Hands down my favorite dispensary!  Great products, even better people!  DeeDee at the Longmont location is so knowledgeable and caring!  I'll go out of my way to hit up a medicine man!

I'm a local has pretty much tried every dispensary Longmont has to offer. Medicine Man has become my favorite by far. Today upped their score from a 9 to a 10. Last week, I purchased an 8th from them. Upon using the product, I found some things that I wasn't quite satisfied with; no big deal, these things happen. The further I got into it though, it got a little worse. I'm no Karen, I've work in service industry, but I did want to make them aware of the issue. I called the store and spoke with Andrew and explained the issue. He was so helpful and nice about it! Said he'd give me a discount when I came in next. So, I went today to be greeted by Kensie (who is just a gem by the way) and told her about my conversation with Andrew. She happily grabbed her manager, Kate (another awesome employee), and she really went above and beyond in making a patron feel like they were cared about and not just another $ to come in. That is so so appreciated. They have the BEST customer service (the door guy that was working this morning was also so nice and fantastic), some of the best prices, and really good product (except for that one time...lol). Thank you Kensie, Kate, and Andrew for your kindness and awesome customer service! The rest of the staff is also amazing!

Stoked this place opened up! Longmont needed a big cannabis player and I'm glad Medicine Man was able to fill one of the spots. Before they opened, I was getting blindly robbed at Euflora and Green Tree and was unimpressed by the selection at Twin Peaks.My partner helps run a large scale cannabis facility and while he was not pleased with the seeds we found in our bud and his Micro nectar collector breaking (just from being handled gently) I'd still give this place 4/5 stars. The only thing I didn't dig was the high card processing fee for their cryptocurrency and the shameless tip plug from our bud tender at the end. Overall, this place is dope and has a really nice and knowledgeable staff (unlike Native Roots). Keep up the good work guys!

Enjoyed this dispensary. Very upbeat, bright, happy and easy to ask questions. Gave great suggestions and even told me about the VD specials. Highly recommend, if just for the experience

My 21st birthday was at the beginning of October and my ID doesn't expire until the very end of the month. As of October 18th ( the day I wrote this review ) I am still waiting for my horizontal ID to come into the mail. Until then I have been using my vertical ID for everything with no issue. I've bought alcohol, cigarettes, and I have been to multiple other dispensaries that had no problem accepting my vertical ID. They can obviously see that my 21st birthday already past and the expiration date hasn't come up yet. Medicine Man Dispensary is the only dispensary that I've been to that declined my entry simply because my ID was vertical. Not because I wasn't of age, because I am. Not because my ID was expired, because its not. They declined my entry simply because my ID wasn't their preferred shape. I think this policy is ridiculous because even though I am of age and my ID is valid, I was still treated as though I was underage and not allowed to be there for no reason other than my ID not being formatted in a certain way. So if you're freshly 21 with a vertical ID still and you want to go to a dispensary that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed, do not come here. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your gas. Go somewhere else. That's what I had to do. And guess what? They accepted my vertical ID! I PROMISE you that there are so many dispensaries that will actually use their brains and look at your birthdate and your ID expiration date rather than deny your eligibility to enter simply off of the the fact that your ID was vertical. I wish this review could be of their products rather than on their obscure policy. The security guard was nice about it though, so I guess that's one positive .

I don't have much knowledge about the nature of different products at dispensaries. I just go there trying to find something to help me sleep. It's nice to feel like there isn't some sales predator behind the counter waiting to pounce on your lack of knowledge and dump slow-moving or expensive product on you because you may not know better.I had a no-pressure, friendly conversation about my needs, concerns, skepticism, etc. that left me confident I'd be leaving with a product that might actually work, if even a little. I can't remember if I spoke with Mike M or Matt M but when I pointed out "I won't forget because it's M M at M M," I failed to memory-lock the first name, heh. I just know it starts with M. :) Anyhow, just look for MM if you aren't a "pothead" and know as little as I do about this stuff and just want something that might nudge your brain in the right direction; hopefully better sleep for me (fingers crossed).

Super impressed with this place. Very clean, professional, friendly and happy atmosphere. Also.... You have a huge asset in Matt!! He was so incredibly helpful, helped me to find the best product and accessories and didn't make me feel stupid for asking all of my newbie questions :) Protect Matt at all costs lol!!! He is top-notch. Very happy to support an awesome, local business - I'll be back! Thank you!

Definitely have noticed lately in the dispensary it is that they like to spend more time with you for tending is if they really care about you before they make the sale just so that you spend an extra $40 I don't like that kind of kindness and I don't like it when they get frustrated because I asked him for the strongest t h c in whatever it is that I'm buying

It was my first time in the store. Oh gosh I don't remember her name. But we chatted about her nails an her ink. She was very helpful an knew her stuff. I was surprised they don't show you before you pay. But it'll all good. I'll stop back in when in the area. Thank you
