I'm not happy at all with my experience that I didn't even get to have. I pulled up at 9:50 10 mins before closing and one of the security guards rudely told me "we are closed". As I was leaving 4 other cars pulled in and were turned away. I'm disappointed that the security was rude and acted like I was in the wrong when they were in the wrong for closing early. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I work retail and I know the policy is the you take customers until you close not before.

This place sucks ballz.   1.) they never answer the stupid phone which is located at the reception desk, meaning the only job reception has is answering that dam phone.  2.) the people that work there have crap attitudes except for a couple people.  Lastly, the building itself just gives me bad vibes. Highly would NOT recommend coming here, unless you wanna have a bad day.

I have a valid California ID! It has a crack in it!! A CRACK!!  And I was not allowed to shop!! I have been to stiizy before.. I will for sure not spend another penny on their product nor will I be recommending anyone to any of there locations! And go ahead and give me some stupid response it won't fix me driving 35 miles to your store to spend over a hundred dollars to be denied !! If I was some kid with a broke a$$ ID then maybe I would understand but I am 34 year old person whom is obviously not under age!

I was really excited to come to a stiiizy store for the first time and it was a horrible experience. No type of good customer service. Staff are rude. Took over 20 minutes just to get ringed up. There system wasn't working. Their protocols are unethical and dumb. You only get 10 minutes to shop a first deal and they don't tell you until last minute. Over all never going back.

Sadly upset. I live in a state that does not sell Stiiizy products. I was a first time customer so I wanted to use the great deals they had to buy FULL gram pods... The staff member that helped me clarified with me on multiple occasions what I wanted and confirmed FULL gram pods... I purchased 5 pods, was told to open and check them to make sure they worked before I left town... Upon opening half of them they were ALL HALF gram pods. Very disappointed, I will not be able to use the deal again, I clarified more than once what I wanted, and I don't have Stiiizy distributors where I live.

The service and staff are ridiculous. They need fire everyone and start all over they need happy energetic people!!!

I went to the smoke shop across the way from you guys, I can't wait to finally build up the courage to go in your smoke house.

Awesome staff awesome product never align always friendly and I'm always happy when I walk out I think that's what matters most as a customer! Please come see for yourself and enjoy the ambience here at this location. Nothing less than satisfied every single visit. Too many choices to choose from when it comes to flavor and quality and I promise everything looks amazing especially the live resin. I can't get enough of the watermelon cherry pie or the three kings OG.

One of the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to. It was sooo clean in there! Top shelf pods and kits. Bianca was a great help! She was very knowledgeable on strains and guided me in the right path to get my needs. One of the kindest, helpful bud tender that all greets you when you walk in. I got nothing but good vibes when I walked in the door? Great people here! I’ll be back soon to re-up ?

Fully stocked with everything. Awesome variety. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable!
