I love this place.  They have an awesome selection.  I love the interior design.  It just fits showcasing their products in an open floor plan.  It's very nice.  The staff is great.  I just wish they had a closer location (but the staff is again, f*^%*! Awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable yet professional.  Will gladly return.

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly.  Selections were limited and expensive.  Hopefully the price comes down as more dispensaries open up.

Everyone I met was very helpful and courteous.  Made my first experience there enjoyable.   Highly recommend and will be visiting them again

Nice place, just opened it can only get better. Bought some great weed last weekend, thank you, it was all you guys said it was! I will be back soon.

I went with my mother here and we put our money together and went to the counter together to place our order they acted as if I was robbing the place, they threatened to kick us out because It was considered selling weed In the store but we both had our medical cards at that fair to say  horrible customer service!

Small parking lot, very few choices, was told they "ran out" of flower for the day. The Tropicana pre roll was very disappointing from a quality perspective, wouldn't even give them a second chance. 3 stars because the gentleman's customer service behind the counter was very good.

They were so disrespectful when I arrived I have nobody to look after my baby I came in with him 3 years old. And they basically kicked me out the people in the front didn't even say anything to me. I wish I could give them -1 stars I had already placed the order and they kicked me out. I would've understood if they were nice about it but they said get out.

I normally prefer INSA Salem but they were out of stock of the goodies. I went here and was beyond disappointment. Despite the fact that I place my order online for the strains I like-after driving 40 yes 40!! Minutes to pick it up neither of the strains I had placed in my order were there. Bullshit!! If you don't have the strain don't let your customers purchase it. Biggest waste of time and money and gas!! Terrible. Do not go here.

Closed earlier than posted time... I drove 40 minutes to get there to read a temporary sign saying we close at 7p... I have been there at 7p also, and it has been open... hey if there's no clientele going in towards the closing hrs... don't do that, instead pay the people there and have them do something, clean, stock, etc. till 8 pm you guys! The company makes enough profit to spend a few extra 100 dollars to keep the place open as scheduled; people have lives and schedules to follow, be pro, and follow yours.

this place is terrible! doesn't even deserve one star. it's like they don't care if they stay in business or not, the way they treat their customers is awful - the pretentious attitude and marked up prices and dishonest attitudes - I'll take my money elsewhere.

Worst dispensary that I have been to.   Rude, condescending, out of stock even when it's shown in stock on website.  Doesn't answer phones and even if you pre-order they don't pull so still out.  It's happened to me numerous times.  I only go there because of one strain that works well with my medical condition.  If I could give it negative stars I would.

I didn't really know what to get (my first time at a dispensary) and Jasmine was helpful and so patient with me. I'll definitely be coming back here!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I drove all the way from Quincy because they texted me to say my order would be ready at 645pm, I arrived at 645pm and the woman at the door said oh we closed early idk why. You can get it tomorrow. Thanks for nothing losers.

Very disrespectful service make sure you check your bag before you leave the have a tendency of taking one of your items as you don't notice till you get home. Then it's to late if you don't go back the same day or even just a courtesy call to let them know what's going on. They will turn you down . Because they think they Owen you . Why cause they sell marijuana. Anyways just be aware of your stuff . Most dispensaries count the items in front of you or check before they leave the building .. call got security on the phone nothing they can do for you . No problem Please check out the situation. Can't help no problem my solution never to go back there . There is so many more out there that give discounts . They treat you with respect like they want you to come back. To me over 12 Dollars. Somebody that spends thousands come back will check will make things right none of that . There Selection is very small

They lie to get you in the door! GO TO ANOTHER DISPENSARY! I called and emailed them ahead of time to verify that they actually had what I wanted in stock and they tell me "yes we have plenty of pre rolls for purchase today" When I arrived they had ZERO Pre-Rolls for purchase. They lie to get you in the door. Also Don't bother reserving ahead of time here. They said my order was ready for pick up and when I show up they tell me they are out of stock of everything on my whole entire order. So why did you tell me it was ready for pick up then? Why do you have reserve ahead if it does not Reseve anything? You have been warned don't bother going here. They will tell you false information just to get you in the door.

Extremely rude and violent!  Avoid this place at all costs, I personally don't buy marijuana but i dropped a friend off.  I was verbally assaulted then threatened.  This place will be shut down soon

I wish I can give it a zero. The price of medical vs recreational, is the same. They hid the full price of medical with a discount, which adds up to the same recreational pice, which it was never before when it was first open.  Display price and price when ringed up.For example, display price says $64 and when rung up it was $80, they claimed that the price is already discount with the discounted price. They are trying to hid the taxes with a discount, while abuses medical patients rights.No Longer doing business at this location.

Back with another one star review, after the last incident with my legal caregiver being kicked out of the store told to wait outside of the store in the pouring rain Wich had her in tears outside looking like an emotional wreck , Today's review isn't much better I literally just purchased an eighth of there space cake paid $29 because of there sale. Before leaving I think to myself I might as well buy one more so I tried and was basically told the person who sold my the eighth prior charged me wrong  and there 15 percent discount doesn't apply. I asked why my purchase isn't eligible this time around the guy explains to me that the eight I selected I sold sold at that store at a lower price ...dude it's shafe of course you can't charge medical patient for low quality nuggets, so what I got out of that what they can pick and choose who they want to be cool with and give discounts, because if it wasnt possible I wouldn't have just got one for $29, needless to say this place is my plan z and I live right around the corner.....I totally recommend garden remedies they have ounces for 210 and always have discounts and selection. I'd rather pay tax and shop at insa then to give apothca my money again . I know that apothca employees are going to see this because I was asked to remove my last review and it's NOT happening next time learn how to treat your customers better. Added pics so you can see this isn't a rival dispensary just a pissed off customer.

Seems like something you wouldn't notice, but the person at the door deserves a special shout out. Always nice with a big smile (behind the mask). Always happy to come here especially now that the parking is organized. Tenders are helpful and efficient. Good product.

These days, I only leave a review when I receive great service, so... Outstanding (high quality) products at a lower-than-average price, a beautiful shop with plenty of visual aids (menus & product displays), and the best part for me is that I see happy employees. A happy employee is a helpful employee, and I make it a personal point not to support companies that don't treat people right. So, all around great things for this place. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful dispensary - the rotating product selection is always amazing quality and potency as well as the change in products keeps you finding new strains that you would have never known of prior. The atmosphere and environment inside is unlike any other dispensary I have been too, not only have they managed a perfect blend of professionalism and fun with products on display and stellar music. Above all else is the staff, whom I have not once in my years going here had a single bad experience with; filled with some of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant people I have had the fortune to meet. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, a definite fan of Apothca for the years to come!

I have come here several times and they have a good quality of products. Unfortunately, just recently bought one of my favorite strains of 1.0g for $15. When I opened the bottle, the joint was not 1.0g, it was 0.5g. I was very disappointed because I wasn’t able to get to the place to claim the right product and they weren’t transparent when selling their products. Beware, check your order before leaving and if it is sealed, open it at the store. This dispensary lost my trust and my recommendation. I do admire when a business implement transparency and good quality to the customer. In this dispensary, they lack of both. I even send a complaint to their e-mail and I have not receive anything from their end yet.

Excellent service is just the beginning of how great this place is. They always have good high quality bud. They are also medical which is so convenient because there are not many medical in my area. They never have a problem transferring over to medical for me. The employees go above and beyond for me every time I visit there. They are so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Shout out to Wendy, Danny, Gisselle, and Devin.. R0Ck 0N.
