Honestly was excited to try this place out but was ultimately super disappointed. All their flower is just unorganized. Not organized by price, also not labeled indica or sativa. Just thrown in a little jar for you to look at. This makes it impossible to compare prices because everything is in the same spot, they don't even give you a menu to look at. I know my weed strains, I know weed in general. But this place has so much more potential. Won't be coming back, to this one maybe I'll try another location and it will be better.

I often get anxiety going into cannabis stores but I felt good about this place. The staff in general was friendly. Emma was super helpful and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. The items I found on the website werent on the floor, so i was grateful for her help. She also gave me space to browse when I asked for it. Another cool thing to mention is they have samples of all the flower out in the middle in little containers with magnifiers and a little trap door so you can smell them. I will definitely recommend this place and return in the future.

Mark the Manager was more than helpful, he went above and beyond. Their customer service is top knotch here and their staff is extremely friendly. The Gage in Lansing will always be my favorite! Great products from local Platinum vapes to Cookies and beyond. You have a customer for life!

Last several times I've been assisted by Xavier. Very happy with my service. He's been great help and even convinced me to get a sweet RUNTZ tray with my points ?

UPDATE 9/4/21 I spoke with Jay who handles reviews for Gage. He was very professional and understanding. He was very receptive to what I had to say and also very interested in not only doing right by me as a customer, but to improve the customer experience at Gage overall. I was very pleased with this exceptional level of customer service from Jay at the corporate level. I’ve been to Gage in Lansing several times and it’s been fine. Today I bought an ashtray with a price tag of $40. They charged me $50. When I went back in to have this mistake corrected they say no, $50 is the price. I told the manager that to the customer it is $40 since that’s what it’s marked. The manager would not give me the difference back and I told her “That is a crime”. She said “well, we have to make money”. One employee told me that he had mentioned to other employees that those price tags should be changed. Then my husband went in to complain and that same employee told him straight up that "it is false advertising, but she already bought it.” Am I upset about $10? No. I’m upset that I was scammed and Gage’s employees adhere to their criminal corporate policies. So will Gage see me in court over $10? You bet.
