me- (yet he had the nerve to blame ME for HIS mistake when I went back to get the money he overcharged). Plus, even worse, he just sits behind his little glass animal cage taking all your money (acting as if he's better than you back there), and honestly, he has always treated me with complete disrespect even though I was a loyal returning (at least 8x) patient (but not anymore!) I would really only go bc it was convenient to go there mostly.. But the quality of the herb just quickly and steadily kept going downhill as I kept going as did my patience for dealing with this guy, until I made the smart choice and stopped. It is totally worth going a little further up reseda to hart st. to a much more deserving and professional shop. What kind of owner holds grudges against loyal returning patients? CPR's! Worst FTP deal ever too- and only hires lil' ditsy types of girls he can easily control to NOT be nice or generous to patients. On top of all that AND having dry herb, this place does not seem like a business that offers equal employment opportunities (not one male besides his creepy old self works there at all and the all girl staff are all young and let's just say- not overweight (hired by a total superficial wannabe macho perv owner!) This spot truly doesn't deserve your time!

Been coming here off and on for years. They don't have the best weed selection at the moment but I gotta say I fucking LOVE Lydia. She's literally the best and is always so excited to see me. She even asked me how my dog was doing during my last visit. Honestly feel like she's a friend I've known for ever. You guys make sure to keep her around because I'll probably travel to her next shop with her. ! Lydia, you the best sweetie !! All 5 stars for strictly for Lydia

On the pricier side. Limited Selection.Employee's are super friendly.Security guard is a bit of a nut job, could use some training and people skills.Overall good experience. Clean store.

Was my favorite place, but they just raised the price from 40$ to 50$ an 8th since store is no longer partnering with HOTBOX. I drove out to this shop all the way from NOHO. Had to say goodbye. Thank you to the budtenders for their services. It was great while it lasted. New owners , listen to your workers- they know best.

This place used to be awesome, new owners are ruining it. I think the new name is going to be hot box or some bullshit. Went in the other day, not only did the person working the window know nothing about the product, but we were informed they don't take credit card, which is fine, but then they charge you $3.50 to use your debit card. Who the fuck charges 350 to use a debit card when they choose not to except credit cards. Talk about gouging, I would never go here or recommend this place to anyone.

These pot head cashiers know absolutely nothing about sales or customer service. Today I walked in like I always do got what I needed and walked up to the cashier to be rung up. First the Asian girl scolds me about showing ID the moment I walk in when that's on them to ask. There was nobody at the door asking me for anything so I just walked right in a picked up what I needed. Then as I'm waiting to pay for my item the ditzy green hair girl tells me to wait behind a guy who came in for a curbside pick up when the whole time I was there before him, plus there where at least 3 of the airheads that could've rung me up but they choose to waist my time. So I asked for my ID back and walked right out, I was prepared to spend $40 plus on an 8th. But they were super unprofessional and lost a long time customer.

I'm only giving two stars because it's close to my house. Guest service here SUCKS!!!!!!! Worried about covid? They aren't! You can find customers not wearing masks and breathing all over the product here! I'm so disgusted right now. Take your business else where.

Consistent good service.  Call ahead if you want to check inventory.Best prices ive seen.  Just a great place to shop!
