I will be a LOYAL customer at this dispensary, thanks to Greg! He definitely made it easy to get the best deals at a very high THC level! I love all of the different types of flowers and edibles they have there also! And to make things even better: all of the staff were nice and welcoming. And there's no long lines!! I predict this dispensary will only grow bigger through word of mouth and the continuing hospitality!! Thank you all and a very big thank you to Greg!!

Everything was going great until I got past the security guard. As soon as I got in the front damn door I was greeted with a bald tall white man rolling his eyes at me and my girlfriend coming in. We had just woke up and needed to come in for a wax cart, and I simply asked where the half grams were and I was literally looked up and down as if I said something disgusting before he showed us where they were. After simply asking a single question about the price I was interrupted and told that the price on the box actually wasn't the price of the item. Which was fine I simply just wanted to be treated with respect and as a valued new customer instead of looking at me like I was some homeless person that wandered in. NOT TO MENTION- when checking out our items, he said while I was looking for my debit card and ID In my spilling wallet- "You do have an ID and a card right?" While rolling his eyes at me again. After I said I'd actually be paying with cash so give me a min to count the right bills out he slammed my cart against the counter. I'm sorry? How would I have been able to get in without an ID? Why are you taking aggression out on my payed for merchandise? Do you realize how disgusting and disrespectful this is to say and act to someone who is purchasing something in your store as a first time customer? I'm not sure if he was homophobic, has something against people that aren't coming in there dressed in a suit & tie, or if he was just having a bad day. Well his attitude and service definitely put a dent in how we started our 4th of July. Will definitely never give him business here again.

This dispensary has very good service and they make you feel welcomed. The budtenders are very helpful especially Greg. That nigga is hilarious! He'll have you rollin' the whole time. I definitely recommend this place and they got some fire. So yeah go ahead and stop by and grab you some if you ever in Martinez

Greg at Embarc Martinez was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the product was outstanding and he helped with my decision on what was best for my condition. Also, the store was clean and the entire staff was professional and helpful. They greeted you with a smile which made for a wonderful experience. Thank you Embarc.

New favorite club in the east bay. Great prices, love the fact that you can shop around and you don't feel like you're wasting other customers time. And the staff is cool as hell. If you're lucky you'll get helped out by Greg who makes your shopping experience even better!! So glad this place is here now!

Second visit to Embarc was a huge improvement!  Very pleasant experience. Went mid-afternoon and there was no line, quick to get inside. Security and the other staff were friendly and professional. Last time I ordered online but this time I browsed the store. Unlike most dispensaries, it has an open layout so it's easier to check out the merchandise, read the labels, etc. Prices were neatly marked next to each item and included the tax. This made it really easy to browse!   The layout + pricing in the store make me want to go again. Also appreciate management for reaching out after my initial visit.

We parked on the side street and jumped through puddles to realize there is a small parking lot right by the front door. Welcoming receptionist and even nicer lobby. It's a small store with open shelves so it's easy to see all the products without getting overwhelmed. You can get a magnified view and sniff the flower.    Every single employee was outgoingly friendly. Perfect mural on the way out.    Discounts and gift with purchase (not really BOGO)  were an added bonus.    I liked the simplicity.

Wow! I just stopped by for the first time and I'm impressed. Everyone is always pretty friendly when you go to a dispensary but these guys took it to the next level! Security, check-in, and shopping process we're all fantastic interactions with very friendly and helpful individuals. I'll be back!

I love this place! Let me first say, as an Interior Designer this place is super cute inside. Hats off to whoever designed the place! From the cozy seating area upon entry to the weed displays inside- this place is definitely a cozy yet fun place to be. The Budtenders were super knowledgeable and helpful as well. They gave us our space but were also there for us if we had any questions. So happy for this addition to this little town!

From start to finish, it was by far the best experience I've ever had a dispensary! The security guards at dispensaries are usually intimidating and rude, at least in my experience. The man at Embarc was so kind and welcoming! Then when you walk inside, you're greeted by someone to get your information in the system. I wish I would've gotten her name, but the girl at the front treated us like she was so happy to see us there, she was excited at our excitement! At this point I knew there was no way I was having a bad experience. I was not wrong! I walked inside (the place looks amazing by the way, warm environment you definitely want to be in!) and we were greeted by Rowan, and if you can ever get helped by her I suggest you do. Bright happy energy, answers to all your questions. She was so fun to converse with, she made us feel so welcome and helped us pick the perfect choices! I could just go on about her and I can't wait to see her again!! Thank you Embarc for bringing a whole new ballgame to Bay Area dispensaries!

I loved going into Embarc.  The people are friendly and welcoming and the place  is spotless.  Everyone wears masks and gloves and they really take care of you.  Everyone that waits on you is knowledgeable and really tries to help you to find what you are looking for and what i really like is that they go the extra mile which is difficult to find these days!  I recommend them.  Go and give them a try!B.  Martinez

Impeccable service!! Parking was easy and they took my temperature before I walked in. Johnathan at the desk was friendly and had great customer service. Once inside Greg helped me find what I needed and was very knowledgeable and transparent about the products. Great experience! They have specials available and a good selection of products.

The place is super clean with many products, and the crew is friendly. Great prices and greg helped me out tremendously, recommended a great product and was super funny, go and check it out

Greg is the best!! He has helped me out twice now and his knowledge is superior. He helped me pick items that were good for me and I throughly enjoyed them. The store is beautiful, all the workers are friendly, and the products are great to boot. However, I will keep coming back time and time again just for Greg! Leo and Mary will be back soon, thanks!!!!

Love this dispensary! Super convenient right off the freeway with the best deals in town! Love coming here and the service is phenomenal! It's a little hidden gem so make sure to check it out ASAP

So far so good! The bud tenders are warm, knowledgeable, and efficient. The receptionist are always friendly.  I like they they have a tip jar on the counter. The taxesareincluded! The parking lot is small but there is extra room on the other side near the wendy's. And not to be petty, but.... I read the review in regard to the security guard not being warm and talkative...is that really their job though? They've may not always be hella warm, but they are professional. Trying say hi first and I betcha they say hello.

Been coming here for a few months now and have always been treated well. Went yesterday and my total was $92.01. I handed over $92.00 and that's when the associate wanted the penny or "I'll get written up". Luckily the security guard had one to spare. I won't be supporting a company that would write up an employee for something that should be a non-issue. Embarc, you got your penny, but lost a customer.To be clear, this is not about a penny ffs. It's about business. I had cash but I don't want .99 cents. I have enough change to get rid of.

Once again, I came in there because of all the stuff on sale. I got some text's about it. I came in for extracts and they didn't have what I came for, so he recommended something comparable (it was $15.00 more but I said I'll take it and I picked out some sale stuff for gifts. When I went to pay it was right about what I thought it would be 98.08. I drive home and I did NOT get the shatter .and I got NO discounts. I have been going here weekly for 2months now and I have the passport club on my phone. I never get discounts why should I have the passport??? I wonder if there is a manager running the place because it seems like they just want you to spend a lot of money and you get NO deals. If you advertise specials and people come in to get them they should get them.

Excellent staff safely offering excellent products.One is not disappointed.Easy access and plenty of parking.My "go to" place for cannabis products.

Super cozy dispensary with friendly and knowledgeable staff (thank you Greg!) I was very pleased with the product selection. Many brands I had never seen before as well as some I am familiar with. I Will definitely be returning to Embarc in Martinez.

I'm so glad that this store opened in my neighborhood. Great vibe, good selection and cool stickers! Jack was super helpful, but not pushy, I like it when my bud tender gives me some space to browse without assuming I need an in depth education on the various form factors available here. Jack struck the right balance and made it clear that he's there if I have questions without being overbearing. Perfect! Keep up the good work guys!

1st time customer and I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied. The building and inventory is extremely clean, organized, easy to navigate, and just has an overall wonderful selection of products. As far as the customer service, the Budtender I had "Greg" was awesome. He was so helpful and understanding of my needs and just had a great knowledge of the products. His personality alone is what will bring me back to Embarc. Highly recommend this business.

Cool spot took over empty building fixed it up made everything around it look just that much better. Inside the is nice and clean everybody that works there is super nice and helpful and knowledgeable about there products super nice when the people that work somewhere know about what your asking about. If you haven't yet checked them out stop by and see for yourselves. Smoke up

Accessible product which is great because I’m vegan and love to read labels. Never been to a dispensary that had the flower set up where you can see and smell it before you buy. Great overall experience with a great team, Greg was very personable and really made the experience that much better. It is a bit on the higher end price wise but they have quality products.
