Don't waste your time here. They're like a sales pitch instead of a traditional dispensary. I wanted a high percentage Indica oil cartridge and I asked for the percentage and he did not know and he did not want to have to ask. I asked twice with no help so I left. Plus they're inventory is weak too

People inside are nice-- checked it out because stater brothers next door provides coupons on their receipts. Front desk lady has an attitude though. She made me wait outside for no reason when there were a couple other people doing nothing and not maintaining social distance. I was 6 feet apart from everyone and had a mask. Don't appreciate it when it's 99+ degrees outside.

Whatever this place becomes make sure to thank Antonio, super good customer service, very helpful and informative. We came in with the notion that it's another cannabis store, we left feeling like this will be the store we think of if we ever need any cannabis

I'm surprized! The reviews are bad. I get the edibles. Always fresh and potent. The staff are always professional and friendly. The place is clean. It doesn't seem too expensive to me. I always leave spending less than I intended. They did run out of some stuff I wanted like the root beer sodas and choc bars. I still found some things that worked out. 1st to 3rd visits

Bunch of no goods hanging out in front - no masks, social distancing, etc. Big sign in front says, "Recreational Cannabis." Avoid at all costs.

Great dispensary! Always well stocked and friendly staff! Fast service and i love their rewards program !! That Mike tho!! He's always very rude no matter the time of day! Get some rest buddy !

The facility was very clean and organized with staff wearing masks and following social distance guidelineS.   Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with explanation about their products.  I am very satisfied with their products.  Will definitely be back for more.

Everything is goodbye except one tall worker with a badge was going to restroom with his mask hanging on his chin .maybe next time I'll give 5star

That was the last chance for Shango. Always out of stock for what I need. I showed them the difference in the gummy's that I buy one place and the ones I buy from them. They're always dry and hard at Shango. they ran out of the daily special. Twice! They wanted to compensate by giving me a pen battery. I just went there and asked for a product and the guy was telling me everything that he had which didn't Include what I was asking for.This guy was too stoned to comprehend what I wanted. So it's goodbye to Shango. far too many places that want  my business.

Definitely not impressed. I've used you guys in the past, and thought quitehighly of you. I got home to find out that I had to pay 17 extra dollars in taxes on top of the product. Used to having the taxes included. Didn't have what I needed, didn't offer to call any other stores, no idea when they'll have more product in. Tried something new for twice the amount of money at $32. Which I think is highway robbery.

This place used to be the SPOT!!! I would love coming here from Riverside, always felt welcomed and left satisfied but now. Now it's a place where if they don't remember you, you don't get the same standard of customer service. Customer service is part of the service. IDK.

I use to like coming here but they seem to suck at stocking and the people working in the morning like get it together. I placed an order online and when i received the text that my order was ready I went in and they literally helped every single person in there and when I asked one of the lazy guys in there they couldn't find my order...like are you seriously gonna have me waiting here until you figure out how toDo your job?? Last time coming here have spend way too much money here after that so long suckers!!!

Good customer service.  Bonus star for including the buy-one get one for $1 edibles I didn't know about (delivery order).
