Everyone was super nice! It was a great experience for the first time being in a dispensary. They are extremely helpful and answer questions about products and go even further. They had a pretty good selection too! It was a very friendly and comfortable environment.

First time coming here and even with the COVID19 pandemic it was a quick in and out! I'm  from out of state but the young lady working the kiosks was SO helpful to help me find deals. You do have to place an online order via kiosk but the wait time took as long as it took me to walk up to the window.. They're  very friendly and efficient! Will totally be back next time I'm  in Joliet!!

Great selection, but absolutely no point of ordering online. You will still have to wait in a long ass line. Work on the logistics of ordering online!

Didn't know what to expect so Very happily surprised.  It was just like walking into an Apple store! Very high end experience.  Workers were super helpful and took care to explain options and items.  Only shocker was the high taxes which they don't control.  Don't we afraid to give it a try

Great place, people were helpful and the place was super organized I just wish they had a bigger selection. But other than that the place is great!

A bud tender made a small mistake today and management made it right. Great flower usually only wish a bigger selection.

Great dispensary, good selection, nice staff. Longest I've waited was 20 minutes from door to counter. They are a little more expensive than other stores around Will County(eliminate 3C now) but well worth it.

Honestly I wanted to take a moment to give credit where it is certainly earned. I would say that Rise is a leader in all things COVID-19 right now. From creating virtual lines to check-in, to having nearly outlined blue lines to keep people at a safe distance, and literally sanitizing each kiosk between uses. The process was easy, felt safe, and handled both professionally and with great care. Now aside from our current pandemic, this place is great. With a loyalty program, reusable bags, a great assortment, knowledgeable staff, and up-to-date text alerts--Rise is your one stop shop for all your cannabis needs. Thank you for your commitment to your customers and for being a safe and great addition to Will County and surrounding areas.

I placed my order online, it was easy.  Within 5 minutes I got a text saying my order was ready.  Check in was super fast and easy.  I will definitely be back!

If u wanna by carts half way filled for full price this is the place to go. Management was zero help pretty much told me I was sh*t out of luck . Waste of money .

Really curious when this dispensary will be an actual dispensary. They never have flower, and the site is not reflective of their actual inventory.

This dispensary is amazing, however, I'm not crazy about the flower selection compared to other dispensaries.

Dispensaries are pretty new in Illinois for recreational purposes, so this is the only one I've been to in Illinois. They are by far the nicest people I've met. From entering every employee that you come across greets you and are more than happy to help. I don't want to say they are high ( I don't care if they are.) because not everyone smokes and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are by nature good people. They have been very well prepared for the virus and have made it easier and more pleasant.

Okay selection. Quality stuff. Rather steep prices, but comparable to the area. Staff was all very friendly and helpful!

Not safe. Do not shop here. Curtis, the insecurity guard, wants to feel power so he micromanages people in line. Instead of enforcing social distancing, he moves people closer together, funneling everyone into the same crowded room. This man is a liability and was troublesome before the covid-19 crisis. Ask him to observe the rules, like keeping distance or wearing gloves and he will threaten to remove you from the building. He also informed that because I made the choice to visit the store, I was not entitled to observe social distancing and protect myself. During my last visit, he even made physical contact with another patron that was asking him to stay away. Curtis also threatened to remove that person from the building as well. This employee seems to forget he is there to protect the business and the customers from security threats. He is not there to regulate and enforce anything else, he is not a police officer. Even JPD is there to protect, not enforce. I made a separate attempt to inform management of the situation, giving them time to respond, but no word from Rise/GTI. Other than the several run-ins with Curtis, the dispensary itself is great. I will happily edit my review once proper disciplinary action has been taken. Be aware that 3C Dispensary in Joliet is the same company.

If you feel like getting ripped off, and I am talking, raped for an eighth, standing in long ass lines, dealing with disrespectful & rude staff, walking into low, or zero flower product availability, and paying an arm and a leg for rec taxes, this is your store!!! WORST prices in 3 counties. Don't waste your hard-earned dollars. There are a million dispos with much lower price points, for the same exact product. Rise sucks so bad, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there, even if they were desperate.

3/31-PRICES WENT UP!  Check your product online before you go.  There was no warning about price change.  Soon we will all be back to the black market if prices go up again.  NOT COOL RISE.3/30 visit went smooth because I waited to be the first one in-line, on this day they opened at 10 am for seniors and the Immuno compromised.  The virtual line will NOT let you check in on the wait list until public sales start which on this day was 11am.   BEFORE YOU DRIVE TO THE DISPENSARY LOOK AT THEIR HOURS.  The hours are forever changing due to COVID.  I mean they change daily.  The whole  virtual line thing does NOT mean you get to move ahead of the crowd.  You still need to "camp out" or arrive early.  It is best to arrive and hour to thirty mins early and then add your name to the wait list while you are in line.  The line determines your place not the wait list. Product choice for edibles is pretty good.  On average about 20 items categorized as edibles.  Again still a little higher price than Natures Care.  3/20 visit was like it was January 1st 2020!  Line was completely wrapped around the building by 9:30 And they didn't open till 10a.  It was cold!  I arrived at 8:10am and I was out and in my car at about 10:25.  At check out the clerk said they were deemed necessary to stay open during all of this coronavirus chaos.  Who knows things change daily.  I hope everyone stops freaking out and just purchases what as they need.  I grabbed the green apple incredibles.  Plastic gummy taste but good hybrid high.  The sour shake in the package along side the jar does not take good to me.  You're supposed to pour a little bit of the shake into the tub and shake the gummy in the bottle. ta it before you do, I do not like the taste.  I am 40 mins away so not close for me but good product.  Still more expensive than Natures Care in Rolling Meadows.  The dispensary was empty on a Saturday afternoon.  Had a good experience here.  I will come back as a backup dispensary, prices are a little higher than Nature's Care in Rolling Meadows.  Everyone was nice and helpful.  You order off an iPad, if you'd like you can order with someone but they do not have a menu at the counters.  Prices DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES, add 30%.  They have tip jars at every station, I think it's kind of cheesy to have that because we pay a lot for your employers purchased products.  The Girl Scouts were selling cookies and singing, it was cute!  If you go support them if you can.  That little girl is grinding and killing it! Selection was small for edibles, this is the only thing I use.  The Incredibles peach gummies are HORRIBLE!  Do not purchase them!  The after taser is disgusting.  The peach gummies are 12.5mg and you get 8 pieces.  Get the MINDYS GUMMIES, a little more expensive but worth it.  Mindys gummies are have better dosing and a much much better flavor.  Mindys gummies are 5mg and you get 20.  The atmosphere is calm and over all clean feeling and looking.  This dispensary is located in very busy traffic area, we had front row parking.  The whole visit was about 20 mins and that's because we were looking at products on the iPad.

I had to get a refund for an RSO that was leaking and wouldn't come out right, everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I've never had an issue before here, and they handled it very well. Love, love, love this place and is my definite go to. The older security guard guy is super cool too lol

Great experience from beginning to end. Prices are a bit higher than I'm used to, but the quality is top notch and worth it!

Came here multiple times, however I ALWAYS get disposable carts. I ordered online. They said I ordered at the wrong Joliet location, that's fine however it still says adult recreational on there. They either need to start honoring the other Joliet website (provides false information) or create a new website. I not only paid for the wrong item wanted, they wouldn't let me return because I left out the door. Ironically I have seen someone walk out with the same issue last time I was here, and guess what they let them back in and handled their issue. So i guess because I'm not a white older man, my issue can't be handled because of "law" don't pick and choose when to implement the law. Don't think I'll ever be back here, I'll rather drive somewhere else and spend my money.

So they send me text notifications for everything under the sun but when I place an online order, drive 30 minutes in the rain to get there just to be told "our systems down and we hope to be up before closing" just doesn't fly. If the system was down why not tell me that when the order was placed? Bunch of highmonsters running this joint. No pun intended.

This was my second time in with poor service, limited selection, cash requirement, and unnecessarily high prices. I walk in and there's a guy with an iPad and he just looks at me. I hand him my ID assuming that's what he wants and he just says, "name?" and I say my name to which he just continues to stare so I reach my ID out again thinking he would take it or look at it or something and still when nothing happened I said, "I'm not sure if you're needing this" and he says, "I just need to see the back" so I flip it over and he takes a photos of it with the iPad and he makes the comment, "first time huh?" No this isn't my first time here at Rise, nor purchasing weed, nor having my ID checked. Security personnel usually use words and explain what information they need without verbally belittling you in front of other customers. It was rude and ridiculous, I am more than willing to comply or show whatever is needed but please let me know what you need and don't be sarcastic when I ask what it is you're needing. The prices are far too high. No where should have 70$ cartridges for no reason. The requirement of cash is also unreasonable and a sign of a very poorly run company. If you're not going to have a well running business, at least treat your customers with respect.

Super easy process- I ordered online, showed my ID to the guy upon entry, went to the online pickup to the right, showed ID again, paid cash (cash only) and headed out. The employees are friendly, the place is clean/organized. The only issue I had from a security perspective was that they keep the tip bowl unsecured so it seems like they could better this, maybe with a locked/secured box but whatever works for them, until it doesn't. There was a Joliet police officer in the parking lot. Not sure they're always there but I mean, the amount of $$$ in this 'cash only' place probably warrants it.

I am a regular at this dispensary. I had a concern about a product and they totally stepped up to address this concern. They took care of me immediately and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I cant thank you enough for showing me that I matter to you. This is my permanent dispensary now.

Now a great selection of product and brands and the parking lot got fixed. For sure the best in the area. Lines move smooth and the staff is excellent and helpful.

Everyone who works there is smart about the products they sell. They are all really nice and helpful. If I'm not sure what I want, they know just how to help me narrow it down. And its awesome that they have all kinds of CBD products too that give me relief?? Don't forget your ? to get in!

Unlike windy city, no lines. Very clean, process was quick, decent inventory. I'm very happy with Rise and will be frequenting this location.
