Very knowledgeable. If you are not sure on what you need for an ailment tell your budtender what is going on, they know what you need. Very patient, Very caring. Great selection.

Prices on edibles are too high! Other dispensaries have better prices in comparison to cannabis edibles however, sometimes they are the only ones stocked due to owning 3 businesses in Lansing medical patients are screwed!

It was my first time buying recreationally from here and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending expecting me to know the drill for placing an order as a first timer. Won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience here. Took over an hour to fill my order and then promptly took my REAL drivers license and brought it back to me BENT IN HALF. They told me that my ID was fake even though I had already been there before. Wasted over an hour and they destroyed my real drivers license. Now I have to go get a new one and won't be giving this place my service ever again.

Wow.I am unsure the name of the lady that is working this evening, (December 14th).  But you could NOT have a worse representative of your business.She not only hung up on me once; she did it twice!  And merely because I was disappointed in your product.AND, she gave me a lecture about how it was "not her job" to listen to ppl complain, and how I was "ruining her day."Seriously.Just absolutely disgraceful and embarrassing conduct from an associate.  (I don't know that I've ever seen worse conduct at a business.)Her behavior was so terrible, that if she worked in hospitality, I can almost gtd she'd be fired, on the spot, by almost any competent manager.An absolutely abysmal customer service experience.Here was my complaint.  A close friend gifted me two expensive joints for my birthday.  ($40 per.).We've definitely smoked part of each one.  The problem is that they're rolled WAY TOO TIGHT.  And now, neither one is smokable.One, (the Caviar joint), isn't even 1/3 of the way done, and you can't get a hit out of it.  (See pic)  The other is about 2/3's done, and it's the same.$80 + for joints that aren't usable, and this is your solution?  Disconnect the call!?I REALLY feel like we got BIG TIME SCAMMED.And all I really wanted was an apology, and maybe a, "what can we do to resolve?"  Here's what I would have suggested:I'll bring you the Caviar one back, you give me a new one that's usable.  I'll even pay for the 1/3 we smoked!  And we'll refund 1/3 of the other on a future purchase.  "Gosh, we're sorry.  We value you as a customer."Instead, I got hung up on...twice.Regardless; I'm sick and tired of businesses scamming hard working people out of their money.  (And this wasn't even my money!)So, hope you enjoyed hanging up on me.  Here's what it earned you.1.). We will NEVER purchase anything there again; and be assured, we'll tell everyone we know about our experience(s).2.). Congrats!  You've earned a 1 star review.  (And I'm THOROUGHLY disappointed that I have to give one.).3.). This will not be the only review I write this evening.(And...if you think selling scam products to customers is okay...let's see what others think.)4.). You can expect a complaint to the Department of Licensing Affairs with the State of Michigan. Hope that was worth it.

I had the nicest experience at their Lansing location a few days ago. I'm retired 61 yr old that had hip surgery a few years ago and was looking for an alternative to Narco for pain. For the last year and 1/2 I've had a caregiver and had never been in a dispensary. Didn't know what to expect and was fairly nervous. My budtender was named Gwen and she did a lovely job of informing me of the process as we went along. She was knowledgeable about all the strains, their effects, and was friendly and approachable. I can't imagine a better representative for Wellness than Gwen.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, quick and easy online ordering with curbside pickup, good prices and great quality

Have good strains but horrible people skills id rather go to south lansing all day...... watch ur receipts 2 times they shorted me on my change. Then have an attitude when u correct them.

Great products and customer service.Prices are higher than other dispensary's with tax on top.

Unfortunately they were out of the product my brother regularly orders for his medical issue, but the fellow sent us to a store that (the system showed) had the product in stock. Nice guy, helpful and courteous, and very knowledgeable of products carried by this business.

Satisfied with the marijuana usually, but it's the slowest dispensary in town. The south location is much quicker. It's curbside pickup. I don't come until it's ready, there's no reason to have to wait 20 minutes.
