Every time I go to Ethos it is a friendly and seamless experience.  High quality products coupled with great customer service always brings me back. I highly recommend this place!

I just picked up a half of pura vida and they gave me 3 8ths and one container was 2.5 this is straight garbage and this is one of their strains......how many times have they got me before?

Updated review, based entirely about their take on "service". I was just there for my appointment I made online and when I walked in was greeted with a room filled with ~20 people waiting around, some masked some not. I personally am following cdc recommendations and am masking and social distancing again so I stood off to the side. I was rudely informed by the "manager" on duty that I needed to go wait in the middle of a group of maskless individuals because they needed half their space empty in case a medical patient came in (there were currently none in the store and the medical register was manned by a bored looking clerk who was just standing there doing nothing for the entirety of the ~10 minutes I was in the store). According to the store manager, who I requested to speak with, "their priority is making sure medical patients are taken care of" and I could "wait outside until they aren't as busy then get in line" as my space in line would not be preserved if I waited outside.  So basically "screw you, we don't allow social distancing here for non-medical cardholders". What a way to run a business filled with customers. Simply telling them they aren't your priority. Fortunately there are multiple competing businesses nearby who actually want me as a customer. I won't be back.

Love it here! Christian was such a big help, easy to talk to and super chill. He's quick, efficient and very friendly.

This is FAR AND AWAY the best dispensary in the area. After being very disappointed with garden remedies (don't even try that place, like seriously, do not bother) we found Ethos and have been thrilled. The staff are very friendly and helpful with selections, always going above and beyond to help us. The product itself is also far superior. I'd recommend I am edibles, pura vida and dosi do for flower.

Just got my medical card and started going to this place as my go to.  I have gone to others and everyone is always super nice but there's a good vibe from people that work here.  The last two times I got Darren who has been awesome with explaining stuff to me and and telling me about their offers, please get that man a pre-roll.  If your in the area check it out.

Not the best stuff, not the worst. Just don't order ahead if you're trying to save time. You'll still have to wait in their long line. Don't understand the point of ordering ahead....

I just walked in and showed my ID went right in the store and Larry was very helpful getting what I was looking for , great new place in town !!

Hemp buying made easy. They have an online shop so you can preorder. They have so many selections, prerolls, flower and ediables. I ordered the Swamp Dog preroll, the taste is good. I think back on it now I should have gotten two diffrent kinds. It was 10$ a gram, I guess you cant be that mad. My first impression: it was love at first sight. I was greeted at the door by Yoanni. He was so nice and had such great vibes. He checked my ID and I just walked in. What I liked about that is there was no wait and there was a decent amount of people in there. There was an employee to each register, two other employees on the floor. They had these kiosks to the left of when you walk in. I am not sure what it is for but my assumption is to place orders. I had to call back and get their names because I personally wanted to thank them for the experience. So as I walked in I was greeted by Carlos, he complimented the PJs I was wearing and had such a delighted smile while greeting me. Listen being complimented in PJs always makes my day. Means I can look this way and still be confident (thank you for that). I pre-ordered online so he just walked me to the way of the register where I was immediately seen by Haley and she was so pleasant. Im telling you the vibe there is something. I gave her my ID she got my order, and that was that. It was so quick, I cannot stress that enough. I have been to some dispensaries that the wait time is crazy. Even waiting in lines outside, I like to be in and out. The establisment is clean and the decor is neutral which I love. I personally do not like being overwhelmed by so many things. So I like that it is a simple design, easy to navigate thru and just a pleasant visit. Best part is I only live 6 mins away. I am about to have some new friends.

This is definitely our go-to spot since moving to Cambridge. Professional and easy to navigate service, with a wide selection of products that met my expectations and more. Particularly, Sophia went above and beyond answering some of our more amateur questions, and being an overall knowledgeable and empathetic associate for Ethos. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional and courteous experience.

Service was insanely fast, great selection, and amazing staff! Kevin and alexa were beyond helpful today and extremely knowledgeable! They gave out free swag bags today in honor of 420 and that was just a bonus! Love ethos. Everyone I go is such a pleasant experience.

First off I would like to say thank you so much to Sydney and Alexa for all the information and for being so patient and kind. You can tell the staff is very passionate about what they do and are more then willing to provide support if needed. Only went to 2 dispensaries while being in Massachusetts and the experience you get at this location is unmatched. The bud price is very reasonable for the area (dispensary weed in Massachusetts is bit more on the expensive end) would recommend and will be coming back again!

Ethos is so clean and professional. It has become my new favorite dispensary!! Went in today and were helped by a trio of very nice woman. Syd, Alexa and Patty were so pleasant and nice. They answered any questions I had. Keep it up!!!

Loveeee this place!!! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by the nice security and staff. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Sydney and Alexa were so nice and patience answering all my questions and more! They were so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or searching for a good dispensary to go to the Ethos. The staff and selection is unmatched!!

Everything was great when I visited. From the moment I walked in and being greeted. Yanni and Alexa were very welcoming and answered any of the question I had. They were also very knowledgeable with the products! For my first time going their they made my experience great! I would highly recommend you guys to go here!
