I stay right around the corner from dispensary so convenient .. great staff, everyone is welcoming.. S/o to my budtender Morgan and Raya.

Corporate stiff feel in this place. Like American Psycho prices. The prices are so high and they didn't even let me use my American Psycho coupon, just like in the movie. Price comparison to Vegas or California is about 6 times the cost. Literally 6 times the cost. If something was $1 in CA, it would be $6 here... 1/2 gram vape is $70... You all are suckers. If you are going to partake, move somewhere else, you are getting ripped off and this company knows it. They hate you and take advantage of you... Go grow some.. it's literally a weed... What a joke this place is... I asked why the prices were so high and the employee said "No competition" and this is how I know... THIS PLACE HATES YOU AND IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I walked out before purchasing. What a joke.

My fiancé and I go here on a regular basis. We LOVE this place!! I'm originally from Portland, OR where recreational marijuana has been legal for some time now. Comparing this place to the many dispensaries in OR, I have to say that this place is very impressive. Their building is neat, clean, and their process is very well organized. Still waiting on a bigger selection of some of their products and merchandise. While many people like to go for "the cheaper" option, I will always choose a dispensary over buying from a stranger. The prices for their products, I believe, are mostly reasonable because of the great quality.

Fast service, friendly and knowledgable staff. Great location with plenty of parking, I'm glad they updated the rewards program. would definitely recommend them!

I love this place thanks to the staff, especially Thomas who knows his job in and out. He went above and beyond in helping explain the different types of strands. Thomas was really patient with me and assisted in a happy purchase. I hope everyone can treat customers as wonderful as Thomas does! Highly recommended!

The employees at Ascend are all extremely helpful and look forward to assisting patients. As a patient I can say firsthand from what I’ve witnessed, the leadership team sets the tone. Brittani, Alex, Chase, and the rest of the leadership / management team have a singular focus and that’s ensuring patients walk out the door knowledgeable and happy about their purchase. This focus extends to the employees who happily answer any questions, and provide recommendations to new or experienced patients. If you want to feel welcomed , if you want friendly staff, if you want a seamless experience, and most importantly, if you want great medicine, you should come visit Ascend Montclair. ✌?

Very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and friendly. I knew nothing and they helped me every step of the way. Bob took care of me and he was very helpful and so nice. Definitely a great dispensary to go to.

The employees are super helpful and super knowledgeable! Shout out to Gina and Mike for their help and input! They suggested to me the lozenges and tincture and answered all of my questions and concerns. They advised me how I can use them and added their own personal experiences, which reassured me and helped me make the best choices. Ascend always goes above and beyond and especially Gina, who has helped me the last couple of times I've visited and I always leave with confidence and a smile that I'm bringing home the best products for my needs. Plus: I LOVE that they have a rewards program!

First time checking out a place since I got my license, and it was super easy to order online and pick up. Jeffery was incredibly sweet, answered all of my (too many) questions and even answered questions I didn’t know I had. The facility is small and clean, and all of the other people were lovely as well.
