One of my favorite dispensary in south Florida always good vibes when you walk in. Your always being greeted with a smile ;) the guys are knowledgeable and show care and concerns to your needs as a patient. Today I went to visit the stores right before the holidays kicks in. And it was as always a nice experience- I was serviced by Michael J ans he is super sweet and totally as always made sure I get to use my discounts & specials and always try to accommodate, he help me find the right Strains to use for my conditioning and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. So this was my first visit after getting my card, I had a great experience from start to finish. There was a short wait but Michael who worked up front was great and we were cracking jokes the whole time. Once inside they asked what I was looking for and had it all. I'll definitely be going back

The other day when I went to trulieve to pick up my order. Someone told me they were out of stock but the gentleman Josue sent another employee to go check in the room and they found it. Also, Josue notice their was an issue in my account that happened at the dadeland location. He was very courteous and patient. Showed extreme customer service. He noticed I was frustrated with the wait and the error but he kept assuring it'll get fix and apologize. Honestly, he made this stressful situation way easier for me. I left satisfied.

Alright Trulieve let's  tighten up now...Just because you all are the BEST dispensary in Florida since I started shopping there doesn't mean y'all get to play with these strains!!! I need SpaceBomb in flower please..I'm an old g not an og no not that lol and old g..I can't be doing wax and shatter and stuff. I  need some flowe raw paper and a filter to get my party cracking!! And I need to be contacted b4 it's out 4 sale cuz it's some savages out here about these meds...MYSELF INCLUDED!!! I would be lying if I threatened to go some place else cuz I feel there's no place else to get quality meds...So with all this brown nosing truth telling I've done.....How's that request looking? I went for an in-person appointment with the doctor . He was great and so were the staff Jesus D and Jorge . I would definitely recommend this location , they're pretty on point

This shit is weak AF! Do not go here, it's not worth your time. You'll be paying way more than you should, and you get products with an oddly low THC level.

Uriel was very helpful and knowledgeable on their products and cannabis as a whole. I recommend this location above other Trulieve locations due to shorter wait and location.

Great dispensary, lots of variety of products offered. I receive exceptional  customer service, especially Michael J. He is an outstanding and very helpful employee.

The standard of professionalism.  Trulieve provides exceptional customer service in confortable, clean, safe, and professional environments.  My first visit was amazing.  The staff walked me through all their various products, explained the difference of the products you can buy within your Dr prescribed levels in each category be it Oral or Inhalation.  Very thorough, very knowledge, and they made the entire experience super easy like any other consumer experience one would expect.

What's the point of making an online order for pick-up if they still make you wait an hour sitting in the car outside. They really need to find a better way to become more efficient at their pick up services.

I Love this location,the whole staff is friendly and smart, i don't have to wait as long as the other ones ever. Even on a busy day. And Trulieve in general just at the top of the game they got it all.

It was so steril... not like the dispensaries in California or Colorado. The vape medicinal I got were awful.  I need sativa and the oil felt more like an indica oil.  The taste is not vibrant and just bland.  It felt like a waste of money as it did nothing for me or my ailments.                       But what urks me the most,  is why the phuck does FLORIDA think they are not part of the US and should consider ZERO WASTE LIVING?   the stupid vape cartridge came in a tube that came in a small box that came in something else!! WTF....   WHY IS ALL THAT TRASH NESESSARY???   Besides all the stupid promo material - that is SO UNNECESSARY - why not tell your customers to read about it online instead of all the printing we the customers - are paying for???  WHY NOT LEAVE A GREEN  FOOT PRINT INSTEAD?Why not just sell the product and leave the bullshit behind....phucking  flori DUH!!!

Super friendly & helpful staff! Good quality products, great deals & promotions (on various products) but they always sell out super fast! I usually wake up extra early on the days they have specials so I can place my order as early as possible & the website throws you off (multiple times sometimes it's taken me an hour to place order) & when u try again it says product sold is out! I really like their ground flower & mini specials; I love that they have the RSO & were the first ones in Miami to have it (I got a deal once of buy 3 get 1 free or something like that & I immediately took the special bc it was a great deal)! Unfortunately, I was only able to get that special once and I always ask when they'll have it again but they don't know! I am disappointed that Thursday is ground flower day & tomorrow is thanksgiving day they should've changed their special for the week so patients could still get what they need or like! High quality products and super great friendly & informative staff but should do better about letting their patients know about specials & any changes they have!

3 stars cause products are good and 1 out of the 8 employees there try to help patients. Great products. Terrible wait times. Impossible online order for pick up. Arenna gave great customer service considering the circumstances. Patients should never be made to wait over 2 hours with not even an update, then they guy at the counter has the nerve to make me feel rushed as if I'm bothering him! If they had a menu board or price list menu I wouldnt have to ask so many questions. I'll keep shopping at One Plant where they deliver fast and friendly service to patient.

Lousy prices and bad supply. Always a long wait and order is never available even thought it was placed on line the day prior.  Products are good but some vapes are custom to their own vape pipes.  The location is near the airport and difficult to get to.  I never tried the delivery option

I had 2 amazing experiences at this location. First and foremost all products purchase from here were amazing. Prices were a little less pricey than Knox, much closer to black market prices. My only request would be a larger area to sit for patients, I arrived early on a Saturday. Standing sucked but I learned that if you order in advance the line is a fraction of a wait.

Used to be my favorite dispensary but now their inventory is always low. Theres an hour long wait even when you order ahead and they tell you your order is ready. And yesterday I placed an order, was never contacted to be told that they canceled the order due to lack of product (again). It makes no sense Bc the product is GROWN and they are one of the few ppl BANKING right now there is no excuse not to have more staff and product on hand and no excuse not to contact a patient about their order being canceled since it IS medicine for some! Then the guy on the phone was a total sarcastic dick about it....Looks like I'll have to start looking for other dispensaries if you know any respond here.

Selection seems to be decent. However the wait here is pretty long - at least 20 minutes the few times I've been here. If you're trying to fit in a stop between appointments or errands I'd rethink that strategy. Update: 9/15/18. Placed online order for pick up today. I arrived and stood in the "lobby" for over 30 minutes. My question at this juncture: what exactly is the point of online ordering if one still needs to wait around?Final verdict: unless you have literally nothing else to do, just pay the $25 delivery fee.

Was at Trulieve on Wednesday and Jose help me, and inform me of things I didn't know. I appreciate the knowledge, makes me make wiser choices.I feel I should learn something every time I go. Thank you Jose.

I use to go to the Trulieve by Dadeland mall because it's closer to me, but one day I was telling a friend how they barely have anything in stock. So whatever, he recommends me to the "Trulieve by the airport" and I went. Ever since that day I have never been back to Dadeland mall, here they treat you like family. It may not be so big like the one in Dadeland or that close but it's definitely worth the drive!!! I love seeing everyone when I go, Sharon is amazing she is super cool and very caring. Then!!!!!!! DEE MICHAEL JACOBS lol jk but his super cool too and everyone is just so different but all come together like a team, it's a very welcoming environment! As well as the people that go to that Trulieve they are nice and talk with you, making any wait a blink of an eye! It's just bahahaha amazing!!!

I wanted to take the time to comment on how amazing this location is. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. I do want to point out that Arenna R is my favorite staff member she is always in a great mood and so welcoming.

Seriously this is the best dispensary I have gone to in Florida.  I love the new crumble.  Plus Michael was absolutely amazing today.

I am a first time patient. I went to this dispensary not knowing how it all worked. After waiting 5 minutes in the lobby and getting checked in, we went to the back and a VERY knowledgeable salesman helped us. He took his time, explained everything. We are 100% happy and will return soon.

I have been coming here pretty frequently the past 2 months. I did not like the way I was talked to the last visit so I will not return, also the inventory does not change. Very boring. There's plenty of other dispensaries in Miami. Employees need to be more respectful !!

I always enjoy the service here,staff is truly knowledgeable and Kris is always super helpful. I never feel rushed and he's always willing to answer all my endless questions. Amazing products - you get what you pay for. Taste is clean, distillation and purity are as good as you would get anywhere in the nation for both shatter and concentrate. Trulieve has the true medical grade product that no one else in Florida yet has. They are a cut above. I would suggest getting the delivery, or setting a pickup order and ignoring the reviews that are whining about pickup. Its designed for preorder, so if you walk in and demand service you are probably a bonehead stoner like some of these other reviewers. Five stars, period.

Yes, I'm a fan, but honestly I must say that my review is colored by the fact that I seem to be locked in here. The system just works that way.They have a fair selection of products, but the people who work here are just not as helpful and knowledgeable as they should be. I was there around 10:30 AM on a Tuesday morning, and a little worried as the parking lot was full (but there was no other customers/patients in the building at the time), yet the person helping me was impatient and certainly in a hurry to get me out of there.You must do your homework in advance before shopping here. Use the Trulieve website along with general medical cannabis sites (along with a knowledgeable doctor) to figure out what products may work best for you. If you don't know, you won't likely get much help here.The first time I was in here (a few months ago), the staff certainly knew what they were talking about and very helpful. They were very interested in directing me as to where to start, which products to use, and how to best dose the medication, as well as providing specific details of state requirements and how the overall system worked.

When you come here it's a must that you ask for Daniel.  I was hesitant going but after spending time with him explaining everything I felt so much better.  He is extremely knowledgeable. The drive from Aventura to Dadeland is well worth it to have Daniel assist you.

The team was very knowledgeable and friendly.  Ashley was great as my rep.  She talked me through the different products and was patient with all of my questions.  Enjoyed my visit and would come back.

I've been to other dispensaries and none of them have a selection as large as Trulieve. I love this place so much.

Since acquiring my MMU card I have been to my local dispensaries and find Trulieve at 4020 Northwest 26th Street; Miami, FL 33142 to be one of the best. Always friendly upon entry. Knowledgeable about their products and the laws of FL and other states. Staff is relatable and considerate to their clients needs; Nathalie was the agent who helped me with my most current purchase, (1/10/2019). Trulieve is current with their supplies and at a cost, that seems to be market value. Hope this helps the next person decide on where to purchase.

Called on Monday for a delivery. They called back on Tuesday and said some of the products were out of stock but they could deliver a partial order to me on Friday. They were very polite and accommodating when I cancelled my order. Drove to Miami on Wed. Standing room only in the waiting room. The armed guard is shouting at a woman and her husband because they simply asked why 3 folks went ahead of them. This place is a freak show

I was a first time customer  and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found Michael J to be especially helpful I'm explaining the products, how to use them and he helped me work within my budget. I highly recommend!

Not much parking, it can be busy. Good selection but can be expensive. You have to know what you're buying here and how it's used if you don't want to spend a ton every time. The flower is great but in almost indestructible containers made for a $750 vape; no smoking or using a alternative. Had defective vape products (both battery and cartridges) so the products can be questionable quality wise.

The people who run the dispensary are knowledgeable and friendly.  The selection is pretty good.  But--and this is not the fault of Trulieve but of the State of Florida and douchebag politicians in Miami and Miami Beach who are preventing dispensaries from opening, making Trulieve only one of two dispensaries in the county--the lines are IMMENSE!  I have only been there twice.  First time it was pretty mellow.  Then I went in October and it was insane.  Took me an hour to get my meds.  I drove by the other day and there must have been 40 cars parked in the lot and didn't even bother to try.  I did their online ordering, which was easy, but they charge you $25.  It's probably worth it but if you don't want to or can't pay $25 for delivery, the dispensary itself is crazy busy.  Not sure how to avoid it.  Come at opening?

Terrible! Out for the money and not concerned with the patients welfare whatsoever! They are supposed to be providing a nurturing way to help medical patients with filling their prescriptions! Instead of correcting mistakes and problems when someone complained they insult and belittle them on social media! SMDH

Trulieve has been my go to spot. For most of the time they will have what I want in stock and if not they order it for me right away. Last time I went in I got flower for the same time in a dispensary. Tony helped me out and was the one who actually told me they had flower there. I had been three or four times before and never saw the actual flower until I asked. Tony was very helpful. The only drawback of this place would be it's waiting times. Sometimes it might be really quick but sometimes you might take 1hr+ just to get your meds. Hope they improve their traffic! Apart from that it's a wonderful place. I've bought a few cartridges for the TRUSTICK and have loved them all. They indeed have more power than the regular cartridges you get on the street it's the "real deal".

Trulieve has been an all around great company, from the great customer service at the dispensary, to the phone customer service and consultants, even the delivery guy. They have the most variety and we'll stocked inventory. Everyone makes you feel comfortable there and they are actually knowledgeable about the products, having made the best, most effective recommendations and described the different strains.

Michael was very helpful in helping me find my medication and I enjoyed my visit and will be back fosho. As in Berto  and Christina I just love the vibe. Best peeps

The waiting room is small and wait time is a problem on saturdays. Team is very skilled and friendly. Parking space is also limited for handicapped vehicles. But despite these minor issues you will be fine and usually the inventory is pretty good.

I have been a customer of Truelieve in Miami pretty much since they opened.  The staff there is top notch and super helpful. Chris helped me last time and was just a great person, super knowledgeable , courteous and professional!  Thank-you Chris for all your help as always you're great!

This morning I went to the Miami location ( near the airport) to pick up my order before work! and realized a huge sign about a special offer of 25% discount!! But it was only available after 3:00pm!!! Why?? that doesn't even make sense! ended paying full prize! just for being early at the store...This is the dummest and marketing strategy I have ever seen and unfair to the rest of the customers! Starting to really regret being a trulieve customer! So many good dispensaries in the area..

My first time in that store and the staff was more than courteous. Denise made sure I got all my discounts and signed me up on the computer she was extremely kind, also Mike was extraordinarily helpful he made sure I went in fast and Jose was so patient, so hard to find such great help. Was supposed to get an interview today at 11:30 . I asked her if she can send the address a day before , I didn't get no heads up for my interview nor the location... I'm blowing up the person that called me in but they're just not picking up ....????

Always a great experience when I come in to pick up my order. Today I was helped by Michael J who has helped me numerous times over the past year. Michael always gives me great recommendations and I trust and rely on his opinion every time I come in. Michael takes his time and explains all the new options and what he thinks will help me the most for my situation. End result the store is great I don't go anywhere also and extra kudos to Michael J!

Awful awful! I visited the store for the first time about a month ago, and everything went smooth... Now I have tried to place an order online to be delivered, and I have been trying to get in touch with the store since yesterday, and nobody works there because I keep waiting for 39 minutes and no response from anyone. It doesn't matter if you call the 1.844 number or the 786 nobody picks up the phone!!!!! I hope you know you have lost a customer.

Trulieve is a joke. I have my MJ card 2 weeks and not only visited Davie store but place 6 orders for delivery. Every single one had a financial mistake in TL's favor which they reconciled but I had to catch it! Every order was delivered either 1, 2 or 3 days later than promised. Kim Rivers should hire me to straighten things out so she could give customers better pricing or even make even more money but surely not managed well now. She has 3 days of money pending on the delivery and costing her plenty of profits in poor cash flow.

These guys (and girls) rock! I used to go to Dadeland but have been coming to this location since I moved. The staff are awesome. I call ahead and let them know I'll be coming and want to do "curbside", I'm in a wheelchair and such a mission to have to put it together back to back. Anyways, the guy Michael J. Who helped me yesterday was great. He made "dime piece" jokes and was informative about the products I ordered. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. Will continue to go back to this location and look forward to meeting the rest of the staff!

Child proof contains are adult proof too.. never going to Trulieve again.  Service is poor

The location is always clean and inviting. Paul's level of professionalism, customer service, and flow management is remarkable. I am in a better place because of their help. I am grateful. The experience at Trulieve Miami was quick and beyond easy! Everyone there is so friendly and made the first time processing painless. What can you say about the best ran place in the industry? I've been to them all and none of them come close to the professionalism and efficiency with which this establishment is ran. They allow you to order online and "check in" a few minutes before you arrive. This allows them to have everything ready for you. There's almost no waiting; in and out (easy peasy). The entire staff is so friendly. It all starts with Mike up front but truly they all make you feel like you are walking into Disney World when you come through their doors.They truly must love their jobs.
