Placed order online and had the app. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my order after it said ready for pick up. I’m not liking this third party payment stuff. Now I’m forced to pay extra fees. They were my favorite place to go but I’m feeling ripped off now. Whole new staff too. Sorry but I’m going elsewhere
Evan was very helpful. He offered to bring the items to the front desk so I wouldn’t have to walk to the back as I am on crutches. I was looking for a disposable Blum sativa blend. Not only did y’all have them in stock (nobody else in town had them in stock) but Evan was very knowledgeable about the products and advised me of each one to help me discern which pen was the most appropriate to purchase. I called several times to confirm directions because I had never been there before. Brittany gave excellent directions and even offered to stand outside and wave so I knew that I was in the right location. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I will definitely make this my go-to dispensary.
Good medicine always. It's nice to have a consistent supplies and varieties of edibles. Sea salt toffee is #1. Great job with customer service.
Always happy to see us! Doggie Friendly! Always welcomes the Paw's and helps us feel a bit more confident each time we walk out. I'd have to say on another level, it's a weekly Therapy session to walk in their and walk out with the senses kicked in with Human Connection- Thanks Pecos!
Well, I used to love my little neighborhood pharmacy, but I can't hang with all the new changes. Especially the new way to sign in. They take pictures of your medical card and Driver's License, so that info is always in your phone. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Besides, every time I go in it's all new faces.. I used to know most of the staff by name. Sad.
