I love this place!!! Each employee goes above and beyond to help you find the product that will help you best based on your conditions or symptoms. The prices are great and there are weekly specials that rock! Nothing but great experiences from this place.

This place is the best. Love the staff and Kristen the manager. The selection is insane here

They are very friendly and helpful. Security is excellent. They are very helpful in there knowledge about everything.

Rudest staff most disorganized mess I have ever seen do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost you do pre-orders go there and then they saw them on you then hang up that's the type of stuff you have to deal with they really really suck

This location serves both rec and med clients and does a great job! I waited a week until the initial frenzy of legalization slowed down. I walked in, a guard asked if I was med/rec. I told him "recreational" and the person at the window scanned my ID and had me wait in an adjacent room. There were only 5 people ahead of me and within a few minutes, I was called to another room with 5 or 6 cashiers (almost like a small bank teller counter). The person who helped me was so friendly and sweet! The selection for recreational isn't huge but obviously everywhere is currently working out the kinks. I came for edibles and she described them all clearly and I was able to make a clear choice. Even though they are busy, I never felt rushed. I will definitely check them out again and their sister recreational store "Rise" in Joliet.

This place has the nicest, most helpful staff! By far my favorite dispensary. My mom has severe back & neck pain, & the staff goes above & beyond to ensure she gets the edibles & creams she needs! I recommend this place to everyone!

Got there 30 mins before they closed. They gave me every excuse they had in order not to serve me. 0/10 would not recommend, would not come back

You need a entire separate website. I order recreational online because it said adult use as well (not just medical) yet I ended up with a disposable pen I never wanted because i walked out the store without checking. However, I did ask the lady was it a cart at the beginning of my checkout process. However since your website sucks  she gave me the wrong one. I honestly never want to come back the carts are never full anyway I just wanted to be loyal. They don't care about their customers enough. Better off going off somewhere else trust me like MOCA or Windy City the carts are cheaper and full.

Not sure why this place doesn't have a perfect 5-star rating. If you're looking for a a huge menu, this is the place. I've been to every dispensary in the SW burbs and beyond and this place no doubt has the biggest and best selection of medicine. Also, the staff is extremely friendly, which is just important as having a solid menu. It's not the nearest dispensary for me, I have 5 that are closer, but Rise Rock Creek is really starting to grow on me. Also, I was in a MAJOR jam today at Rise and without getting into details let's just say they took care of me, big-time. This place has been nothing but 5-star to me on every single visit. I love this place.Thank you RISE Rock Creek! You guys are killing it!!

Im a medicinal user. This location is friendly, efficient and accurate when processing my transactions. The curbside pick up is super convenient. All the products from vapes, edibles, fluids, concentrates and gear have always been on point. My most recent purchase of medicinal infused drinks are my favorite so far. Uplifts your mood, stimulating for conversation with friends, can be creative, pain free and low calorie non alcoholic drink. Happy hour just got better

Fast and friendly service Chris was awesome I won't hesitate to come back  I guess my review is not long enough so hopefully this gets me their lol

Well it's been a while since I've been there at 3c's or wise it's beautiful lots more room that's awesome I love it good people

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was not told no entry after 5:45 drove all the way from Aurora to get there came to door at 547 to to be told can't come in for recreational. Waste of gas, money and time.

Everyone there is so friendly! They follow the mask mandate which makes me very happy. They also have the MOST FRIENDLY STAFF I have ever encountered and I have been in customer service for over 15 years

I’m writing this review due to a rude security guard by the name of John I’m a newer medical patient and have never been to the curbside pick up for this location and there are two lanes in the back of the store so I pulled In to the closest lane by the building no one was outside to direct me I began to call the store to have a team member come outside but before I could connect to the store I saw someone was coming out so I hung up the phone and rolled my window down expecting to be greeted kindly John seemed to come out with an attitude and barking orders for me to back up and move to the outter lane which was no issue to me but there was no reason to treat a patient just coming to pick up there order so rudely it's as simple as coming out of the store and saying hi welcome to rise dispensary and then kindly asking could you please move over to our other lane for pick up orders but instead I wasn't even greeted kindly with a hello I rolled the window down and was being barked orders with an attitude. All in all the staff who actually are part of rise are kind and friendly and are great but they need to hire a better security guard with manners toward patients and non patients hopefully they can send him for extra training on customer interactions
