Be prepared to pay 30.25% in tax after sub total blew my mind any were else tax's are included in price

have been going there since it opened. They recently started changing different security guards. Today the security was telling me and pointing down to come here like I was a dog. I put my ID back in my wallet and started walking off. I said I ain't dealing with that shit . He then started threatening me with his gun ect . I stood still and told him to touch me so I have a reason to knock his sloppy a** out. He was scared and threatened me with his gun. Saying he's from West Oakland. I said F west Oakland. This is the ghetto stuff you are allowing cookies ?? I get off of a stressful day of work to deal with power trip guard because he has a weapon??? Never going there again

They're so kind, patient, and so sweet. My budtender made sure I was completely satisfied. I was working with a tight budget today but left feeling grateful and hella satisfied!

Went today to get some bud. Never go to clubs but felt the need since I just moved to the east bay from SF. Was in the area and wanted to try them out. I ended up bringing back an 8th instantly. Dude at counter was pretty chill and nice about it. So thanks! There was another woman behind the counter talking shit while I was right there getting a refund. Thought it was funny I didn't want to even waste my time starting shit. All good. The reviews here will get better.....

I only come here for a quick fix. Too expensive. ONLY bring cash otherwise you like throwing your money away.. they round up your receipt to the nearest 5. Ex. Came in for 1 lil preroll for myself which was $16 for 1 gram. Instead of bringing just 2 more dollars I had to pay with card, cuz you know there's no discounts here unless it's 420. Anywho,,, the total came out to be $27 (with $4 coming back to me in cash... ???? ... so weird. Basically, you'll be spending $7 MORE if you don't have cash, which is a whole pre roll by itself just down the street at Garden of Eden. Chill customer service tho. I just don't like throwing my money away to a corporation of weed when people are still locked up for it. Ok, bye!

This place actually gets 4.5 stars. Super convenient, I live in CV, so it's a stones throw away. The service was super friendly, and knowledgeable enough, but not epic. They are no Walter Whites that I could see working there. The only reason they aren't at 5 stars, is their selection  of CBD products specifically used for pain are very slim. I looked at three differently dispensaries in the area, and as far CBD pain relief remedies? they were on the Bottom. Not a super big deal, a bit inconvenient, I'll use them for other items. My next review, other cannabis dispensary will be later after I get back.

Terrible customer service in the evenings. I went there to pick up and there was no to assist  which made the line ridiculously long, and the person they had helping on the floor was completely rude. I left without getting anything. Never going back in the evening. Do better!!

I had a very good experience!. I was helped by a young lady named CINDY. She was very sweet and helpful. I don't normally go to a dispensary so I didn't really know what to choose and she was so patient and helped me pick the right strain for me. She was so sweet and made my experience 10 times better! I will definitely be going back and asking for her next time!.

I bought a cart the other day was already half way when I opened it ain't the carts suppose to be full ? I kept it In a cool area so you guys got some explaning to do because I paid for a full one not half I recommend going to nug in San Leandro never disappointed their

I had a great experience here.  The staff were all super nice and a shout out to Sabrina for being kind and super knowledgeable.  I felt happy shopping here.   They were patient and helped me find the CBD roll on ointment I was looking for. Thanks Cookies!!  I'll be back.

I went to Cookies in Hayward today..6-21-2021  and was greeted by Tyler at the door when getting checked in. Tyler noticed I was having trouble walking as I had just gotten out of the emergency room the day before for torn soft tissue in my lower back. Tyler was so kind and offered to take my payment from me and go to the counter and take care of my order for me.. I cannot thank him enough.. I am barely able to walk and he saved me from even more pain walking in the store. He is wonderful! The world needs more Tyler's! Thank you again. I love Cookies Hayward...

Super convenient however really unfortunate with one of the managers named Anthony, who humiliated me in front of all his customers when being allowed in by security after misplacing my ID. Had to contact upper management due to this unfortunate event. My family and I use to be regulars. Not anymore.

I am always happy to support local Bay Area companies, so I was more than happy to stop by Cookies located in downtown Hayward. The store front is pretty bland but inside you will find that it is very aesthetically pleasing. They have a wide variety of products to suit any wants and needs. The staff there is very welcoming and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. They even sell Hayward Cookies merch!

So convenient for me..I work in downtown Hayward and happened to work across from cookies in Hayward. I just want to say I had a excellent experience with a girl bud tender name Sierra S. She recommended me a good strain I am very satisfied with her suggestion, I am definitely coming back I liked the great customer service I received ,she is very knowledgeable and can provide you all the Bud strains info you are aiming for, Every time I come in the staff are very welcoming and greet full as well. Cookies in Hayward is the best.

Excellent selection of cannibus products, including CBD. I purchased vape cartridges and edibles, and was pleased with the recommendations from the employees. I highly recommend LOST FARM products. Free parking is around the corner. I highly recommend Cookies of Hayward.

I love the selection of products and the staff are always friendly. Never experienced any line which is nice and love what they did with the old bank building. Such a great addition to the downtown core, better than whatever it was before. The only downfall is the screening/security at times feel like I'm going into a club-Feels a bit serious and not overly friendly until you get inside. I'm assuming they are like that for a reason though in downtown Hayward, some sketchy peeps around.  Overall, I'd recommend but I'd suggest they have more cookie edible options since they are called cookies. Lol

Love at first bite of the Cookie! First time here - everyone is SUPER friendly and helpful, even the security guards! The selection is vast and very impressive. Everything is clearly labeled and neatly organized. The jars of sample buds are amazing! Seeing the bud before buying can be crucial, and they way they display it helps tremendously. They have nothing to hide, and seem very transparent in all their products. Other dispensarys sometimes give off a creepy, secretive vibe, this joint isn't like that at all! It's a good, positive vibe in there! JD was my Bud Concierge and deserves top honors! He not only guided me through all my intended departments & products, but the knowledge he threw down was so impressive. He knew exactly what products would fulfill my needs, and offered great feedback, tips and info on what to expect from everything I bought. I felt so confident about my selections, which is solely due to his guidance and knowledge! Thanks JD!  Cookies will definitely be my go-to from now on!

Definitely won't go there again. Bought a Roach pen from them and it stopped working after maybe one week, took it back to the store but they didn't seem to care, no replacement or refund. After pushing it for like 10 minutes they said "buy another pen and we give you %20 off" which is not a good deal, I don't want to buy another one and i still have %70 left on my current pen. Absolutely a rip off!And they charge you extra if you pay by card without even telling you. Bought a pre roll for $26 but ended up paying $37 with all the "taxes and charges" that they applied.Their customer service is terrible, if you have any issue with your purchase don't even bother going there because they don't care and they tell you it's what it is.Definitely recommend to go to NUG in San Leandro, been there multiple times and they are doing great.

A very safe environment and great and patient staff for all of your medical needs. In no way was there a feeling of being rushed for anything.

My husband has been our 'connection' since we moved to California. Before cannabis became legal for recreation, he took the time to get a prescription. As a result, he became the guy that went into the dispensaries.On this day we were out together with another friend. We all went into Cookies... my first dispensary experience!They check ID at the door (they scan the back) then again once inside. This ends up being the way in which the store recognizes a customer.Staff assist with purchases. Super helpful? Maybe a little. Still, they are the ones that put items 'in your cart' electronically. When you go to check our, they ask your name and viola! they know what you're purchasing.Cash or debit cards only.

My wife and I had a nice experience here especially getting the help from Gabby. She showed us around, gave us feedback on certain strains including answering our questions we had. She gave us some of her favorite recs which were helpful; we ended up taking the Kush Mintz from CAM (37% TCH!) this was super potent and I was higher than a kite. CRAZY!There is always a line it seems and since the place isn't too big, there is a certain number people allowed inside at a time. They take your photo along with capturing your Drivers License info. The employees are helpful and super nice. A lot of the retail stuff are pretty expensive but it is what it is; I mean it is COOKIES, a legendary high end brand in the Marijuana game. It's like walking into candy store especially with everything laid out on the tables and beautiful packaging. This isn't a smoke shop where they sell different lighters, wraps, trays, ext. Remember this is a dispensary where flowers, CBD drinks, edibles, and vape pens are sold within a limited quantity. We will definitely be back again!

Even though she's not necessarily behind the bud bar anymore Helly is alllllways coming thru in the clutch! I limped In broke and sober, spent $40 on not one but TWO 8ths @ 29%! She remembered the sale and lo and behold I got 2 of the last 4 Black Jefes! Limped in, but I'm damn sure WALKING out now  #ThanksAngelica she needs to be GM with her attention to detail!

Abby was amazing! She made the entire process super fast and easy. I have really bad anxiety so I don't usually like going into a dispensary. But their entire set up is dope & gives you time to look around without feeling rushed. Definitely will be back & will be letting everyone know about COOKIES in Hayward! We went by there this past Tuesday. Nice little spot, every one was friendly and helpful. Security guy out front was personable and very good. Their flower display was one of the best, most accessible, that I've seen at a dispensary. They have a great assortment of edible brands and concentrate options. They were out of stock with quite a few items, and another that I wanted to purchase wasn't in their system yet so they couldn't sell it to me; that was frustrating... but otherwise I will definitely come back.Ohhhhh but dt hayward is a mess to drive through, that would be the only other detractor.

My wife and I came in and the sales associates were very helpful to both of us. They made sure to assist us in finding what we were looking for that suited our needs. Thanks again guys!

She always points me in the right direction for the absolute best product I can find for my day. Helping make my day super painless. Excellent product choice and superb staff.

Fantastic service! Gabby/Gabbi and Sierra were beyond helpful in directing us towards the product that we wanted and gave us all the info we needed. Super relaxed atmosphere and excellent product. Definitely making a return!

Awesome selection, clean and high energy establishment. A little lax on the mask policy, but very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Travis was helpful and gave us some awesome recommendations right in line with what I like. You cannot go wrong visiting this dispensary.

The last 2 times it was great to meet Tyler who explained in depth and with detailed knowledge the products I enjoy most.
