This is the 3rd dispensary I've gone to, but the first to educate me. I was given a nice teach folder on the differences of the strands. Which was a perfect read for the wait time, no more than 10 minutes. I learned a few new things, not just on flower but I'm new to cartridges(vaping)  and batteries.     My whole reasoning for this post was for the supreme customer service I received. Jesenia was super helpful and educated on the products she introduced me to. I previously owned my own battery but i was interested in a strand she showed me and i ended up purchasing another style. So I had to grab the long black rectangle one. I will say I love how it smokes. I have my Sativas for day time and my hybrid/indicas for night. I was also introduced to some yummy smelling pre rolled flower and I have to say I'm happy. I wasn't planning on purchasing any flower but I'm happy i did. When I opened it at home i was so happy. So I had a fun time at there store and I'm not complaining. Jesenia was true when she politely let me know that there quality was better than others. You guys if you are new to oils and other items ask for Jesenia, she is very knowledgeable and will lead you in the right direction. Thanks again.

Terrible!!! My wife and I went in this afternoon in over 100° heat, and I was planning on spending well over $1000 for different balms, CBD oils, etc. After taking my ID and having my wife and I sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes, the rude girl behind the desk then tells my wife that she has to leave since she is technically not a customer, even though we were all distanced more than 10 feet apart, and we are all wearing masks.I told her that I'm not going to have my wife sit in the car in this heat while I conduct substantial business here, and we would just come back some other time. She then said, "Well, it's going to be the same thing next time..." And I responded, "No it won't, because I will never come back here again."It is unbelievable to me that they would have someone so incredibly rude working in a customer service capacity.I highly recommend that you go somewhere else!!!!So rude!!!!!!

When i get delivery, they are days late. When i order its far from what was advertised. When i go in im blatantly disrespected. Just today i ordered flower that was advertised at 28% when i picked it up it was 16%. And apparently becaused it fullfilled my 2 and half i couldnt even change it out. So now because of truleve i have no meds till the 23rd!!!! Combat vet with PTSD.

The worst to live in Florida I've been to Miami straight up to Jacksonville and Beach Boulevard is the worst ever the worst and I mean the worst don't waste your time go to another TRULIEVE

Staff is not helpful when looking for help as a new cannabis user. Front desk staff is incredibly rude. And they don't care about hearing impaired customers. It's a pharmacy, not a club, the music does not need to pulsing through the floor.

My second visit was no different than my first.This visit I got to speak with Jesyka and she was just such a sweetheart. She made also of suggestions based on some concerns I was having in dosing and timing. Jesyka offered different options and like Kyle said if this is not working come back and we will adjust and find something that will work better. Jesyka was very open and caring and had great people skills. And before I close, I dont want to forget the fine people at the front desk. Each time I have visited they have been very friendly and nice. I am sure they get very busy during the day but each time a customer exits the building they wish them a good day. Great customer service from everyone here.

So this is a big shout out to Mason who helped me today. He was very kind and understanding as I had several questions that I needed answered. Also, on a previous visit Bill had helped me so shout out to Bill cause he is also marvelous.Because of the long drive I need to make just to get to the dispensary I usually do my order online and then pick up as there is no reason to drive all the way there to find out your medication is not available. Even doing online sometimes you will need to wait but so what...no big deal, be patient. Life is not a rush. There are separate time waits for online versus needing sales help so if you need additional assistance when you place an online order, you need to let the check in staff know so they can direct you appropriately.I wanted extra help so yes, it took me a little longer but I knew they had everything I was coming for so I was happy anyway. Within ten minutes I was called to the back area and then soon after I was on my way to another great experience with another phenomenal Trulific Trulieve employee. Thank you Mason for your great smile and happy laughter today. Sometimes us people with alot of pain just need some bottled smiles and laughter to make the world brighter.

I would rather use delivery. The 2 times. I tried to go there was disappointing and the young associates are rude. Why do you have to wait in a separate place to even get in is ridiculous.

Don't waste your time coming to this place!Every time, walk in or online order, they screw up my order, NEVER able to get it right!!!The girl with a gun is running around, acting less than professional...I have had it! I left yesterday saying " I'm DONE!"And immediately went a little further East on beach Blvd, to the Harvest House of Cannabis.Left from there, a happy person with all the product I wanted! Plus, they have edibles!!!

Got my Medical card and wasn't sure which dispensary to visit and I'm so glad I picked this company and location. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a employee walk me through different options and what would work best for my medical conditions. I will definitely be visiting here for all my supplies and needs. The wait wasn't long at all and getting in the system was a breeze. I would definitely recommend others to check this place out.

Wanda is the sweetest person packed my bag with love every time actually the whole staff is super friendly extremely helpful always kind considerate I always have a very pleasant experience and highly recommend it

Place is great. Best in the business. When we go my wife and I talk to Harley. He is the best always makes good suggestions and is very knowledgeable. So when u go here be sure ask for Harley.

Awesome dispensary, very clean and they people are nice and very knowledgeable about their products and an great selection of flower and wax concentrates, I will be returning to this location for sure

The wait time is Brutal even if you place a order online. The office is nice and clean and the staff is great once you make it to the back to purchase your products. Would give them a 5 if the wait times weren't so bad!!

Trulieve is has the best selection of any dispensary in Jax! Yes wait can be a little long sometimes but that's at not fault to the employees. They deal with a lot so giving them a break on this area is definitely what everyone should do. The dispensary managers are always active and have no problems correcting mistakes or helping you in anyway possible. They have a great return policy unlike other dispensaries if something goes wrong with your product! Most importantly, the staff,security, to the managers; everyone there is helpful and puts a smile on their face regardless of the stress. Personally, all the tenders are pretty knowledgeable and will go to any length to help you. Mason is awesome, helpful, and always friendly! But specifically Rose at the front desk, always remembers me, which makes me feel welcome and comfortable! Never mind all the times she has gone way out of her way to help my family. She made sure we had what we wanted in particular and makes sure we leave happy every time. More  recognition needs to be given to employees like Rose!

I've been going here ever since I've gotten approved by the state last year. The employees are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone that is approved. Reseasonable prices and you can stack discounts. My only complaints, the building is small and so is the parking lot. I know they repaved the parking lot, which I am glad. They do have a designated parking lot just in case the one where the dispensary is full, but you have to walk across the street, hoping you won't get hit by a car. I'm sorry but Jacksonville drivers suck.Question to the owner will there be another location in Jacksonville? Preferably, bigger location?

So far I have been here twice and both times was such a great experience. They don't get tired of me asking my dumb questions! This is definitely the dispensary for me!I live on the west side, and I have no issues making that 20 minute drive to bypass all the others to go to this one.

This place has top shelf quality product, competitive prices, some great bud tenders. The wait sucks butt I waited an hour was next and some guy with an online order walked in and immediately went back in front of me, when I got in he was shopping. So today at 7:30 am I placed an online order got a text saying it was ready at 11:30 or 12 so I went down at 2:30 pm and had to wait for 5 people ahead of me NOT ONLINE ORDERS. WTF who the hell makes up rules as they wish. There are a bunch of employees doing a whole lot of nothing around this place. Bring a book and a pillow you're in for a long wait.

I got referred to Trulieve from Green Health and I have been very happy with this dispensary. They have a great selection of flower, concentrates and other medical marijuana items, I am in heaven thank you Trulieve!

Products are great but stock problems.  From Gainesville to Pensacola there is never a full range of concentrates.  Which seems deliberate. New products that cannot be ordered online at all and only available to the staff who apparently are all MMJ card holders too. Stock is a HUGE problem with these dispensaries; the Florida Dept of Health and the FL MMJ folks need to know so they can produce more. No one wants to drive 90mins to 3 hours round trip for *nothing* - the Tallahassee store was so empty 4 days after New Years Day [and all the sales? What good are they... just empties stock for what seems like people partying?!] Otherwise why the holiday high demand? and stop with the 4/20 sale. It only reinforces stereotypes of who needs mmj as medicine.I needed Trulieve last night; Thursday Jan 31st. But couldn't place and order.... yes you guessed it. NO STOCK!!

First time coming to this location and definitelywill be back! Super friendly staff, decent amount of product for dispo's being so new to florida. Nate and Frank were super helpful and gave great service as budtenders!

Superior product, mediocre customer service, and until recently huge waits even for online orders. Also don't ask to modify your order if you placed online. Time is money. A few mins to modify an order could cost them tons of dough

Trulieve is the best dispensary in Jacksonville, but that's not saying much anymore. They're consistently out of product. I feel like I spend entirely too much time chasing down my medicine, only for them to be out most of the time. I have spent entirely too much money on this legal cannabis crap in Florida but I'm over it. I'm working on moving to a legal state with affordable products and reliable service.

Got my license yesterday and this was my 1st time going to any dispensary.Receptionist was nice and gave me a package with alotta info about medicinal mj and Trulieve. But I had to wait in the lobby for most of an hour before I could enter the dispensary. Once in there Josh was informative and helpful.Overall I am pleased..... but an hour wait?!I hope this isnt the experience at all dispensaries.Gonna check out Suterra Wellness today.

Me and my husband come here all the time and every employee is amazing while we are there. We get a lot of the flower and all have been great. The space bomb is by far one if the best!! Highly suggest to visit if you haven't.

I really like this business! I placed an order over the weekend, received my order on Monday. However, the Trulieve vape pen I had originally ordered wasn't working. So..., I talk to their online customer service department on Trulieve.com, they referred me to my local dispensary location on Beach Blvd. So, long story short, they made sure I was completely satisfied today. Definitely a repeat customer.Also, avoid those Trulieve rechargeable auto vape pen. I switched to the Trulieve Mystica vape unit. I really like it, too.

Process was simple and easy. Good variety and quality products. Definitely one of my go to dispensaries.

Always packed, always selling to employees over patients, always smug. Just yeah, avoid.

The 6259 Beach Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32216 store provided the worst service I've ever experienced. I used the online service, received a message to pick up the order. I went to pick up the order the next day on 01/09/21 @ 5pm. I was checked in by the security. I was told to sit in my car and wait on a text. After waiting 30 minutes, I came in to wait until my name was called. I began to see people that came in after me, receive service. The manager or whoever the guy was running the lobby, acknowledged everyone except me. I waited an additional 20 minutes. I was told there were 5 more people ahead of me. These people came after me. After waiting over an hour, was called to the back only to be told that my order could not be filed. I am not sure why this type of service is expectable to corporate. The security guard should have been securing the building and not checking someone in. I should have been told at check in that the order could not be filed. Coming there was a big waste of my time.

I've been using Trulieve almost a year now. The staff and management are knowledgeable and friendly. They do need more inventory though. I've been many times where what I wanted was out of stock and I had to get something else. Certain products seem perpetually out of stock, such as Indica 50mg. capsules.Today however I went to Knox Medical. I went there because they have a full THC tincture. Trulieve only carries a 1 / 1 THC/CBD tincture. It would be nice if Trulieve would introduce a full Indica tincture.  Also if they're listening (wink wink) a 25mg capsule would be nice. Right now there are only 10 mg then 50mg capsules. It's not cost efficient to take 2 - 10mgs and sometimes 50mg is a bit much.

It's too bad 1 horrible employee can ruin how one feels regarding a business but, they can. So, I've been a Trulieve customer in Palm Coast, for a year. Never had a problem, love them and I was excited to find their Jax location upon our move. Apparently when I was called into the back of this dispensary, the front had not relayed to the back my specific needs so, when I told the customer rep who was helping me that I was exchanging a broken Trulieve Concentrate Pen, he rolled his eyes at me and started yelling at me that I wasn't allowed to change my order (I was, the people at the front checkin desk approved it).  Then another employee jumped in to "explain", loudly,  that changes to a phone order are not allowed , then another came out and I ended up having 4 Trulieve employees  yelling at me FOR NO REASON.  I've never experienced anything like this before, in my life. I started crying and shaking. So the floor supervisor walked  onto the floor and told me that in the future I should try their delivery service. Ha! There are way too many excellent dispensaries in this town to give my money to this one. Run away. Go to MUV. You'll be happy you did.

Great service and excellent staff. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the parking situation is horrible. Only one handicap spot which is always being used by someone who doesn't have a tag or placard to park there. The parking is really horrendous and there are times you will have to sit in your car and wait for a person who has blocked you in to leave to be able to get out. Something needs to be done about the parking badly.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 hour wait at truelieve today! No wait MUV. Truelieve does not care about my business apparently

Way too expensive- horrible wait times( yet these guys actually have tip jars) constantly out of stock- horrible phone customer service(stilll waiting on that phone call) Once some competition starts opening up these guys shouldn't be around for long, and good riddance.

Since Trulieve has been the only local dispensary to carry flower the Customer Service of it's understaffed team SUCKS . They are unable to handle the mass turnout of people to get flower and encourage people to leave , are salty , act as if they are doing YOU a favor .. The Woman with the light brown extremely curly hair who packs the pink gun behind the desk , I think she is one of the Managers and she's just WOAHhhhhhhh kinda nasty . She yells at customers and throws files around .. I don't get it , if that were my business I would hire enough HAPPY staff to handle all the people who are standing in line for sometimes over 2 hours to buy my $$$$$$$$$ product . I would have smiling , happy , give out snacks or whatever to keep my line at a steady 2 hour wait form open to close !! Not run people off with their nasty attitudes... not going back to the Trulieve on Beach Blvd their attitudes suck .. the New Dispensary on Beach called Harvest Cannabis is wayyyyyyyyyy better and less expensive

Trulieve Jacksonville needs a lesson on how to treat patients. I went to this location to pick up my medicine and I was denied because of my id. According to the Office of Compassionate I needed to bring a, "photo identification card". It didn't say state issued I'd or any type but a veteran identification card which is a federal issued identification card. The manager gave me a hard time for driving and not having a drivers license. I wasn't even driving so why do I need my drivers license regardless it was his condescending attitude towards me like I was a jerk. I just don't think it's fair that I can pickup OxyContin and Benzodiazepines with my Veteran I'd but can't get MMJ. If I lived in Jacksonville I would go to Knox since they offer 20% off meds and free delivery.

Very knowledgeable staff with high quality products. A bit pricey, but with medical marijuana being a fairly new industry here in Florida, high taxes are inevitable. Definitely recommend.

Came in here when I first got my recommendation, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Never had any issues with anything that I've bought from here. The only real issue with this location is the parking lot.

Update**  after my first post I was contacted and offered to exchange both cartridges, even the one I already used. Great customer service. **This was my very first time in any dispensary and they were helpful and answered my questions. They gave me an info folder but I didn't have time to read it in the waiting room because they called me in quickly so now I'm reading it and see that the  cartridges come in 2 sizes. I told them this is my first time ever purchasing mmj and there were different things i was trying to address so wanted more than one strain to try. I chose 2 varieties but no time though the conversation or transaction was i told i could choose between two sizes. With this being brand new to me and expressing my concern of trying different strains to see what's best for me, I would think he would have suggested the 250mg until I see what works best for me. I definitely feel taken taken advantage of... I spent twice as much money as I needed today and $128 is ALOT for me. That's shady business.

I have been going to Trulieve since November of 2017. I really appreciate everything they do there.They are very helpful and informative. And everyone is so nice. So thank  you Trulieve!

I love that Florida has allowed medical marijuana and trulieve is a godsend. I tried the other one on the west side and they gave no explanation about how to use or anything. I was told about trulieve and decided to give them a try and they are more than happy to give you all the information you need. thanks again

I also was nervous. But the staff put me at ease. They are professional, friendly and the team feels like a family. And the process is quick.

Always super busy. Never have products in stock. No point in ordering online and picking up because they don't ever have your order ready and you still have to wait over 30min for them to call you in to get and pay for your order.

My first time today, didn't know what I was doing or what to expect, Im 71 and in great pain when I was called and went inside I was over whelmed and teared up , the -and Macie who was going to help me jumped roght in and asked me if I wanted a personal consult, I gladly accepted, because I didn't know what I was doing, she was great, explaining product, use and making sure AI was alright. I thank God for her kindness and help, she is the Best

Great customer service and excellent product.  Issues: lack of product and parking availability, wait times greater than one hour on delivery days, and, unable to reserve popular products online. In the past, online inventory was inaccurate but this might have been repaired to reflect real time store inventory.

I usually know what I want before I go, but this visit I wanted to ask about a few new products.  Brandy was exceptional, very knowledgeable and what she didn't know, she quickly sought another employee for assistance.  She was also very helpful with recommending alternatives to out of stock products and advising on new products I hadn't yet tried.  As always, the staff are very friendly and personable, so the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time is typically a little long most of the time I am able to go.  Otherwise the products are top quality and the employees are awesome!!!

Horrible place. Parking sucks. The lobby is super small and uncomfortable. The wait is always super long, even with a pick up order it doesn't matter. The staff is rude, uneducated, very pushy, and just plain @$$holes. Half the time they are out of the product you want, so they try to push so other crap you don't want just to make a sale. They have messed up my pre-orders a few times with the wrong product in the bag. They've sold products out of my pre-order before I got there after they have confirmed my order was ready for pickup. They have forgotten to dispense how much flower I got, so the next Dispensary I went to 4 days later couldn't sell me any flower until I drove back to the Jacksonville location and made them fix it. Their $25 delivery fee is close to robbery. The only good thing about Trulieve is that some of their prices aren't to bad. This location though worst Trulieve I have been to in the state and I've been to 6 TL locations.

I found the staff professional and knowledgeable. They put me at ease on my first visit as I was in an anxiety PTSP attack. I feel I can trust them and products.

Excellent customer service! I have to admit that the first time I went, I was a little nerves. The team there is an awesome team. Now I'm not nerves any more. LOL

The staff is all very friendly and helpful.  They are also quite knowledgeable and patient with me as I learn about the products and how to use them.   They always make me feel comfortable enough to ask questions about the effects, etc. on my return trips.

Everyone who works here are friendly, helpful, and honest!!! I love walking in & seeing Rose. Then, you go to the back and EVERYONE is so polite and providing excellent customer service. James is cool... Heather is super knowledgeable and helpful... Jessica is cool, Lee & everyone else whom have helped me that I forgot their names. The prices are reasonable and they carry a great selection of products. I don't go anywhere else.

Now that They seem to have gotten their website straight, I have not had any problems. It used to show they had what I wanted but then would call me and say they're out of stock. But that's been better last few times. I put in my order and normally within 10 minutes I get a text,my order is filled and ready for pick up. However today I put in an order, it's been in three hours and I don't know if it's ready or not I have not gotten a text and my status still shows processing. But I would recommend Trulieve. I tried other dispensaries and they don't have near the stock of Flower that Trulieve does. Trulieve is the only place I can get the flower that helps my pain and gives you energy.

If I could give zero I would. I have never been treated with the disrespect that I have at trulieve at ANY other dispo. The customer service is garbage and they do nothing to make things right. Any time you have a question they'll make sure to talk to you like you're a fucking idiot and it's your fault for not knowing that they're always behind/that they always have an excuse for why they haven't done their jobs. The frustration and disdain I hold for this location is unreal. Literally anywhere is better than this location.

Tried going back after a couple months still just as bad if not worse. Their system has not changed despite intense customer complaints and further their way more off on their product availability. For example today just before walking in I was assured by their associates that they had at least a comparable strain of marijuana at least around 20% when I walk in their bud tenders tell me the best they can do is 17% for 55 dollarsThe place LIBERTY HEALTH SCIENCE has been great I consistently get 1/8 from there around 25% for 40 dollars it's greatIf you're reading this the only thing Trulieve has that's great is their live rosin for 90 dollars everything else is to be honest not that great for the price and certainly not for the inconvenience it causes by wait times and not having the product they promise

They will do in a pinch when Curaleaf doesn't have what I need and I absolutely cannot wait. The employees are great and very helpful - I just prefer Curaleaf. 1) They do not carry disposable vape pens here. 2) Pricing is higher because Curaleaf gives me a 20% discount on everything every time I order. Period. It's because I'm on Medicare. They only offer me a 10% discount here and the prices seem to be a bit higher here. 3) They charge for delivery. I can't remember how much, but it's a pretty hefty fee. Curaleaf does not charge for delivery. Curaleaf didn't even charge for delivery.before COVID. Well, now that COVID is going strong, this place, Trulieve, is STILL charging for delivery. Annoying. So, to recap, if I NEED something and absolutely cannot wait, I will use this dispensary; otherwise, I use Curaleaf.

Trulieve has some great product. I have visited them more than any other dispensary in the Jacksonville area because of their awesome flower selection. Never had to wait longer than about 20 mins and the staff is always OUTSTANDING. Kerri, Bruce, Yesena and Anthony have all been more than helpful to be in finding just the right product for my medicinal needs.Flower, carts, shatter, rosin, capsules, tinctures... The list goes on and on. Sometimes they can lack on the flower but that's understandable because they have some awesome stuff. They typically have a great selection of indica, hybrid and Sativa at different price ranges including $33, $43 and $53 for 3.5G. When they run low they usually just have the expensive varieties left which sucks if you're getting your medicine on a budget. Very rarely they will have mini flowers and pre ground flower for considerably lower prices but they sell out very fast. Overall I have had nothing but good experiences here and I have been extremely satisfied with the flower and shatter products. I recommend anyone looking for top quality natural medicine to give Trulieve a try

Went to this dispensary and the white girl there... she is mad short ( only saying who she was by race because I don't remember her name.) She was very rude. She told me to hold on when they brought me back with one finger and then she had an attitude the whole time she was helping me...like it was an issue that she had to help me. I can't help she was having computer issues. She told me not to use the phone to call doc MJ in the main area where they hand out the MJ with an attitude. I said I would just take my business else where.

So many "service animals" in there without service leashes or vest I got scared and the floors were dirty. I was told by the man at the door that service dogs don't require a service vest or leash. I will be bringing my emotional support goliath tarantula and python next time I go.

Better service than Baymeadows Location , Baymeadows is the worst  store front at this point, always have positive experience her compared to the horrible customer service at Baymeadows

By far best Trulieve location in Jacksonville. The staff are always quick and very friendly. If it is ya first time going don’t be afraid to ask questions about any of their product. Their staff is all knowledgeable and can direct you in anyway to get you the best medication for your health needs. Plus the Minis are my favorite.

Trulieve is awesome. Good prices. Great product. My favorite place.

This was my 1st trip to Trulieve and I was pleased at the knowledge of the staff especially Christian as he helped me get what I needed . I definitely will continue going there for my needs. The quality was excellent just as Christian was in helping me ..great store and great staff And it's a year later and I must say I have never had any problems with my orders or the staff. .I think you guys are amazing!!!!! And in November I order on line ground on Thursday for delivery and have it in my hand before lunchtime that day. Go Fernandina Store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
