The location in Sunland Park NM is the worst dispensary in history, they have no idea what they are doing, and the patients out weigh the flower. They are always out of flower, I've never seen that before. The wait times are awful and it should never be this stress full to get flower.  it is a battle every time I need to refil. it is not even good quality of herb. I just don't understand why this business is allowed to be operated this way. Awful.

I like to feel like a client, not an inconvenience. They have straight up forgot about me in the lobby, have snapped at me not to redeem my points because they didn't have enough cone prerolls... even though it's a reward and you would expect them to be prepared for what they offer ... and have been straight up rude. Do an online order, stand in line as long as anyone can else. Done dealing with this place.

This place is awful!!!! First off the staff is rude!!! Then I was overcharged for a cartridge which I'm assuming the staff enjoyed on my behalf. Attempted to call and once again, staff was rude and refused to even help. If the broad on the phone would have given me two seconds to speak my side this would have been resolved. I will be calling the district manger as well. I feel this is not the first time. This place is a huge scam! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

One star for a reason. Rude staff bad weed long lines high prices go anywhere else. Acted like I was doing something wrong for accidentally bringing in the wrong paper

I guess cruces does things differently then other ultras I have been too, first impression wasn't good I know that when ur there the first time it's a process so the staff should do a better job organizing themselves the staff seem to take a break as soon as there sonic drinks came in and gave me a piss poor excuse that it takes a while to check in for first time. I'm sorry but this place sucked i won't be going back

I'm giving 2 stars for not being prepared what was advertised  Usually very satisfied.  Today just set day off bad
