After an endless wait at Theory in the cold and then not getting what we ordered or needed it was fantastic to find Rebelle. We went in, they had what we needed, the experience was pleasant and the staff helpful. Standing in Rebelle after spending over an hour in the cold in line at Theory really made me appreciate this place. The prices are the same if not better. If you are driving to GB from out of state during the winter for medical pot do not go to Theory, go here.

So nice to shop here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great product and so nice to actually shop - not stand in line. Best place in the Berkshires!

Bought 4 eighths as an out of town resident and 2 of them had seals broken. One was clearly short while the other seemed to have the correct amount. Gave 2 stars as the shop was clean and the staff was knowledgeable. With other options nearby, I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Drive past (insert various other dispensaries along route 7) and stop at rebelle.   As an owner of a family run business, this place ticks all the boxes for a pleasure-able experience. First off the quality is always way higher. There is less pressure from staff to rush you out . Even with pandemic they let you check stuff out . I only do preorder since its so far, and they let me change order if I need to. A couple staff at the pass were nasty about me doing this. Ive now tried the majority of the shops in nearby area, and I wont go anywhere else now. I forgot my mask and they actually didn't require one! Amazing to find a place with this policy. Those who wanted to be masked were. There were also two furry friends and companions helping customers shop.  Flat out the staff make the experience what it is. They all seem cheery positive accommodating and efficient. Wish you guys the best , glad you are close - ish to me. Hope one day you offer a discount program or some form of frequency discount.  You may save a few bucks going somewhere else - but you wont be assured of the quality until home. Ive yet to regret ANY purchase.

Loved the staff and ambiance of the store! Really easy pre order process and pick up. Only sad thing is that we picked up two orders and when we got home (about 2 hours away) one of them was missing something. We have tried to call and submit forms so if anyone can help that would be super helpful!

I've never been to a dispensary this chic. It looked like an Apple store that met a luxury spa gift shop.  The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly.  The experience was an elevated one from start to finish.  Definitely a newfound fan of Rebelle.

Great store. First timer and needed help. iPads are set up for easy ordering and pick up. They were smart to design like an Apple store, unfussy, clean and extremely helpful. The guy at the door was a bit gruff. Jess had a wealth of knowledge.

I came early in the morning of 8/5/21 and there weren't many people there. Tyler and Dean both gave me their undivided attention and answered my (many) questions with patience. They are obviously passionate about their work, but more importantly they are very welcoming and kind people. I never felt pressured by them, like they were upselling me, in fact they even saved me money by providing me with cheaper alternative options, to try small before I buy larger. They really wanted me to get the best experience and I truly appreciate them for it. Thank you both so very much! I will definitely be back and will spread good word too.

Cannot convey a more positive experience!!!! Our very first visit at a dispensary was made all the better by fantastic staff, Tyler. He took a generous amount of time to answer all our questions and make us feel right at home. New to the experience, we were not made to feel rushed or overwhelmed (We were also personally delighted by the pride flags present!) A lovely store, lovely people, and excellent product! Looking forward to another visit in the future!

Rebelle is fabulous! And getting more fabulous every week. Their products are top of the line and so much to choose from. The shop is very inviting and staff is awesome! I wish them all the success in the future. It’s an amazing time for this “budding” and LEGAL industry!

This was my third magical time visiting Rebelle. My wife went inside for a strain that was good for anxiety and mood lift. Rachael was thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and kind. She recommended a strain that I had never heard before, but I tried it as soon as I got home and it was Amazing! It is my sincere hope that Rachael receive the tangible recognition for being such an amazing ambassador for Rebelle. With each successive visit, I’m even more impressed than the last. Thanks as well for obtaining a special order item on short notice. It’s greatly appreciated. Keep up the amazing and vital work!

Fabulous place, fabulous people. I've never been to a dispensary before, but goodness knows, I'll be coming back to this one! The place was beautiful, the goods were top tier, and I instantly wanted to befriend all of the employees who work there. Dean was particularly helpful when he wrung me up; making sure my first experience was a welcoming and warm one, and answering any and all questions I had. Tyler, also was fantastic on the assist, making sure we had everything I wanted from the back. Truly a fabulous experience. HIGHLY recommend.
