Parking is still a b!+#h but you can always find street parking on the curbside (might have to walk a little). Overall, much more organized when you walk in and wait but the section where they sell is still a very small yet secluded space although personally I find it to be a very cozy vibe & I like dispensaries where they make you feel like they know you even if they just seen you for the first time. Will always come back whenever I'm passing by San Leandro

Okay, whoever was talking to me on the phone, is straight up rude! She needs to be fired, you can't answer the phone talking out the side of your mouth if you're trying to run a business!! Talking to me like I'm stupid, but of course she wants to be bold over the phone. If we were in person I bet the conversation would have went a lot different. I would have given them zero stars if I could. And the parking is super dumb.

I like them, Not to many places carry large packs of cbd pre rolls . Customer service was great

I am a holistic practitioner and I make CBD oil for my patients, which means I need top quality, CBD rich flowers to do that. They don't always have the same strains, but they always have good alternatives.

Blonde pony tail security dude was very rude and disrespectful. Seems like many people have had bad experiences with him. I was parked in front for just a moment when he comes out yelling at me saying "this is not public parking" after explaining to him that I'm a customer who is about to go inside, I just needed a second to get my shit together. He basically said no GTFO and literally yelled at me to never come back again. Lol Needless to say he is a GREAT reason to never come back and give my business to We Are Hemp EVER again. I will be telling my family and friends to go elsewhere, this place has gone quite downhill in quality anyway. What a bummer because I was previously pretty loyal to this dispensary since 2011Don't piss off loyal customers man. We are hemp - get rid of this bad egg before he runs all your clientele out (literally)

There's a group of wannabe semi tough assholes out front. They are "security" they don't have a lot to do and are out front telling one person where to stand, they're all VERY high. I don't know about the blond dude don't know that I saw him, there was one that has moobs, don't know how he can think he's tough with those. Inside was OK got my products and left, don't know if I'll be back, as I was leaving one of the semi tough said "Have a good day" my response... "You have a better one ASSHOLE"! They can know who wrote this review.

I keep going back to this place because the people are real and the products are well curated and thoughtfully priced. A good mix of Premium, Mainstream, Value and Family Farm type items that are unique and a good value.It's not Nordstrom; the living room-lobby still has the feel of a Cardholder Dispensary and honestly it's kind of comfy- especially for medical patients (10% medical discount!). Busy times do get busy, but there is an online ordering option and "know what you want" cue that helps you get in and out about 5 min even if there is a large line.This is my spot

If there was a zero I would put a zero. Got kicked out for speaking up because they took money from the online line and they were forgetting about walk in. Rather take my money somewhere else. Good luck people

You guys need that one bud tender Jada there, she always had the most genuine service. Always helped me with what I needed and I appreciated that. Always made sure to ask me how the weed was too! No offense but none of the girl bud tenders there got it like Jada.

I'd give it 5 stars but the parking and location are horrible! Almost been in several accidents trying to back out of their driveway. Also not a fan of my ID sitting on the counter for everyone to see while I'm waiting. Other than that they have a decent selection and the staff is always friendly.

Terrible experience. I've been a regular at this dispensary for years with no issues whatsoever. Today, 29th of May, 2020, i went down to We Are Hemp to purchase some product as i tend to do every few months or so. We Are Hemp has made a lot of effort to enforce social distancing, having separate walk in and pick up lines, and only allowing one customer at a time into the store. No issues, just common sense and healthy distancing things. One employee, however, seemed hellbent on forcing customers to make orders out on the sidewalk and pressuring them to pay cash right then and there, under the guise of saying they could "go back inside and collect the purchases." I expressed how uncomfortable i was with the situation and told the employee i'd make my purchases inside, where business could be conducted securely. The employee adamantly stated that there was absolutely nothing suspicious about trying to pressure me into a cash sale in the street instead of letting me wait to go inside. The employee moved to the next customer in line behind me (6ft!) and tried the same tactic. The other customer wasnt having any of that nonsense either and was vocal about it. At this point, blondie security guard steps up and tells everyone standing in line that they have to leave and wont be served. No explanation. No reason given. Not suspicious at ALL. If that doesnt sound like a cash scam side hustle on the part of security/employee, I'm a french swan that was born yesterday. Sheriff ended up getting called down, had long talks with the employees and security and established that no, they CANT make sales out on the street. Why have a business property at all if you can just open shop anywhere? Security and staff both lied and told the sheriff that i had refused to wear a mask and was harassing people on the sidewalk. Thankfully, other customers were able to vouch for me. Cant believe it came to that, but some people are always looking to take advantage anywhere they can, even if they have to lie to do it. Been a member and customer since the early 2010s, i hope this business comes back under some kind of reasonable control.

No complaints about their service, supplies, stock, or prices. I've been happy with each visit I've had. People are nice, my questions and curiosities are addressed. Shout out to Moon who was very helpful and knowledgeable my first time there! Thanks, Moon. The only thing that would make this spot better is the parking situation situation. It's not pleasant to park here and bottom out, but it's not a deal breaker. Need printed out dox your first time. Cash only. There's some kind of points/rewards system but I don't recall how they track that.

Yesterday for the first time I came inside the merchant for a 8th of $35 Blue Cookies is an indica- It sound to good to be true . They gave me some dried hybrid strain. Recalled it to be blue cookies   I came in for Medical Purposes not False advertising.

Best dispensary in the area. I use their on line ordering option and it works to perfection. I know what I want, they text when it is ready, I give my ID and there is no wait.In addition, the staff appears to really enjoy working there and do a superb job of providing excellent customer service.

We Are Hemp is a great recreational dispensary. While I agree with everyone that the parking situation could use a little bit of work, I found that there was ample street parking less than a block away from the main building. While I would certainly not recommend leaving any valuables in your vehicle, I have to disagree with the folks who claim that this is in a "seedy" part of town. It's far form upscale, but I have never felt unsafe in the surrounding area. Being the Bay Area, if you leave a backpack in your car anywhere you can pretty much kiss it goodbye. But I don't think that this area is bad by any means.When you first arrive here you will present your ID to the security guard at the door. They will pass it along to the folks behind the front desk and you will enter a small waiting room with a display case and menu available for your consideration on a large television. I wasn't stuck in this room for long before they asked me to sign off on their conditions, and showed me to the back.The dispensary itself is super small. It's really just a couple of dudes chilling behind a couple of glass display cases. But these guys know their stuff. And boy is there a lot of it to know. The guy who helped me informed me that their entire menu is available on WeedMaps for those who want to take a look. They seem to have a good variety of concentrates, edibles, pre-rolls and the like, and everyone that I encountered was super friendly and helpful to me. I must admit that I am far from a weed connoisseur, so I found this to be extremely comforting for my first time at one of these establishments. Only complaint that I have thus far is that the cookies that I purchased (10mg/cookie) didn't hit me until almost a full three hours after I ate a couple. Could just be a one-off situation, but certainly not ideal. Proceed with caution!

There are no storefronts in my city so i've always had to use delivery. I kept having issues with deliveries; either places didn't want to drive to me because of traffic, or bad product with extremely inflated prices.I also smoke mostly concentrates, and most delivery services mostly carry flower. One day i got fed up and decided to drive the 60min to get to this location, and now i'm pretty sure i'm done with delivery forever!EVERYONE in this place was EXTREMELY nice. Not just to me, but all the customers inside. Not to mention, both the bodygaurds; African American and white guy, were unbelievably welcoming and explained every little detail for my first experience. I was registered and checked in immediately, told exactly where to go, and who to talk to. I am a medical user and they made sure to tell me and the guy that checked me out to ensure i got 10% off. Not to mention i couldn't believe the price. Maybe i am just used to delivery, but i spent nearly a 1/3 less than i expected. Even better their selection is huge, especially for such a small location! The guy literally pulled out a massive binder full of concentrates that i could choose from, and had a ton of knowledge on all the product he had.The product i got as well is some of the highest quality and strength that i have smoked in SUCH A LONG TIME.As long as i'm in the bay i'll have no problem making this drive again. Parking sucks, but that's the area and honestly it's so worth it. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Horrible service! I placed an online order, picked it up and later discovered that my order had been messed up (missing items). I returned to We Are Hemp to correct the issue and did not receive any type of comp because they messed up my order and I had to drive back from Fremont! I Would not come back here.

This place is awesome! The staff is always polite young MEN. Very professional. I appreciate that. I get in quick and the prices are always great. The tax is so much cheaper than other clubs. I really can't say enough good about this place. I highly recommend it. I always go around noon- 1 with no problems of waiting or no parking. The parking can be tricky. But other than that definitely my go to club in the east bay.

I don't know what power trip the blonde white security guard was on but wow. You got a lot of nerve hiring this pos who threatened my sister and I to leave this establishment and never come back even though we were PAYING customers and weren't doing anything wrong. Unless you like your cannabis with a side of angry hurt white male ego on some I punch walls in my moms house and like to yell at customers because I failed the police academy bs then this place is for you.

Well they kicked me out after I confronted one of the guys talking and giggling in the back about me and that wasn't the first time I hears or saw him do dat......I knock his ass out cuz all the armed guards were protecting his skinny weak ass.....he is the only asian bartender who is not security. And i've heard talk about people after they leave the room but I couldnt let him get away wit talking about me when I spent hundreds of my dollars there.

I've been going there for years and love this dispensary, BUT for the first time today I had some crappy customer service. I myself work in customer service and the way the chick with short brunette hair served me today was disappointing. All I asked was "Do you guys accept debit cards?" And her smart ass said "No, and we probably Never will." It's not what she said, it's how she said it. Screw all that, I'll just stick to Garden of Eden from now on

I wanted to give 4 1\2 stars, but couldn't figure out how to do it. Anyway, I went to this dispensary for the first time on Mon. I usually go to a larger store closer to me, but you can't order on-line or request a delivery without a cell phone and they do not accept walk-ins. This is unconscionable. I don't have a cell phone and I don't want one. But back to this store. Yeah, parking could be better. They had the appropriate social distancing tape and there were only a few folks ahead of me. But then, even better, another line was for 65+. So, I was in and out. My budtender was knowledgeable and helpful. The guards were very kind and kept a good eye out, even helping drivers backing out of their parking spots. I'll be returning to this dispensary.

Can't say enough about this place! Had a problem with two cartridges crystallizing and had no problems exchanging these AC/DC 1g's for good ones! Right on boys!!! I fucks with y'all FR... FR...

I just started going to We Are Hemp and have been exactly 2 times. The bouncer is very nice, the staff are helpful and friendly and the establishment is clean and well-kept. On both visits, the medicine has been very good and they have a wide selection and price range. There are only six parking spots but there is parking along the street too; people are usually in and out anyway so I don't find this an issue at all!Compared to other places, this place is quite small. But I find that I can get in quickly and get out just as fast!I'm glad that it's conveniently located and easy to find

They were out of 2 pack pre rolls and the guy refused to sell me 2 comparable pre rolls for the same price since they were out of the other ones which would be good business. The guy also forgot to tell me I had credit to use and wouldn't let me use it cause I already made my purchase even tho it was his fault for forgetting to ask me if I wanted to use it. He whole time the guy was very rude, unhelpful, and worst of all seemed to take pleasure in "not being able" to help me.

My favorite place to go to for bud. Their selection is always good, and THE STAFF is the best in my opinion. I can go anywhere or have it delivered, but the experience I get going there every time with everyone from the door to the bud tenders is complete first class. Shout out to the whole we are hemp staff from Lisa, David, Andrew, Kyle, John, Matthew, Ryan, Calvin, Bill, Tito, Jayda... all of em, too many to name but everyone provides excellent customer service. I don't come here just for the staff but man they are a huge part of it. This place gives excellent selections yourself and some stuff for pets too, my dog loves their CBD oil, we get it every week.

Awesome staff, super nice and friendly. When here for the 1st time on Friday. Small parking lot, only about 4 parking spots. Good selection on products, reasonably priced. Closed on Sunday. Open Monday though Saturday.

This is a great place.  Awesome location and great selection.  Super nice staff and security working there.  Very polite and friendly.  Overwhelming selection so anyone can find something good there.  Rotation of the flower from different vendors seems to be one of my favorites.  Always having something new and different.

Absolutely love this place! People are great and have the best deal on the Americanna vape cartridges, it was the first time I tried the Americanna cartridges and was pleasantly surprised for only $20! They taste and hit So much better than HH and select brand.

l have been coming here for wax and cartridges and they are always good quality. Staff is nice. Mace always gives the best opinion on what cartridge to try very nice and friendly.

So I went to this store 11/30 to get some edibles. When I got home and checked my receipt I got charged for something I didn't buy. I tried calling the store multiple times and left a voicemail. I even emailed them. I have yet to hear a reply from them. You're telling me that between yesterday and today no one checks the emails or voice mails. I am out of town for the weekend so I can't go to the store personally. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend this place. It's 12/2 and still no response.

Recently went there for 1st time because it was close. I bought 2 top shelf 1/8s for more than $100, & they both taste like perfume!! Horrible!!! I will never go there again, & wouldn't recommend anyone spend their money there! What a waste!!

My first dispensary and had a really great experience. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The staff is super knowledgeable, of course and they don't rush you in anyway. Will definitely come back here to explore the menu

they have gotten worse; switching to PRE PACKAGED buds they no longer weigh it in front of you. They're also totally ripping off Garden of Eden's lame style making both places equally garbage.

I used to love this place. I admit that I was nervous the first time I went and there were armed guards at the door. However everyone was really nice and the product was good so my husband and I became regular customers.  I don't know what has happened, but today will most likely be the last time I spend my money in this establishment. We purchased a vape pen that the store promotes on the regular. We used it for about 4-5 months, and it just died. We brought the vape pen back to see what the process is to get a replacement.  They kindly gave us a replacement, and said to come back if the new one doesn't work. Well the replacement didn't work either so we went back the next day. The same salesperson/manager(?) said it wasn't their problem that the products they were selling us were defective, and that they should just give us our money back so he could be done with us. My husband and I are both very polite, we spend $300-500 per visit, and they want to lose a good customer over a $50 vape pen that they have promoted very heavily. HOW DISAPPOINTING AND SO RUDE!!!  You really shouldn't work in retail if that's the best you can do.

Very friendly helpful employees.  I prefer to shop here for a concentrate, as the sales people take the time to talk to you and help you find the best strain.  Their prices are good and they have an excellent product.

Love this location .  Jayda the pretty lady with pretty pink nail was super!  The weed is good . they got extracts. Another another thing im in and im  out.  Timing is perfect

I haven't been there in awhile but I must admit I like the service now with a very nice guard to staff in general. The prices are very good for those who can't afford Top Shelf all the time as well I really think is a nice set up jus wish there was more parking in front.

Bad experience at this place today! Let me just say this white boy with blonde hair, his name is Jonah.. he is usually not that friendly, rude most of the times with such a rude attitude. He doesn't know sign language, but he has a lot of guts to sign gibberish! I don't know what motivates him, but he is an a...hole! No respect for women with disabilities (deaf) LEARN REAL SIGN LANGUAGE INSTEAD!

I love this place.   Everyone is friendly, professional and so knowledgeable.   Only downfall is if ya hit them at a peak time,  you may have to wait a bit and you 'may' be late for work...  Lol...  Plan accordingly

I've been coming her for a couple of years now and they have a great staff very friendly expecially for regulars, they always have top shelf cookies and kush my preferred strains, the plug it , and weigh it right in front of you, 2.4-2.5 for a half eight? ($25/$30) or 4.5 eights, they hook it up, great bang for the buck my club of choice when in need of a great deal in Hayward,

Love this place. Great medicine, prices are fair and they always please. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even random strangers walking down the street. Oh and try the blackberry kush if they have it! Super premium level quality but at the premium level.

Security is very friendly, and helpful.  Paperwork was quick, they have a required membership card that is free. However there is a replacement fee if you lose it. There was an interesting limit of 2 visits per day,  with a time of 2 hours in between visits. I went in the middle of the day. The bud tender I spoke to did not give me his name, but was helpful. None of the flowers are pre weighed.  They weigh  it in front of you and round up a little bit. Limited parking, limited selections,  There is a City restriction on edibles, or some such silliness which is unfortunate. I do not believe they test their product for CBD or THC content. Over all good for in the pinch situations.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars since my first visit which was about a week ago but I wanted to wait until I visited a few more times. Today was my second visit & I already know this will be my go to from now on. I love their online menu (wish I could order online but that is definitely not a problem), for such a small place they have a lot to offer! Their prices are super reasonable & I get 10% off for being a patient (yay lol). They also have a rewards program, super cool the guy that let me know today! The only other club I've been to never told me they had it & I only found out because I checked my receipt (was given a wrong order) & saw I had a little over $20 accumulated lol.. Both my visits I'm sure I didn't spend more than 10 min, I'd say maybe not even 5. Parking wasn't an issue for me, I just parked around the corner & walked (walking is good people!) What else can I say, I'm super happy I decided to try WAH. I already referred someone & I'll definitely refer anyone who asks for a coo dispensary in the area!

how the hell can you be a damn dispensary and not have one handicapped parking spot ‍..... ada was passed awhile ago... this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.. sooo not cool! im disabled with a walker and there is no handicapped parking space! shame on y'all! i will be filing a formal complaint with the bbb as well as the other necessary advocates! been sent plenty of emails, talked to ignorant staff that tried to feed me bullshit! get it together we are hemp! that is a damn shame and a slap n the face to the handicapped cannabis community! ‍‍‍‍‍

Quality of medicine has severely went down the drain staff are super assholes except for the security their cool been a long time customer till 2 years ago when their good vendors fell from the face of the earth

Awesome place! It's a nice cool little house, they're very professional, especially one of them name Brain (thanks, thanks for the hook up!) They have a great selection just about anything you want! You should definitely come and check this place out!

We Are Hemp has really stepped up their game over the last couple months. Since my original review, they have added a ton of awesome products. They now stock many varieties of pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape pens/cartridges. Their space has also improved, with an HD monitor serving as a useful menu. I used to have to drive 12-15 miles to Oakland for most of these products, so I'm really grateful for We Are Hemp's new offerings. Well done, keep it up guys.

Just started going to this place. Nothing fancy but a very friendly staff and a decent selection. However...I just got back from there. I wasn't paying attention when my purchase was being weighed and I checked it when I got home and it was 2.9. Very disappointed, this stuff is expensive as it is and being shorted really sucks.

We are hemp is LEGIT.The security guards are strapped, no joke. however, they're nice and funny when you become a frequent customer.The bud tenders know what they are talking about and their tree is FIRE. the most expensive eighth they have is 50$ and they plug it. Their tree is not pre-weighed they weigh it right their in front of you. to help the patients they put small buds of their premium grade tree on the low grade shelf to lower the prices. Most of the time the trees come from the same batch.If you fill up their stamp card you get a free 1/2 eighth .. which is DOPE compared to most places that only give out a free gram. If you go at the wrong time they might only have 5 or 6 strains but i can promise that at least 3 of them are FIRE. If you get to the club in the morning (between 9-1130) they have shake that is GOOD TREE and has big buds.

It's 630 apparently they don't take new patients, what a waste of time. That's exactly why I go to the city. Does it really take that long to accept a new patient with legit paperwork. Such a shame. Take my business elsewhere.

Just started coming to We Are Hemp and so far so good... I always buy the top shelf or premium or whatever the highest is and I've been pleased each time. They definitely over-weigh too which is a nice touch. Quick in-n-out process, nothing fancy, but gets the job done. I only really come here for emergencies bc it's so close to my house, but I'm so glad it's there! I guess I could see how the bud-tenders may seem "disengaged" but I really haven't had any negative experiences. I mean you're buying trees out of a little house in San Lorenzo, what do you expect? Anyway, go to W.A.H. You won't be disappointed, I wasn't!

Most definitely my favorite dispensary in the East Bay. PERIOD! The staff is friendly, they always give you a little extra & they have their stamp card system. I like that they give back to their customers that way. Parking is a bit of a problem, but it is still worth it to park and walk there.

Love this place! Been going here for the past 3 years and soon to be going on 4. All the budtenders are really kool guys and the front desk is welcoming. Their premium and high grades are the best! And the girl scout cookies are the most authentic you'll find around the area! Love this place!!!

Surprised by these shit reviews. Super chill vibes here. These guys are the homies. Been coming two years with no issues. Always friendly and fast as f###! I'm in and out in like two-three minutes usually...go at off times to park easy...mid day or earlier am. They used to overweigh the bud in front of you, which was a super plus but we all knew that wouldn't last forever, places gotta make their bread too! As a pretty legit trade off to the pre-weighed product though, they now have vape cartridges and waxes and pre-rolls- where they used to only carry flowers.I like the tax included style-at least this way you bring in exactly $40-$80 and no guess work or change to mess with. One of the few dispensaries with $30 and $40 eighths still...GO to harborside and they are all $55+. Anything $40/eighth+ is usually quality too. I prefer these smaller, under spots because it feels like you're buying from friends, there's little to no waiting and no corporate vibes or too many crazy rules & regs. Easy peasy...

They are making it work here. Good vibe and knowledge and still fare prices. But they close on sunday??

This is my first yelp review ever, but I gotta say something. I've been going to We Are Hemp for years now, and in the last two i've been going twice a week. Usually, i get the lower (second from the bottom) grade stuff, because it's affordable enough. I spend $100 at a time, and for the last two years have been getting at least ten grams for that. Point for point, which is fair enough. Today they switched to pre-packaged and tried to give me 8.75 grams for $100. That's just not okay, especially for mmj that barely does the trick. This is a medical dispensary, i use marijuana medically. I am not very well-off and now I have to find a new dispensary, if I don't I don't know what's going to happen with my mental illness. I really don't know what to do. I just cannot afford 8.75 gs for $100, especially when I have to smoke so much of it since it's weak. looking at the area we are hemp serves, i'm sure i'm not the only one having issues with affording their medicine.

GSC!! If ur a top shelf smoker like I am then u will love the GSC! That's y I come! Some time they have other strands that are good too. Dudes are cool if ur cool. Kinda like they treat people the way they get treated which is understandable, that's how I roll too.. They always take care of me. Other clubs give me exactly 3.5 I don't wanA say wat I get lol don't wanA throw em under the buss but I'm a very happy customer.

Hardly ever wait more than 10 minutes in line, friendly staff, and great quality products. It's my #1 go to place.

I have been a steady patient for three years, We Are Hemp continues to be "the best " in all realms, as far as quailty, quanity, efficiency, knowledable staff, and big huge attractive security guys who don't mess around, when it comes to our protection.  Don't spend your money at those dumps like Blue Sky, Purple Heart, etc. in Oakland.  Look no further,  go visit We Are Hemp, you won't be disappointed.  also I must mention "the queen", and her expertise as well!

Well I drove by this place for years for years I mean like a long time and finally I am psyched cuz I went inside to see you finally like what it looked like in the butts are great the staff is wonderful I love the employees are also nice so great and helpful and you get to try and smell the bud n Everything Is Awesome Is it really awesome I love the fact that that they sell 1/2 1/8 because you know a gram is Never Enough and yeah it's it's great I'm definitely going to stop in more often. I have to say that their quality is so much better like way better buds than most bay area dispensaries.

They were awesome for helping with 1st time users I was able to get what I want real quick.

4 types of bud.THATS ALL THEY HAD. no hash, kief, edibles, oils, pre-rolls, nothing. just that. i bought the tangerine kush and was disappointed with my high, the guy told me its the kind of shit you smoke before running a marathon, but it just made me tired and i was really upset about that.id give them 5 stars for friendly employees, but seriously...its a dispensary. they should have more shit!

While the location is convenient for me their prices were not.Being only about a 20-30 minute drive I figured I would check them out, doubt I will be returning unless I have to or the prices improve. They had about 8 strains when I went in, none of them that exciting mostly the big name stuff with OG's or GDP or what have you, mostly just a name. They had some XJ-13 marked as midgrade that smelled rather unique though. I got their "Mixed Top Shelf" for 40$ an eighth, which is what they price their bottom shelf at. It was quite good and definitely helped me get to sleep.The security guards and staff are all very friendly and even funny. They are definitely performing professionally and are top-notch, however you should still be careful in the surrounding area. While it isn't a nice neighborhood I did feel fairly safe, they have good security and even though I didn't see any cops around the staff do warn you that they are on the look out to give traffic tickets.They also sell pipes and a few other small things. Like other people have mentioned the sell only bud. The building is quite small and easy to miss, parking is terrible and even though they are located near the freeway I had trouble finding my way out.If you can I would recommend going somewhere else however We Are Hemp is a great place.

These guys are good. They are there own collective but what I like about them is that they just sell you striaght tree and it's fire and they hook you up if your buying they don't pre weight it they weight it and you get a little extra so it's a good place and ill definitely come here when I need just natural tree, cool thing is there prices already include taxes!

So I used to come here at least 4 times a week easily if not more back in 2012-2014 and I stopped medicating for a few years and recently started to medicate again. So I decided to come back to "ole faithful" and as soon as I walked in I noticed a lot has changed which was nice. they had a big screen menu they have concentrated as they only used to allow flower in the area,getting into the system was fast and super easy. Now when it was time to go to the back they had all the flowers in small jars for you to smell and look at which was nice cause you don't want to feel like that annoying customer asking the bud tender too look at 9 different strains. I noticed a lot off the bud quality wasn't like it used to be they had 3-4 really good strains and the rest was low quality mids honestly. Everything was going great just like old times minus the bud being lower quality. now this is where they lost me when I asked for the bud I wanted back then they used to weigh it out right in front of you all half 8ths where 25-30 but you'd get 2.2-2.4 every time which was lovely now everything is pre weighed in packages hanging on a wall which was fine didn't care much about that just thought keeps the foot traffic moving faster. I got home with my $55 8th i nought two separate half 8ths it was an exact 1.75 each which was like wtf they got really "main stream" like all the other clubs in the Bay Area. All in all i rather go to garden of eden on foothill that's kinda the route they went but garden of edens bud is a lot better quality for the same exact price and it doesn't Come In bags that's squishes the buds they give you jars. Bring back the over weighed half 8ths and whole 8ths!!!!

On 1st visit everything went well. Rec'd a card but, never told or saw signs that on return visit's that I would have to bring card. On 2nd visit, brought no card but had Dr's perscription certificate and my ID. The security guard has a bad attitude gave me an issue because of having no card, spoke in a condescending tone giving a verbal warning like I was a two yr old and told I had to bring it next time or I would be charged.  Well,  there won't be a next time. Parking sucks, and lack of professional customer service REMEMBER Hemp.....I don't need to give you my business YOU need my business.

We are hemp, for your local dispensary needs they have everything you want. Compared to larger dispensaries their selection is a bit smaller but they still have a good selection most of the time. and prices definitely reflect on the quality of the medicine. Also one of the only dispensaries to have a half eighth quantity which I personally find very appealing. Location wise it may not be in the nicest neighborhood but the people inside are very friendly and they know what they are doing. Another thing to note is that they are FLOWER ONLY. If you are looking for edibles or concentrates this is not the dispensary for you. That being said I love this place and if you go there often you might even see me.

Very consistant great prices with frequent specials only negative would be the parking with only 5 spaces. I have going to we are hemp for 3 years now great job!William

First of all the parking is horrible! They have a VERY limited selection of flowers (only like 6 strains smh) and no concentrates. And the flowers they have were all boo boo. The budtender had an attitude and little knowledge of the medicine. Also they have no ATM. I wont be going back. Garden of Eden is down the street and has a WAAAY better selection, better quality and a great staff.

It was a rainy slow day and I needed something to cheer me up. Luckily when we left We Are Hemp I was pleasantly suprised to find that there are still some places that serve that real shit! Thank you for sticking to what works :)

I am so in love with this club. The bud that they have is never a let down. They will always have something good to choose! My favorite is the XJ13 they sell. Fire. Good prices and they weight it In front of you ! Not pre weighted or taxed ! Love it great customer service ! Friendly group!

This place is crap.  Most of the staff are nice but this one guy named Andrew.  I just asked one question which was, why there are never any deals here? This childish moron takes it personally and tells me that I can go else where and then proceeds to tell me that everytime I come in that I am complaining.  I have NEVER even said a word to staff till this day and never dealt with this fool one time.  So now I am looking at this nut crazy ass hell.  Long story short, the bastard took my card and kicked me out for checking him correctly.  Now this is a place for patients who are sick, we should be able to ask a simple question without ignorance.  What really pissed me off is the guy I usually deal with was standing right there listening to all this and couldve said she comes in all the time gets her stuff quietly and never bothers anyone.  What he did say was that dude started early with the attitude.  But he did not tell him to back off.  This little punk wouldnt have said a word to a man nor disrespect a man but a little a## hole coward to speak to a woman with disrespect.  He should be fired and not working with sick patients.  Too ignorant, childish and not a grown up, defensive people are crazy people.  I will make a formal complaint.  If I was with my man hr wouldn't of said s$#t#!!!Punk b#!&h.  NEVER any deals here, go to Oakland Broadway which is way better than this hole n the wall dump.

we are hemp is my all-time favorite club.  the staff are super friendly and know me and my boyfriend by face and name.  the prices are amazing for people like us who don't have that much money to spend on medicine.  I have never been disappointed once by what I got from this club.  They only sell weed, no concentrates or edibles.  BUT. I am totally ok with that because I always get absolute fire from them.  Whenever I ask for suggestions I always get the best one.  The parking area is small, but after going there for a while you get used to it, and I am willing to deal with it just to go here!!  Overall, because of their high quality of buds and exceptional customer service, I would recommend anyone to go here if they live in the hayward/san leandro area.

I was treated with utmost respect when I went to sell my meds to 'We Are Hemp'. The owner was honest about what he was looking and I will go there again.

This is my preferred local dispensary. it's actually the first that I went to once I got my card. I've been a few times now and each experience has at least been good enough to keep me going back. Let me go ahead and give you the break down.Staff: Now I don't know any of these people's names, nor do I want to, but every person I've dealt with has been really cool. They've all been patient and have taken the time to tell me what I want to know when I ask questions. The security guard seems very stoic and always looks like he means business.Location: Convenient, I suppose. I don't think you'd really notice it if you weren't looking for it. Parking and backing out can be an issue if it's busy, due to the limited number of spots and it's proximity to the freeway.Selection: Most of what they typically have is top shelf medication. It's not the largest selection I've seen, and they don't offer anything except flowers and rolling papers, but all the medication I've gotten from here has been pretty good quality. The two strains that I've picked up from here that didn't really do anything for me were the XJ-13 and the Fortune Cookies, everything else I've tried I quite enjoyed. Although they have a small selection, they do offer half eighths which is nice, especially if you are looking for some variety. They also offer a stamp card which they'll mark if you spend $25 or more a day, so roughly every $400 you spend you get a free eighth.

Security is good. Meds are hit and miss, with more miss. If you're 21+ might as well drive around the corner and grab somethin from the Garden of Eden. With We Are Hemp, SOMETIMES they have the fire. No Edibles. Make the tax included so people don't have to break a arm and leg. I don't know which is better, we are hemp or harborside. These folks used to have the fire a couple years back, i miss those days.

I barely ever go here but I just went here today and had a very good exprience. Right when you walk in there is a tray full of jars that you can examine(unlike other clubs that use a glass case to display). Their 8ths are 4gs. I got in and out in less then 5 mins which is great. The only reason why I dont give the 5 stars is the quality of flowers. Ive noticed they always keep 1 good fire strain and the rest are okay, you just have to find it. Last time I went it was gumbo kush which was some fiiiiiia. Today it was the master kush which is also some good. Hope this helps.

Good security am great people here. It may not have the variety for extreme smokers, but if you want some good meds and plenty of it, this is the spot. Parking is not the best either, but it's not great for most dispensaries. Their never stingy, unless your a shady customer. My kind of people.

I had a pleasurable experience. We Are Hemp isn't as nice as some of the other clubs in the Bay; however, the location is hella convenient if you live in Hayward or the surrounding area. I usually drive all the way to Oakland and sometimes that just isn't an option. It sucks that it is closed on Sunday, my only free day of the week. The security was friendly, which I really appreciated. I wasn't über impressed with the selection, as I am at Harborside, but I will return for sure.

I drive past this everyday and wanted to check it out, i always see lots of people in and out.   The only real memorable thing about we are hemp was the security gaurds Sig Sauer pistol that thing was nice and expensive, guess they make good money.   Makes even more sense when i saw their selection, they were hawking mid grade for 50+ an eight stuff that is easily found on the market for under 3 a p.  The best thing they had in the entire club was some "master kush" which was actually outdoor bubba.  it smokes really good though but i expected better selection.  grass roots in SF and purple elephant in alameda are still the best in terms of top shelf selection.

This place is a bunch of fakes. I went there yesterday and while I waited for him to weigh my weed, I noticed the scale read .6 before he put anything on it. I was buying a half 1/8 and after he was done putting on the medication, it was at 2.0. I don't know about you, but in all my experiences and half 1/8 comes out to 1.75. And 2.0 minus .6 is not 1.75. Needless to say they try to take your money. I've also been there and asked about what the best meds were, and they basically showed me crap! I know my medication, and the other stuff they kept behind the counter was way better than the junk they tried to push onto me. On top of all of this, every time I leave the parking lot I have to be extremely careful because if not, the bottom of my car scrapes on their curb. There are many clubs in the Bay Area that are much better than this, so why waste your time?

My first time there people were almost running into me on a few occasions just trying to walk out the door. Slow down, whats the rush. The security guard at the door was cool, but when I got inside I was told to wait in the lobby area i guess. The people behind the desk were blah. Alrighty. Next the budtenders talked so fast when I asked them what they had for what I was gonna spend until it made my head spin. Im like slow down ok. They were out of grinders, but they measured me a little extra so I guess that's cool. So even though I was not super impressed with my visit I decided to give them a second try. So the second time I went I was rushed through the door once again and told to wait in the waiting area then rushed into the budtenders they were dry as all get out and they had grinders this time (plastic) but they wanted 10.00. I don't think so. Not for plastic. So I got some Girl Scout Cookies which smoked pretty nice. So I guess they did alright but I don't really like the vibe of the whole place so I don't think I'll be going back. It would be nice if the people behind the desk were a little more personable as well as the budtenders not rushing you out like a drs office. A little personality goes a long way with me. Oh well...

This place is super friendly! And the staff here are very helpful when you have hella questions. All the security in the front were very accommodating and friendly! I copped two Stiizy carts and got a free battery! Would def come back again! Thank you guys for the pleasant experience. Also they don't tax ;)

Went there today, first time since Covid.  Let me say that I am disabled.  I get out of the car and go to stand in line and the gentleman says that I can just park in the disabled space and wait in the car.  (They do have a special line for seniors and disabled, by the way.)But I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and he said no problem, I'll send someone out to speak with you.  The young lady that came up to my car as I sat there,  helped me was super insightful.  She listened and gave great recommendations. She brought the product right out to my car, I didn't have to do anything but provide ID and cash.  This was the best customer service anywhere I've been since the pandemic hit.If you are disabled and need product, I highly recommend We Are Hemp. Thank you so much for your assistance, it is truly appreciated.

I'm upping my previous review because I can see some strides had been made to up their customer service.  I didn't go in for 9 months but I've returned on two separate occasions and was welcome with the old ambiance that was chill yet professional that attracted me there in the first place.  We will see in time of this trend continues

Ever since I went there and they had this dense new manager that though shutting down the club for a staff meeting while customers were outside was a good idea! Bad service !!!!!I bought bong there at the store and the same day the bongs was leaking, so we took it back.And they were nice enough to give us a new one. But the same day that bong was leaking too. So we took both of them back after calling the manager and asking if we could return them both, and he said it was okey.we go in there and get the worst service, the weren't tryna help us , they were more worried about going home then assisting and listening to our complaint.I was met wit really negative attitude, very hostile , very disrespectful people. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. Worst place to go to purchase anything.Not friendly people, terrible staff!!!!!

I called ahead of time to confirm the inventory of a specific RSO I needed to get for a dear elderly relative of mine. Both of us couldn't go in the store at the same time due to COVID restrictions. However, a lovely young sales rep, Alex, and the security guard were so kind helping us two clueless newbs into an expedited line for seniors and the disabled and taking our order. She kindly also applied a senior discount (for those 65+) and advised we can also order online ahead of time next time to get priority service when picking up. This place is cash only and only 1 customer can go in at a time. Have your ID ready to scan and pay attention and get into the right line. Hayward, you got a gem here!

Avoid. did an online order, got notified quickly that it was ready. Drove 20 miles to pick up. totally my fault for not checking the bag when the girl gave it to me outside and paid her. got home and saw it wasn't my name on the receipt or my order on the reciept . THEN realized the bag was completely empty. i used to only go to this place all the time but this place is trashier and more criminal than a whore house. avoid.

I've only had good experiences here & the workers are knowledgeable if you have any questions!! The only thing that's tricky for me is the parking, but it's completely doable!

It's way too much like a dope house

I been going here for years! I watched them get closed down by the corrupt government and all!They have ups and downs like all businesses! They have definitely improved their customer service as well as product! I will not discuss the negative experiences, but instead focus on the positive! Their employee every-single one of them are so positive!!! Nothing like the vibes from a business that you can feel that everyone enjoys their jobs! The representative yesterday was so knowledgeable on products and truly cared about me as a patient! Their prices are killing all the other places! I been in the cannabis industry for over a decade so my exceptions are very hard to please! You will not be disappointed when you go to WE ARE HEMP! Let them bless your cannabis needs!
