Great products! Got some blue dream that was amazing and some lemon olive oil that adds a little excitement to salads lol Fernando was great and patient! It was my first time and I had a lot of questions that he genuinely didn't mind answering! 10/10 strongly recommend. Thank you

The following complaint is directed towards the Trulieve store located in Dadeland fl (Kendall )The treatment that is being dished out to PATIENTS is completely unacceptable.  From sitting in a parking lot for hours, just to be told sorry the medication you ordered is not available, and to take this other's medication like it or not.  I can't for the life of me not understand why they send a text to come and pick up a medication that's not even available.  This is not the first incident there have have been several instances as I just described. So then I told my DISABLED wife don't worry you can just order and have it delivered.  Well it turns out that that was an even worse nightmare, after placing an order for delivery on Monday I get a message saying it will be delivered Friday.  It doesn't end there after waiting all week for the medication for my disabled wife, I get a text saying sorry we missed you call the 800 number to reschedule! With absolutely no attempt to even find my house in a gated community, or to make any verbal contact This is absolutely ridiculous! There is no way to speak to management or corporate! What gives!! My wife has been treated like complete trash I find this completely unacceptable,for her or anyone that is disabled for that matter to spend hours sitting in your car at a facility parking lot. I hoped to receive a call from @krivers123, Kim Rivers (CEO), office or from someone who has some kind of authority at trulieve, but nothing, only apologies from a rep at their 800#, in fact if you go to their Instagram page you will find numerous comments on their posts of upset patients. The company is not acting like a medical treatment center, the company here in south Florida is worse than your local crack dealer! It's disgusting!!  It seems like trulieve is solely focused on opening dispensaries and no customer service what so ever. This is exactly how it goes, you place an order online to pick up medication, after doing so you get a confirmation stating "you will receive a text when your meds are ready for pickup".  A couple hours later a text message is received from trulieve stating "your meds are ready for pick up head on over". so I load my disabled wife into the car and take her to pick up her meds, upon arriving my wife checks in and the trulieve rep/employee asks for my wife's medical card.  They hold on to the card and ask that you wait patiently in your vehicle or outside.  Almost three hours later you receive another text inviting you in, where you sit and wait for another hour.  When you finally make it to the counter the trulieve rep tells you sorry but the 10 medications you ordered are not available, we only have two of them. All of this takes roughly 6-8 hours of your day.I don't understand why trulieve sends a text to come and pick up meds that are not even available? This company is complete trash and disgusting hopefully the Florida Dept of Health does something about the way they're this so called patient care center

Sent the email to customer service on Sunday & still no response.  The guy checking in patients was rude.  Employees kept coming out & leaving for lunch.  The guy checking in patients would go in & chit chat with other employees then come out & not call anyone in.  Very disappointing.

Best MJ dispensary E. V. E. R. prices are about the same at every dispensary, but trulieve has more specials every month. Every time I come to this place I am greeted very professionally (Adriana), the place is extremely clean and organized, won't take long for you to check in and get inside to purchase your medical Marijuana.Trulieve has more variety and prices are more competitive, don't let get started on quality, there's no way I can compare anything to Trulieve's MJ.Thanks Trulieve for sharing with us your great products. I used to avoid this Trulieve and go to the Central Miami location. But now that I've met Marilyn, my faith is restored in this location. Excellent budtender - knowledgeable, patient, honest, and efficient. Hopefully she takes care of me when I pick up my order tomorrow!

I have had nothing but great experiences in the actual stores. That being said..........Trying to get anything delivered is a NIGHTMARE. Do not bother trying to get a delivery. They are not prepared at all to handle deliveries and their system and customer service for deliveries is pretty awful.They arbitrarily cancel orders and do not communicate they have done so. There is no follow up.....and they leave you hanging and not knowing what the status of the order is.If you're going to offer deliveries at least make sure you are prepared to handle it.In store = A+Deliveries = F

When I arrived at Trulieve Kendall I was politely greeted like at every other medical marijuana shop, however, when I: the customer ask for INDICA SHATTER, we expect indica not a "sativa dominant" shatter. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to drive almost 30 minutes to get the wrong product. I didn't get the young lady's name but...how does she work there if she doesn't know what product to give customers when they ask for something specific. If she's new she needs to ask whoever is training her what indica shatter is cause she's clearly not aware. This was huge fuck up, sativa marijuana takes my anxiety to another level. But thank you for trying I guess. I'm so thrilled that I just wasted $65 for something to give me more anxiety....So thrilled!

The BEST dispensary ! Great value, costumer service , and excellent quality. They always have great sales and promotions. I have been to many dispensaries in the US and this is the ONLY one I have ever heard to allow returns/ exchanges. I have done it and  there's never an issue. The staff are always courteous while keeping the establishment very sanitized/ clean even during the COVID 19 Pandemic. The selection and staff has made me loyal to Trulieve. Highly recommended them.

Overpriced but I'm happy it's legal. My biggest issues that I'm here on a Monday at 1:30 and I have to wait 45 minutes even for a pickup. This industry is too big for three stores to be the only ones open in Miami.

I always have a good experience here but my last one was stellar. Justin A. not only helped me select the correct items but was so knowledgeable about everything. He also gave me little tips that really helped my experience. Leslie R,Ivan R. And Fernando R. also directed me in the right direction to look at products I never saw before. Overall my experience was top notch. Most importantly they all took the time to inform me about the products and didn't rush the experience.

I have enjoyed the customer service I was given last week at the Kendall trulieve location I was helped by expert Marilyn she explained everything to me all the different strains, what my doctor has prescribed how to consume it and she made great recommendations for my first time. Thank You Marilyn for such care and for knowing your products so well and not just sell me things I really don't need. I will return to this location.

This location is in a small strip mall. When you enter, you are greeted immediately. The waiting room is very clean, well organized and plenty of seating. After you are checked-in, a budtender will call on you to the dispensary. If there is a problem with your file, they are very knowledgeable and are equipped to resolve it for you. My budtender was Fernando. He was very friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining everything about the methods and products. Fernando was also well informed about the Florida laws regarding the uses.There is a 15% discount for the first purchase. There is also a $75 discount on a purchase of $150 for the second visit. If you are a veteran, you will get 10% any future purchases.They use a point reward system where you receive 1 point for each $1 purchase. You can then redeem 500 points for a 10% discount.

Leslie, Bennet, Marilyn, Fernando and Christy are the best employees in this store. I never have any issues when they are helping me out and if there ever is an issue these are the few that have done whatever it took to make it right. Trulieve should be blessed to have great employees like these. All other still need A LOT of training as they are NOT knowledgeable of the products they are selling. There are also employees at this location that have VERY POOR customer service and this is something that should be rectified immediately.Overall impression, The bud sold in this store is probably the best in FL.

I really like this place, the staff, and the products. The place is really nice and everyone is very kind and professional. There's parking available which is a bonus. I have had a consistently good interaction with everyone when I have gone (a few times a month). Marilyn, Fernando, Leslie and everyone else whose names I don't know are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They have rewards points, specials and will replace your vape pen if anything malfunctions. They will also let you return & exchange any product you're not satisfied with. I have exchanged a few products I wanted to try but weren't for me. No problem at all. The delivery is a nice service (although $25), the drivers always communicate really well and are really sweet when they arrive. I'm a fan! I highly recommend.

Don't even bother sending an Email back they won't make anything right just a complete disappointment go to Rise on Kendall and 116th or fluent on 97th much better customer service and no ridiculous wait after your order is complete for pick up I've been a rise customer now for almost a month and I love them I even have some friends that stopped going to trulieve and switching over to rise and fluent the only thing going for trulieve is their nice selection of buds but their customer service sucks as it's run by a bunch of kids who never smoked pot with no knowledge at all of what they are selling Trulieve does not care for its customers at all.

Really good experiences. Only for a couple of months I had to use the same strain because they were short, but it still didn't bother me. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Amazing staff...They have a great management team. My favorite is "Chris" he is very knowledgeable of the Trulieve products so ask for him. All around great team in Dadeland.

A first-timer's visit! I didn't know what to expect, nor really what I wanted. I was greeted as soon as I entered and had zero wait. Andy was my advisor and he was super helpful and generous with his advice and deep knowledge. I'll be back!

This is the only store in South Florida you should be visiting for all your mmj needs.  The customer service is excellent to say the least and the products are spot on as well.  Although we still are not where we need to be with our medical marijuana laws in Florida, these guys are always a step ahead of the rest.  Keep up the good work Trulieve!

My first time ever going into a dispensary today and I was welcomed by a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff! Decent variety of sativa vapes which surprised me, a solid amount of variety for flower, and the quality is A+. I waited in the waiting room for 1 minute and even if one day I have to wait? I will, because it's worth it. Christy served me and she was the best! I will be back.

I have been to many dispensaries, the amount of knowledge that the staff has is incredible. The variety is getting better every day. I have specifically been to other Trulieve locations, the customer service received at the dadeland location is not found at any other dispensary. This is true enough for me to drive over an hour, passing the other Truelieve Locations on the way just to receive the quality of care provided by the staff at this Location. EVERYONE THERE FROM ALL Sales Reps, the security guards, to Andy and all the other mangers are exceptional in their profession. This store should be the poster child for all other locations.

I went Wednesday (10/16) & Friday (10/18) at 10:05am.  Both days there was a 15+ person wait each time.  Being disabled, I left both times.  Amazing flower quality, but it's very popular most days, I think.  Oh, well.  Peace!

This was my first experience buying MJ legally, so naturally I was excited. I went afterwork arrived around 6pm, I was not seen until 7pm. I noticed some people who arrived after me were seen before me. That wasn't the worst part, I understand lines. The worst part was they were out of nearly every strain. The only thing I could buy was a sativa strain. So I bought it and it ended up keeping me up all night. Now I'm stuck with a product I cannot use. I don't understand why they don't have sufficient inventory to serve their clients. Very upsetting.

Everyone is always so happy and willing to help here. Literally everyone in the building is so informative and positive, they make you feel so comfortable. Once you go in everyone I've talked to have great recommendations and advice. Chris helped me the other day and he was so honest, he genuinely wants to help you. They really know what's best for whether you're suffering from pain or anxiety, you will find some relief!!!!!

Great selection of product types and strains. The highest quality in Florida. Frequent deals and discounts. Fernando R. is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made our experiences seamless and enjoyable. Would highly recommend for anyone, from beginners to highly experienced.

66 years old and first time in a dispensary...wasn't sure what to expect but BOY was it great. Troy was the perfect blend of professionalism, information and humor. Was able to give me much more information on strains and relief of symptoms than my dr was! Hands down this is an amazing find!!! Will be back!

My second visit to Trulieve Dadeland and i had the best time !  Leslie was amazing taking all the time i needed answering any question I had. The staff here is the best and the wait time minimal. So far I love every product i have tried... looking forward to learning more.Make  this your go-to; your only location... you won't be disappointed

This place was fantastic!  Fernando helped me understand my options and answered a lot of questions.  Would highly recommend this place.  Maybe a 5 minute wait as a first timer.

Christopher was excellent. He took the time to explain everything to me, and he helped me understand the different strains as well as the different forms of taking my doses.

They had zero customer engagement zero product knowledge not friendly I have been to other Trulieve locations in Florida's and service e was outstanding Miami needs to get there act together today you may not have competition but it's coming.  Overall very disappointed with this location

A phenomenal location. Christie was super helpful and had answers to all of my questions! This location is so professional compared to some. Trulieve has the best prices on the market, and the best products, hands down! The vape carts are very smooth, and any time I've been there they are 15% off. They have plenty of sales and unique products! Trulieve's product is top of the line. I'd compare it to being in Colorado again. We also got a free rash guard, T-shirt & hat!!

This location is welcoming. The people there are nice and pleasant. They answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation.

I have been in other dispensaries and this one is the best so far. Waiting room is plenty and you will not wait long. I haven't tried other brands besides trulieve or curaleaf to be 100% this one is the best in dade county, I still need to check Surterra, but at this point this is a great place, despite its distant location from NW Miami.

From check in to purchase, I highly recommend this dispensary. The person who works with me, Chris is VERY pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Salespeople can take a cue from Chris who knows how to make a person feel right at home:))

Today my husband and I went into the store looking for a specific strain for months! Turns out the employee Christy had the last one and was kind enough to give us the last one! If that isn't wonderful customer service from a great woman idk what is. Thanks again Christy for being so cool and kind I'll definitely be coming back with you!

Another awesome visit at Trulieve Dadeland! Each time I walk in I am always welcomed by LEONARD who is professional and friendly. The entire Trulieve Dadeland staff makes me feel like family. Today I was assisted by ANDY who is a wealth of information and he answers each of my questions thoroughly. Every member of the team is always up beat and willing to help. I have been to many dispensaries and feel the Trulieve in Miami off US 1, is the best place for me. The store is always clean, never have to wait very long and the employees are very knowledgeable and PATIENT! I have a myriad of reasons for using these products and Troy was super helpful yesterday!! He really understood what I was looking for. The best thing about Trulieve is if you're not satisfied or don't like something.... you can bring it back! Has saved me wasting money a time or two. Great company. High-ly recommend!

This place totally sucks!! always a long wait for pick up. more then 3 times they did not have what I ordered online only to find out when I got there and waited 45 minutes for a pick up. along with a rude staff in the front and a non existent customer service. With other dispensaries around with way better service....I won't be coming back

Hands down my favorite dispensary in Miami! I have visited every dispensary there is in Miami & although I prefer 3 products better at another dispensary but other than that, Trulieve earns my heart & business each time! The have the best selection of flower. They have something for everyone's different needs. They also carry the most variety of concentrates compared to all the others. I love these products, the variety to chose from & whomever wrote that the customer service is dry/fake or the employees have no knowledge of the products is also a crop of bs! Staff is pretty educated in knowing what all the products are & their affects. Not all employees are patients or some may not have tried specific products. That doesn't mean they don't know crap. Instead of lying to u and saying they tried it and making up the affects just to make u feel better that the person who claims they tried it. I rather then say the truth and be upfront than bs me. Regardless I prefer honesty. I love this store, it's products and employees! My #1 spot in Miami!

Had to update my review even though I gave them 5 stars before. I just need to stress about how amazing the staff is. They treat me so great, call me by name, always acknowledge me and everyone who comes in, are super friendly and informative with products. I hate the wait and how long it takes sometimes but it's worth it. Masks are always worn and establishment is super clean. They enforce social distancing and always keep the lobby with limited occupants by asking you to hang in your car and wait for a text. I suggest checking in online prior to arrival. Makes the wait time just a little bit shorter.

Nice people but incompetent and stupid rules. There is no mask signs anywhere in the building but as you walk in they will ask you to wear one if you want service, but if you asked why there is no sign announcing the mask requirement they will tell you that they are not allowed to put any sign requiring mask. I actually was told because unvaccinated people also would not wear the mask which is stupid and makes no sense since most people don't need the vaccine. Vaccines are only for high risk people.This makes me question the value of the company As a medical related company have a very weak understanding of science, health, medicine and US law

Jodi was so helpful today. Thank you! I'm recovering from surgery and I can't smoke my flower so I have to bake it and buy more than usual. He gave me my best options to help me sleep and soothe the pain. I'm super holistic so I avoid pain killer pills at all costs and Jody was very kind with much needed recommendations. This is my go-to Trulieve because of the phenomenal customer service.

It's a make money and Next! Attidude. You order online they make you wait then cashier tells you they're all out.... I don't care for customer service. Cold and fake ass impersonal. I must say they offer good guarantees!!

So I tried out the new store in Cutler Bay and with no surprise, there's always great energy. Much bigger and had more variety of flowers and The staff was amazing, good vibes. Literally in and out but stayed a bit just to talk with the staff. Jodi, Monica, Brandon, and Jonathan Thank you all for the help. Definitely will be visiting again.  Blessings

Ordered online, text says ready for pickup, join waitlist on Waitly, I'm the second one !! It's 9:30 they open at 9:00.Walk in, dude says there are 12 people in front of me.How can that be ???Their online ordering/waitlist stinks.Again and again and again.WTF?Used to be good, but is it this location or all Trulieve slipping ?Lots of new dispensaries to check out in Miami now....

Re: Wait List.  I have never had anything but positive experiences with Trulieve and this location.  Waits are reasonable.  The first time I arrived at just after 9am, I realized that supply-and-demand IS real because some retired folks, over-night workers, those heading to work, and people with LIVES like the rest of us were already there! So funny.  Next time, I arrived BEFORE 9am and I had no trouble making friends with other people waiting with me at 8:40am (-ish).   In and out in a jiffy!   TOODLES!!!

Upon hearing what I was thinking of purchasing, Ricky jumped in and suggested a better product. The whole experience was great, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the products are fantastic. I can’t wait to go back!

Love this dispensary! I came here first when I got my medical card back in 2017. I remember my first time discount! My first renewal discount, my first time buying nugs behind a ceramic container, and now they have tremendous deals on whole flower. Their loyalty program pays off, the quality is fantastic, I get great deals on ground flower ? The concentrates are great! Edibles are fairly priced and once you taste them you won't mind the price at all. No bitter after tastes. Also they have season goodies. Can't wait to have some more ginger snap cookies this year! Overall friendly, clean, and organized dispensary. Love the text system where they text you when they have space for you inside. Cons: The parking for big trucks ? can definitely become packed around 'rush hour' it's miami though. Also shady people sometimes will attempt to ask you to buy products for them inside. They however have brave staff members who deal with that if the issue arises just let them know inside.
