It's always a positive experience here. The employees are so nice and happy every time I go in. Great product, pickup orders are always quickly filled, plus it looks really cool inside. 100% recommend.

My favorite dispensary in Jacksonville. Number one is the speedy service. Ordering online is a breeze and makes for a quick checkout The people there are pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. The prices are unmatched and variety is good.

From the moment I entered to the moment I left, Curaleaf treated me like royalty! Scott and Shelby, at the San Jose location, are PHENOMENAL!!! My first visit and they were both so patient and informative with the plethora of my rapid-fire questions. Beyond the STELLAR Service, the product far surpasses expectations!! If you haven’t given Curaleaf a try you are missing out (in my opinion).

Angel was absolutely OUTSTANDING, I called her before hand in a bit of a rush. She made sure she had everything ready for me before I got there. She went the extra mile to make me feel valued. This was my very first time at this dispensary and I was not let down. The store was very clean the staff were kind and personable. Angel really made my experience a great one, I had amazing deals as a first timer and even more deals were offered I walked out with more then what I anticipated for and I’m stoked. I will definitely be back to this location in hopes to having Angel take care of me again, keep up the amazing work your customer service is phenomenal! Sincerely one very happy customer ☺️?

To give this 5 stars is almost an insult because this place is too amazing! I wish I could give it more than 5! The entire staff is well educated on cannabis, their stick, and current discounts. They ALL go out of their way to help you save money with loyalty points. Nothing feels forced, they recommend a product but never make me feel forced to buy it. They don't act like salesmen, they act like the best customer service ever. The entire store is clean and looks modern and great. Prices are lowest in town. What more do you want?
