My wife and I had/have a need to visit a cannabis shop due to a very serious health situation that has arisen.  We've been doing quite a bit of research regarding unconventional curatives, and so we consider ourselves moderately knowledgeable about the topic.     We'd never been in a cannabis shop before, so we were a little apprehensive to go to one.     Fortunately, there are several cannabis shops in our area, so we decided to set today apart solely for visiting 5 shops that we'd selected with the intention of thoroughly educating ourselves with regards to the available products, the shops' atmospheres and the employees, .. so we could make an informed decision on which shop we would prefer to work with in the future.     Although it wasn't the closest shop to us, we decided to visit "The Healing Tree" in Lake Elsinore because the name indicated that they clearly appreciated -- and so, likely emphasized -- the healing aspect of cannabis products.     To describe our visit in a nutshell, both my wife and I agree that God led us to this shop!  Everyone was SO knowledgeable and helpful and friendly [ .. genuinely friendly, not just contrived "merchant/customer" friendly ].  It felt as if we were talking with family .. who just happened to be total experts in the cannabis world.     The owner was also there:  also one of the most genuinely friendly and genuinely caring and gracious people I've met in a long time.     The other shops might have been great too ( .. we don't know.. ), but when we walked out of this shop, there wasn't an ounce of desire to check out any of the other shops, even though that was our original plan and even though there are other shops closer to where we live.  Why bother checking out anywhere else when this place scores "100" out of 100?   Even though there are a lot of fine businesses and restaurants out there, I don't typically write online reviews, but our experience at "The Healing Tree" was so clearly exceptional -- not only from what we expected from a cannabis shop but from what we normally expect from ANY store -- that they are well deserving of my time and effort to let others know that they are an A++++ business.

Store was breath taking. Been in multiple stores in lake Elsinore they all have been nice. The Healing Tree had the best price for what I was looking for. Customer service was amazing. Daniel had a lot of knowledge for me on the flower. Flower was fire! I found my home and will be back!

Knowledgeable staff, owner actually checked me in, dude is very down to earth..great vibes..they are no slouch with any top of the line products. I will definitely come back.

This is now my new and favorite shop reasonable prices for all budgets and early hours to start the day off right with. Always satisfied and great deals abound would definitely recommend.

Great selection of products and prices are in a great range.  Hash balls are FABULOUS!  Bud tenders were awesome and answered a lot of questions.

The only place I go! The Healing Tree has the best selection... there is no competition! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff as well.

This was actually my first experience in a dispensory. I'm not a smoker and I found what I needed very quickly. The check in was fairly simple and the girls at the counter were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The girls look like models too which doesn't hurt.

This is a brand new spot that I've come across in Lake Elsinore! It's very inviting & the products are great. The staff is very helpful, Candy has helped me & gave me the best recommendations. Jackie also recently helped me & was very knowledgeable! First time patient deals are also included which really adds on an awesome discount. I recommend the Raw Gardens if interested in pens. There products seem a lot more fresh than The Syndicate as I've had trouble there lately. Overall, love this spot, check it out!!

The hostess was very nice but the budtender didn't know answers to very basic questions. He seemed almost annoyed to be there. They were out of all Stiiizys expect for CBD. Maybe I just hit it on an off day.

Healing Tree ! The new kids on the block! Well I'm old school. Our strongest weed was from Hawaii or Humbolt ! You've come along way baby! This dispensery has the strongest vape oil in town 96% ! Good night ! I highly recommend them . Cool staff ,good service and excellent product! Healing Tree is essential!

The Healing Tree was an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful and knew so much about the products. Very cool vibe in there too with a lot of variety. Definitely won't go anywhere else from now on!

Best flower, prices and service around. Been to many stores and no one compares. Tried some Passiflora flower and did not disappoint.

today was my first time at The Healing Tree, and I cannot say enough how happy I am to have found this place!! from the moment you walk into the shop you can feel the good vibes, everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. they have a very large variety of high quality products. the store layout is very clean, organized and easy to navigate. you can tell the owners have poured their hearts and soul into this place, not only will I be a loyal customer, but I will be letting all my friends and family know to come here!! 10/10 recommend!!

Checked out the place and the guard (female) had any attitude and was yelling at someone a distance away as they walked to their car.   When I looked in her direction she seemed to think I was fair game.  This Karen will drive away business.  Good dispensaries are hard to find but I don't want to have to deal with a rude guard just to get my medicine.  I'll find it elsewhere.  Just not worth the frustration.

Boss is very rude to employer's made me feel uncomfortable when purchasing last time I will visit.

Terrible customer service..employees are badly educated  and rude, Avoid this place!!

Love this place the staff is always super nice and seem to be very educated on all of their products. There selection is second to none in Elsinore they have so much variety for very affordable prices. Highly recommend coming here and not wasting your time down the street.

So thrilled to have such a great spot to get my supplies.  All the employee know exactly what they are talking about and the owner is super friendly.   Everybody was happy to answer all questions and show me all the flower i wanted to see.  Could not have been a better experience.  Definitely a breath of fresh air to have such a good local spot, especially compared to the other shops around.

I dropped into The Healing Tree today and I was surprisingly impressed compared to the other dispensary's in the area. They gave me 15% off for my first time in and their prices are really affordable ! Aspen and the rest of staff were super helpful and friendly. I would suggest checking this place out, worth the visit !

New spot in town, props to Darren and Becca for taking care of us! Great prices and service, we'll definitely come back! Atmosphere is clean and inviting, nice product selection, people are super friendly.

What a wonderful visit! I love when dispensary staff are so sweet and accommodating. The best part?! Our dog totally got the super star treatment while inside.From the security guard out front, to the budtenders everyone was totally welcoming. The budtunder totally got us the quality we're looking for and they put it under a magnifier so you can really see the flower. Awesome various pricing on pods.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Although it's in Lake Elsinore, on an early Saturday (or Sunday) morning, it's a nice easy and lovely scenic view drive, coming from Upland... We don't mind the drive at all and it is well worth it! The owner is very down to earth and lovely to the eye, if truth be told!  shhhh...don't tell my hubby I said that! ...when you walk into "candyland", the esthetics of the store is very catching! The tree inside makes you feel you're in nature... it's also classy with a zen like atmosphere... very relaxed and comfortable. All the Budtenders we've dealt with have been very knowledgeable with the products and on point! ...All they have recommended so far, were as exactly told! We already have a few faves we can't help going back to... top o' the line, quality products with very reasonable prices! ...Like I said, and will stress, not a trip wasted, nor will you "not" be disappointed in the plethora of choices you have! I highly recommend The Healing Tree, to you, my friends, with high tolerance and good  taste... it is also very appealing to the senses, may I add! Thank Darren for your passion, your vision, and your love for your patrons and your drive! I love your care and concern for others too!

Not the level of standard this places promotes it self to be. It's ok as a last resort. If you take a look at previous response's they really don't care if you have a bad experience . Don't waste your time come to Dr Greenthumb instead!!!!

I have a close relative that suffers from deminsha. There products are the only thing that has brought relief. Great staff too.

You don't own sidewalks. How can you be so entitled to have someone arrested when you had no business making demands off of your property. I hope you don't have security cameras, because you don't have permission to film anyone, according to your own statements.... sad. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR FALSE POLICE REPORT! SEE YOU SOON!
